Description

Moisturizing and whitening composition and application thereof in radio frequency beauty and medical skin care
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a moisturizing and whitening composition and application thereof in radio frequency beauty and medical and skin care.
Background
In the new medical and cosmetic field of skin care, radio frequency is a cosmetic technology that has been eagerly sought by market consumers in recent years. The radio frequency generates a thermal effect on tissue friction through which the current passes by utilizing the polarity conversion of the electric field, and the current is mainly accumulated in the dermis layer due to the highest dermal conductivity in the skin tissue, so that the dermis tissue is heated in a large volume. When the heating temperature reaches 60 ℃, the collagen is instantly contracted, when the heating temperature reaches 42 ℃, the conformation change of the helical structure of the collagen is caused, the wound repair mechanism of the organism can be further started, and fibroblasts are stimulated to produce the synthesis of new collagen, elasticity and other supporting proteins, so that the effects of tightening skin, removing wrinkles, lifting and pulling, improving skin quality and contour and the like are obtained.
Although the radio frequency cosmetic instrument can directly act on the deep layer (dermis layer) of the skin, the synthesis of collagen, elastic fiber and extracellular matrix in the dermis layer is increased, and then the dermis layer of the skin is thickened, and wrinkles are shallow or vanished. However, the skin can be dried in the beautifying process by the radio frequency beautifying instrument, on one hand, the evaporation of skin moisture can be accelerated by the heat conducted by radio frequency, and when the moisture content of the skin at the stratum corneum is lower than 15-20%, the skin can be dried; on the other hand, the pyrolysis of radio frequency can destroy sebaceous glands, resulting in a reduced seborrhea rate and thus accelerating the percutaneous water loss of the skin.
Also, prolonged use of radio frequency may cause skin darkening. Because heat is conducted to both sides of the dermis layer in addition to activation and stimulation of the dermis layer fibroblasts after the radio frequency heating of the dermis layer, wherein heat is conducted to the subcutaneous tissue and heat is conducted to the epidermis layer, this heat accelerates division and metabolism of basal layer keratinocytes, and also allows hypothalamus or keratinocytes to initiate expression of pro-melanophore of opiomelanocortin, thereby processing tyrosine into melanin in the melanosomes, and finally transporting melanin particles to basal cells and nearby keratinocytes (melanocytes) through dendrites, the skin exhibits what is known as darkening, and the degree of darkening is proportional to the energy intensity, duration of action, and consumer frequency of use of the radio frequency.
In the prior art, in order to solve the problem of skin dryness caused by using a radio frequency beauty instrument, most of the skin care instrument is matched with gel for use, but the gel is a water-based system, and cannot play a good long-acting moisturizing effect and also cannot block the generation and transfer of melanin in a basal layer.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings in the prior art, the present invention aims to provide a moisturizing and whitening composition. The moisturizing and whitening composition provided by the invention adopts safe and nontoxic raw materials, has no side effects, and is mild in formula. The moisturizing and whitening composition is obtained by compounding a polyhydroxy humectant, a glycoside compound, nicotinamide, an antioxidant and an antiallergic agent with a specific proportion and a carbon chain length of C3-C6, and the moisturizing and whitening performance of the composition can be remarkably improved. The cosmetic prepared from the moisturizing and whitening composition has long-acting moisturizing, whitening, antioxidant and antibacterial effects. Can promote the collagen regeneration of the dermis of the skin by matching with a radio frequency beauty instrument, and achieves the effects of deeply moisturizing, whitening and nourishing the skin.
The invention aims to provide a moisturizing and whitening composition which comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass:
1-25 parts of polyhydroxy humectant with carbon chain length of C3-C6;
0.1-1.5 parts of glycoside compound;
1-8 parts of nicotinamide;
the polyhydroxy humectant with the carbon chain length of C3-C6 is selected from at least one of glycerin, propylene glycol, butanediol, methyl propylene glycol, rhamnose, erythritol, arabinose and saccharide isomer;
the glycoside compound is at least one selected from glyceroglycosides, glucopyranosides, glucosan and sodium hyaluronate.
Glycerin, propylene glycol, butylene glycol and methyl propylene glycol are all conventional moisturizers, and have good moisturizing performance.
Rhamnose is widely present in plant polysaccharides, glycosides, plant gums and bacterial polysaccharides, and is a six-membered ring structure containing hydroxyl groups on the ring. Studies show that rhamnose can promote fibroblast activity, stimulate cell renewal, promote collagen generation, inhibit damage of AGEs to collagen fibers, have a certain anti-glycation effect, have a certain promotion effect on proliferation of keratinocytes, and can strengthen skin barrier function.
