Example 5 a method of preparing a spot removing mask, comprising the steps of:
s1, putting cetearyl glucoside, laureth-7, C13-14 isoparaffin, isononyl isononanoate, polydimethylsiloxane and shea butter into an oil phase pot, heating to 80 ℃, and uniformly stirring; adding glycerol, 1, 2-hexanediol, carbomer and sodium alginate into deionized water, dispersing uniformly, adding into a reaction kettle, heating to 80 deg.C, and stirring uniformly to dissolve completely; pumping the water phase material into an emulsifying pot, slowly adding the oil phase material, and homogenizing;
s2, stirring the homogenized material for 5min at the temperature of-10 ℃, wherein the stirring speed is 160 rpm/min; heating to 40 ℃, continuing stirring for 5min at the stirring speed of 50rpm/min, and then preserving heat for 20 min;
s3, continuously adding the birch bark extract, the alpinia katsumadai seed extract, the edelweiss extract, the nicotinamide and the triethanolamine, and uniformly stirring at the stirring speed of 200rpm/min for 30 min; and continuing adding the polished round-grained rice extract and the veronica pubescens extract, stirring uniformly, sampling at 38 ℃ and inspecting to obtain the freckle-removing mask liquid.
The preparation method of the freckle-removing facial mask in the embodiments 6-7 is similar to that in the embodiment 5, and is different in that the homogenized material is continuously stirred for 10min at the temperature of-15 ℃ in the step S2, and the stirring speed is 200 rpm/min; heating to 45 deg.C, stirring at 80rpm/min for 10min, and keeping the temperature for 30 min.

Test example I, high temperature, Low temperature storage stability test
The freckle-removing facial masks prepared in examples 5-9 and comparative examples 1-5 are stored at-5 ℃ for 24 hours, then stored at room temperature for 24 hours, then stored in a thermostat at 40 ℃ for 24 hours, and are sequentially circulated for 3 times, the stability of the facial masks is observed, whether the facial masks have the phenomena of discoloration, thinning, layering and the like is observed, the high-low temperature stability of the facial masks is judged according to the test results, and the results are shown in table 4.

As can be seen from table 4, the freckle removing mask prepared in examples 5 to 9 has no change in color and no thinning or delamination after high and low temperature cycling tests, which indicates that the low temperature stability and the high temperature stability are good, and example 9 is the best example.
The freckle removing mask prepared in the comparative example 1 is not added with the polished round-grained rice extract and the vernal flower extract, has color change, and has obvious thinning and layering phenomena under the same test conditions, so that the addition of the polished round-grained rice extract and the vernal flower extract has great influence on the low-temperature stability and the high-temperature stability of the freckle removing mask, and the addition of the polished round-grained rice extract and the vernal flower extract can obviously improve the temperature tolerance of the freckle removing mask, so that the freckle removing mask is not easily influenced by temperature.
The freckle removing facial mask prepared in the comparative example 2 has the phenomena of color change and obvious thinning and has no layering phenomenon under the same test conditions, and the freckle removing facial mask prepared in the comparative example 3 has the phenomena of color change, obvious thinning and unobvious layering under the same test conditions, which indicates that if only one of the two is used as a stabilizer, the same technical effect cannot be obtained. The inventors have studied the mechanism of the above effect, and speculated that it is more likely that the vernalia pubescens extract and the japonica rice extract interact with each other to form the effect of the stable component.
The freckle-removing facial mask prepared in the comparative example 4 has obvious discoloration phenomenon and no thinning and layering phenomena under the same test conditions; the freckle-removing facial mask prepared in the comparative example 5 has the phenomena of color change and thinning and no layering under the same test conditions, and shows that the low-temperature stability and the high-temperature stability of the freckle-removing facial mask can be remarkably improved by the cooperation of the polished round-grained rice extract and the vernal flower extract obtained through the special steps.
Test example two, in vitro transdermal test
Taking a healthy SPF male mouse with Kunming breed, weighing (20 +/-2) g, removing the neck of the mouse, killing the mouse, taking the abdominal skin of the mouse, removing the fat layer, scraping the mouse hair on the skin of the mouse, washing the mouse with normal saline, fixing the skin of the mouse between a diffusion pool and a receiving pool, wherein the cuticle layer of the skin faces the diffusion pool, the dermis layer faces the receiving pool and is just contacted with a solvent in the receiving pool to prevent bubbles from being generated. The volume of the receiving cell was 15 mL. Placing 1mL of the freckle-removing facial mask liquid prepared in the embodiments 5-9 and the comparative examples 1-3 of the invention into a diffusion cell, adding distilled water into a receiving cell in which a magnetic stirrer is added in advance, placing the receiving cell on a magnetic stirrer of an intelligent transdermal tester, setting the water bath temperature at 37 ℃, stirring at the speed of 350r/min, sampling through a sampling port after 2 hours (simultaneously supplementing equivalent receiving liquid), filtering through a 0.22 mu m microporous filter membrane, performing chromatographic analysis, and calculating the nicotinamide permeability.

