Abstract

专用来加热房间的油散热器,它包含一个由若干 相互联接的散热件构成的主体,在散热件内有热流体 流通。每个散热件至少有一个带有热扩散装置的成 型板状件,用来减少其外表面的热量,并同时提高散 热件的效率。

Description

本发明涉及专门用来加热房间的油散热器装置。
众所周知,现有的用来加热一个或多个房间的散热器含有一排相互联接的散热件,在该散热件内充满一种热的流体例如一种透热油,这种油用电阻器加热。
在这种类型的散热器中,热扩散主要按两种方式进行,即传导和对流。
靠热传导的热扩散是在油散热器的内表面与外表面之间进行,其内表面与热流体接触,外表面尽管与热流体隔开,在短时间内也达到与所述热流体同样的温度。
靠对流的热转换是通过热从油散热器的热的外表面向其周围的空气粒子的传递来进行的。
当空气粒子受热后,便沿基本上垂直的方向移动,并被要加热的较冷的空气粒子所替代。
从上所述可以看出,普通散热器的表面温度实际上是等于在其内部流动的热流体的温度。
因此,在此情况的油散热器的表面温度可能高到烧伤与之接触的人的皮肤的程度。
按照现行的在这方面有关的规定,油散热器的表面温度必须控制不要太高,必须能防止可能的人与散热器接触造成的皮肤烧伤。
为了降低油散热器的表面温度,可能要将其内部的流体的温度保持在一定值,但是,如所很容易理解的,油散热器的流体的温度降低,就会同时降低装置的加热功率。
另外还要注意到,现有散热器的散热件具有刀片状的外形是很危险的,尤其是对于孩子们,在对所述散热件猛烈撞击的情况下问题更重。
本发明的目标是通过提供一种油散热器结构来克服上面所述的问题,这种油散热器是专用于加热房间的,其外表面的温度远低于其内部的热流体的温度,但不降低加热其所在房间的效能。
在上述目标范围内,本发明的一项重要目的是提供一种油散热器结构,这种结构是更经济的,因为每一个组成散热器的散热件仅按两部分制成,这两部分是用自动机器成排地焊接和折迭,因此,花费的工时很短,成本也适中。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种比现有散热器效率更高的油散热器结构。
本发明的再一个目的是提供一种其外表面是平坦的因而也是十分安全的油散热器。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种油散热器,其散热件是在制成折叠之前进行焊接。
本发明还提供这样一种专用于加热房间的油散热器,即对于一个与普通油散热的热流体相等的温度来说,它比后者有高得多的对流热交换。
为达到本发明上述目标及各项目的,本发明提供了一种专用于加热房间的油散热器所述的油散热器包含一个由若干相互联接的散热件构成的主体,在该主体内有热流体流动,其特征在于每个所述的散热件包含至少一个第一板状件,该板状件的每个侧面至少有一个第一折叠和一个第二折叠,用来降低所述散热件外周表面的热量,并同时提高散热件的效率。
从下面通过仅在附图中示出的非限定性实例来详细阐述本发明的油散热器结构,就可以进一步了解其特征和优点,附图中:
图1是本发明的油散热器结构的局部透视图;
图2是本发明的油散热器的散热件的前正视图;
图3是按本发明沿图2中的Ⅲ-Ⅲ平面的剖视图;
图4示出按照本发明散热件的侧边如何在折叠之前进行焊接的;
图5示出按照现有技术,为何散热件的侧边折叠后是不可能焊接的;
图6-10示出在焊接操作已经进行的情况下散热件的侧边折叠的步骤;
图11-16示出按照本发明可进行的各种折叠方式;和
图17是按照一个不同的实施例的油散热器结构的局部分解透视图;
图18是按本发明的图17所示油散热器的散热件的前正视图;和
图19是按本发明沿图18的ⅩⅨ-ⅩⅨ平面的剖视图。
参见上述附图,加热房间用的散热器装置总的标以标号1,该装置包含一个主体2,它由若干散热件3组成,(见图2第一实施例及图18第二实施例)。
在散热件内有热的流体。具体说来。有透热的油,是用电阻器加热的。
每个散热件3至少含有一个第一板状件4,所述板状件的每个侧面至少有一条第一折叠和一条第二折叠(分别标以5和6),用以减少散热件外围表面的热量,并同时提高所述散热件的效率。
每个散热件3还包含一个第二板状件7,它至少有一个贴近第一和第二折叠5和6的部分,该部分与第一板状件4的相应部分可完美地相配,以便能够用例如焊接联结起来。
第二板状件7也至少有一条第一折叠8和一条第二折叠9,其宽度和方向最好与第一板状件4的第一折叠5和第二折叠6的对称。
特殊地,上述第一板状件4还包含至少一个第三折叠10,在第二板状件7的第三折叠则标以标号11。
例如,在图2和图3剖视图所示的散热件3还有第一板状件4的第四折叠12和第二板状件7的第四折叠13。
在此情况下,第一板状件4的各个折叠与第二板状件7的各个折叠一起构成一个管道形的空间15,它能降低油散热器的表面温度,特别是可降低由图3的折叠6和9形成的表面的温度,(尽管散热件内部流体的温度仍然很高),从而保证充分地加热油散热器所在的房间。
采用图11-16所示的各种折叠,可通过互相联结若干散热件3得到油散热器的外侧表面,这种表面完全是平坦的,因而能保证即使是可能与它碰撞的情况下,也是最安全的。
通过本发明还解决了另一个重要的问题,因此,值得一提。
特别参见图5和4,它们分别示出按照现有技术和按照本发明技术方案对散热件的焊接,所注意到下面的情况:
油散热器的散热件通常在装有焊辊20的自动焊机上进行成行焊接。在焊接时,焊辊20沿着从毂盘22至毂盘23的焊道21移动,以便将两个散热件彼此连接起来。
在围绕毂盘22和23进行焊接时,焊辊20必须转过180°曲线弧度,因此就与每个散热件3的折迭边相碰撞。
换句话说,在散热件3的侧边已被折迭后,如果其横向尺寸小,是不可能将第一板状件4和第二板状件7焊接起来的。
因此,为了避免这个问题,必须在每个散热件的侧边折迭之前进行焊接。
如图4所示,只有分别在板状件4和7上按与其他折叠相反的方向做出第一折叠5和8。
在这一阶段,每个散热件都采用焊辊20,通过移动焊辊围绕毂盘22和23来焊接。在此情况下,所述焊辊完全不会受到第一折叠5和8的阻碍。
一旦进行了焊接操作,如图6-10所示,按照本发明制得散热件所要求的全部折叠都在不同阶段大致做出来了。
实际上,已经可以看出,本发明的油散热器特别优越之处在于,虽然在其内部流过热流体,但其外表面的温度还是相当低的,该温度正好落在这方面有关的规定范围之内,而且油散热器的效率比现有技术要高。
而且,由于油散热器的板状件的特定的折迭,使所述油散热器的侧壁基本上是平的,而且是连续的,从而也保证了在可能对它碰撞的情况下绝对安全。
在图18所示的一个不同的实施例中,每个板状件4有若干开口45,其中一些开口45带有零件46,用来使在相邻板状件之间流通的空气改变方向。
如图18所示,开口45和变向件46是置于板状件的周围部分,并最好与散热件同时制造出来,因此大大减少生产成本和工时。
更具体地说,板状件4包含若干桥形部分(均以标号47表示)。它们处于开口45之间,其尺寸正好限制从散热件3至板状件的外表面通过传导的热交换。当几个散热件互相联接构成油散热器时,开口45与变向件46一起在油散热器内部限定优先的空气流道。从而通过对流来加热大容积的空气,该空气也能通过位于每个板状件上部的孔49逸出。
最后,还必须提到,油散热器的主体2还包含两个用来罩住所述散热器的端面的罩子43,在图1所示的油散热器中,主体2用一个格栅盖住(图中未示出)。
上述的罩子可有各种形状,例如,大体上空心的半圆柱形,它与油散热器的主体2的连接可来用普通的方法,例如,可用按扣型的快速连接法。
按照本发明的油散热器的操作已从上述说明和图示中看得很清楚。
具体说来,正如所理解的,冷空气被从油散热器的主体2下部吸入,通过管道形空间15,在每个散热件内流动,沿着一个比普通油散热器要大的交换表面流通,并流到被形成的优先通道,此外,例如,在图18所示的改型结构中,流过由变向件46和开口45形成的通道,并从与之相连接的孔49逸出。
在实践中,所用的材料以及尺寸,可以按照要求和工艺的现状来定。

