The excipient comprises 2.5 parts of mannitol, 1 part of pullulan and 0.05 part of sodium hyaluronate in parts by weight.
The polypeptide comprises 0.1 part of carnosine, 0.03 part of oligopeptide-1, 0.02 part of acetyl hexapeptide-8 and 0.05 part of palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 in parts by weight.
The hydrolyzed vegetable protein is hydrolyzed soybean protein; the molecular weight of the sodium hyaluronate is 80-130 kilodaltons.
The essence solvent comprises 8.03 parts by weight of skin conditioner, 2.5 parts by weight of humectant, 0.1 part by weight of anti-inflammatory agent, 0.1 part by weight of chelating agent and 100 parts by weight of deionized water; the anti-inflammatory agent is dipotassium glycyrrhizinate.

The embodiment 10 of the invention provides a freeze-dried powder live mask with a vegetable protein and polypeptide formula, which is similar to the embodiment 3 in the specific implementation manner, and is characterized in that the freeze-dried powder comprises 15.54 parts by weight of a skin conditioner, and the part by weight of the skin conditioner in an essence solvent is 0.
The preparation method of the freeze-dried powder live mask with the vegetable protein and polypeptide formula comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a freeze-dried powder mask:
1. adding deionized water into a vacuum homogenizing emulsifying pot at room temperature, heating to 88 deg.C, maintaining the temperature for 30 min for sterilization, cooling to 80 deg.C, sequentially adding mannitol, pullulan and sodium hyaluronate, stirring and dissolving uniformly;
2. cooling to below 30 deg.C under stirring, sequentially adding carnosine, oligopeptide-1, acetyl hexapeptide-8, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, and skin conditioner, stirring for 10 min, mixing completely and dissolving, filtering, and discharging to obtain lyophilized solution;
3. soaking 10-15 ml/piece of folded cotton mask cloth into a freeze-drying liquid with saturated liquid absorption and no liquid dropping quantitatively, and then loading into a freeze-drying tray;
4. putting the freeze-drying plate into a vacuum freeze-drying machine, starting the freeze-drying machine, setting freeze-drying process parameters, freezing the mask cloth from room temperature to-50 ℃, and maintaining for 3.5 hours to fully freeze the freeze-drying liquid on the mask cloth;
5. gradually heating the frozen and compacted mask cloth from-50 ℃ to-25 ℃, wherein the heating rate is 0.5 ℃/min, the vacuum degree is 0.01mbar and the temperature is maintained for 14 hours;
6. then heating from-25 ℃ to 0 ℃, wherein the heating rate is about 0.5 ℃/minute, the temperature is maintained for 10 hours, and the vacuum degree is 0.01 mbar;
7. finally, heating from 0 ℃ to 25 ℃, wherein the heating rate is about 0.8 ℃/minute, the temperature is maintained for 8 hours, and the vacuum degree is 0.1 mbar; after freeze-drying, obtaining the freeze-dried powder mask;
(2) preparing essence solution solvent:
1. at room temperature, adding deionized water into a vacuum homogenizing emulsifying pot, heating to 88 ℃, preserving heat for 30 minutes for sterilization, then cooling to below 60 ℃, sequentially adding poly gamma-sodium glutamate, glycerol, 1, 2-pentanediol and glycerol glucoside, and stirring for dissolving uniformly; sequentially adding betaine and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, and stirring;
2. cooling to 50 deg.C, sequentially adding Mel extract, yeast β -dextran, and nicotinamide, stirring, mixing, and dissolving;
3. cooling to 40 deg.C, sequentially adding carob seed fruit extract, herba Centellae root extract, Scutellariae radix root extract, and chelating agent, stirring, mixing, and dissolving to obtain essence solution.
Pouring the essence solvent into the lyophilized powder facial mask to make the lyophilized powder facial mask completely soaked by the essence solvent, and taking out the lyophilized powder facial mask to obtain the directly-used facial mask.
Performance evaluation:
the following performance evaluations were made using example 3 as a template.
1. Sensory and physicochemical indexes: the test results are shown in Table 1.

Remarking: 1) receiving a test sample: the facial mask is prepared by completely soaking essence solution solvent and lyophilized powder facial mask. 2) The test method comprises the following steps: the test animal is rabbit. The test specimen was applied to one side of the spine of an experimental animal with the hair removed range of 3cmx 3cm and the application area of 2.5cmx 2.5cm, 1 time per day as a control, and continuously applied for 14 days, before the test according to the cosmetic safety specification (2015 edition). Starting on day 2, the remaining test substance was removed by shearing before each use, the results were observed after 1 hour, scored according to table 1 in the specification, the mean integral was calculated according to the formula, and the stimulation intensity was graded according to table 2 in the specification.
