the moisturizing composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1 to 5 percent of xylitol mixture, 0.01 to 0.15 percent of Chinese rehmannia ROOT EXTRACT (REHMANNIA CHINENSIS ROOT EXTRACT), 0.2 to 5 percent of natural polysaccharide, 0.01 to 5 percent of biological gum-1 (BIOSACCHARIDE GUM-1), 0.2 to 5 percent of peach (PRUNUS PERICA) resin EXTRACT, 0.1 to 7 percent of marshmallow (ALTHAEA OFFICINALIS) EXTRACT and the balance of water; the xylitol mixture comprises xylitol-based glucoside, dehydrated xylitol, xylitol and glucose; the natural glycans include saccharide isomers.

In the components of the moisturizing composition, the xylitol mixture contains various natural saccharides such as xylitol-based glucoside and the like, so that the synthesis of dermal hyaluronic acid in skin can be effectively promoted, and the dermal moisture storage is increased; the cell hydration of the epidermis acantha layer and the particle layer of the human skin is improved, and the quantity of water channel transport proteins in the epidermis is increased; in addition, the dry skin feel brought by the organic solvent carrier in the product can be effectively improved, so that the long-acting moisturizing feel of the product can be maintained after the product is used.

The peach resin extract is also called peach gum extract, and because the peach gum has certain moisture absorption and water supplementing effects, the peach gum can endow the product with the effects of moisturizing, reducing skin roughness and improving skin desquamation symptoms when being applied to skin care products, and meanwhile, the peach gum is taken as a natural plant extract, and the skin after being used can obviously feel excellent natural moist feeling.

The inventor finds that the synergistic water supplementing and moisturizing effects can be realized by the components in a specific proportion, and the synergistic lifting effect is better in the preferable range.

The invention also aims at providing a preparation method of the moisturizing composition, which comprises the following steps:

mixing xylitol mixture, radix rehmanniae extract, natural polysaccharide, biological sugar gum-1, peach resin extract and marshmallow extract with water at a certain proportion, and stirring to obtain transparent liquid.

Preferably, the stirring speed is 30-400 rpm and the stirring time is 5-10 min.

The preparation method of the moisturizing composition has simple operation steps and can realize industrialized mass production.

It is still another object of the present invention to provide the use of the moisturizing composition in the preparation of moisturizing skin care products.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the moisturizing composition provided by the invention is prepared by combining and compounding a plurality of plant extracts and high-efficiency moisturizing components, and the components are synergistic, so that the obtained product has the effects of high-efficiency long-term deep moisturizing, providing more natural moisturizing factors for skin, promoting and maintaining hydration and moisture content of the surface layer, the middle layer and the deep layer of the skin, guaranteeing the property stability during use and storage under a preservative-free system, and has the advantages of good antibacterial effect, no irritation to the skin of a user, high safety and good use experience. Examples 1 to 6

Examples of the moisturizing composition of the present invention, the formulation of the moisturizing composition in each example is shown in table 1.

The preparation method of the moisturizing composition comprises the following steps:

mixing xylitol mixture, rehmannia root extract, natural polysaccharide, biological sugar gum-1, peach resin extract and marshmallow extract according to a proportion, adding water, stirring at a speed of 30-400 rpm for 5-10 min, uniformly stirring to form transparent liquid, and discharging to obtain the moisturizing composition.

Comparative examples of moisturizing compositions of the present invention, the essence of each comparative example was different from the products of examples 1 to 6 only in the formulation shown in table 2, and the preparation method of the products was the same as examples 1 to 6.

Effect example 1

To verify the stability of the soothing and repairing essence product obtained by the invention, a series of stability tests were carried out on the products obtained by each example and comparative example:

(1) The pH of the products obtained in examples and comparative examples was measured at normal temperature after mixing and dilution with water in a volume ratio=1:10, respectively.

(2) The products obtained in the examples and the comparative examples were subjected to heat resistance, cold resistance and thermal cycle tests under the following conditions: (a) Respectively preserving heat for 3 months at 48+/-2 ℃, and performing physicochemical test after recovering room temperature; (b) Respectively preserving heat for 3 months at-15+/-2 ℃, and performing physicochemical test after recovering room temperature; (c) Respectively and sequentially preserving heat at 48 ℃ and normal temperature and-15 ℃ for 24 hours, circulating for three times according to the sequence, and performing physicochemical test after the room temperature is restored, wherein the test method is QB/T2660. The results are shown in Table 3 after testing.

As shown in Table 3, the moisturizing composition provided by the invention is slightly acidic, has a faint yellow transparent liquid appearance, does not have the phenomenon of color change or precipitation under different temperature environments, and has higher stability under a system without adding a preservative; in contrast, the products obtained in comparative examples 1 to 5 exhibited precipitation or color change in different environmental tests, and were not stable enough.

Effect example 2

In order to verify the use effect of the moisturizing composition, the products obtained in the examples and the comparative examples are firstly subjected to patch tests to verify whether the products have irritation to human bodies or not and whether the effects of direct use can be safely tested.

(1) Patch test

Group of subjects: 330 volunteers, 18-45 years old, 165 females, 165 males, healthy skin, no history of dermatological allergies. The random number is divided into 11 groups with the ratio of men and women of 1:1, the products of the test examples and comparative examples, respectively, are given in groups.

The testing method comprises the following steps: the products of example 1 and comparative example 4 were subjected to the patch test according to the cosmetic safety technical Specification (2015 edition) human skin patch test method, and the results were recorded according to the skin reaction grading standard. As can be seen from Table 4, the moisturizing composition of the present invention has no obvious irritation to skin and is comfortable after use.

(2) Skin moisturizing and moisturizing conditions

According to the patch test results, the products obtained in the examples and the comparative examples were subjected to a moisturizing efficacy test for direct use.

Group of subjects: 88 volunteers, women aged 25-45 years, were healthy in skin and had no history of dermatological allergies. The products obtained in the examples and comparative examples were used in a random manner in 11 groups of 8 persons each, respectively, in units of groups.

The testing method comprises the following steps: after the subjects washed the face with clear water, the face was smeared with the corresponding test sample (1.+ -. 0.05 g/time) for skin care maintenance, each 1 time in the morning, in the middle and at the evening, for 4 weeks continuously, and the subjects did not use any other skin care products during the test except the test sample.

(5) Use experience situation

The moisturizing composition of claim 1, wherein the moisturizing composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 2.8-3.2% of xylitol mixture, 0.04-0.06% of rehmannia root extract, 0.8-1.2% of natural polysaccharide, 0.4-0.6% of biological sugar gum-1, 1.8-2.2% of peach resin extract, 1.5-2.5% of marshmallow extract and the balance of water.

The moisturizing composition of claim 2, wherein the moisturizing composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 3% of xylitol mixture, 0.05% of rehmannia root extract, 1% of natural polysaccharide, 1.5% of biological sugar gum, 3% of peach resin extract, 2.5% of marshmallow extract and the balance of water.

4. A method of preparing a moisturizing composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:

mixing xylitol mixture, radix rehmanniae extract, natural polysaccharide, biological sugar gum-1, peach resin extract and marshmallow extract with water at a certain proportion, and stirring to obtain transparent liquid.

5. The method for preparing a moisturizing composition according to claim 4, wherein the stirring speed is 30-400 rpm for 5-10 min.

6. Use of the moisturizing composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3 for preparing a moisturizing skin care product.
