Abstract

The invention provides a composition with anti-allergy, soothing and skin-repairing effects and application thereof. The composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.55-3 parts of candida beehives/glucose/rapeseed methyl oleate fermentation product, 0.006-0.08 part of achillea extract, 0.8-3 parts of gentian extract and 0.2-3 parts of oat kernel extract. The composition can improve the skin feel, the stability of grease and active matters, increase the skin affinity and absorptivity, and has excellent effects of resisting oxidation, allergy, inflammation and repairing the skin.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to a composition with anti-allergy, soothing and skin repairing effects and application thereof.

Background

The skin is an organ which is wrapped on the surface of the body, is directly contacted with the external environment, and has the functions of protecting, excreting, regulating body temperature, sensing external stimulation and the like. As the largest organ of a human body, the skin barrier forms a largest protective layer between the human body and the outside, which not only can reduce the loss of subcutaneous moisture and active substances, but also can effectively relieve the stimulation caused by factors such as external ultraviolet rays, dust particles and the like.

Sensitive skin is a problematic skin whose pathological changes are thinning of the stratum corneum, a red network in the face that appears after extravasation after subcutaneous telangiectasia. The root causes of sensitive skin mainly include the following two aspects: 1) the immunity of the skin is reduced due to the damage of skin cells, the water content of the skin is insufficient due to the thinning of the horny layer, and finally the barrier function of the skin is too weak to resist external stimulation; then, the nerve fibers of the skin are often stimulated and over excited by the outside, so that the phenomena of blush, fever, pruritus, stabbing pain, erythra and the like are easily caused; 2) skin and its sensitive skin are caused by genetic factors.

Sensitive skin generally suffers from the following skin troubles: 1) the skin is easy to be stimulated by the outside to be reddened, heated, itchy, stabbing pain and the like; 2) red swelling and rash appear in severe cases; 3) the irritation of uneven skin color is accompanied, and the inflammation fading is easy to leave marks or spots; 4) the skin is thin, the stratum corneum is incomplete, and desquamation is easy to occur; 5) poor water retention, tight and dry skin; 6) many acnes of unknown origin appear suddenly and are not effective with any acne-removing product. Most of the existing skin care products with functions of calming, diminishing inflammation, removing red swelling, resisting allergy, relieving allergy, and the like have the problems of poor affinity, poor absorbability and the like, and related effects of the products are still to be improved.

In view of this, the invention is particularly proposed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a composition with anti-allergy, soothing and skin-repairing effects and an application thereof, wherein the composition can improve skin feel, stability of grease and active matters, increase skin affinity and absorbability, and has excellent effects of antioxidation, anti-allergy, anti-inflammation, skin repairing and the like.

The invention provides a composition with anti-allergy, soothing and skin repairing effects, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.55-3 parts of candida beehives/glucose/rapeseed methyl oleate fermentation product, 0.006-0.08 part of achillea extract, 0.8-3 parts of gentian extract and 0.2-3 parts of oat kernel extract.

Further, the composition with the functions of resisting allergy, relieving and repairing the skin comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.6-1.8 parts of candida beehives/glucose/rapeseed methyl oleate fermentation product, 0.011-0.055 part of achillea extract, 1-2.5 parts of gentian extract and 0.5-1.5 parts of oat kernel extract.

In one embodiment, the composition with anti-allergy, soothing and skin-repairing effects comprises the following components in parts by mass: 1.2 parts of candida beehives/glucose/rapeseed methyl oleate fermentation product, 0.0275 parts of achillea millefolium extract, 1.5 parts of gentian extract and 1.05 parts of oat kernel extract.

In one embodiment, the composition with anti-allergy, soothing and skin-repairing effects comprises the following components in parts by mass:

1-3 parts of a first component, which comprises a fermentation product of candida albicans/glucose/rapeseed methyl oleate with the mass content being more than or equal to 55%;

20-50 parts of a third component, which comprises 4-6% of gentian extract by mass;

the fourth component 10-30 parts, which comprises 2-10% by mass of oat kernel extract.

In the composition with anti-allergy, soothing and skin-repairing effects, the mass part of the first component is 1-3 parts, preferably 2 parts; the mass part of the second component is 2-10 parts, preferably 4-6 parts, and more preferably 5 parts; the mass part of the third component is 20-50 parts, preferably 25-35 parts, and more preferably 30 parts; the mass part of the fourth component is 10 to 30 parts, preferably 15 to 25 parts, and more preferably 21 parts.

