Preferably, the formulation of the formulation having the efficacy of inhibiting melanin, improving dark-eyedrops and eye bags includes an emulsion, essence, cream, gel, spray or liquid dressing.
The preparation with the effects of inhibiting melanin and improving dark circles and the eye bags contains the composition according to the first aspect, has the effects of resisting oxidization, weakening dark circles, tightening skin and improving the eye bags, and can be added with different auxiliary materials to replace different dosage forms according to actual requirements.
Preferably, the preparation raw materials of the preparation further comprise any one or a combination of at least two of butter oil, ethylhexyl palmitate or cyclopentadimethicone, and the combination of at least two of the above materials comprises, for example, a combination of butter oil and ethylhexyl palmitate, a combination of ethylhexyl palmitate and cyclopentadimethicone, or a combination of butter oil and cyclopentadimethicone, and other arbitrary combinations are optional and will not be described herein.
Preferably, the deformed vesicles are prepared from a raw material comprising polyglycerol ester surfactant, sorbitan ester surfactant, cetyl phosphate, honokiol and magnolol.
According to the invention, glycerol and natural grease are subjected to chemical synthesis to form a bilayer, so that polyglycerol esters are obtained; sorbitan ester surfactants can affect the permeability, encapsulation efficiency and rigidity of the bilayer; cetyl phosphate is beneficial to improving the stability of the bilayer; honokiol and magnolol have the property of regulating the stability, shape and size of the bilayer. In the deformed vesicle, the bilayer contains no phospholipids, contains only a single-chain surfactant, has maximum elasticity and deformability, and further has maximized transdermal capacity. Because the deformed vesicles are highly hydrophilic vesicles, when the vesicle-containing formulation is applied to the skin, the vesicles will tend to penetrate the skin barrier and migrate to the deep layer rich in moisture, achieving good penetration.
Preferably, the preparation raw materials of the deformation vesicle comprise, by weight, 4-10 parts of polyglycerol ester surfactant, 2-5 parts of sorbitan ester surfactant, 1-3 parts of cetyl phosphate, 0.1-2 parts of honokiol and 1-3 parts of magnolol.
The mass part of the polyglycerol ester surfactant can be 4 parts, 5 parts, 6 parts, 7 parts, 8 parts, 9 parts or 10 parts and the like.
The sorbitan ester type surfactant can be 2 parts, 2.5 parts, 3 parts, 3.5 parts, 4 parts, 4.5 parts or 5 parts by mass and the like.
The cetyl phosphate may be 1 part, 1.5 parts, 2 parts, 2.5 parts, 3 parts, etc.
The mass part of honokiol can be 0.1 part, 0.5 part, 1 part, 1.2 parts, 1.4 parts, 1.6 parts, 1.8 parts or 2 parts, etc.
The magnolol may be 1 part, 1.2 parts, 1.4 parts, 1.6 parts, 1.8 parts, 2 parts, 2.2 parts, 2.4 parts, 2.6 parts, 2.8 parts, 3 parts, or the like by mass.

In a third aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing a formulation having the efficacy of inhibiting melanin, improving dark-eyed circles and under-eye puffiness as described in the second aspect, the method comprising:
(1) Mixing the preparation raw materials of the deformed vesicle, and carrying out nanocrystallization treatment to obtain the deformed vesicle;
(2) The deformed vesicle obtained in the step (1) is mixed with the composition having the effects of inhibiting melanin and improving dark-eyed circles and the eye bags as described in the first aspect, and nanocrystallized to obtain the deformed vesicle coated with the composition having the effects of inhibiting melanin and improving dark-eyed circles and the eye bags as described in the first aspect.
The invention provides a preparation method of a preparation with the effects of inhibiting melanin and improving dark circles and eye bags, which is simple and convenient to operate and suitable for industrial scale-up.