Claims (13)

1、专用来加热房间的油散热器,它包含一个由若干互相联接并在内部有热流体流动的散热件构成的主体,其特征在于,每个所述的散热件至少包含一个第一板状件,该板状件的每个侧表面至少有一个第一折叠和一个第二折叠,用来降低所述散热件外周表面的热量,并同时提高所述散热件的效率。
2、根据权利要求1的油散热器,其特征在于,上述散热件包含一个第二板状件,该板状件至少有一个贴近第一折叠和第二折叠并与上述第一板状件的相应部分完全匹配和联接的部分。
3、根据权利要求1的油散热器,其特征在于,上述第二板状件至少含有一个折叠,该折叠与上述第一板状件的上述第一折叠是对称的。
4、根据权利要求1的油散热器,其特征在于,上述第一板状件至少含有一个第三折叠。
5、根据权利要求2的油散热器,其特征在于,上述第二板状件与上述第一板状件是对称的。
6、根据权利要求1和3的油散热器,其特征在于,上述第一板状件的至少第一折叠和第二折叠与上述第二板状件的至少第一折叠和第二折叠构成一个管道形的空间。
7、根据权利要求1的油散热器,其特征在于,当上述散热件与其他的散热件联接时,所述散热件的外侧表面便在上述主体中构成两个较大的基本上是平的相对侧壁。
8、根据权利要求1和2的油散热器,其特征在于,上述第二板状件在上述折叠做成之前与上述第一板状件焊接,以便可在装有围绕连接上述散热件的毂盘的焊辊的自动机器上成排进行上述焊接。
9、根据权利要求1和3的油散热器,其特征在于,至少在最初,进行上述焊接后,至少做出与其他所述折叠相反方向的上述的第一折叠。
10、根据权利要求1的油散热器,其特征在于,至少有一个上述的第一板状件,在其周围设置有若干开口和变向件。
11、根据权利要求1的油散热器,其特征在于,所述的板状件有桥形部分,设置于上述开口之间,适用来限制通过从上述散热件至上述外表面的热传导所进行的热传递。
12、根据权利要求1的油散热器,其特征在于,上述的开口和变向件构成空气流通的优先通道,该通道用来通过对流加热上述空气,上述外表面还有若干小孔,这些小孔与上述通道连接,用来从上述板状件排出上述热空气。
13、根据权利要求1的油散热器,其特征在于,上述主体包含两个罩住其端面的罩子。
