Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of skin care products, and particularly relates to skin care cream with immediate firming and anti-aging effects and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The skin is the natural barrier of human body and has important protection effect on the body. However, the skin of a human body naturally ages with the age, and the conditions of fine wrinkles, skin elasticity reduction, relaxation and the like can occur; in addition, the skin is affected by exogenous aging factors, such as wind, excessive sunlight, muscle movement, insufficient sleep, air pollution, bad life habits, and the like, which often aggravate the generation of wrinkles and skin laxity.

The above purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a skin cream with immediate tightening and anti-aging effects comprises A, B, C and D, wherein the components in each part are calculated according to the percentage of the total mass of the cosmetic, wherein, the component in the A part comprises 2 to 5 percent of emulsifier, 15 to 25 percent of grease and 0.1 to 0.5 percent of antioxidant; the component of part B is 0.3-0.5% of emulsifier, 10-15% of humectant, 100% of deionized water, 0.3-1.0% of thickener, 0.1-0.6% of penetration enhancer and 0.05-0.1% of chelating agent; the component of the part C is 0.5-0.8% of preservative; the D part is 0.01-10.0% of ceramide compound, 0.001-0.005% of magnesium gluconate, 0.001-0.005% of copper gluconate, 0.1-5.0% of brown algae extract, 0.1-5.0% of rhodophyta extract, 0.01-5.0% of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, 0.01-10.0% of retinol and 0.05-0.2% of arginine/lysine polypeptide.
Further, the emulsifier in the part A is one or a mixture of more of polyglycerol-3 methyl glucose distearate, cetearyl alcohol, monoglyceride, methyl glucose sesquistearate and hydrogenated lecithin; the oil is one or more of stearyl alcohol heptanoate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, hydrogenated sunflower seed oil, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, diethylhexyl carbonate, buckeye resin, octyl methylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane, lanolin, shea butter, jojoba oil and isopropyl myristate; the antioxidant is tocopherol.

s2, adding water, heparin sodium, glycerol, 1, 3-butanediol, trehalose, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid disodium, sodium hyaluronate (5w), sodium polyacrylate, hydroxyethyl cellulose and methyl hydroxybenzoate into a water phase pot, stirring and heating to 80 ℃ at a stirring speed of 500r/min, and stirring until the materials are completely dissolved to obtain a material B;
s3, mixing the material B and the material A in an emulsifying pot, and homogenizing at 6000r/min for 3min until the materials are uniformly emulsified;
s4, after emulsification, adding 1, 2-hexanediol, stirring at 500r/min for uniform dispersion, and cooling;
s5, when the temperature is reduced to below 40 ℃, adding ceramide complex, magnesium gluconate, copper gluconate, brown algae extract, rhodophyta extract, hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, retinol and arginine/lysine polypeptide, uniformly stirring at 500r/min, cooling to room temperature, sampling, checking, and discharging to obtain the cream with the effects of tightening and resisting aging.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: not only can realize instant tight effect, long-term use can also reduce the wrinkle, alleviates skin aging state, and skin is more full. A method for preparing skin cream with immediate tightening and anti-aging effects comprises:
s1, adding polyglycerol-3-methylglucose distearate, hydrogenated lecithin, stearyl heptanoate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, cetostearyl alcohol, hydrogenated sunflower seed oil, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, diethylhexyl carbonate, buckeye resin, octyl methylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane and vitamins into an oil phase pot, stirring and heating to 85 ℃ at a stirring speed of 300r/min, and stirring until the materials are completely dissolved to obtain a material A;
s2, adding water, heparin sodium, glycerol, 1, 3-butanediol, trehalose, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid disodium, sodium hyaluronate (5w), sodium polyacrylate, hydroxyethyl cellulose and methyl hydroxybenzoate into a water phase pot, stirring and heating to 80 ℃ at a stirring speed of 500r/min, and stirring until the materials are completely dissolved to obtain a material B;
s3, mixing the material B and the material A in an emulsifying pot, and homogenizing at 6000r/min for 3min until the materials are uniformly emulsified;
s4, after emulsification, adding 1, 2-hexanediol, stirring at 500r/min for uniform dispersion, and cooling;
s5, when the temperature is reduced to below 40 ℃, adding ceramide complex, magnesium gluconate, copper gluconate, brown algae extract, rhodophyta extract, retinol, hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and arginine/lysine polypeptide, uniformly stirring at 500r/min, cooling to room temperature, sampling, checking, and discharging after qualified to obtain the cream with the effects of tightening and resisting aging.

Test products: skin cream prepared by the following examples and comparative examples
Selection of volunteers: selecting healthy volunteers with the age of 25-50 years, no serious skin disease history and no cosmetic allergy history, and not limiting gender and skin types.
The testing steps are as follows: before the test, a test subject uniformly uses the mild and non-fragrant amino acid facial cleanser to clean the face, and then uses a skin elasticity measuring instrument to measure the initial elasticity of the face in a constant-temperature and constant-humidity efficacy evaluation room. Then different volunteers are required to use the same dosage, the skin elasticity change condition of the canthus position is tested at 0.5, 1 and 2 hours, and the absolute value of the skin elasticity index is recorded.
Specification of indexes: ISE value: instant skin elasticity, N/m, higher readings indicate better skin elasticity. This number is indicative of the distribution of pressure when the measurement probe is placed on the skin, the dimensions of the indentor being optimized to measure the mechanics of the skin, rather than the skin moving with the depth of the color during the measurement of the subcutaneous tissue.

