Abstract
Description
(1) 車両上で、比較的大きい電源電力を消費する大電力負荷、及び前記大電力負荷と比べて電源電力消費が少ない小電力負荷に対して電源電力を供給する車載電源供給システムであって、
前記大電力負荷及び前記小電力負荷の全体が必要とする電源電圧に比べて十分に高い第1電圧の電源電力を出力可能な第1電源部と、
前記車両上で所定のゾーンをそれぞれ管理する複数のゾーン管理部と、
前記第1電源部、及び前記複数のゾーン管理部の間を接続する電源幹線部と、
1つ以上の前記ゾーン管理部のゾーン内に配置され、前記第1電圧の電源電力を前記第1電圧よりも電圧の低い第2電圧の電源電力に変換する1つ以上の降圧変換部と、
を備え、前記電源幹線部は少なくとも前記第1電圧の電源電力を配電可能な高圧電源線を有する、

図1の構成においては、小電力負荷18は、扱う電圧が12[V]の電源枝線17に接続されている。また、この電源枝線17は、ゾーンECU15の下流側に接続されている。
図3(a)に示した車載電源供給システム60は、一般的な車両の場合と同様に、電源幹線66に12[V]の電源電力が供給されるように構成されている。また、車載電源供給システム60においては大電力負荷63がDC/DCコンバータ64を内蔵し、このDC/DCコンバータ64が12[V]の電源電力を48[V]に内部で昇圧してから負荷側に供給する。
[1] 車両上で、比較的大きい電源電力を消費する大電力負荷(14)、及び前記大電力負荷と比べて電源電力消費が少ない小電力負荷(18)に対して電源電力を供給する車載電源供給システムであって、
前記大電力負荷及び前記小電力負荷の全体が必要とする電源電圧に比べて十分に高い第1電圧(例えば48[V])の電源電力を出力可能な第1電源部(DC/DCコンバータ12)と、
前記車両上で所定のゾーンをそれぞれ管理する複数のゾーン管理部(ゾーンECU15、15A、15B、15C)と、
前記第1電源部、及び前記複数のゾーン管理部の間を接続する電源幹線部(電源幹線111、1A~11E)と、
1つ以上の前記ゾーン管理部のゾーン内に配置され、前記第1電圧の電源電力を前記第1電圧よりも電圧の低い第2電圧(例えば12[V])の電源電力に変換する1つ以上の降圧変換部(DC/DCコンバータ16)と、
を備え、前記電源幹線部は少なくとも前記第1電圧の電源電力を配電可能な高圧電源線(電源幹線11C、11D)を有する、

Claims (5)
- 車両上で、比較的大きい電源電力を消費する大電力負荷、及び前記大電力負荷と比べて電源電力消費が少ない小電力負荷に対して電源電力を供給する車載電源供給システムであって、
前記大電力負荷及び前記小電力負荷の全体が必要とする電源電圧に比べて十分に高い第1電圧の電源電力を出力可能な第1電源部と、
前記車両上で所定のゾーンをそれぞれ管理する複数のゾーン管理部と、
前記第1電源部、及び前記複数のゾーン管理部の間を接続する電源幹線部と、
1つ以上の前記ゾーン管理部のゾーン内に配置され、前記第1電圧の電源電力を前記第1電圧よりも電圧の低い第2電圧の電源電力に変換する1つ以上の降圧変換部と、
を備え、前記電源幹線部は少なくとも前記第1電圧の電源電力を配電可能な高圧電源線を有する、
車載電源供給システム。 - 前記降圧変換部は、該当するゾーンを管理する前記ゾーン管理部に内蔵されている、
請求項1に記載の車載電源供給システム。 - 前記電源幹線部の一部の配索箇所は、前記高圧電源線の他に、前記第2電圧の電源電力を配電可能な低圧電源線を含む、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車載電源供給システム。 - 前記複数のゾーン管理部のそれぞれは、管理しているゾーン内の大電力負荷に対して前記第1電圧の電源電力を供給し、管理しているゾーン内の小電力負荷に対して前記第2電圧の電源電力を供給する、
請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の車載電源供給システム。 - 前記第1電源部の入力側に、前記第1電圧よりも電圧の高い車両駆動系高電圧を前記第1電圧の電源電力に降圧する第2降圧変換部を有する、
請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の車載電源供給システム。