In the invention, the first component is also called red fermentation oil, which comprises a fermentation product of candida beehives/glucose/rapeseed methyl oleate with mass content more than or equal to 55 percent, namely: the first component of the invention can be a candida beehives/glucose/rapeseed methyl oleate fermentation product (the mass content is 100 percent in the moment), and can also be a candida beehives/glucose/rapeseed methyl oleate fermentation product as a main component and contains other components (the mass content is more than or equal to 55 percent and less than 100 percent in the moment). In one embodiment, the first component comprises 55-65% by mass of a fermentation product of Candida beehives/glucose/methyl rapeseed oleate.

The Candida beehives/glucose/rapeseed methyl oleate fermentation product is obtained by fermenting Candida beehives (Candida bombicola) with glucose and rapeseed methyl oleate as raw materials. Candida beehives (Candida bombicola) can be exemplified by Candida bombicola UA-06(KCTC 18592P), which is a lipophilic microorganism ("oleophilic microorganism") capable of producing specific enzyme substances that can be gradually oxidized at the ends of hydrocarbon substances to the corresponding fatty acids that can further participate in the life metabolic processes as a carbon source for Candida bombicola; meanwhile, glycerides can be hydrolyzed into hydroxy fatty acids by extracellular hydrolase produced by Candida bombicola. The fermentation product formed by the microbial fermentation contains various polar and amphiphilic biolipid components, so that the polarity of the fermentation product is improved, and the surface tension is reduced, thereby being closer to the polarity of the plant extract and further stabilizing the plant extract components; in addition, the presence of the biolipid component breaks the interface existing at the intercellular spaces of the corneocytes, thus enabling rapid penetration into the deep layers of the skin.

Further, the composition with anti-allergy, soothing and skin-repairing effects of the present invention further comprises 0.25-1.05 parts of rice germ oil, preferably 0.3-0.9 parts, for example 0.6 parts.

In one embodiment, the first component may further include rice germ oil in an amount of 25 to 35% by mass, preferably 30%. The rice germ oil is beneficial to the dissolution and extraction of active ingredients in the plant extract into the fermentation product, so that the acid value of the whole component is reduced, the oxidation resistance is improved, and the stability is enhanced.

Furthermore, the composition with the functions of anti-allergy, relieving and repairing skin also comprises 0.03-0.15 part of gardenia fruit extract and 0.03-0.15 part of schisandra fruit extract; preferably, the composition having anti-allergy, soothing and skin-repairing effects of the present invention further comprises gardenia fruit extract 0.04-0.12 parts, for example 0.08 parts; fructus Schisandrae extract 0.04-0.12 parts, such as 0.08 parts.

In one embodiment, the first component further comprises gardenia fruit extract with the mass content of 3-5% and schisandra fruit extract with the mass content of 3-5%; preferably, the mass content of the gardenia fruit extract and the schisandra fruit extract are both 4%. The gardenia fruit extract contains active ingredients such as carotenoid, genipin, saponin and the like, wherein the carotenoid can be converted into vitamin A in a human body, and the saponin ingredients can prevent cell damage by inhibiting free radicals, can relieve and resist allergy, improve the resistance of the skin, sterilize and diminish inflammation; the schisandra fruit extract contains active ingredients such as palmitic acid, oleic acid, schizandrol A, schizandrin and the like, wherein the schizandrol A has an anti-inflammatory effect, and the schizandrin has high-efficiency ROS free radical scavenging ability, anti-aging effect, skin repair effect and the like.

Further, the composition having anti-allergy, soothing and skin-care effects of the present invention further comprises 0.005-0.045 parts of the alkanna tinctoria root extract and 0.005-0.045 parts of the turmeric root extract; preferably, the composition having anti-allergy, soothing and skin-rejuvenating effects of the present invention further comprises 0.01-0.03 parts, for example 0.02 parts, of the extract of alkanna tinctoria root; 0.01-0.03 part of turmeric root extract, such as 0.02 part.

