Description

Anti-aging face cream
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of biology and cosmetics, in particular to anti-aging face cream.
Background
As the body ages and various physiological functions become disordered, many chronic diseases become risk factors for the health of the body. The occurrence of diseases can bring great burden to the families and the society of people. Therefore, prevention of aging-related diseases, healthy "aging" has been the focus of attention. The theory of telomeres is one of the more influential theories in the current aging mechanism, and cycloastragenol is a natural active ingredient which is extracted from the traditional Chinese medicine astragalus root and can activate telomerase. In recent years, through more intensive research on the pharmacological action of CAG, the CAG not only can activate telomerase, but also has various pharmacological activities of resisting inflammation, resisting oxidation, resisting ischemia and hypoxia injury, resisting lipid accumulation, promoting wound healing and the like. Therefore, CAG not only becomes a hotspot of anti-aging drug research, but also is an important raw material of anti-aging health products, foods and cosmetics.
Hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyran triol is considered to be an "immortal component" of anti-aging. Research shows that the anti-aging mechanism of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol is probably related to the following three channels: promoting glycosaminoglycan synthesis: glycosaminoglycan is one of the components of human extracellular matrix, has strong hydrophilicity, can help to keep water in loose connective tissue, has the effect of promoting wound healing, and has remarkable moisturizing effect. The hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol serving as the xylose derivative can promote the synthesis of glycosaminoglycan, indirectly increase the production of dermal collagen, and achieve the effects of promoting dermal repair, improving skin elasticity and increasing skin firmness. Promoting collagen in-vivo regeneration and reducing wrinkles: the hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol can promote the acceleration of the production of type IV and type VII collagen by cells in the dermis layer, strengthen the connection of the dermis and the epidermis, fill glycosaminoglycan in the network of the type IV collagen and the like, improve the skin relaxation phenomenon caused by the aging and further reduce wrinkles. Help the skin to absorb the active ingredients in the cosmetic: from the chemical structure, the hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol is one of ethers, belongs to a nonionic surfactant, has remarkable dispersing and emulsifying capacity and excellent skin permeability, and can effectively help other active ingredients to permeate through the skin and be absorbed.

selecting 40 female healthy subjects with age of 35-60 years and skin color of II-IV type (Chardon grading method), preferably patients with loose skin and wrinkles around face/eyes; exclusion criteria: firstly, there is a history of skin care product allergy; ② one week or one month after the administration of antihistamines or immunosuppressants; ③ the patients who have participated in other facial clinical studies or treated by dermatologists within 3 months. After the subjects signed an informed consent, they were randomly divided into 4 groups of 10 persons each, using the product, receiving the test and completing the follow-up strictly following the study protocol.
After the face of the subject is cleaned in the morning and evening, a proper amount of sample is uniformly smeared on the whole face and is massaged until the sample is absorbed. The administration is performed 2 times daily for 12 weeks. Volunteers did not change the daily facial cleanser brand during the test. In the comparative example, a sample in which one or all of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, cycloastragenol were removed was used. The subjects followed 1 visit before (week 0) with the samples for each of 6 and 12 weeks, and measured values of each parameter index of the Skin were collected using a Skin moisture tester Corneometer CM825, a Skin gloss tester Skin-Glossymeter GL200, and a Skin elasticity tester Cutomermeter MPA580, respectively.
Moisture content of skin: measuring the moisture content of the cheek skin on one random side by using a skin moisture tester, continuously measuring for 5 times, taking an average value, wherein the value represents the moisture content, and the larger the value is, the more moist the skin is; conversely, the drier the skin.
Skin glossiness: the gloss of the skin of the cheek on one side of the random was measured using a skin gloss tester 5 times in succession and averaged. The larger the measurement, the more shiny the skin; conversely, the darker the skin.
Skin elasticity: the canthus on one side was measured randomly using a skin elasticity tester, continuously 3 times, and the average was taken. The parameter R2 is selected, R2 is Ua/Uf, Ua is the total resilience of the skin when the negative pressure is added on the surface of the skin continuously tested from the elimination of the negative pressure to the next time, Uf is the maximum stretching amount of the skin when the negative pressure exists, and the closer the R2 value is to 1, the better the skin elasticity is represented.
The skin condition of the subjects before (week 0) using the samples, at weeks 6 and 12 using the samples was scored as questionnaires, and evaluated from 0 point (poor) to 3 points (good) according to their subjective feeling (difference in skin aging resistance before and after using the samples), with evaluation criteria of i: no improvement (difference is less than or equal to 0 min); II: slightly improving (the difference is more than 0 min and less than or equal to 1 min); III: moderate improvement (1 point < difference less than or equal to 2 points); IV: obviously improved (the difference is more than 2 and less than or equal to 3 minutes).
Statistical analysis of the measurement data was performed using SPSS19.0 data analysis software. Using t-test, comparing the values of skin parameters collected at 0 weeks with 6 weeks, 12 weeks, P <0.05 is statistically significant.
Experimental results show that the anti-aging cream has good anti-aging effect. After the face cream is used, the moisture content of the horny layer of the skin is gradually increased, and the face cream has statistical significance after being used for 6 weeks; the skin glossiness is in an increasing trend and has statistical significance after being used for 6 weeks respectively; the value of the skin elasticity R2 of the canthus gradually rises, and has statistical significance from 6 weeks of use; subjective feeling evaluation results also show that the product has good anti-aging effect and has statistical significance after being used for 6 weeks; the examples are more effective than the comparative examples, which do not use cosmetics (specific data are shown in the following table).

In the table, the data in the examples are better than the comparative examples in effect, that is, the combination of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and cycloastragenol is used, and the prepared cream has the effects of resisting aging and tightening the skin.