5. Eye irritation test: the test results are shown in Table 5.

Observation and rating were required after dropping the test substance according to the cosmetic safety specifications (2015 edition).
6. And (4) testing the moisturizing effect:
1) application example 3 the moisturizing effect 8 hours after 1 time of the facial mask (test sample, the same below) in which the essence solution solvent and the freeze-dried powder facial mask were soaked and dissolved is shown in fig. 1.
The test method comprises the following steps: the test specimens were applied once in the morning to 16 dry skin volunteers, and the skin conductivity was measured with a skin moisture tester (SKICON-200EX-USB) at random 8 hours after marking the skin area.
The results in fig. 1 show that the test sample can be durably moisturized for 8 hours by only one application, and the difference is significant compared with the control (P < ═ 0.001).
2) The moisturizing effect of the test sample obtained in example 3 was continuously applied for 5 days and was stopped for 3 days after one day as shown in fig. 2.
The test method comprises the following steps: 14 volunteers were applied once in the morning for 5 consecutive days. Skin conductivity was measured with a skin moisture tester (SKICON-200EX-USB) 8 hours daily after the marked skin area. The following 3 days of the regression period were no treatment.
The results in fig. 2 show that skin moisturization was significantly increased by 5 days of continuous application. After 3 days of rest, the moisturizing effect was still significantly higher than the control (water film). Indicating that the subject can increase skin hydration and tend to healthier skin conditions.
7. Skin barrier damage repair effect test: see fig. 3.
Test method tape-tearing model method five volunteers, namely, induced erythema on the inner side of the arm by tape-tearing (skin stimulation causes change of percutaneous water loss TEW L), and then treated by applying test substances (facial mask obtained by soaking and dissolving essence solution solvent and freeze-dried powder facial mask obtained in example 3) and placebo (water) control samples on selected areas respectively, and detecting the change value of TEW L (△ TEW L value).
Fig. 3 shows that the TEW L of the skin after being torn off the tape first rises significantly, and gradually decreases with time to the TEW L, but the drop amplitude is the largest after the facial mask dissolved by the essence solvent and the freeze-dried powder facial mask in example 3 is applied, and the facial mask has obvious statistical difference (TEW L transdermal moisture tester) compared with blank control and placebo, which indicates that the facial mask dissolved by the essence solvent and the freeze-dried powder facial mask in example 3 accelerates the repair of the damaged skin barrier by providing an exogenous lipid barrier, and can provide protection for sensitive skin.
8. Skin improvement effect test:
1) skin elasticity test, see fig. 4.
The test method comprises the following steps: selecting 12 female healthy volunteers, and applying the test substance (facial mask obtained by soaking and dissolving essence solution solvent and lyophilized powder facial mask obtained in example 3) and the control sample (water film) on the left and right half faces respectively once a day; double-blind, random testing; detection indexes are as follows: skin elasticity (skin elasticity tester custom metal MPA 580).
Fig. 4 shows that the facial mask soaked and dissolved by the essence solvent and the freeze-dried powder facial mask obtained in example 3 increases the skin elasticity by 10% on average, and shows that the facial mask has a good anti-aging effect.
2) Facial fine line test, see fig. 5.
The test method comprises the following steps: selecting 12 female healthy volunteers, and using the test substance (facial mask obtained by soaking and dissolving essence solution solvent and freeze-dried powder facial mask obtained in example 3) and the control sample (water) on the left and right half faces respectively once a day; double-blind, random testing; detection indexes are as follows: facial striae (VISA full face shot, striae area calculation in the corner of the eye and cheek regions).
The results in fig. 5 show that the area of fine wrinkles is reduced by 9% on average after using the mask obtained in example 3, showing a better anti-wrinkle effect.
9. And (3) uniformity testing: recording whether the freeze-dried powder in the freeze-dried powder mask obtained in the embodiment 1-10 is uniformly dispersed and does not have agglomeration, if the freeze-dried powder is uniformly dispersed and does not have agglomeration, recording that the freeze-dried powder in the mobile freeze-dried powder mask does not fall off and recording as qualified, and otherwise recording as unqualified. The results are shown in Table 6.