In one embodiment, the first component further comprises 0.5-1.5% by weight of radix Arnebiae extract and 0.5-1.5% by weight of radix Curcuma rhizome extract; preferably, the weight content of the alkannin root extract and the turmeric root extract is 1 percent respectively. The radix Arnebiae extract contains active ingredients such as senkyunolide a and shikonin, wherein the shikonin has antioxidant effect; the Curcuma rhizome extract contains active ingredients such as curcumin and aromatic turmerone, and curcumin has strong anti-inflammatory effect and can inhibit the expression of IL-8 and inflammatory protein factors.

In one embodiment, the first component comprises the following components in mass content: 55-65% of a fermentation product of candida beehives/glucose/rapeseed methyl oleate, preferably 60%; rice germ oil 25-35%, preferably 30%; 3-5% of gardenia fruit extract, preferably 4%; fructus Schisandrae extract 3-5%, preferably 4%; 0.5-1.5% of alkanna tinctoria root extract, preferably 1%; the Curcuma rhizome extract is 0.5-1.5%, preferably 1%. The first component is effective in inhibiting melanin production by inhibiting NO production; has anti-inflammatory effect, and can inhibit inflammation caused by Lipopolysaccharide (LPS); has antioxidant effect, and can effectively scavenge DPPH free radicals.

In the present invention, the second component is also called yarrow extract, which may include the following components by mass: 75-80% of water, 10-15% of butanediol, 5-10% of 1, 2-pentanediol, 0.3-0.8% of milfoil extract and 0.3-0.8% of xanthan gum. Preferably, the second component comprises the following components in mass content: 78.9% of water, 12.5% of butanediol, 7.5% of 1, 2-pentanediol, 0.55% of milfoil extract and 0.55% of xanthan gum. The second component is a yarrow extract which has antibacterial, spasmolytic and decongestant effects.

In the present invention, the third component is also called gentian anti-irritant factor, which may include the following components by mass: 45-55% of butanediol, 40-50% of water and 4-6% of gentian extract. Preferably, the third component comprises the following components in mass content: 50% of butanediol, 45% of water and 5% of gentian extract. The radix Gentianae extract in the third component contains radix Gentianae anti-irritant factor, and has effects of relieving itching, dispelling red and subsiding swelling.

In the present invention, the fourth component is also called oat kernel extract, which can comprise the following components by mass: 45-55% of water, 20-30% of butanediol, 15-25% of 1, 2-pentanediol and 2-10% of oat kernel extract. Preferably, the fourth component comprises the following components in mass content: 50% of water, 25% of butanediol, 20% of 1, 2-pentanediol and 5% of oat kernel extract. The oat kernel extract in the fourth component has strong effects of anti-inflammation, anti-allergy, anti-irritation, anti-erythema, rapid itching relieving, and reducing the activity of inflammatory factors IL-6 and IL-8.

The invention also provides application of the composition with the functions of anti-allergy, relieving and repairing skin in preparing a skin care product with the functions of anti-allergy, relieving and repairing skin.

The invention also provides a skin care product with the functions of anti-allergy, relieving and repairing skin, which contains the composition with the functions of anti-allergy, relieving and repairing skin.

Furthermore, the mass content of the fermentation product of candida beehives/glucose/rapeseed methyl oleate in the skin care product is 0.055-0.3%, the mass content of the achillea millefolium extract is 0.0006-0.008%, the mass content of the gentian extract is 0.08-0.3%, and the mass content of the oat kernel extract is 0.02-0.3%.

Preferably, the skin care product of the invention contains 0.06-0.18% by mass of fermentation product of candida beehives/glucose/rapeseed methyl oleate, 0.0011-0.0055% by mass of achillea extract, 0.1-0.25% by mass of gentian extract and 0.05-0.15% by mass of oat kernel extract.

In one embodiment, the skin care product of the present invention contains 0.12% by mass of fermentation product of candida beehives/glucose/methyl rapeseed oleate, 0.00275% by mass of achillea extract, 0.15% by mass of gentian extract, and 0.105% by mass of oat kernel extract.

Furthermore, the skin care product also contains rice germ oil with a mass content of 0.025-0.105%, preferably 0.03-0.09%, such as 0.06%.

Furthermore, the skin care product also contains 0.003-0.015% of gardenia fruit extract and 0.003-0.015% of schisandra fruit extract by mass; the mass content of the gardenia fruit extract and the schisandra fruit extract is preferably 0.004-0.012%, for example 0.008%.

