一般地,诸如混合动力车辆和电动车辆这样的车辆设置有用于将电力供给到驱动电机的高压驱动电源和用于将电力供给到其它电气负载(电气部件)的低压电气部件电源。作为以这种方式设置有两种类型的电源的车辆,已经提出了在主电池(驱动电源)与辅机(电气部件)之间设置有转换器的机动车辆(例如,参见专利文献1)。在专利文献1中描述的电动车辆中,当在辅助电池(电气部件电源)中发生故障时,由于设置了转换器,所以能够将电力从主电池供给到辅助设备。

发明内容
然而,当如专利文献1中描述的电动车辆一样设置两种类型的电源时,需要相对于各电源独立地设置用于将电源保持在适当温度(冷却或加热)的温度调整结构,所以存在构造趋向于复杂化的缺点。
本发明的目的是提供一种能够简化温度调整结构的构造的供电单元。
本发明的供电单元用于将电力供给到安装于车辆的负载,包括:驱动电源,该驱动电源用于将电力供给到作为所述负载的驱动电机和电气部件;至少一个电气部件电源,该至少一个电气部件电源用于将电力供给到所述电气部件;至少一个降压转换器,该至少一个降压转换器设置在所述驱动电源与所述电气部件之间;分配单元,该分配单元用于将所述驱动电源和所述电气部件电源的电力分配到多个电气部件;和容纳单元,该容纳单元用于容纳所述驱动电源,并且所述电气部件电源、所述降压转换器和所述分配单元容纳在所述容纳单元中。
根据这样的本发明的供电单元,由于电气部件电源、降压转换器和分配单元容纳在与容纳驱动电源相同的容纳单元中,所以驱动电源与电气部件电源定位成互相靠近。结果,能够共享用于冷却驱动电源和电气部件电源的冷却单元。另外,当驱动电源和电气部件电源中的一者的温度低时,由驱动电源和电气部件电源中的另一者、降压转换器和分配单元产生的热能够容易地传送到低温的电源,从而省略加热单元或者减小其容量。如上所述,根据本发明的供电单元,能够简化温度调整结构的构造。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图描述本发明的实施例。如图1和2所示,本实施例的供电单元1设置在车辆100的地板部中,并且包括驱动电源2、两个电气部件电源3A和3B、作为降压转换器的两个DC/DC转换器4A和4B、作为分配单元的接线箱5、容纳单元6、线束7和开关8。在本实施例中,假设车辆100的前后方向是X方向,宽度方向为Y方向,并且上下方向是Z方向。
例如,车辆100是电动车辆,并且包括作为负载的前后两个驱动电机、自动操作负载10A和一般负载10B。前后两个驱动电机分别用于驱动前轮和后轮,但是可以仅设置一个驱动电机。此外,车辆100可以是包括驱动电机和发动机的混合动力车辆。
自动操作负载10A和一般负载10B是设置在车辆100中的电气部件。电气部件是除了被供给电力的驱动电机之外的部件,并且其应用和功能不限于此。自动操作负载10A是进行驱动和控制加速器、方向盘和制动器中的至少一者的自动操作所需要的电气部件。在本实施例中,用于自动操作的ECU 203对应于自动操作负载10A。

车辆100设置有:与前侧的电气部件连接的前方区域控制器201;和与后侧的电气部件连接的后方区域控制器202。区域控制器201和202是被供给与电气部件电源3A和3B的电压基本相等的电压的电力并且将电力分配到各个电气部件的接线箱。注意,ECU 203也连接于区域控制器201。
例如,驱动电源2由多个芯电池的锂离子电池构成,并且将电力供给到驱动电机和电气部件。驱动电源2的电压高于电气部件电源3A和3B的电压。驱动电源2通过DC/DC转换器4A和4B降压并且连接于电气部件,并且将电压施加于电气部件。
