技术领域

本发明涉及包括通过单独的组装型面而垂直连接的板形地板块的地板材料。

背景技术

目前已知预制地板块在其边缘有榫舌和槽。因为它们很容易安装,因此普通人(average handy man)就能够进行安装。这样的地板可以由实木、碎屑胶合板或纤维板制成。这些地板块通常有顶面,例如漆面或某种薄层面。该板通常通过将它们的榫舌和槽粘接起来而连接。不过,多数普通的地板块都有这样的缺点,即当安装者没有将其完全装好时,在地板块之间形成不同长度的缝隙。灰尘将在该缝隙中堆积。而且,水汽也将进入该接头,这使得其中心部分在由实木、纤维板或碎屑胶合板制成时会膨胀,而该中心部分通常就是由实木、纤维板或碎屑胶合板制成。该膨胀将使最靠近接头处的顶面升高,这将大大减小该地板的使用寿命,因为在地板块的凸起边缘处将会增加磨损。为了避免该类型的缝隙,已知可采用各种拉紧装置,该拉紧装置用于在安装过程中将地板块压在一起。不过,其操作非常麻烦,因此希望获得有这样的接头的地板块,该接头能够自己定位,从而自动找到其正确位置。且采用这样的接头可以不用胶水。

由WO93/13280可知一种这样的地板块,其中,一种夹持件将地板块连接在一起。该地板块除了有普通的榫舌和槽外,还在朝下的面上有一纵向槽。该地板块铺设在该夹持件上,因此必须用多个这样的夹持件以避免地板弹性运动。该运动将产生噪音。地板块和它下面的表面之间的间距也会产生共鸣,这也使得地板块有“噪音”特性。而这是不希望的。榫舌和槽的方法的缺点首先是必须从该板上铣出榫舌,这导致了昂贵的顶面的损失。而且,它只能朝一个方向来安装地板块。该榫舌还是一个较脆弱的部分,它在运输和处理过程中易于损坏,这会使装配困难或导致配合效果减弱。

由瑞典专利申请No.8202375-5可知另一种这样的地板块,其中,地板块在相对侧边有槽。并采用包括榫舌的单独型面来水平定位(guiding)该板。该型面的底部有向上凸起的桁架。这些桁架将与在地板块底面的槽相互作用。不过,根据瑞典专利No.8202375-5的地板块必须这样安装,即安装者必须跪下,因为地板块必须转向或侧向滑动至合适位置。

发明内容

通过本发明可以解决上述问题,因为本发明的地板能够耐处理,需要对装饰顶面的切削最少,并易于进行安装。本发明涉及垂直连接的地板块,主要成正方形、矩形、菱形或多边形。该地板块有带有槽的侧边、底面和装饰顶面。该地板块将通过单独的连接型面连接。本发明的特征在于:全部侧边都各有一个槽,该槽布置成平行于其相应侧边。连接型面有成对布置的凸缘,该凸缘将分别装入地板块的槽内,这样,在相邻侧边带有槽的相邻地板块由连接型面的凸缘水平定位和固定。该凸缘通过连接型面的中间部分彼此相连。该连接型面有一中心夹板部分,该中心夹板部分由相互独立的第一和第二弹性夹板构成,该夹板各有一个榫舌。该榫舌将装入一个槽内,这样,相邻的地板块被垂直定位。

在地板块底面的槽优选是布置成离最靠近的侧边的距离小于地板块宽度的一半,优选是小于地板块宽度的四分之一。

地板块优选是有在侧边处的槽。各槽与最靠近的侧边之间的距离基本相同。

优选是,在各侧边和它的相应槽之间的地板块部分的厚度由于位于底面上的凹口而小于地板块的最大厚度。

连接型面优选是制成较长的零件,并优选是通过挤压法制造,该挤压法是公知和合适的制造方法。然后,该连接型面可以以不同长度提供或以卷状形式提供,且该连接型面可以在组装过程中切成合适的长度。优选是,在切断前,连接型面的长度大于地板块的长度。采用这样的长连接型面的一个优点是连接型面可以在例如地板宽度的全长上安装,这将在侧边接头重叠时减小接头出现缝隙的危险。当然,即使在连接型面的长度与地板块相同或者比地板块短时也可以采用地板块之间的接头在两个方向上重叠的组装方式。地板块的短侧侧边可以用较短的连接型面连接。当每一新的地板块行连接到以前安装的地板块行上时,逐步安装该连接型面。本发明的地板材料非常适于不用任何粘结剂安装,例如不用胶水。当然,也可以通过用胶水或双面胶带涂覆连接型面部分或地板块部分,从而用粘结剂来使得该组装能保持得更久。优选是,该胶水或胶带涂覆在连接型面的位于凸缘之间的表面上,同时涂覆在地板块的侧边上。因为本发明的地板块在全部侧边上都有相同的几何形状,因此可以将地板块转向合适方向。因此,非专业人员也可以进行安装图案设计。