Erythritol, the academic name 1,2,3, 4-tetrol, is easily soluble in water, has a linear structure and contains a plurality of hydroxyl groups in the molecule.
Arabinose, also known as pectic sugar, is often combined with other monosaccharides and is present in the form of heteropolysaccharides in plant pulp, colloids, hemicellulose, pectic acid, polysaccharides of conifer tree heartwood, bacterial polysaccharides, and certain glycosides, in six-membered ring structures, containing hydroxyl groups on the ring.
Saccharide isomerate is produced by converting edible corn saccharide into a saccharide complex similar to that found in human skin stratum corneum. Can be combined with epsilon-amino group of lysine in keratinocyte keratin to firmly combine the moisturizing active ingredient with skin, and continuously improve skin hydration until keratinocyte naturally ages and falls off to stop. So saccharide isomer can promote hydration and water retention of horny layer in a short time, and improve skin desquamation. Meanwhile, DNA detection showed that: the sugar isomer can improve NMF and hyaluronic acid levels and improve the hydration capability of the skin by stimulating the gene expression of silk protein and hyaluronic acid synthase-3; by stimulating gene expression of lutein and acid sphingomyelinase, synthesis of ceramide is stimulated, and stratum corneum structure is enhanced.
Glycerol glucoside is a class of glycoside compounds formed by connecting glycerol molecules and glucose molecules through glycosidic bonds, wherein the structure with important physiological functions is in 2-alpha configuration. The glyceroglycosides are emergency products of plants under extreme conditions, are favorable for protecting the integrity of cell membranes under extreme conditions, and can promote the expression of skin aquaporin AQP3, enhance the moisturizing ability of skin, promote the growth of skin cells, accelerate the repair and metabolism of cells, resist inflammation and the like in skin care products.
The glucopyranoside has a polycyclic structure and the structural formula is shown as follows:
Figure BDA0003909724180000041
dextran refers to a homotype polysaccharide consisting of glucose as monosaccharide, and glucose units are connected through glycosidic bonds.
Sodium hyaluronate belongs to a high molecular polymer and has strong lubricating feel and film forming property, so that the skin care product containing the sodium hyaluronate has obvious lubricating feel and good hand feeling when being smeared. The macromolecular sodium hyaluronate forms a layer of breathable film on the surface of the skin, so that the skin is smooth and moist, and invasion of foreign bacteria, dust and the like is prevented; the sodium hyaluronate with smaller molecular weight can permeate into dermis layer, has the functions of slightly expanding capillary vessel, increasing blood circulation, improving intermediate metabolism, promoting skin nutrition absorption and waste excretion, thereby preventing skin aging and playing a role in maintaining beauty and keeping young.
The nicotinamide is a water-soluble vitamin and is a member of vitamin B group, can inhibit melanin transfer, reduce skin darkness, lighten skin color, achieve whitening effect, accelerate cell metabolism, simultaneously facilitate synthesis of collagen and keratin, achieve the anti-aging purpose, and simultaneously can maintain skin humidity, repair skin barrier and reduce water loss.
Preferably, the moisturizing and whitening composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass:
2-15 parts of polyhydroxy humectant with carbon chain length of C3-C6;
0.5-1 part of glycoside compound;
2-7 parts of nicotinamide;
the polyhydroxy humectant with the carbon chain length of C3-C6 is selected from at least one of glycerin, propylene glycol, butanediol, methyl propylene glycol, rhamnose, erythritol, arabinose and saccharide isomer;
the glycoside compound is at least one selected from glyceroglycosides, glucopyranosides, glucosan and sodium hyaluronate.
More preferably, the moisturizing and whitening composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass:
7 parts of polyhydroxy humectant with carbon chain length of C3-C6;
0.7 parts of glycoside compound;
4 parts of nicotinamide;
the polyhydroxy humectant with the carbon chain length of C3-C6 is selected from at least one of glycerin, propylene glycol, butanediol, methyl propylene glycol, rhamnose, erythritol, arabinose and saccharide isomer;
the glycoside compound is at least one selected from glyceroglycosides, glucopyranosides, glucosan and sodium hyaluronate.
Preferably, the moisturizing and whitening composition further comprises 0.1-5 parts of an antioxidant.
More preferably, the moisturizing and whitening composition further comprises 3 parts of an antioxidant.