例如,电气部件电源3A和3B由锂离子电池构成,并且将电力供给到电气部件。例如,电气部件电源3A和3B的电压可以是12V、48V等。一个电气部件电源3A用作主电源,并且另一个电气部件电源3B用作辅助电源。
DC/DC转换器4A和4B设置在驱动电源2与电气部件之间,并且将驱动电源2的电压降低为与电气部件电源3A和3B的电压基本相等的电压。开关8设置在两个DC/DC转换器4A与4B之间,并且在连接与断开之间切换。
接线箱5将驱动电源2和电气部件电源3A、3B的电力分配到多个电气部件,并且经由DC/DC转换器4A、4B连接于驱动电源2,而且直接连接于电气部件电源3A和3B。接线箱5利用线束7连接于区域控制器201、202,并且供给电力。
例如,容纳单元6是具有扁平形状的长方体外壳,其中在Z方向上的尺寸小于在X方向和Y方向上的尺寸,并且容纳驱动电源2、电气部件电源3A、3B、DC/DC转换器4A、4B和接线箱5。在图1中,虽然容纳单元6的形状是方形,但是可以根据驱动电源2的外形适当地选择容纳单元6的形状。在容纳单元6的Y方向上的中央部中,形成了被线束7穿过的、在X方向上延伸的通过部61,并且引出线束7的开口部62和63形成在前端和后端处。
线束7由连接于接线箱5并且朝着前方区域控制器201延伸的第一线束7A和连接于接线箱5并且向后侧的后方区域控制器202延伸的第二线束7B构成。第一线束7A通过开口部62,并且引出到容纳单元6的外部,并且第二线束7B通过开口部63引出到容纳单元6的外部。线束7由连接于主电气部件电源3A的主系统(由实线示出)和连接于副电气部件电源3B的冗余系统(由虚线示出)构成。注意,第一线束7A和第二线束7B可以被配置为简单地通过开口部62、63,或者可以在开口部62、63中设置连接器,容纳单元6内的线束经由连接器与外侧的线束连接。
电气部件电源3A和3B以及DC/DC转换器4A和4B以及接线箱5构成分配单元20。在本实施例中,分配单元20设置在容纳单元6中的前侧区域。驱动电源2可以不设置在布置容纳单元6的分配单元20的区域中,或者驱动电源2与分配单元20可以在Z方向上重叠。此外,DC/DC转换器4A和4B设置在Y方向上的中央部处,以及两个电气部件电源3A、3B设置为从Y方向夹持DC/DC转换器4A、4B。接线箱5可以相对于DC/DC转换器4A和4B设置在前方和后方,或者可以布置为在Z方向上重叠。
容纳单元6设置有作为温度控制机构的冷却单元和传热单元。还可以设置加热单元作为温度控制机构。冷却单元用于冷却驱动电源2和电气部件电源3A、3B,并且包括例如散热片、空气吹送单元等。
传热单元在容纳单元6中容纳的各个部件(驱动电源2;电气部件电源3A、3B;DC/DC转换器4A、4B;和接线箱5)之间传热,并且包括流动路径(例如,液体通过其流动的管)。例如,如果由于电源3A和3B的低温而不能得到期望的特性,则可以将由DC/DC转换器4A、4B产生的热传送到电气部件电源3A、3B。注意,传热流体可以由于部件之间的温差而自然循环,或可以通过流体馈送单元强制循环。

此外,由于沿着作为车辆的前后方向的X方向延伸的通过部6设置在容纳单元6中,所以与线束在Z方向上叠置的构造相比,难以形成阶部或不平坦部。结果,车辆100的高度降低,并且使得车辆的内部空间更宽。
另外,由于供电单元1包括两个电气部件电源3A和3B以及两个DC/DC转换器4A和4B,因此,当在一个系统中发生故障等时,另一个系统能够驱动车辆100。
需要注意的是,本发明不限于上述实施例,并且包括能够实现本发明的目的的其他构造等,并且下面的变型等包括在本发明中。