As can be seen from the data in table 5, the permeability of niacinamide in the spot removing facial masks prepared in examples 5 to 9 can be as high as 42.6%, and thus, the whitening active ingredients in the spot removing facial mask prepared in the present invention have good permeability, and if the mask application time is prolonged, the permeability of the whitening active ingredients can be increased, and the whitening effect can be better exerted.
Compared with example 9, the freckle removing facial mask liquid prepared in comparative examples 1-3 is not added with the japonica rice extract and the vernal flower extract, or is only added with one of the japonica rice extract and the vernal flower extract, and the permeation amount of nicotinamide is slightly lower, which shows that the japonica rice extract and the vernal flower extract have certain influence on the permeability of nicotinamide.
Test example III Spot removing, whitening and moisturizing test
The purpose of the test is as follows: in order to verify the spot lightening effect of the spot-removing mask of the present invention, examples 5 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were tested.
The test method comprises the following steps: 80 volunteers with age pigment, chloasma and pigmentation after sun exposure were selected and randomly divided into 8 groups, each group of subjects was externally applied with the masks of examples 5-9 and comparative examples 1-3, and used once every night after face cleaning for 28 days continuously, before and after use, the color reader spectrophotometer (C R-10, Konica Minolta, Japan) was used to test the L, b value of the volunteers; Δ L ═ Lt-L0Wherein L istTo use the skin L value after t period, L0Is the skin L value before use; Δ b ═ bt-b0Wherein b istTo use the b value of the skin after the t period, b0Is the pre-application skin b value; the larger the Δ L value, the better the Δ b value.

As can be seen from the data in table 6, the whitening components in the spot-removing mask solutions prepared in examples 5 to 9 have better effects of penetrating the skin and lightening spots, wherein the spot-lightening effect of example 9 is the best, and more melanin is reduced, so that the skin has substantial effects of whitening and removing spots, and the spot-removing mask solutions prepared in examples 5 to 9 have better moisturizing and anti-aging effects.
From comparative examples 1 to 3, it can be seen that the effect of lightening spots is reduced when the veronica pubescens extract and the japonica rice extract are absent or one of the veronica pubescens extract and the japonica rice extract is absent, which indicates that the veronica pubescens extract has the effect of lightening spots such as chloasma and freckles when added into the mask, can effectively whiten the skin, improve the dull skin caused by melanin pigmentation, deeply penetrate into the bottom layer of the skin to supplement water and lock water, prevent the spots from rebounding, and make the skin white, tender and smooth.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and all such changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.