Selection of volunteers: selecting healthy volunteers with age of 35-60 years, no serious skin disease history and no cosmetic allergy history, and not limiting gender and skin types.
The testing steps are as follows: before the test, the testee uses the mild and non-fragrant amino acid facial cleanser to clean the face uniformly, and then uses an ANTERA 3D imaging analyzer to take a picture in a constant-temperature constant-humidity efficacy evaluation room to record the initial facial condition. Different volunteers were then asked to apply one of the creams of the examples/comparative examples uniformly in the morning and evening, massage to complete absorption and pause the use of the other cosmetic, test was continued for 4 weeks, and at 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks after use, each visit was made once, three times in total, each visit being at the same time of day, and the absolute scores of each of the two skin indicators in the corner of the eye and wrinkles were recorded for different volunteers using different creams.

From table 2 above, it can be seen that: compared with the results of the comparative examples 1 to 5, the examples 1 to 3 have better immediate tightening and anti-aging effects than the comparative examples, especially the example 1, and the specific wrinkle effect graph of the texture can be seen in the attached figure 1, which shows that the reasonable compounding of the three anti-wrinkle components has more obvious wrinkle improving effect than the single use of one anti-wrinkle component. The aging problem caused by different reasons can be improved by compounding the three raw materials, and a synergistic effect is achieved; meanwhile, the brown algae extract and the rhodophyta extract can also enhance the wrinkle improving effect of the three components and realize skin aging resistance.
The above results demonstrate that the instant firming and anti-aging skin cream formulation provided by the present invention is not obtained by simple combination of the components, further demonstrating the synergistic effect among the components of the formulation of the present invention. Meanwhile, no allergy phenomenon occurs in all the subjects, and the conditions of skin itch, stabbing pain, red swelling and the like do not occur. Therefore, the instant firming and anti-aging skin cream is mild and safe and can be used for a long time.

The skin cream with the instant tightening and anti-aging effects is characterized by comprising A, B, C and D, wherein the component A comprises 2-5% of an emulsifier, 15-25% of grease and 0.1-0.5% of an antioxidant; the component of part B is 0.3-0.5% of emulsifier, 10-15% of humectant, 100% of deionized water, 0.3-1.0% of thickener, 0.1-0.6% of penetration enhancer and 0.05-0.1% of chelating agent; the component of the part C is 0.5-0.8% of preservative; the D part is 0.01-10.0% of ceramide compound, 0.001-0.005% of magnesium gluconate, 0.001-0.005% of copper gluconate, 0.1-5.0% of brown algae extract, 0.1-5.0% of rhodophyta extract, 0.01-5.0% of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, 0.01-10.0% of retinol and 0.05-0.2% of arginine/lysine polypeptide.
2. The skin cream with immediate tightening and anti-aging effects according to claim 1, wherein the ceramide complex comprises ceramide 3, ceramide 6II, ceramide 1, phytosterol.

The skin cream having immediate firming and anti-aging efficacy according to claim 1, wherein said extract of algae of the phylum rhodophyta is: one or more of Chondrus crispus extract, Hypnea charoides extract, and Eucheuma Gelatinosum extract; the brown algae extract is specifically as follows: one or more of Fucus serratus extract and Sargassum blunt extract.
4. The skin cream with immediate tightening and anti-aging efficacy according to claim 1, wherein the hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol is one of the derivatives of xylose.
5. The skin cream with immediate tightening and anti-aging efficacy according to claim 1, wherein the retinol is coated with 8% retinol.
6. The skin cream having immediate tightening and anti-aging effects of claim 1, wherein the arginine/lysine polypeptide is a biomimetic conotoxin polypeptide.
7. The skin cream having immediate tightening and anti-aging effects according to claim 1, wherein the skin cream having immediate tightening and anti-aging effects is prepared by a method comprising the steps of:
s1, adding polyglycerol-3-methylglucose distearate, hydrogenated lecithin, stearyl heptanoate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, cetostearyl alcohol, hydrogenated sunflower seed oil, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, diethylhexyl carbonate, buckeye resin, octyl methylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane and vitamins into an oil phase pot, stirring and heating to 85 ℃ at a stirring speed of 300r/min, and stirring until the materials are completely dissolved to obtain a material A;
s2, adding water, heparin sodium, glycerol, 1, 3-butanediol, trehalose, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid disodium, sodium hyaluronate (5w), sodium polyacrylate, hydroxyethyl cellulose and methyl hydroxybenzoate into a water phase pot, stirring and heating to 80 ℃ at a stirring speed of 500r/min, and stirring until the materials are completely dissolved to obtain a material B;
s3, mixing the material B and the material A in an emulsifying pot, and homogenizing at 6000r/min for 3min until the materials are uniformly emulsified;
s4, after emulsification, adding 1, 2-hexanediol, stirring at 500r/min for uniform dispersion, and cooling;
