As can be seen from the test results in Table 1, the delta TEWL for the examples is much higher than the comparative examples, demonstrating that the soothing repair composition of the present invention is capable of significantly less transdermal water loss from the skin and better improving skin barrier function. Example 1 in comparison to comparative examples 2-4, the soothing repair composition lacks a portion of the components and the delta TEWL value is reduced, indicating a synergistic effect between the hypecoum calli culture filtrate, the grape flower cell extract and madecassoside, which when combined achieves the effect of improving skin barrier function.
Effect example 2
Test samples: repair cosmetics described in examples 1 to 12 and comparative examples 1 to 4
The test method comprises the following steps: the test samples were used in groups of 15 individuals each, and the subjects used the product at 0.50 ± 0.05 g/time on the whole face, once a day, in the morning and evening, for 4 weeks. The degree of improvement of the skin problems was self-evaluated using questionnaire after 4 weeks after use, and the values of the repair effect evaluation in table 2 were the average values of the subject evaluations.

As can be seen from table 2, examples 1 to 12 of the present invention significantly improved the skin discomfort symptoms, and had very significant repairing effects.

Test samples: repair cosmetics described in examples 1 to 12 and comparative examples 1 to 4
The test method comprises the following steps: 128 subjects aged 40-60 years were screened, in groups of 8 individuals, with samples from different embodiments, 2 times daily for 30 days. At the time of day 0 and day 30, R2 values were calculated by measurement.
The test method comprises the following steps: the skin elasticity before and after use was measured by a skin elasticity tester MPA580 of CK, germany, and the degree of change in skin elasticity was evaluated from the difference between values before and after the skin elasticity value R2, where Δ R2 ═ R2 (after use) -R2 (before use), and the greater the Δ R2 value, the more the elasticity was enhanced.

As can be seen from Table 3, the skin elasticity of examples 1-12 of the present invention has a higher variation than the comparative examples, which shows that the soothing and rejuvenating composition of the present invention has a significant effect of enhancing skin elasticity, and that the soothing and rejuvenating composition lacks a part of the components and has a poor effect of improving skin elasticity, which shows that there is a synergistic effect between the hypecoum vulgare callus culture filtrate, the cellular extract of grapevine and the madecassoside, and the combined use of these components can achieve the effect of enhancing skin elasticity.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A soothing repair composition, wherein the soothing repair composition comprises the following components: hypecoum vulgare callus culture filtrate, grapevine cell extract and madecassoside; the mass ratio of the hypsizygus marmoreus callus culture filtrate to the grape flower cell extract to the madecassoside is as follows: grape flower cell extract: 0.2 to 1.0% of madecassoside: 0.1-1.5: 0.05 to 1.0.
2. The soothing repair composition of claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the hypsizygus marmoreus callus culture filtrate, the grapevine cell extract, and the madecassoside is hypsizygus marmoreus callus culture filtrate: grape flower cell extract: 0.6% of madecassoside: 0.9: 0.5.
3. a soothing repair composition according to claim 1 or 2 wherein said hypsizygus marmoreus callus culture filtrate is a mixture of tissues containing intact cell structures prepared by culturing hypsizygus marmoreus plant cells and glycerol, the mass ratio of said intact cell structures to glycerol being 1: 3 to 4.
4. The soothing repair composition of claim 3, wherein the concentration of cells in the hypsizygus marmoreus callus culture filtrate is 400-600 ten thousand cells/g.
5. A soothing repair composition according to claim 1 or 2 wherein the grape flower cell extract is a mixture of tissue containing intact cell structures and glycerol prepared by grape seed cell culture, the mass ratio of tissue of intact cell structures to glycerol being 1: 3 to 4.
6. Use of a soothing restorative composition as claimed in any of claims 1 to 5 in the manufacture of a cosmetic product having restorative efficacy.
7. A restorative cosmetic comprising the soothing restorative composition of any of claims 1-5.
8. The repair cosmetic of claim 7 wherein the soothing repair composition is present in the repair cosmetic in an amount of from 0.35% to 3.5% by weight.
9. The repair cosmetic of claim 8 further comprising the following components in mass percent: 0.2-1.0% of skin conditioner, 0.2-0.5% of emulsifier, 1-1.5% of humectant, 0.1-0.25% of thickener and 0.05-0.85% of preservative.
10. The method for preparing a repair cosmetic according to claim 9, comprising the steps of:
(1) heating water to 80-85 deg.C, adding emulsifier, humectant and thickener into water, homogenizing, stirring, and cooling to 50 deg.C;
(2) adding the soothing and repairing composition into the solution obtained in the step (1), and stirring and dissolving uniformly;
(3) and (3) adding a preservative and a skin conditioner into the solution obtained in the step (2) and uniformly stirring to obtain the repair cosmetic.
