Detailed Description

The preparation method of the skin care product comprises the following steps:

The skin care products prepared in the three examples were tested and tested for efficacy and compared to some well-known foreign brand of skin care products commercially available.
1) Skin smoothness change rate test
Finding 10 female volunteers aged 18-50 years, respectively using the anti-aging and anti-aging skin care products with the formula on the face, using the skin care products once a day for 30 days continuously, and not using any other products during the test period. The smoothness data is obtained comprehensively by using a VISIA facial image analyzer under the conditions that the ambient temperature is 25 +/-1 ℃ and the humidity is 50 +/-5%, and the higher the data value is, the worse the skin smoothness is. The test results are shown in Table 5.

The experimental results show that the skin smoothness of the invention is better than the skin smoothness of a certain famous foreign brand skin care product sold in the market, and the anti-aging effect is more obvious.
2) Test for promoting collagen synthesis
Human fibroblasts are cultured by the skin care products of the embodiment and a certain well-known foreign brand skin care product nutrient solution sold in the market, then the synthetic amount of collagen is measured, the synthetic amount data of the collagen is comprehensively obtained, and the higher the data value is, the better the collagen synthesis promoting capability is. The test results are shown in Table 6.

3) Anti-aging test
The skin care products of the examples and the commercially available skin care product nutrient solutions of certain well-known foreign brands were used to culture caenorhabditis elegans, and then the skin care products of the examples and the commercially available products of certain well-known foreign brands were examined for their effect on the longevity of the model organism caenorhabditis elegans. The test results are shown in Table 7.

The experimental results show that the anti-aging capability of the invention is better than that of a certain famous foreign brand product sold in the market.
4) Reduced expression line testing
Finding 10 female volunteers aged between 40-60 years, respectively using the anti-aging skin care product of the embodiment and a certain commercially-known foreign brand product on the forehead, using the skin care product twice a day for 28 days continuously, and not using any other product during the test period. The VISIA facial image analyzer is adopted to comprehensively obtain wrinkle reduction rate data compared with the first day under the conditions that the ambient temperature is 25 +/-1 ℃ and the humidity is 50 +/-5%, wherein the higher the wrinkle reduction rate is, the better the ability of reducing expression lines is. The test results are shown in Table 8.

5) Skin elasticity test
Finding 10 female volunteers aged 28-50 years, respectively using the anti-aging skin care products of the embodiment and a certain commercially-known foreign brand product on the face, continuously using for 4 weeks, testing by a German MAP580 skin tester, and comprehensively obtaining the stretching amount Ue of the positioning elastic part, wherein the higher the data value is, the better the skin elasticity is. The test results are shown in Table 9.

The experimental results show that the skin elasticity recovery effect of the invention is better than that of a certain famous foreign brand product sold in the market.
6) Epidermal and dermal layer adhesion test
Finding 10 female volunteers aged 28-50 years, respectively using the anti-aging skin care product of the embodiment and a certain commercially-known foreign brand product on the inner side of the arm, continuously using for 7 days, soaking the skin for 2 hours with 5% SDS lotion before testing, then testing the TEWL transdermal water loss rate by using a Tewameter tester compared with the test, and comprehensively obtaining the TEWL transdermal water loss rate, wherein the lower the data value is, the better the adhesion degree of the epidermis and the dermis is. The test results are shown in Table 10.

7) Anti-glycation assay
15 female volunteers aged 18-50 years were found, and the anti-aging skin care products of the above examples and some well-known foreign brand products were applied to the face, respectively, twice a day for 30 days without any other products during the test period. The glycation inhibition results obtained from the measurements using the german MAP580 skin tester are shown in table 11.

The experimental results show that the anti-saccharification capacity of the invention is more obvious than the anti-saccharification effect of a certain famous foreign brand product sold in the market.

autophagy catalytic components, mainly bifidobacteria fermentation lysates: 8% -20%;
a biological clock activating component from echinacea purpurea extract: 0.1 to 1 percent;
0.2 to 2 percent of hydrolyzed algin, 0.2 to 5 percent of squalane, 0.2 to 2 percent of caffeine, 0.2 to 2 percent of bisabolol, 0.2 to 2 percent of lecithin, 0.2 to 1 percent of hydroxydecyl ubiquinone,
0.1 to 1 percent of cactus extract, 0.1 to 1 percent of ginseng extract, 0.1 to 1 percent of cola nut seed extract, 0.1 to 1 percent of Adansonia dubia extract and 0.1 to 1 percent of chamomile extract.
6. The anti-aging effect-enhancing skin care product of claim 1, further comprising the following components: water, butylene glycol, 1, 3-propylene glycol, methyl gluceth-20, PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer, glyceryl polyether-26, maltodextrin, bis-PEG-18 methyl ether dimethylsilane, arginine, sodium PCA, carbomer, disodium EDTA, xanthan gum, sodium hyaluronate, sorbitol, lecithin, oleic acid, hydrogenated lecithin, tocopheryl acetate, inulin lauryl carbamate, glycerol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, silicone triol alginate, 1, 2-hexanediol, cyanocobalamine, citric acid, sodium citrate.
7. A method for preparing the anti-aging effect-potentiated skin care product according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
(1) cleaning an emulsification pot, weighing water, butanediol, 1, 3-propylene glycol, glyceryl polyether-26, carbomer, EDTA disodium, xanthan gum, sodium hyaluronate, p-hydroxyacetophenone and 1, 2-hexanediol in proportion into a main phase pot, heating to 85 ℃, stirring, dispersing uniformly and dissolving completely;
(2) cooling to 45 ℃, adding bifidobacterium fermentation lysate, methyl glucitol polyether-20, PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer, cyanocobalamine, citric acid, maltodextrin, sodium citrate, bis-PEG-18 methyl ether dimethylsilane, cola nut extract, glycerol, arginine, cactus extract, yeast fermentation product extract, ginseng root extract, sodium PCA, Adinandra berry pulp extract, tripeptide-1, acetyl hexapeptide-8, palmitoyl pentapeptide-3, glycerol, butanediol, caffeine, bisabolol, lecithin, chamomile extract, purple coneflower extract, tocopheryl acetate, hydrolyzed algin and hydroxydecyl ubiquinone in sequence, stirring and dispersing uniformly;
(3) sampling, measuring pH, and discharging after the semi-finished product sampling detection meets the standard;
(4) and after the semi-finished products are inspected to be qualified, filling and packaging, and after the finished products are inspected to be qualified, warehousing.