Preferably, the antioxidant is selected from at least one of arbutin, ergothioneine, grape seed extract, olive fruit extract, glabridin, retinol and its derivatives, ascorbic acid and its derivatives.
Preferably, the moisturizing and whitening composition further comprises 0.0001-5 parts of an anti-sensitizer.
More preferably, the moisturizing and whitening composition further comprises 0.05 parts of an anti-sensitizer.
Preferably, the antiallergic agent is at least one selected from dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, hydrolyzed ginsenoside, radix Ginseng (Panax GINSENG) root water, dihydro oat alkaloid, and panthenol.
More preferably, the antiallergic agent is at least one selected from the group consisting of dihydroavenanthramide and panthenol.
Arbutin, also known as arbutin, is widely available in plants of the genus Arbutea, is easily extracted, can be artificially synthesized, and has low toxicity. In the cytological experiment, through cell morphological observation and biochemical index detection, RT-PCR is adopted to verify the relation between the arbutin and Grx-mRNA expression, the arbutin has certain antioxidation effect, and simultaneously has the effects of inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase in vivo, preventing melanin from generating, sterilizing and diminishing inflammation. However, arbutin has certain irritation, and when some consumers use the arbutin, slight stinging or itching can occur, and slight severe allergic phenomena such as redness and swelling can occur. The inventor finds that the compound of the dihydro oat alkaloid or/and panthenol and the polyhydroxy humectant, the glycoside compound and the nicotinamide with the specific proportion and the carbon chain length of C3-C6 can effectively relieve the irritation of arbutin to skin. The possible reasons are that when the dihydro-oat alkaloid or/and the panthenol are mixed with the polyhydroxy humectant, the glycoside compound and the nicotinamide with the carbon chain length of C3-C6 in a specific proportion, the hydroxyl on the dihydro-oat alkaloid or/and the panthenol molecule and the hydroxyl on the arbutin molecule form a structure that the dihydro-oat alkaloid or/and the panthenol molecule surrounds the arbutin molecule due to the hydrogen bond effect, so that the skin irritation caused by the arbutin is effectively relieved.
More preferably, the hydrolyzed ginsenoside is selected from ginsenoside Rg3.
The invention further aims to provide an application of the moisturizing and whitening composition in preparing cosmetics, wherein the cosmetics contain the moisturizing and whitening composition, and the cosmetics are selected from any one of mask liquid, emulsion, cream, toner, essence, stock solution, face cleaning lotion, toning lotion, perfume, makeup remover, foundation solution, foundation cream and concealer.
Preferably, the moisture-preserving and whitening composition is used in an amount of 5-40% by mass of the cosmetic.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide the use of the moisturizing and whitening composition in radio frequency cosmetic and medical skin care.
The skin care product is used singly, the functional components of the skin care product are usually blocked by the skin barrier of a human body, most of the functional components stay in the epidermis horny layer, hardly penetrate through the epidermis layer, or the concentration of the effective components penetrating into the dermis layer of the skin is too low, so that fibroblasts are not stimulated to generate more collagen, elastic fibers and extracellular matrix, the dermis layer thickness is not obviously changed, and therefore, the moisturizing and whitening effects are very limited. The moisturizing and whitening composition is applied to the radio frequency beauty instrument, and the heat generated by the radio frequency beauty instrument can accelerate the hydration degree of the epidermis layer, excite the activity of keratinocytes, increase the osmotic pressure contacting the skin and promote the transdermal absorption of the active ingredients of cosmetics.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The moisturizing and whitening composition is obtained by compounding a polyhydroxy humectant, a glycoside compound and nicotinamide with a specific proportion and a carbon chain length of C3-C6, so that the moisturizing and whitening performance of the composition can be remarkably improved, and the cosmetics prepared from the moisturizing and whitening composition have the effects of long-acting moisturizing, whitening, antioxidation and the like.
(2) The cosmetic prepared from the moisturizing and whitening composition can quickly penetrate into deep skin by matching with the thermal effect of a radio frequency beauty instrument, promote the regeneration of skin dermal collagen, improve the water storage, water activation, water locking and water absorption capacity of the skin epidermis from inside to outside, reduce the loss of percutaneous water, keep the skin moist, and achieve the effects of deeply moisturizing and nourishing the skin.

Moisture retention performance test:
(1) Test population: 285 female volunteers of age 20-50 years old were selected, and the skin health of the volunteers was randomized and equally divided into 57 groups of 5.
(2) Test instrument: skin moisture tester (Cormeter CM825; CK, germany): the moisture content of the human skin cuticle is measured by adopting a capacitance method.