Preferably, the thermophilic bacteria include any one or a combination of at least two of thermophilic thermus bacteria, streptococcus thermophilus, bacillus stearothermophilus, streptococcus thermophilus, sporotrichum thermophilus or streptomyces thermophilus, and the combination of at least two of the thermophilic thermus bacteria and streptococcus thermophilus, the combination of streptococcus thermophilus and bacillus stearothermophilus, the combination of streptococcus thermophilus and sporotrichum thermophilus, and the like, and any other combination modes are selected and will not be repeated here.
It is well known to those skilled in the art that thermophilic thermus, streptococcus thermophilus, bacillus stearothermophilus, streptococcus lactis, sporotrichum thermophile or streptomyces thermophilus belongs to thermophilic bacteria, wherein thermophilic thermus is a heat-resistant strain, and cells contain high heat-resistant TaqDNA polymerase, so that the cells can resist the high temperature of more than 110 ℃, and the protein component has strong stability and self-repairing capability. The strain contains rich nutrients such as protein, nucleotide, vitamin and glutathione with antioxidant, detoxication and repair components, has obvious effects of diminishing inflammation, whitening, resisting aging, repairing skin, locking water and moisturizing, and further contains a molecular motor, wherein the molecular motor is an ATP synthase molecule, and the main function of the strain under physiological conditions is to synthesize ATP. When the skin lacks ATP, the molecular motor counter-rotates to generate ATP to power the cells. Under the condition that cells are damaged, the molecular motor can be used as a skin energy factor to promote the synthesis of ATP energy of the skin and bidirectionally regulate the skin function state.
In a fourth aspect, the present invention provides the use of a composition having the efficacy of inhibiting melanin, improving dark-eyedrops and eye bags as described in the first aspect or a formulation having the efficacy of inhibiting melanin, improving dark-eyedrops and eye bags as described in the second aspect in the preparation of a cosmetic.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention creatively applies the combination of four components of the thymus fermented extract, the peony root extract, the lutein and the superoxide dismutase to the problems of dark circles and the eye bags, and mainly improves the problems of the dark circles and the eye bags from 3 aspects: the fermentation extract of thyme inhibits the expression of kinesin, reduces the cell transfer of melanin, and further relieves the symptoms of dark circles; the peony root extract has the effect of enhancing immunity, can play a role in repairing cell injury, further improve skin cell injury caused by external adverse factors, promote oxygen supply recovery of blood vessels around eyes and repair cell injury, and relieve the problems of dark circles and eye bags; lutein and superoxide dismutase have effects of scavenging free radicals and resisting oxidation, and can rapidly scavenge damaging free radicals generated by cell metabolism, and promote recovery of cell injury around eyes. The thyme fermented extract, the peony root extract, the lutein and the superoxide dismutase complement each other, and have synergistic effect, and have the effects of stronger antioxidation, dark circle fading, skin tightening and eye bag improvement.
2. The preparation with the effects of inhibiting melanin and improving dark circles and the eye bags contains the composition according to the first aspect, has the effects of resisting oxidization, weakening dark circles, tightening skin and improving the eye bags, and can be added with different auxiliary materials to replace different dosage forms according to actual requirements.
3. The invention also provides a preparation method of the preparation with the effects of inhibiting melanin and improving dark circles and eye bags, and the preparation method is simple and convenient to operate and suitable for industrial amplification.

