Wherein the yeast complex peptide composition comprises 10% split yeast fermentation product lysate, 2% acetyl hexapeptide-8, 1.5% palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, and 1.5% snake venom-like tripeptide (dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate).

The wrinkle resistance of the essence obtained by the invention is evaluated by adopting a special cosmetic efficacy evaluation method, and the result is as follows:

The experimental method comprises the following steps: people (30-45 years old) with facial wrinkles are screened out to be used as anti-wrinkle efficacy test volunteers, after the face is coated with the essence obtained in the embodiment 4 of the invention through comparison of the essence and the essence substrate, the tests are respectively carried out in the 0 th week, the 2 nd week and the 4 th week, and the indexes (such as figures 1-5) of the skin moisture content, the skin moisture loss, the skin tightness, the skin elasticity, the wrinkle area and the like are measured, wherein the indexes are used for evaluating the skin barrier function and the effect of reducing the skin wrinkles after the product is used.
20 volunteers were recruited for the experiment, 20 active volunteers and the data was valid. The test was carried out for 4 weeks, and the differences of the skin moisture content, the skin moisture loss, the skin firmness, the skin elasticity and the wrinkle area were measured before and after the application of the sample, and the results are shown in fig. 1 to 5, respectively.
As a result: the moisture content of the horny layer of the skin on the side using the essence is better than that on the side using the essence substrate; the reduction degree of the percutaneous water loss of the skin on the side using the essence is better than that on the side using the essence substrate; the increase degree of the R0 value of the skin elasticity of the side using the essence is better than that of the side using the essence substrate; the increase degree of the R2 value of the skin elasticity of the side using the essence is better than that of the side using the essence substrate; the wrinkle ratio of the face using the essence is reduced to a better degree than that of the face using the essence substrate.
From the above results, it can be seen that the cosmetic prepared using the composition of the present invention can significantly reduce skin wrinkles and improve skin aging symptoms after 4 weeks.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and all such changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (6)
1. The yeast essence with the effects of tightening and resisting wrinkles is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
2 to 15 percent of yeast composite peptide composition, 5 to 10 percent of rose water, 1 to 8 percent of glycerin, 0.5 to 2 percent of trehalose, 0.5 to 1 percent of carboxymethyl chitosan, 0.02 to 0.2 percent of sodium hyaluronate, 1 to 3 percent of hydrolyzed collagen, 1 to 5 percent of hydrolyzed oat protein, 0.5 to 1 percent of hydrolyzed yeast protein, 0.1 to 1 percent of glycerin stearate, 0.3 to 10 percent of dendrobium officinale extract, 1 to 8 percent of tremella fuciformis extract, 1 to 3 percent of monkshood seed extract, 0.2 to 0.5 percent of camellia seed oil, 0.05 to 0.1 percent of tocopherol, 0.2 to 1 percent of monkey tree seed oil, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of octyl glycol, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of phenoxyethanol, 0.1 to 0.2 percent of methylparaben, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl sulfonate copolymer, the balance of water; wherein the yeast complex peptide composition comprises 0.5% -10% of a split yeast fermentation product lysate, 0.5% -2% of acetyl hexapeptide-8, 0.5% -1.5% of palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, and 0.5% -1.5% of a snake venom-like tripeptide.
2. The yeast essence with the effects of tightening and resisting wrinkles as claimed in claim 1, is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
2 to 14 percent of yeast composite peptide composition, 5 to 8 percent of rose water, 1 to 5 percent of glycerin, 0.5 to 1 percent of trehalose, 0.5 to 0.8 percent of carboxymethyl chitosan, 0.02 to 0.1 percent of low molecular sodium hyaluronate, 1 to 2.5 percent of hydrolyzed collagen, 1 to 5 percent of hydrolyzed oat protein, 0.8 to 1 percent of hydrolyzed yeast protein, 0.1 to 0.8 percent of glycerol stearate, 0.3 to 9 percent of dendrobium officinale extract, 3 to 8 percent of tremella extract, 1 to 2.5 percent of Adianthus tinus seed extract, 0.3 to 0.5 percent of camellia seed oil, 0.06 to 0.1 percent of tocopherol, 0.2 to 0.8 percent of Adianthus tinus seed oil, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of octyl glycol, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of ethanol, 0.1 to 0.2 percent of phenoxy methyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of hydroxyethyl acrylate/dimethyl acryloyl copolymer, the balance of water; wherein the yeast complex peptide composition comprises 0.5% -9% of a split yeast fermentation product lysate, 0.5% -1.5% of acetyl hexapeptide-8, 0.5% -1.5% of palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, and 0.5% -2% of a snake venom-like tripeptide.