(3) The testing steps are as follows:
the mask liquid is matched with a radio frequency beauty instrument for use: after 140 volunteers are randomly selected and cleaned, the mask solutions of the examples 16-30 and the comparative examples 14-26 are respectively smeared on the faces of the volunteers, and the mask solution is dispersed to the faces for absorption by using a radio frequency beauty treatment instrument for 20min without cleaning; 3 times per week for 4 weeks; before testing, each volunteer cleaned the face with clear water, wiped clean the face, and the test was started after sitting still for 30 minutes in a constant temperature and humidity laboratory at 20±1 ℃ and 50±2% humidity. An area of 4 x 4cm in the middle of the left face of each volunteer was selected and the average capacitance values at the four corners and the middle of the area were tested with a probe for a total of 5 positions. And then, respectively testing the capacitance values of the volunteers before using the mask liquid together with the radio frequency mask instrument and continuously using the mask liquid for 4 weeks, and recording the average capacitance value of each group of people.
Only mask liquid is used: after 140 volunteers are randomly selected and cleaned, the mask solutions of the examples 16-30 and the comparative examples 14-26 are respectively smeared on the faces of the volunteers, and the mask solutions are naturally absorbed without cleaning; 3 times per week for 4 weeks; before testing, each volunteer cleaned the face with clear water, wiped clean the face, and the test was started after sitting still for 30 minutes in a constant temperature and humidity laboratory at 20±1 ℃ and 50±2% humidity. An area of 4 x 4cm in the middle of the left face of each volunteer was selected and the average capacitance values at the four corners and the middle of the area were tested with a probe for a total of 5 positions. The volunteers were then tested for capacitance before and after applying the mask solution for 4 weeks, respectively, and the average capacitance for each group of people was recorded.
Using only a radio frequency cosmetic instrument: randomly selecting 5 volunteers, cleaning the face, and using a radio frequency beauty instrument for 20min without cleaning; 3 times per week for 4 weeks; before testing, each volunteer cleaned the face with clear water, wiped clean the face, and the test was started after sitting still for 30 minutes in a constant temperature and humidity laboratory at 20±1 ℃ and 50±2% humidity. An area of 4 x 4cm in the middle of the left face of each volunteer was selected and the average capacitance values at the four corners and the middle of the area were tested with a probe for a total of 5 positions. The volunteers were then tested for capacitance before and after use of the rf cosmetic device for 4 weeks, respectively, and the average capacitance for each group of people was recorded.
(4) The evaluation method comprises the following steps: MMV values characterize skin moisture, with greater MMV values indicating higher stratum corneum moisture content. The experimental results are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, the moisturizing and whitening compositions prepared in examples 1 to 15 of the present invention have synergistic effects. The mask liquid prepared from the moisturizing and whitening composition can at least improve the moisture content of skin by 14.3%, and meanwhile, the moisturizing and whitening composition obtained by compounding the polyhydroxy humectant, the glycoside compound and the nicotinamide with the carbon chain length of C3-C6 outside the specific proportion has no obvious synergistic moisturizing and synergistic effect. The specific proportion of polyhydroxy humectant, glycoside compound and nicotinamide with carbon chain length of C3-C6 is mixed with other antioxidants and antiallergic agents in the invention, and the obtained moisturizing and whitening composition also has synergistic moisturizing and synergistic effects consistent with examples 1-15.
The change of the skin moisture content can be known by matching the comparison mask liquid with the radio frequency beauty instrument, using only the mask liquid and using only the radio frequency beauty instrument: when only the radio frequency beauty instrument is used, the water content of the skin is reduced, so that the problem of skin dryness caused by using the radio frequency beauty instrument is solved; when only the mask liquid is used, the water content of the skin is slightly increased; when the mask liquid is matched with a radio frequency beauty treatment instrument, the mask liquid of comparative examples 14-26 slightly increases the moisture content of skin, and when the radio frequency beauty treatment instrument of examples 16-30 is matched with the mask liquid, the moisture content of skin is greatly increased, so that the cosmetic prepared from the moisturizing and whitening composition can quickly permeate deep skin, promote the regeneration of skin dermal collagen, improve the water storage, water activation, water locking and water absorption capacity of the skin surface layer from inside to outside, reduce the loss of skin moisture, maintain the moisture state of skin, achieve the effects of deep moisturizing and nourishing the skin, and solve the problem of skin dryness caused by the radio frequency beauty treatment instrument.