The peony root extracts of the following examples, comparative examples and test examples are available from Guangzhong Biotech Co., ltd. Model 20; chlorella extract is a product purchased from Shaanxi Yi Chuan Biotechnology Co., ltd; the extract of thyme in example 10 was obtained from the company, utility biotechnology, inc. of Guangzhou, under the model number AJ-01-22; the Hamamelis mollis extract is available from AMERICAN DISTILLING INC company under the model number PHENOXYETHANOL; the lysates of the fermentation products of Saccharomyces cerevisiae were obtained as Repair Complex CLR PF from the company Chemisches Laboratorium Dr. Kurt Richter GmbH.
The specific techniques or conditions are not identified in the examples and are described in the literature in this field or are carried out in accordance with the product specifications. The reagents or apparatus used were conventional products commercially available through regular channels, with no manufacturer noted.
Preparation example 1
The preparation example provides a thyme fermented extract, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: washing whole plant of thyme, removing root, drying, pulverizing, and sieving with 120 mesh sieve. Adding into thermophilic Thermus culture medium (0.4% yeast powder, 0.8% polypeptone, 0.2% sodium chloride, 2% agar, and water for supplementing, and sterilizing) at mass ratio of 1%, and culturing thermophilic Thermus (ATCC 27634) according to 0.1% inoculation amount into 2L thermophilic Thermus culture medium at 75deg.C at 150rpm for 12 hr to obtain thermophilic Thermus activating solution;
inoculating thermophilic Thermus activating solution into thermophilic Thermus culture medium according to 1% inoculation amount, culturing at 75deg.C at 150rpm for 20 hr, stopping fermentation, collecting fermentation broth, performing ultrasonic wall breaking treatment (operating voltage 1800W) with ultrasonic breaker with model CB-26A of Kunshan Xiaomei, centrifuging at 3000rpm for 15min, collecting lower layer lysate, and ultraviolet sterilizing for 30min to obtain herba Thymi fermentation extract.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a composition with the effects of inhibiting melanin and improving black eyes and eye bags, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 1 part of thyme fermented extract, 1 part of peony root extract, 0.03 part of lutein, 0.01 part of superoxide dismutase, 2 parts of 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, 1 part of adenosine, 1 part of carnosine, 0.01 part of tetrapeptide-1, 0.2 part of caffeine, 0.8 part of chlorella extract, 0.5 part of witch hazel extract, 1 part of a lysate of a fermentation product of two-part yeast, and 40 parts of water are added, and the above components are stirred and mixed uniformly to prepare the composition with the effects of inhibiting melanin protein and improving black eyes and eye bags.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a composition with the effects of inhibiting melanin and improving black eyes and eye bags, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 6 parts of thyme fermented extract, 0.5 part of peony root extract, 0.2 part of lutein, 0.05 part of superoxide dismutase, 1 part of 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, 2 parts of adenosine, 0.5 part of carnosine, 0.001 part of tetrapeptide-1, 0.1 part of caffeine, 5 parts of chlorella extract, 0.8 part of witch hazel extract, 7 parts of a lysate of a fermentation product of the schizosaccharomyces, and 40 parts of water are added, and the above components are stirred and mixed uniformly to prepare the composition with the effects of inhibiting melanin and improving black eyes and bags.

Application example 1
The application example provides a preparation with the effects of inhibiting melanin and improving black eyes and eye bags, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) 6 parts of polyglycerol ester surfactant (3 parts of polyglycerol-6 ester of wild almond oil and 3 parts of polyglycerol-10 oleate), 3.8 parts of sorbitan ester surfactant (3.8 parts of sorbitan palmitate), 2 parts of cetyl phosphate, 0.2 part of honokiol and 1 part of magnolol are uniformly mixed, and the mixture is put into a high-pressure nano microfluidizer, and parameters are set: and (3) adding 40 parts of the composition with the effects of inhibiting melanin and improving dark-eyed circles and the eye bags prepared in the example 1 after continuously shearing for 5min at the shearing speed of 500m/s, and continuously homogenizing for 3min to obtain the deformation vesicles wrapping the composition with the effects of inhibiting melanin and improving dark-eyed circles and the eye bags.
(2) And (3) uniformly mixing 20 parts of deformation vesicles, 70 parts of butter oil and 10 parts of ethylhexyl palmitate, which are coated with the composition with the effects of inhibiting melanin and improving dark circles and under-eye bags, which are obtained in the step (1), so as to obtain the preparation with the effects of inhibiting melanin and improving dark circles and under-eye bags.
Application examples 2 to 8
Application examples 2 to 8 provided 7 formulations having melanin inhibiting, black eye improving and pouch efficacy, the preparation method thereof was different from application example 1 only in that the composition having melanin inhibiting, black eye improving and pouch efficacy prepared in example 1 was replaced with the composition having melanin inhibiting, black eye improving and pouch efficacy prepared in examples 4 to 10, and the rest was the same as application example 1.
Comparative examples 1 to 9 were used
Application comparative examples 1 to 9 provided 9 formulations having melanin inhibiting, black eye improving and pouch efficacy, the preparation method thereof was different from application example 1 only in that the composition having melanin inhibiting, black eye improving and pouch efficacy prepared in example 1 was replaced with the composition having melanin inhibiting, black eye improving and pouch efficacy prepared in comparative examples 1 to 9, and the rest was the same as application example 1.
Comparative example 10 was used
The present application comparative example provides a preparation having the effects of inhibiting melanin protein and improving dark circles and bags, and the preparation method is different from the application example 1 only in that the preparation process does not contain deformed vesicles, and the specific preparation method is replaced by: 15.1 parts of the composition with melanin inhibiting, black eye improving and pouch improving effects prepared in example 1, 70 parts of avocado oil, and 10 parts of ethylhexyl palmitate were uniformly mixed, and the rest was the same as in application example 1.
Test example 1
The antioxidant properties of the compositions having the effects of inhibiting melanin, improving dark-eyedrops and pouch prepared in examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 9 were evaluated by testing the clearance efficiency of DPPH. The specific evaluation method comprises the following steps: the composition was ground to homogeneity using a mortar, 0.5g of the composition was added to 4mL of DPPH (100. Mu.M in 99wt% ethanol) solution, mixed homogeneously, and incubated in the dark for 60min. The absorbance value of the mixed solution at 517nm was then measured using an ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer (using a solution containing DPPH alone as a control). The following equation is used for calculation: DPPH clearance = (control absorbance-each example or comparative absorbance)/control absorbance x 100%.