与采用榫舌和槽的普通类型的地板材料不同,本发明的连接型面构成单独的部件。这将非常有利于制造、运输和安装,因为普通连接件包括非常脆弱和敏感的部分。这些部分通常由纤维板或碎屑胶合板制成,非常容易破碎(brake)或变形。而被损坏的地板块通常是不能用的。本发明的连接型面可以由多种材料通过多种不同的制造方法制造。其中,合适的方法有注射模塑法和挤压法。合适材料是热塑性材料,例如聚烯烃、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯或者丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物。这些材料也可以填充例如锯屑、纤维素或石灰,以便首先增加尺寸稳定性,同时在粘结时增加粘性。

根据本发明的一个可选实施例,装饰条将从上面装入特意在两地板块之间形成的缝隙中。优选是,该装饰条在其底部有凸起部。该凸起部将与连接型面上的凹坑啮合连接。该装饰条还有凸肩,该凸肩将抵靠连接型面的上边缘。

这样的装饰条可以用于增加地板块的装饰效果,并且不仅能每隔一个地板块安装,也能每隔两个或每隔三个地板块安装。装饰条的顶面可以由具有与地板的其余部分相配的图案的热固塑料装饰层覆盖。连接型面可以由金属制成,其它的可用材料可以是聚烯烃、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物。这些材料也可以填充例如锯屑、纤维素或石灰,以便首先增加尺寸稳定性,同时在粘结时增加粘性。当装饰条有热固塑料层顶面时,优选是用具有15-60%的例如纤维素粉的填料的热固性树脂或热塑性材料制造该装饰条。也可以用装饰条作为膨胀装置,即能吸收地板由于热或水汽而引起的相应膨胀。这时装饰条适于由热塑性弹性材料制成。

本发明的地板材料适于不用胶水安装。当然也可以采用胶水或双面胶带,以便进行完全永久性的安装。这时优选是将胶水或胶带在组装之前涂覆或粘结在接头的合适腔体内。

本发明的地板块通过向下按压以便与以前安装好的地板块啮合连接而组装。普通的已知地板块通过敲击或强行挤压到一起而水平组装。某些已知的地板块通过转向或撬入合适位置而组装。根据榫舌和槽的多种变化形式,这些已知的地板块是垂直定位的,也有少数是水平定位的。因为很难人工在地板平面上施加足够的水平力,因此在安装该地板时必须用不同类型的拉紧装置。在安装本发明的地板时,安装者仅仅只需要将其体重的一部分作用到接头上,地板块就会啮合在一起。因此,只要将地板块正确放置,就可以使地板块移动就位。

还可以通过利用简单的工具站着铺地板,例如利用一对在底端有吸盘的杆。因此,不必跪爬着装地板。地板安装者中工伤如背和膝盖病非常普遍。如果没有用胶水,那么即使一个地板块完全被其它地板块包围,也能够将它拆下。该操作优选是通过使用更强类型的吸盘来提起地板块的一面而完成。也可以在地板块上钻一个孔,以便产生一个抓住该板的位置,从而更换该地板块。单个地板块需要更换的原因可能是一个重物,如烙铁落到地板上。而迄今为止,只能是专业地板安装人员能够进行该类型的地板维修,因为需要很多专业经验和多个工具。这样的维修自然很贵。本发明使得外行也能够在不需要使用专用工具的情况下进行这种维修。

下面将结合表示本发明的不同地板材料实施例的附图来进一步介绍本发明。

具体实施方式

地板块1通常包括由装饰顶面层3覆盖的中心部分。该中心部分通常由用胶水或树脂粘在一起的锯屑、木纤维或碎屑构成。因为中心部分的纤维素材料易受水汽的影响,当地板将暴露在水汽中时,因此优选是在最靠近接头的表面涂上涂层。该表面的处理包括蜡、树脂或某些漆。当地板块将粘结在一起时就不需要在接头上涂涂层,因为胶水自身能防止水汽渗透。装饰顶面3由用三聚酰胺-甲醛树脂浸渍的装饰纸构成。优选是在装饰纸的顶部还有一层或多层所谓的由用三聚酰胺-甲醛树脂浸渍的α纤维素制成的覆层纸。还可以喷洒一层或多层例如为α氧化铝、氧化硅、碳化硅的硬微粒,同时进行渗透,以便提高抗磨损性。底面5可以是用漆进行处理的表面或者是纸和树脂的表面层。

Claims (11)