例如,在以上实施例中,虽然分配单元20布置在容纳单元6中的前侧区域,另外,DC/DC转换器4A和4B布置在Y方向上的中心部,并且两个电气部件电源3A和3B被设置为从Y方向夹持DC/DC转换器4A和4B,但是本发明不限于这样的布置。
如图3所示,分配单元20可以设置在容纳单元6中的前侧区域,并且DC/DC转换器4A、4B设置在Y方向上的中心部,并且两个电气部件电源3A、3B相对于DC/DC转换器4设置在Y方向上的一侧(在图示出的实例中是右侧)。注意,接线箱5跨过DC/DC转换器4A和4B设置在电气部件电源3A和3B的相反侧。
此外,如图4所示,分配单元20可以布置在容纳单元6中的前侧区域中,DC/DC转换器4A和4B布置在Y方向上的一侧(在图示出的实例中是左侧),并且两个电气部件电源3A和3B相对于DC/DC转换器4A、4B布置在Y方向上的另一侧(在图示出的实例中是右侧)。另外,接线箱5布置在电气部件电源3A、3B的前侧。
此外,如图5所示,分配单元20可以布置在容纳单元6中的后侧区域,并且DC/DC转换器4A和4B布置在Y方向上的中央部,并且电气部件电源3A和3B可以布置为从Y方向夹持DC/DC转换器4A和4B。
以这种方式,可以适当地设定分配单元在容纳单元6中的布置以及电气部件电源3A、3B和DC/DC转换器4A、4B的布置。
此外,在上述实施例中,虽然被线束7在作为车辆的前后方向的X方向上穿过的通过部61形成在容纳单元6中,但是通过部可以形成为在诸如Y方向等这样的其它方向上延伸。此外,例如,当分配单元20布置在容纳单元6中的Y方向上的端部并且线束容易从容纳单元6引出时,线束可以相对于容纳单元6布设在Y方向上的与容纳单元6相邻的位置处,从而沿着X方向延伸。
在以上实施例中,虽然供电单元1包括两个电气部件电源3A、3B和两个DC/DC转换器4A、4B,但是供电单元可以包括适当数量的电气部件电源和DC/DC转换器,并且数量可以是一个或三个以上。并且,电气部件电源和DC/DC转换器的数量可以彼此不同。
另外,虽然在以上描述中公开了用于实施本发明的最佳构造、方法等,但是本发明不限于此。即,主要相对于具体实施方式图示和描述了本发明,但是需要理解的是:相比于上述实施例,本领域技术人员在不背离本发明的精神和范围的情况下能够进行对形状、材料、数量、其它细节的修改。因此,由于为了有助于理解本发明,以上公开的限制形状、材料等的描述是说明性的,但是不限制本发明,所以以除去限定其形状、材料等的一部分或全部限制之外的部件的名称的描述也包括在本发明中。
Claims (3)
1.一种供电单元,用于向安装于车辆的负载供给电力,所述供电单元包括:
驱动电源,该驱动电源用于向作为所述负载的驱动电机和电气部件供给电力;
至少一个电气部件电源,该至少一个电气部件电源用于向所述电气部件供给电力;
至少一个降压转换器,该至少一个降压转换器设置在所述驱动电源与所述电气部件之间;
分配单元,该分配单元用于将所述驱动电源和所述电气部件电源的电力分配到多个电气部件;和
容纳单元,该容纳单元用于容纳所述驱动电源,其中,
所述电气部件电源、所述降压转换器和所述分配单元容纳在所述容纳单元中,所述容纳单元设置有传热单元,该传热单元在所述容纳单元中容纳的所述驱动电源、所述电气部件电源、所述降压转换器和所述分配单元之间传热。
2.根据权利要求1所述的供电单元,还包括:
线束,该线束连接于所述分配单元并且从所述容纳单元引出,其中,
通过部形成在所述容纳单元中,该通过部在所述车辆的前后方向上延伸,并且所述线束穿过所述通过部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的供电单元,其中,
设置了多个电气部件电源和多个降压转换器。