From the performance evaluation results, the sensory, physicochemical and hygienic indexes of the freeze-dried powder live mask provided by the invention all meet the relevant product standards, and the freeze-dried powder live mask has good moisturizing, barrier repairing, anti-wrinkle and anti-aging effects, is safe and has no stimulation.
The foregoing examples are merely illustrative and serve to explain some of the features of the method of the present invention. The appended claims are intended to claim as broad a scope as is contemplated, and the examples presented herein are merely illustrative of selected implementations in accordance with all possible combinations of examples. Accordingly, it is applicants' intention that the appended claims are not to be limited by the choice of examples illustrating features of the invention. Also, where numerical ranges are used in the claims, subranges therein are included, and variations in these ranges are also to be construed as possible being covered by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A freeze-dried powder live facial mask with a vegetable protein and polypeptide formula is characterized by comprising freeze-dried powder, facial mask cloth and an essence solvent; the freeze-dried powder comprises the following raw materials, by weight, 5-8 parts of hydrolyzed plant protein, 3-15 parts of an excipient, 0.2-1.3 parts of polypeptide and 100 parts of deionized water; the excipient comprises, by weight, 2.5-6 parts of mannitol, 1-5 parts of pullulan and 0.05-0.2 part of sodium hyaluronate.
2. The lyophilized powder live mask of a plant protein and polypeptide formula according to claim 1, wherein the molecular weight of the sodium hyaluronate is 80-130 ten thousand daltons.
3. The lyophilized powder live mask of a plant protein and polypeptide formula according to claim 1, wherein the polypeptide comprises, by weight, 0.1-0.3 parts of carnosine, 0.03-0.5 parts of oligopeptide-1, 0.01-0.3 parts of acetyl hexapeptide-8, and 0.05-0.2 parts of palmitoyl pentapeptide-4.
4. The lyophilized powder live mask according to claim 1, wherein the essence solvent comprises, by weight, 8-41 parts of a skin conditioner, 2.5-7 parts of a humectant, 0.1-0.3 part of an anti-inflammatory agent, 0.1-1 part of a chelating agent, and 100 parts of deionized water.
5. The lyophilized powder live mask of claim 4, wherein the skin conditioner comprises, by weight, 0.03-0.1 parts of poly-gamma-sodium glutamate, 1-5 parts of glycerol glucoside, 1-5 parts of yeast- β glucan, 1-5 parts of betaine, 1-5 parts of nicotinamide, and 4-20 parts of plant extract.
6. Lyophilized powder live mask of a plant protein and polypeptide formulation according to claim 5, wherein the plant extract comprises carob seed fruit extract, honey extract, centella asiatica root extract, scutellaria baicalensis root extract.
7. A freeze-dried powder live mask of a plant protein and polypeptide formula according to claim 6, wherein the plant extract comprises 1-5 parts by weight of carob bean fruit extract, 1-5 parts by weight of honey extract, 1-5 parts by weight of centella asiatica root extract, and 1-5 parts by weight of scutellaria baicalensis root extract.
8. The lyophilized powder and live mask of a plant protein and polypeptide formulation according to any one of claims 4 to 7, wherein the chelating agent comprises caprylhydroxamic acid and alcohol by weight.
9. The lyophilized powder and live mask of a plant protein and polypeptide formulation according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the hydrolyzed plant protein comprises at least one of hydrolyzed soy protein, hydrolyzed corn protein, and hydrolyzed wheat protein.
10. A method for preparing a freeze-dried powder live mask with a plant protein and polypeptide formula according to any one of claims 4 to 9, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) the preparation of the freeze-dried powder mask comprises the steps of keeping the temperature of deionized water for sterilization, adding an excipient at 80 ℃, stirring for dissolving uniformly, adding polypeptide and hydrolyzed plant protein at 30 ℃, stirring for mixing for dissolving uniformly, filtering to obtain freeze-dried liquid, soaking the freeze-dried liquid into a mask cloth with the amount of 10-15 m L/piece for saturation and no liquid dripping, filling the mask cloth into a freeze-drying tray, and freeze-drying in a vacuum freeze-dryer to obtain the freeze-dried powder mask;
(2) preparing essence solution solvent: and after the deionized water is subjected to heat preservation and sterilization, respectively adding the skin conditioner, the humectant, the anti-inflammatory agent and the chelating agent, and then mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain the essence solvent.
