Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 에어콘용 열교환기 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 알루미늄 압출가공에 의해 이음매없이 "D"자형상으로 형성된 관형헤더를 튜브와 접합시킬때 그 접합부분에 용가제 플레이트를 매개시켜 가조립상태의 열교환기를 열처리로내에서 580 내지 620℃의 온도로 가열시켜줌으로써 접합부분에 용접비이드가 형성되어 단시간내에 일괄적으로 동시에 용접이 이루어지는 공정으로 되어 있기 때문에 관형헤더에서의 누설, 터짐 및 변형을 미연에 방지할 수 있음과 동시에 조립공정에 소요되는 작업시간 및 열교환기의 제조코스트를 절감시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 열교환기를 도시한 분해사시도,
제2도는 본 발명에 의한 열교환기에서 관형헤더가 부착되는 요부를 도시한 분해사시도,
제3도는 제2도의 A-A선 단면도.

Claims (13)

  1. 평행으로 배열되어서 냉매의 흐름을 유도하는 다수개의 튜브(1)와, 이들 튜브(1)와 튜브(1)와의 사이에 파도형상으로 조밀하게 설치되어서 전열면적을 높여주는 다수개의 코루게이트핀(2)과, 상기 다수개의 튜브(1)의 양단과 각각 용가제 플레이트(3)를 매개로 연통접합되도록 일측에 다수개의 튜브삽입공(4b)이 형성된 평면수(4a)와 타측에 곡면부(4d)를 갖는"D"자형의 관형헤더(4)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 에어콘용 열교환기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형헤더(4)는 알루미늄 압출가공에 의해 이음매가 없이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 에어콘용 열교환기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형헤더(4)는 또한 그 평면부(4a)가 곡면으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 에어콘용 열교환기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형헤더(4)는 그 곡면부(4d)가 반원으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 에어콘용 열교환기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형헤더(4)는 그 곡면부(4d)가 타원으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 에어콘용 열교환기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형헤더(4)는 그 평면부(4a)와 곡면부(4d)와의 연결모서리부분이 직선으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 에어콘용 열교환기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형헤더(4)는 그 평면부(4a)와 곡면부(4d)와의 연결모서리부분이 외측으로 경사되게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 에어콘용 열교환기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형헤더(4)는 그 평면부(4a)와 곡면부(4d)의 두께보다 두껍게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 에어콘용 열교환기.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용가제 플레이트(3)는 그 평탄부(3a)에 대해 길이방향으로 다수개의 버르(3b)가 일정한 간격을 두고 일체로 돌출형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 에어콘용 열교환기.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 버르(3b)는 그 돌축폭이 상기 관형헤더(4)의 평면부(4a)의 두께보다 큰폭으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 에어콘용 열교환기.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용가제 플레이트(3)는 그 평탄부(3a)의 길이방향에서 양가장자리에 플랜지부(3c)가 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 에어콘용 열교환기.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용가제 플레이트(3)는 그 두께가 0.1 내지 1.0mm로 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 에어콘용 열교환기 제조방법.
  13. 다수개의 튜브(1)의 양측단이 용가제 플레이트(3)를 매개로 관형헤더(4)의 튜브삽입공(4b)에 삽입된 가조립물 상태에서 열처리로내의 일정온도에 의해 상기 용가제 플레이트(3)가 녹아서 비이드(10)를 형성할 때 상기 가조립물의 접합부분을 일괄적으로 동시에 용접시키도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 에어콘용 열교환기 제조방법.
