Description

Anti-aging liposome composition and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of daily chemicals, in particular to an anti-aging liposome composition and a preparation method thereof, and relates to cosmetics containing the composition.
Background
The skin is aged to form wrinkles, so that the original plump and glossy skin becomes uneven, the skin refractivity becomes poor, and the original glossy skin loses the original luster. The water content of the aged skin is reduced, the pigment is correspondingly increased, and pigmentation such as chloasma and senile plaque is generated. The appearance of clinical symptoms such as wrinkles and age spots has complex psychological and physiological influences on people's life and work after the aging phenomenon occurs, and can cause a series of psychological problems such as anxiety, depression, self-mutism and the like. Anti-aging product cosmetics have been on the market, and people hope to improve and improve the quality of life by anti-aging.
Aging is one of the most basic natural laws in the biological world, and skin aging is classified into extrinsic aging and extrinsic aging, and the extrinsic aging is mainly caused by environmental factors such as ultraviolet radiation, smoking, wind blowing, sunlight and contact with harmful chemical substances. Ultraviolet radiation in sunlight is a major factor in extrinsic aging. The skin is also prone to aging under prolonged environmental erosion. Aged skin is rough and slightly hypertrophic, deep furrows, ridges and leather-like appearance, i.e., so-called deep wrinkles, such as a rhomboidal skin. Prolonged sun exposure can cause thickening of the skin cuticle, or a disturbance in the barrier function of the cuticle. Changes in the skin microcirculation can also occur, such as telangiectasia or disappearance, a dull, dull or yellowish appearance of the skin.
The aging mechanism is very complex, and the representative aging theory mainly comprises the theory of cell mutation, the theory of DNA damage, the theory of mitochondrial damage, the theory of telomeres, the theory of free radicals, the theory of nonenzymatic glycosylation, the theory of immune function change and the theory of neuroendocrine aging. The theory of cell mutation is that the number of cell divisions is proportional to the lifespan, and aging is caused by cell damage and mutation, so that the cells themselves and the cells after division are abnormal, physiological functions are reduced, and the number of divisions is reduced. The theory of free radicals is that under normal conditions, the generation and elimination of free radicals in the body are in dynamic equilibrium, and once the equilibrium is broken, excessive free radicals are generated, and toxic attack on biological tissues such as chromosomes, mitochondria, cell membranes and connective tissues can cause aging of the body.
The reduction of epidermal barrier function is closely related to skin dryness. The water content in the stratum corneum is 10-15%, the relative constancy of water depends on natural moisturizing factors: amino acids, pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, lactate, urea, uric acid, creatine, phosphate, etc., decrease in the content of natural moisturizing factors in the stratum corneum with age, resulting in a decrease in the hydration capacity of the skin, which is only 75% of normal skin. If the barrier function of the stratum corneum is damaged, the loss of water in the skin is accelerated, and the aging of the skin is also accelerated. The stable barrier function of the stratum corneum of the skin is the key to keeping the skin healthy, and when the barrier function of the stratum corneum is stable, the skin can show a good healthy state, so that the skin aging is delayed.
Currently, the main anti-aging products on the market are mainly aimed at three aspects: 1. scavenging free radicals from the skin; 2. supplementing water and protein components lost from the skin from the outside by adding some moisturizers or nutrients; 3. promoting cell metabolism. The percutaneous absorption routes of cosmetics are the stratum corneum, hair follicles and sweat glands, but the latter two routes only account for less than 1% of the entire skin surface, but most nutrients are difficult to pass through the lipid-rich stratum corneum. Most products in the market hope to achieve the product effect by adding a large amount of nutrient substances or humectants, but the nutrient substances are often not completely absorbed and utilized by the skin, the bioavailability is low, the cost is high, and meanwhile, the expected effect of the product cannot be achieved.
The liposome has unique hydrophilic and lipophilic structure, can soften cutin, make the encapsulated substance reach the action position, and can form a layer of protective film on the surface of skin to moisten and moisten skin. Chinese patent CN 106539711 a discloses a novel skin lotion and a preparation method thereof, wherein moisturizers such as seabuckthorn oil liposome, glycerin, hyaluronic acid and the like provide moisturizing and anti-aging effects, but the anti-aging effect is provided only by seabuckthorn oil, and the effect is not significant. Chinese patent CN 104490677 a discloses a liposome essence emulsion, which is a liposome composed of bioactive components such as cell growth factors, etc., and humectants such as saussurea involucrate extract, hyaluronic acid, glycerol, etc., and has high bioavailability, excellent effect, but high cost.
