In the present invention, the functions of some main components are described as follows:
in the invention, the yeast/rice fermentation product filtrate is prepared by naturally fermenting rice with natural yeast, and is particularly rich in ketoglutaric acid and various active ingredients required by skin, such as oligosaccharide, organic acid, polypeptide, amino acid and the like. The probiotic bacteria can be simply and quickly absorbed and utilized by the metabolic activity of common skin probiotics (such as lactobacillus pentosus, micrococcus crusus and the like) and not absorbed and utilized by common skin pathogenic bacteria (such as propionibacterium acnes and staphylococcus aureus), so that the healthy growth of the probiotic bacteria in the skin is facilitated, the growth and the propagation of the pathogenic bacteria are competitively inhibited, and a good probiotic bacteria ecological environment beneficial to the skin is established; meanwhile, the skin care product has the effects of quickly activating skin cells, inhibiting skin inflammation and strengthening a skin cutin protection barrier.
Wherein the yeast/rice fermentation product filtrate is prepared by the following method:
(1) Adding water into rice powder, heating, stirring to obtain rice slurry, adding beta-glucanase into the rice slurry, wherein the addition amount of the beta-glucanase is 0.001-0.5% of the mass of the rice slurry, and the enzyme activity is 150-200U/g, and performing enzymolysis to obtain rice slurry enzymatic hydrolysate;
(2) Inoculating yeast strain Saccharomyces veronae into the rice pulp enzymolysis liquid, wherein the fermentation conditions are as follows: fermenting at 20-40 deg.C for 24-48 hr, and controlling pH to 6-6.5 to obtain fermentation liquid;
(3) The fermentation liquor is concentrated by a reverse osmosis technology, active substances are efficiently enriched, and rice fermentation liquor, namely yeast/rice fermentation product filtrate containing the active substances, is obtained by heating, sterilizing, cooling and filtering.
In the present invention, the yeast lysate extract can have various effects, such as improving skin 5 big problems: dull and dull, pigmentation, roughness and dryness, uneven water and oil, and loose fine lines.
Specific effects of yeast lysate extract include:
1. fully supplying cell nutrients: the extract of yeast lysate is rich in various nutrient substances, and the high proportion of amino acids, nucleosides, nucleotides, peptides, active enzymes, amino acid precursors, sterols, trace elements, vitamin B families and the like in the lysate are basically active substances which can be directly utilized, so that basic nutrition is fully provided for skin cells, and the skin cells are helped to be healthy and active.
2. Lightening melanin, whitening skin color: scientists research shows that the effect of inhibiting the formation of melanin of the melanocyte added with the live yeast is more than 60 percent compared with the melanocyte without the live yeast. It was confirmed that the live yeast had excellent whitening effect.
3. Enhancing the respiration of cells: the life and the division times of skin cells are limited, and when the skin cells approach the limit of the division times, the skin cells gradually become in a state of 'qi weakness'. The yeast lysate extract can enhance cellular respiration, and the more efficient the cells consume oxygen, the less destructive reactive oxygen Radicals (ROS) are formed.
4. Soothing skin/promoting repair: the yeast lysate extract can obviously relieve the discomfort such as reddening stabbing pain caused by skin inflammatory reaction, particularly the reddish heat sensation of the skin after mild sunburn. Meanwhile, the capability of accelerating the healing and repairing of the tiny wound of the epidermis is realized. Helps the skin to be more secure and stable.
5. Antioxidant/collagen synthesis promotion: the yeast lysate contains a plurality of accessory enzyme components, has the effect of reducing the oxidative damage of free radicals, and can improve the formation expression of skin fibroblasts, promote the synthesis of type I collagen and prevent skin relaxation and fine wrinkles.
In the invention, the squalane is similar to squalene which is an important component constituting the sebum of a human body, is a hydrogenation product of the squalene, has skin-friendly, moisturizing and antioxidant effects, is similar to the sebum component, is easier to be blended into the skin, and forms a protective film on the surface of the skin to play a barrier role.
In the invention, the fermentation product of the candida beehives/glucose/rapeseed methyl oleate has the following functions: the hydrophilic-lipophilic balance vegetable oil fermentation product has different modification degrees of grease due to a special secondary fermentation process, so that the species and the performance of active substances in the candida beehives/glucose/rapeseed methyl oleate fermentation product are more diverse, and the special structure of the fermentation product causes the fermentation product to have certain emulsifying capacity and lower surface tension compared with the unfermented vegetable oil. Can break the interface existing in the space between keratinocytes (proteins) and rapidly penetrate into the deep layers of the skin. Is more hydrophilic and is tightly combined with the moisture of the horny layer to prevent the moisture from losing.