The first component of the composition with the functions of resisting allergy, relieving and repairing skin has the effects of improving skin feel, improving the stability of grease and active matters, increasing skin affinity, increasing absorptivity, resisting oxidation, resisting inflammation and the like; the second component has effects of improving cell communication, promoting increase of nerve receptor, promoting increase of epidermal thickness, smoothing wrinkles, refining pores, reducing wrinkles, improving glossiness, etc.; the third and fourth components have the effects of relieving, resisting inflammation, relieving itching, etc. The four components have synergistic effect, so that the problems of poor affinity, poor absorptivity and the like of the existing product are well solved, the skin feel, the stability of grease and active matters are improved, the affinity and absorptivity of the skin are increased, and the effects of oxidation resistance, allergy resistance, inflammation resistance, skin repair and the like of the product are greatly improved.

Example 1

The composition with the functions of anti-allergy, relieving and repairing the skin comprises the following components in parts by mass:

2 parts of a first component, which is 100% of a Candida wasabi/glucose/rapeseed methyl oleate fermentation product;

5 parts of a second component, wherein the second component comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 78.9% of water, 12.5% of butanediol, 7.5% of 1, 2-pentanediol, 0.55% of milfoil extract and 0.55% of xanthan gum;

30 parts of a third component, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50% of butanediol, 45% of water and 5% of gentian extract;

21 parts of a fourth component, wherein the fourth component comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50% of water, 25% of butanediol, 20% of 1, 2-pentanediol and 5% of oat kernel extract.

Example 2

2 parts of a first component, wherein the first component comprises the following components in parts by mass: 70% of a fermentation product of candida beehives/glucose/rapeseed methyl oleate and 30% of rice germ oil;

phase A: c12-20 acid PEG-8 ester: 2 percent;

polydimethylsiloxane: 4 percent;

a first component: 0.2 percent;

phase B: deionized water: 67.15% (deionized water added to 100% total composition);

The preparation process of the repair cream of the embodiment is as follows:

1) accurately weighing each phase of raw materials in the formula, and cleaning production equipment;

2) oil phase: adding the phase A into an oil phase pot, stirring for 15-25 r/min, heating to 80-82 deg.C, and dissolving completely to obtain liquid;

3) water phase: adding phase B into a vacuum emulsifying pot, heating to 80-82 deg.C, pumping phase A, homogenizing for 10-15min until no fine particles are dissolved completely, stopping homogenizing, and cooling after no bubbles are observed;

4) cooling to 60 deg.C, adding phase C into a clean container, mixing, stirring, dissolving, adding into the vacuum emulsifying pot, stirring for 10-25 r/min, stirring for 20-35 r/min, and stirring for 5 min;

5) cooling to 45 deg.C, adding phase D, and stirring for 5 min;

The cream for repair having anti-allergy, soothing and skin-care effects of this example was added with the composition of example 4, wherein the same as example 6 was used except that the mass content of the first component was 0.3%, the mass content of the second component was 1%, the mass content of the third component was 2%, the mass content of the fourth component was 3%, and the amount of phase B deionized water was added to 100% of the total content of the components.

Example 9

The cream for repair having anti-allergy, soothing and skin-care effects of this example was added with the composition of example 5, wherein the same as example 6 was repeated except that the mass content of the first component was 0.1%, the mass content of the second component was 0.2%, the mass content of the third component was 5%, the mass content of the fourth component was 1%, and the amount of phase B deionized water was added to 100% of the total content of the components.

Comparative example 1

In the control example, the shannuona soothing moisturizing special cream is used as a control.

Test example 1

First, experiment method

The above results show that:

after the histamine reagent is applied, the results of the change rate of skin erythema and the change rate of skin pruritus of each subject of the repair cream sample in the example 6 and the osmunona sample in the comparative example 1 are consistent; after 30min, the itching feeling of the skin is reduced by 100% when the repairing cream sample of the example 6 and the Weinuona sample of the control example 1 are smeared.

