As can be seen from table 5, the composition of the present invention has a stronger ability to scavenge DPPH than ascorbic acid, and is substantially the same as TBHQ, when sandalwood polypeptide is added to the composition, the ability to scavenge free radicals is significantly enhanced, and when the ratio exceeds 1:20, the ability to scavenge free radicals is suddenly reduced, which may be caused by the fact that the content of sandalwood polypeptide is increased, the content of other plant extracts is correspondingly reduced, and the synergistic effect between the plant extracts cannot be better achieved, resulting in the reduction of the ability to scavenge free radicals.
Test example 3 wrinkle-removing Effect
(1) Test samples: examples 1 to 6, control group in test example 1, and composition of comparative example 7.
(2) Test method
240 wrinkled volunteers are selected, the male-female ratio is 1:1, the age is 30-45 years old, freckles are on the face, the cosmetics are not allergic, other hormone medicines or immunosuppressants are not used, and the groups are randomly divided into 8 groups, and each group comprises 30 people.
The test sample is smeared on the wrinkles, 1mL each time, once in the morning and at night, and is continuously used for 30 days. After 30 days, the use feeling and the skin texture condition are specifically analyzed.
(3) Evaluation criteria
A: the effect is good, fine lines can be reduced by naked eyes, the skin moisture detected by a skin moisture tester is more than 45%, and freckles become light;
b: generally, wrinkles become slightly shallow but not obvious, the skin moisture measured by a skin moisture tester is more than 30%, and individual freckles become pale;
c: the skin moisture content detected by a skin moisture tester is less than 30%, and freckles are unchanged.

As is clear from table 6, the compositions of examples 1 to 6 of the present invention can suppress the lightening of fine wrinkles, dry wrinkles, etc., and make the skin firm and smooth, and can improve the skin moisture by using the compositions for a long period of time.

Claims (10)
1. The application of the sandalwood polypeptide in preparing the skin care product is characterized in that the skin care product is a wrinkle-removing skin care product.
2. The use of claim 1, wherein the wrinkle-removing skin care product is prepared from a composition comprising a sandalwood polypeptide.
3. A skin care composition comprising a plant extract, wherein said plant extract comprises a sandalwood polypeptide.
4. The skin care composition according to claim 3, wherein the mass ratio of the sandalwood polypeptide to the plant extract is 1 (5-20), preferably 1 (5-10), more preferably 1: 5.
5. The skin care composition according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the skin care composition further comprises hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, and the mass ratio of the hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol to the plant extract is 1 (2-19), preferably 1 (2-11), more preferably 1: 5.
6. the skin care composition according to claim 5, wherein the plant extract further comprises one or more of cherry leaf extract, orange extract, passion fruit extract, and tremella polysaccharide.
7. The skin care composition of claim 6, further comprising an amino acid, wherein the amino acid comprises 5% to 20% of the total composition by weight.
8. The skin care composition according to claim 7, wherein the amino acid is one or more of tyrosine, tryptophan, valine, threonine, serine, arginine, glutamine, proline, asparagine, methionine, leucine, lysine, isoleucine, histidine, phenylalanine, glutamic acid, aspartic acid, cysteine, and alanine.
9. The skin care composition according to claim 8, wherein the skin care composition is used in a cream, serum, emulsion, cream, gel, dressing, medical product.
10. A method of making the skin care composition of claim 9 wherein the plant extract, hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyran triol, amino acids and deionized water are mixed in proportions.