The freckle-removing mask is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 2-6 parts of an emulsifier, 6-10 parts of a humectant, 5-8 parts of an emollient, 0.1-0.2 part of a thickener, 1-6 parts of a birch bark extract, 1-5 parts of a katsumadai seed extract, 1-3 parts of a edelweiss extract, 1-2 parts of nicotinamide, 65-75 parts of deionized water, 3-5 parts of a polished round-grained rice extract and 1.5-3 parts of a vernal flower extract;
the preparation method of the polished round-grained rice extract comprises the following steps: grinding fresh polished round-grained rice, and freeze-drying for 12-24 hours under the conditions that the vacuum degree is 0.1-0.3 MPa and the temperature is-75-85 ℃ to obtain polished round-grained rice powder; adding an ethanol solution with the volume concentration of 80-100% at the temperature of 80-95 ℃, and stirring for 20-40 min, wherein the material-liquid ratio of the polished round-grained rice powder to the ethanol solution is 1g: (25-45) ml to obtain a coarse extract of the polished round-grained rice; concentrating to obtain a concentrated solution, cooling to 25-30 ℃, adding an ethanol solution with the volume concentration of 30-50% and 6-8 times of the volume of the concentrated solution, centrifuging and filtering, and taking a filtrate to obtain a polished round-grained rice extract;
the preparation method of the vernalia pubescens extract comprises the following steps:
grinding whole fresh cymbidium floribundum to obtain cymbidium floribundum powder, extracting the cymbidium floribundum powder in purified water with the pH of 7.9-8.2 and the temperature of 50-60 ℃ for 60-120 min, and filtering to remove residues to obtain a cymbidium floribundum crude extract; filtering the flos Jasmini sambac crude extract with microfiltration membrane and ultrafiltration membrane to obtain flos Jasmini sambac extract; wherein the feed-liquid ratio of the vernalia pubescens powder to the purified water is 1g (10-24) ml.

The spot removing mask according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the japonica rice extract comprises: grinding fresh polished round-grained rice, and freeze-drying for 12-24 hours under the conditions that the vacuum degree is 0.1-0.3 MPa and the temperature is-75-85 ℃ to obtain polished round-grained rice powder; adding an ethanol solution with the volume concentration of 95% at the temperature of 93 ℃, and stirring for 20-40 min, wherein the material-to-liquid ratio of the polished round-grained rice powder to the ethanol solution is 1g (25-45) ml, so as to obtain a polished round-grained rice crude extract; and (3) concentrating to obtain a concentrated solution, then cooling to 28 ℃, adding a 45% ethanol solution with 6-8 times of the volume of the concentrated solution, centrifuging and filtering to obtain a filtrate, and thus obtaining the polished round-grained rice extract.
3. The spot removing mask according to claim 1, wherein the emulsifier is at least one of cetearyl glucoside, laureth-7, C13-14 isoparaffin, and sorbitan stearate.
4. The spot removing mask according to claim 1, wherein the moisturizer is at least one of propylene glycol, butylene glycol, glycerin and 1, 2-hexanediol.
5. The spot-removing mask pack according to claim 1, wherein the emollient is at least one of hydrogenated polyisobutene, isononyl isononanoate, polydimethylsiloxane, and shea butter.
6. The spot removing mask according to claim 1, wherein the thickener is carbomer and/or sodium alginate.
7. A method for preparing a spot removing mask according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
s1, adding the emulsifier and the emollient into the oil phase pot, heating to 80-85 ℃, and uniformly stirring; adding the humectant and the thickener into deionized water, dispersing uniformly, heating to 80-85 ℃, and stirring uniformly until the humectant and the thickener are dissolved completely; pumping the water phase material into an emulsifying pot, slowly adding the oil phase material, and homogenizing;
s2, stirring the homogenized material for 5-10 min at the temperature of-10 to-15 ℃, wherein the stirring speed is 160-200 rpm/min; heating to 40-45 ℃, continuing stirring for 5-10 min at the stirring speed of 50-80 rpm/min, and then preserving heat for 20-30 min;
s3, continuously adding the birch bark extract, the alpinia katsumadai seed extract, the edelweiss extract and the nicotinamide, and uniformly stirring; and continuously adding the polished round-grained rice extract and the vernonia chinensis extract, uniformly stirring, and sampling and inspecting at 35-40 ℃ to obtain the freckle-removing facial mask.