Claims

1. The composition with the functions of resisting allergy, relieving and repairing skin is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 0.55-3 parts of candida beehives/glucose/rapeseed methyl oleate fermentation product, 0.006-0.08 part of achillea extract, 0.8-3 parts of gentian extract and 0.2-3 parts of oat kernel extract;

preferably, the composition with the functions of anti-allergy, soothing and repairing skin comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.6-1.8 parts of candida beehives/glucose/rapeseed methyl oleate fermentation product, 0.011-0.055 part of achillea extract, 1-2.5 parts of gentian extract and 0.5-1.5 parts of oat kernel extract;

preferably, the composition with the functions of anti-allergy, relieving and repairing skin comprises the following components in parts by mass:

a fourth component 10-30 parts, which comprises 2-10% by mass of oat kernel extract;

preferably, the first component comprises 55-65% by mass of a fermentation product of candida bees/glucose/rapeseed methyl oleate.

2. The composition with anti-allergy, soothing and skin-rejuvenating effects as claimed in claim 1, further comprising 0.25 to 1.05 parts of rice germ oil, preferably 0.3 to 0.9 parts;

preferably, the first component also comprises 25-35% by mass of rice germ oil.

3. The composition with anti-allergy, soothing and skin-rejuvenating effects as claimed in claim 1, further comprising 0.03-0.15 parts of gardenia fruit extract and 0.03-0.15 parts of schizandra fruit extract;

preferably, the composition also comprises 0.04-0.12 part of gardenia fruit extract and 0.04-0.12 part of schisandra fruit extract;

preferably, the first component further comprises 3-5% by mass of gardenia fruit extract and 3-5% by mass of schisandra fruit extract.

4. The composition for anti-allergy, soothing and rejuvenating skin as claimed in claim 1, further comprising 0.005-0.045 parts of alkanna tinctoria root extract and 0.005-0.045 parts of turmeric root extract;

preferably, the composition also comprises 0.01 to 0.03 portion of alkanna tinctoria root extract and 0.01 to 0.03 portion of turmeric root extract;

preferably, the first component further comprises 0.5-1.5% by mass of the extract of the root of alkanna tinctoria and 0.5-1.5% by mass of the extract of the root of turmeric.

5. The composition with anti-allergy, soothing and skin-rejuvenating effects as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second component comprises the following components in mass: 75-80% of water, 10-15% of butanediol, 5-10% of 1, 2-pentanediol, 0.3-0.8% of milfoil extract and 0.3-0.8% of xanthan gum.

6. The composition with anti-allergy, soothing and skin-rejuvenating effects as claimed in claim 1, wherein the third component comprises the following components in mass: 45-55% of butanediol, 40-50% of water and 4-6% of gentian extract.

7. The composition with anti-allergy, soothing and skin-rejuvenating effects as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fourth component comprises the following components in mass: 45-55% of water, 20-30% of butanediol, 15-25% of 1, 2-pentanediol and 2-10% of oat kernel extract.

8. Use of a composition according to any of claims 1 to 7 for anti-allergy, soothing and rejuvenating skin in the preparation of a skin care product having anti-allergy, soothing and rejuvenating skin effects.

9. A skin care preparation having anti-allergy, soothing and skin-rejuvenating effects, comprising the composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7 having anti-allergy, soothing and skin-rejuvenating effects.

The skin care product with anti-allergy, soothing and skin-repairing effects according to claim 9, wherein the mass content of the fermentation product of candida beehives/glucose/methyl rapeseed oleate in the skin care product is 0.055-0.3%, the mass content of the extract of achillea is 0.0006-0.008%, the mass content of the extract of gentian is 0.08-0.3%, and the mass content of the extract of oat kernel is 0.02-0.3%;

preferably, the skin care product contains 0.06-0.18% by mass of a fermentation product of candida beehives/glucose/rapeseed methyl oleate, 0.0011-0.0055% by mass of an extract of achillea, 0.1-0.25% by mass of an extract of gentiana scabra, and 0.05-0.15% by mass of an extract of oat kernels; preferably, the skin care product also contains rice germ oil with the mass content of 0.025-0.105%, and more preferably 0.03-0.09%;

preferably, the skin care product also contains 0.003-0.015% of gardenia fruit extract and 0.003-0.015% of schisandra fruit extract by mass;

preferably, the skin care product also contains radix Arnebiae extract 0.0005-0.0045 wt% and Curcuma rhizome extract 0.0005-0.0045 wt%;

preferably, the mass content of the first component is 0.1-0.3%, the mass content of the second component is 0.2-1%, the mass content of the third component is 2-5%, and the mass content of the fourth component is 1-3%.