As can be seen from the data in Table 1, the compositions of example 4 and comparative example 9, compared with example 1, do not contain chlorella extract, witch hazel extract and lysate of fermentation products of two yeasts or do not contain four components of thyme fermentation extract, peony root extract, lutein and superoxide dismutase, and the DPPH clearance rate is lower than that of example 1, which indicates that the four components of thyme fermentation extract, peony root extract, lutein and superoxide dismutase can be combined with the three components of chlorella extract, witch hazel extract and lysate of fermentation products of two yeasts to synergistically increase, and the composition containing the two components has stronger antioxidation effect;
compared with the preparation raw materials in the example 1, the preparation raw materials in the comparative examples 1-8 respectively contain no one component or only one component of the four components of the thyme fermentation extract, the peony root extract, the lutein and the superoxide dismutase, and the DPPH clearance rate is lower than that in the example 1, so that the four components are matched with each other, and the preparation raw materials have synergistic effect and have excellent effects of scavenging free radicals and resisting oxidation.
Test example 2
The ATP content of the compositions having the effects of inhibiting melanin, improving dark-eyed circles and under-eye puffiness prepared in examples 1 and 10 was measured as follows: taking 1g of the composition with the effects of inhibiting melanin protein and improving black eyes and bags prepared in each example, and adding 10mL of physiological saline for dissolution; (2) ATP was detected using an ATP detection kit (Biyun, model S0026), and fluorescence values at 5min and 10min were measured on a fluorescence chemiluminescence analyzer, and the ATP content in example 1 and example 10 was compared according to the magnitude of the fluorescence values.

As is clear from Table 2, the higher the fluorescence value, the higher the ATP content, the more molecular motor and ATP are used as the extract of the European thyme used in example 10, the lower the ATP content at 5min and 10min is compared with example 1, and the ATP content at 10min is higher than the ATP content at 5min in example 1, indicating that the extract of the European thyme fermented by the fermentation extraction of thermophilic bacteria has more molecular motor and ATP, and further, more molecular motor can be used as skin energy factor, promote the synthesis of skin ATP energy, and bidirectionally regulate skin function state.
Test example 3
The melanin removal performance of the preparation with the effects of inhibiting melanin and improving dark-eyed circles and bags prepared in application examples and application comparative examples is evaluated, and the specific method is as follows: (1) 340 zebra fish were randomly assigned to 17 groups, each group corresponding to one application example or application comparative example, each group having 20 zebra fish. (2) 1g of the preparation is dissolved in 10mL of physiological saline, the zebra fish is put into the physiological saline containing the preparation, after the zebra fish is incubated for 15min, the head of the zebra fish is photographed, and the melanin signal intensity of the head of the zebra fish is analyzed by using advanced image processing software Lightrom. The compositions with effects of inhibiting melanin and improving black eyes and eye bags, which are applied in the preparation raw materials of application examples 3-7, are respectively derived from examples 5-9, and the preparation raw materials of examples 5-9 respectively lack one or only one of three components of chlorella extract, witch hazel extract and fermentation product lysate of the two yeasts, compared with the preparation raw materials of example 1, the prepared preparation products have higher relative percentage of melanin signal intensity than the preparation raw materials of application example 1, the relative percentage of tyrosinase activity is higher than 100%, the effect of reducing melanin content is poor, which indicates that the three components of chlorella extract, witch hazel extract and fermentation product lysate of the two yeasts are synergistic in terms of reducing melanin production, and have better improving effect.
The composition with the effects of inhibiting melanin and improving black eyes and bags used in comparative examples 1-8 is derived from comparative examples 1-8, and the preparation raw materials used in comparative examples 1-8 respectively lack one component or only one component of four components of thyme fermented extract, peony root extract, lutein and superoxide dismutase, compared with example 1, and the relative percentage of melanin signal intensity is higher than 100%, the relative percentage of tyrosinase activity is higher than 100%, the effect of eliminating melanin is poor, and the effect of inhibiting melanin generation is poor, so that the combination of the four components of thyme fermented extract, peony root extract, lutein and superoxide dismutase is synergistic, and the effect of reducing melanin in zebra fish bodies is stronger.

