Claims (8)

1. The mud film with a space cage type structure is characterized by comprising an A phase composition, a B phase composition and a C phase composition;
the A phase composition comprises: hydrosolvent, kaolin, glycerin, butanediol, sodium hyaluronate, menthol lactate, xanthan gum and p-hydroxyacetophenone;
the B phase composition comprises: caprylic or capric triglyceride, squalane, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, polysorbate-60, sorbitan laurate, polydimethylsiloxane, sodium polyacryloyldimethyltaurate, isohexadecane, and PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate;
the C phase composition comprises: tripeptide-1 copper, ceramide NP, hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, methyl propylene glycol, and 1, 2-hexanediol.
2. The mud film with the space cage-type structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the percentage of each component in the phase A composition, the phase B composition and the phase C composition is as follows:
50-80% of water solvent, 3.0-6.0% of kaolin, 2.0-4.0% of glycerol, 2.0-4.0% of butanediol, 0.01-0.1% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.1-0.5% of menthol lactate, 0.1-0.5% of xanthan gum and 0.1-1% of p-hydroxyacetophenone;
caprylic or capric triglyceride 2.0-10.0%, squalane 2.0-7.0%, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane 2.0-4.0%, polysorbate-602.0-3.0%, sorbitan laurate 2.0-3.0%, polydimethylsiloxane 0.2-1.0%, sodium polyacryloyldimethyltaurate 0.1-1.0%, isohexadecane 0.01-0.3% and PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate 0.01-0.1%;
tripeptide-1 copper 0.05-0.2%, ceramide NP 0.005-0.02%, hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol 0.02-0.2%, methyl propylene glycol 0.01-0.15% and 1, 2-hexanediol 0.2-1.5%.
3. The mud film with the space cage type structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein the percentage content of each component in the phase A composition, the phase B composition and the phase C composition is as follows:
60-75% of water solvent, 4.0-6.0% of kaolin, 2.2-3.5% of glycerol, 2.2-3.5% of butanediol, 0.01-0.05% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.15-0.3% of menthol lactate, 0.11-0.2% of xanthan gum and 0.4-0.6% of p-hydroxyacetophenone;
caprylic or capric triglyceride 4.5-7%, squalane 4.0-6.5%, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane 2.3-3.0%, polysorbate-602.0-2.7%, sorbitan laurate 2.0-2.7%, polydimethylsiloxane 0.4-0.8%, sodium polyacryloyldimethyltaurate 0.1-0.5%, isohexadecane 0.05-0.2% and PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate 0.01-0.07%;
tripeptide-1 copper 0.05-0.15%, ceramide NP 0.007-0.02%, hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol 0.03-0.15%, methyl propylene glycol 0.02-0.1% and 1, 2-hexanediol 0.4-1.0%.
4. A preparation method of a mud membrane with a space cage type structure is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: cleaning and sterilizing the production equipment and the using tools, and then checking whether all valves of the emulsifying pot are closed.
S2: adding the phase A into an emulsifying pot, starting homogenizing for 5-10 minutes, stirring and heating to 80-90 ℃, and preserving heat for 5-15 minutes until complete dissolution is ensured; adding the B phase material into the oil phase pan, stirring and heating to 75-85 deg.C until completely dissolved.
S3: and (3) keeping the emulsifying pot in a vacuum state, adding the dissolved substance of the composition of the phase B in the step S2 into the emulsifying pot, emulsifying and homogenizing for 3-6 minutes, preserving heat and defoaming for 15-25 minutes to ensure that no bubbles emerge, and starting to cool.
S4: cooling to 40-50 deg.C, adding the C phase material into emulsifying pot, and stirring for cooling.
S5: cooling to 35-40 deg.C, stopping stirring, detecting the quality of mud film, and discharging when it is qualified.

The method for preparing a mud film with a space cage type structure as claimed in claim 4, wherein said step S2 comprises: adding the phase A into an emulsifying pot, starting homogenizing for 5-8 minutes, stirring and heating to 85 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 10 minutes until complete dissolution is ensured; adding the B phase material into an oil phase pot, stirring and heating to 80 ℃ until the B phase material is completely dissolved.
6. The method for preparing a mud film with a space cage type structure as claimed in claim 4, wherein said step S3 comprises: and (4) keeping the vacuum state of an emulsifying pot, adding the dissolved substance of the composition of the phase B in the step S2 into the emulsifying pot, emulsifying and homogenizing for 4-5 minutes, preserving heat and defoaming for 20 minutes to ensure that no bubbles emerge, and starting to cool.
7. The method for preparing the mud film with the space cage type structure as claimed in claim 6, wherein the vacuum state is-0.08 mpa-0.02 mpa.
8. The method for preparing the mud film with the space cage type structure as claimed in claim 7, wherein the vacuum state is-0.05 mpa.
