2. the soothing and moisturizing essence according to claim 1, wherein the plant extract comprises one or a mixture of more than two of madecassoside and agave leaf extract.
3. The essence of claim 1, wherein the plant extract further comprises one or more of herba Portulacae extract, flos Chrysanthemi extract, flos Rosae Davuricae extract, and flos Rubi Corchorifolii extract.
4. The soothing and moisturizing essence according to claim 1, wherein the moisturizing agent comprises 4-8 parts by weight of sodium hyaluronate.
5. The soothing moisturizing essence of claim 1, wherein the moisturizing agent further comprises 1, 2-hexanediol, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, sodium hyaluronate cross-linked polymer, and acetylated sodium hyaluronate.
6. The soothing and moisturizing essence as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preservative comprises 2-4 parts by weight of p-hydroxyacetophenone.
7. The soothing and moisturizing essence according to claim 1, wherein the preservative further comprises 1, 2-pentanediol and ethylhexylglycerin.
8. The soothing and moisturizing essence of claim 1, wherein the antioxidant comprises beta-glucan and tocopherol, and the ratio of the beta-glucan to the tocopherol is 2: 1.
9. the soothing and moisturizing essence of claim 1, wherein the solvent comprises water, butylene glycol and glycerin.
10. A method for preparing a soothing and moisturizing essence as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the following steps:
(1) mixing the olive leaf extract, the plant extract and the preservative, heating to 85-90 ℃, preserving heat for 10-15 min, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture A;
(2) uniformly mixing glycerol glucoside, tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid, an antioxidant, a humectant and a solvent to obtain a mixture B;
(3) and mixing the mixture A and the mixture B at 85-90 ℃, uniformly stirring and homogenizing for 10min at the speed of 50r/min, keeping the temperature for 20-30 min, cooling to below 40 ℃, and filtering to obtain the soothing and moisturizing essence.