3. The yeast essence with the effects of tightening and resisting wrinkles as claimed in claim 1, is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
5 to 14 percent of yeast composite peptide composition, 6 to 8 percent of rose water, 2 to 5 percent of glycerin, 0.5 to 0.8 percent of trehalose, 0.6 to 0.8 percent of carboxymethyl chitosan, 0.03 to 0.1 percent of low molecular sodium hyaluronate, 1.5 to 2.5 percent of hydrolyzed collagen, 1.5 to 5 percent of hydrolyzed oat protein, 0.8 to 1 percent of hydrolyzed yeast protein, 0.2 to 0.8 percent of glycerol stearate, 0.5 to 9 percent of dendrobium officinale extract, 4 to 8 percent of tremella extract, 1.5 to 2.5 percent of Adiantum extract, 0.4 to 0.5 percent of camellia seed oil, 0.08 to 0.1 percent of tocopherol, 0.3 to 0.8 percent of Adiantum seed oil, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of octyl glycol, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of phenoxy ethanol, 0.1 to 0.2 percent of methylparaben, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of acrylic acid hydroxyethyl acrylate/dimethyl bovine acrylic acid sodium sulfonate, the balance of water; wherein the yeast complex peptide composition comprises 1.5% -8% of a split yeast fermentation product lysate, 1.5% -2% of acetyl hexapeptide-8, 1.5% -2% of palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 and 0.5% -2% of a snake venom-like tripeptide.
4. The yeast essence with the effects of tightening and resisting wrinkles as claimed in claim 1, is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
14% of yeast composite peptide composition, 8% of rose water, 5% of glycerol, 0.8% of trehalose, 0.8% of carboxymethyl chitosan, 0.1% of low-molecular sodium hyaluronate, 2.5% of hydrolyzed collagen, 5% of hydrolyzed oat protein, 1% of hydrolyzed yeast protein, 0.5% of glycerol stearate, 9% of dendrobium officinale extract, 8% of tremella extract, 2.5% of monkey-tree seed extract, 0.5% of camellia seed oil, 0.1% of tocopherol, 0.8% of monkey-tree seed oil, 0.5% of octyl glycol, 0.5% of phenoxyethanol, 0.2% of methylparaben, 0.3% of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer and the balance of water; wherein the yeast complex peptide composition comprises 9% split yeast fermentation product lysate, 1.5% acetyl hexapeptide-8, 1.5% palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, and 2% snake venom-like tripeptide.
5. The method for preparing the yeast essence with the effects of tightening and resisting wrinkles as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
respectively heating the component A and the component B to 75-85 ℃ for dissolving and dispersing; then adding the component B into the component A, stirring, homogenizing and dispersing completely, cooling to 45-55 ℃, sequentially adding the component C, the component D and the component E, and stirring uniformly; finally, cooling to below 38 ℃ and discharging; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the component A comprises: glycerol, methylparaben, trehalose, carboxymethyl chitosan, sodium hyaluronate and water;
and B component: hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, glyceryl stearate, camellia seed oil, tocopherol and Adiantum henryi seed oil;
and C, component C: a yeast complex peptide composition;
and (D) component: tremella extract and water, hydrolyzed collagen, hydrolyzed oat protein, hydrolyzed yeast protein, dendrobium officinale extract, schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, rose water and Adiantum semen extract;
and E, component (E): phenoxyethanol and caprylyl glycol;
wherein the water of the component A accounts for 80-98% of the total mass of the water.
6. Use of the yeast essence with firming and anti-wrinkle effects according to any one of claims 1 to 4 for preparing cosmetics with firming and anti-wrinkle effects.