The compositions with effects of inhibiting melanin, improving black eyes and eye bags, which are applied in the preparation raw materials of application examples 3-7, are respectively derived from examples 5-9, and compared with example 1, the preparation raw materials of examples 5-9 respectively lack one or only one of three components of chlorella extract, witch hazel extract and yeast fermentation product lysate, and the prepared preparation product has high skin melanin value ratio and eye bag volume ratio compared with application example 1, which indicates that the three components of chlorella extract, witch hazel extract and yeast fermentation product lysate are synergistic in the aspects of reducing black eyes, alleviating eye bag problems and the like, and has better improvement effect.
The commercial thyme extract is used in the preparation raw material of application example 8, and the skin melanin value ratio and the eye bag volume ratio of the thyme extract are higher than those of application example 1, so that the thyme extract has better effects of removing melanin and relieving eye bags after being fermented by thermophilic bacteria.
The composition with the effects of inhibiting melanin and improving dark circles and under-eye bags used in comparative examples 1-8 is derived from comparative examples 1-8, and the preparation raw materials used in comparative examples 1-8 are respectively lack of one component or only one component of four components of thyme fermentation extract, peony root extract, lutein and superoxide dismutase compared with example 1, and the ratio of skin melanin value and the ratio of under-eye bags are higher than those of application example 1, so that after 10 days of use, the effects of improving dark circles and under-eye bags by using comparative examples 1-8 are worse than those of application example 1, and the effects of repairing dark circles and under-eye bags by using comparative examples 1-8 are shown to be stronger by synergistic effect by combining the four components of thyme fermentation extract, peony root extract, lutein and superoxide dismutase.
Compared with application example 1, the preparation with the effects of inhibiting melanin and improving dark-eyed circles and bags prepared in application comparative example 10 does not contain deformation vesicles, and the ratio of the melanin value of the skin and the volume ratio of the bags are higher than those of application example 1, so that the deformation vesicles can promote the composition to permeate into the skin, and the stronger repairing effect of the dark-eyed circles and bags is achieved.
Test example 5
Safety evaluation is carried out on the preparation with the effects of inhibiting melanin protein and improving black eyes and eye bags, which is prepared in application examples and application comparative examples, wherein the specific evaluation method is a cosmetic-eye irritation test chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane test (T/SHRH 011-2018), and the specific evaluation process is as follows: (1) Selecting fertilized chick embryos of Bai Laihang chickens and the like, hatching the fertilized chick embryos to an 8 th daily egg candler for checking, discarding unfertilized and inactive chick embryos, selecting chick embryos with good vascular development, and marking the positions of air chambers on the surfaces of eggshells. Each group of samples corresponds to 6 chick embryos, and test results show that under the condition that the concentration of a test object is 100%, the ES of all test samples (skin repair compositions provided by application examples 1-8 and application comparative examples 1-10) is less than or equal to 4, and the preparation with the effects of inhibiting melanin and improving dark circles and eye bags is safe and non-irritating, and has higher use value.
The applicant states that the process of the invention is illustrated by the above examples, but the invention is not limited to, i.e. it does not mean that the invention has to be carried out in dependence on the above examples. It should be apparent to those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitution of raw materials for the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., falls within the scope of the present invention and the scope of disclosure.

