TABLE 7 skin elasticity test results of examples 1 to 11 and comparative examples 1 to 7
Combining the performance test results of example 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 in tables 3 to 7, it can be seen that compared with example 4, the moisturizing performance of comparative examples 1 and 4 is lower, and the soothing performance of comparative examples 2 to 5 is lower, and the olive (OLEA EUROPAEA) leaf extract rich in active molecules such as biological polyphenol, flavone, oleuropein and the like is added in the application, so that the olive leaf extract has bactericidal and anti-inflammatory properties and can be used for the treatment of hormone face; the gentian double-factor anti-allergic element is rich in anti-inflammatory and antipruritic active ingredients such as gentiopicrin and tetrandrine, tetrandrine as natural effective component for blocking CaN-NF-AT pathway, gentiopicroside and tetrandrine are cooperated with each other, and Ca is interfered 2+ Rapid antipruritic, including epidermal hyperplasia, migration, differentiation, inflammation, itch, pain and skin barrier regulation; meanwhile, the gentian has strong inhibition effect on 1L-1, 1L-6, COX-2, iNOS and PGE 2. The micromolecule oat beta-glucan is beneficial to permeating in epidermis, improves endogenous moisturizing effect, is further matched with starfish regeneration repair factors, and integrally assists in repairing skin barriers and inflammations.
Combining the results of elasticity tests in examples 4 and comparative examples 2 to 3 in tables 3 to 7, it can be seen that comparative examples 2 and 3 have lower elastic properties than example 4. The starfish regeneration repair factor and the small molecular oat beta-glucan are mutually cooperated to promote the regeneration of normal human keratinocytes, stimulate the release of a keratinocyte growth factor KGF, accelerate wound healing and promote the synthesis of type III collagen and type IV collagen, so that a skin barrier is repaired, the water loss TEWL is reduced, and the improvement rate is improved.
The performance test results of the example 4 and the comparative example 6 in tables 3-7 show that, compared with the comparative example 6, the water crystal facial mask powder in the example 4 contains the unique high-molecular soluble plant polysaccharide carrageenan and gellan gum, and can help the active substances to permeate in the skin, wherein the carrageenan contains abundant proteins, amino acids, cellulose, vitamins and trace elements, can form a 3D honeycomb crystal membrane body, furthest locks water, has a slow release effect, is low in allergy rate, can keep moisture for a long time, does not absorb reversely, and is good in water replenishing effect.
Combining the performance test results of example 4 and comparative example 7 in tables 3-7, it can be seen that comparative example 7 uses macromolecular oat β -glucan, which is not favorable for transdermal absorption; example 4 using oat beta glucan with a molecular weight of 6 kilodaltons, test results show that it has better endogenous moisturizing effect than macromolecules, while oat beta glucan with a smaller molecular weight has better effect in promoting caspase-14 gene expression in HaCaT cells, and caspase-14 gene expression can maintain stable equilibrium of epidermis, enhance effects of relieving inflammation and repairing skin barrier, etc.
The performance test results of examples 4 and 8-9 in tables 3-7 show that the application adopts a compound chelating agent, and compared with a single chelating agent, the application adopts potassium chloride and calcium chloride which are matched with each other as the chelating agent, so that the effect of the efficacy component on skin cells can be promoted, and the moisturizing effect, the soothing and anti-allergy effect can be improved.
5. And (3) temperature testing:
volunteers 18-60 years old and meeting the requirements of the test, and 6 persons in each group. Measuring the temperature (T0min) with an infrared thermometer before the volunteer applies the mask, measuring the temperature (T10min) with the infrared thermometer after the volunteer uses the sample for 10min, measuring the temperature (T20min) with the infrared thermometer after the volunteer uses the sample for 20min, measuring the temperature (T30min) with the infrared thermometer after the volunteer uses the sample for 30min, measuring the temperature (T40min) with the infrared thermometer after the volunteer uses the sample for 40min, and measuring the temperature (T60min) with the infrared thermometer after the volunteer uses the sample for 60 min; the results of comparative tests performed on examples 1 to 11 and on commercially available conventional nonwoven fabric masks 1 to 5 are shown in Table 8.
TABLE 8-temperature test results for examples 1-11 and for commercially available conventional nonwoven masks 1-5
As shown in Table 8, the volunteers who used the gel masks of examples 1 to 11 felt well with the increase of the use time, while the volunteers who used the conventional nonwoven fabric masks 1 to 5 sold on the market felt that the face began to feel hot after 20 minutes and felt almost all the volunteers felt the temperature rise after 30 minutes.
The above-mentioned embodiments are provided to further explain the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention in detail, and it should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments are only examples of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. It should be understood that any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like, which come within the spirit and principle of the invention, may occur to those skilled in the art and are intended to be included within the scope of the invention.