Claims (18)

1. A composition having melanin inhibiting, black eye improving and pouch improving effects, characterized in that the composition comprises a thyme fermented extract, a peony root extract, lutein and superoxide dismutase;
the composition comprises, by mass, 1-10 parts of thyme fermentation extract, 0.5-3 parts of peony root extract, 0.01-0.5 part of lutein and 0.001-0.05 part of superoxide dismutase;
The composition is encapsulated in nano-deformable vesicles.
2. The composition of claim 1 having melanin inhibiting, black eye and eye pouch improving effects, wherein the composition further comprises a small molecule active.
3. The composition of claim 2, wherein the small molecule active comprises any one or a combination of at least two of 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, adenosine, carnosine, tetrapeptide-1, or caffeine.
4. The composition for inhibiting melanin, improving black eye and eye pouch according to claim 3, wherein the small molecule active substance comprises any one or a combination of at least two of 1 to 5 parts by mass of 3-o-ethyl ascorbic acid, 0.5 to 5 parts by mass of adenosine, 0.5 to 5 parts by mass of carnosine, 0.001 to 0.05 parts by mass of tetrapeptide-1, or 0.1 to 1 part by mass of caffeine.
5. The composition having the efficacy of inhibiting melanin, improving dark-eyed circles and under-eye puffiness of claim 1, further comprising any one or a combination of at least two of chlorella extract, witch hazel extract or lysates of fermentation products of saccharomyces cerevisiae.
6. The composition having the efficacy of inhibiting melanin protein, improving dark under eye circles and under-eye puffiness of claim 5, further comprising a combination of chlorella extract, witch hazel extract, and lysates of fermentation products of saccharomyces cerevisiae.
7. The composition for inhibiting melanin protein and improving black eye and eye pouch of claim 6, further comprising 0.5-5 parts of chlorella extract, 0.5-5 parts of witch hazel extract, and 0.5-10 parts of lysate of fermentation product of saccharomyces cerevisiae in parts by weight.
8. A formulation having effects of inhibiting melanin, improving dark-eye circles and under-eye bags, characterized in that the formulation is prepared from a raw material comprising deformed vesicles and the composition having effects of inhibiting melanin, improving dark-eye circles and under-eye bags as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7 wrapped in deformed vesicles.
9. The formulation for inhibiting melanin and improving the efficacy of dark-eyedrops and eye bags of claim 8, wherein the deformed vesicles are prepared from the raw materials comprising polyglycerol ester surfactant, sorbitan ester surfactant, cetyl phosphate, honokiol and magnolol.
10. The formulation for inhibiting melanin and improving dark-eyedrops and eye bags of claim 9, wherein the deformed vesicles are prepared from 4-10 parts by mass of polyglycerol ester surfactant, 2-5 parts by mass of sorbitan ester surfactant, 1-3 parts by mass of cetyl phosphate, 0.1-2 parts by mass of honokiol and 1-3 parts by mass of magnolol.
11. A method for preparing a formulation having the efficacy of inhibiting melanin, improving dark-eyed circles and under-eye puffiness according to any one of claims 8 to 10, characterized in that the method comprises:
(1) Mixing the preparation raw materials of the deformed vesicle, and carrying out nanocrystallization treatment to obtain the deformed vesicle;
(2) Mixing the deformed vesicle obtained in the step (1) with the composition for inhibiting melanin and improving dark-eyed circles and the eye bags according to any one of claims 1 to 7, and carrying out nanocrystallization to obtain the deformed vesicle coated with the composition for inhibiting melanin and improving dark-eyed circles and the eye bags according to any one of claims 1 to 7.

A method for preparing a formulation having the efficacy of inhibiting melanin, improving dark-eyedrops and eye bags according to claim 11, which further comprises the method for preparing a composition having the efficacy of inhibiting melanin, improving dark-eyedrops and eye bags according to any one of claims 1 to 7 in step (2).

The method for preparing a formulation having the efficacy of inhibiting melanin, improving dark-eyedrops and eye bags according to claim 14, wherein the method for preparing a composition having the efficacy of inhibiting melanin, improving dark-eyedrops and eye bags according to any one of claims 1 to 7 in the step (2) comprises a method for preparing a fermentation extract of thyme.
16. The method for preparing the preparation with the effects of inhibiting melanin and improving dark circles and under-eye puffiness of claim 15, wherein the method for preparing the fermentation extract of the thyme comprises the steps of smashing the thyme, uniformly mixing the smashed thyme with a culture medium, inoculating thermophilic bacteria, fermenting and culturing for 30-60 hours, collecting fermentation liquor, carrying out ultrasonic wall breaking treatment, centrifuging, taking out the lower layer lysate, and sterilizing to obtain the fermentation extract of the thyme.
