The moisturizing composition is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1-5% of xylitol mixture, 0.01-0.15% of rehmannia root extract, 0.2-5% of natural polysaccharide, 0.01-5% of biological sugar gum-1, 0.2-5% of peach resin extract, 0.1-7% of marshmallow extract and the balance of water; the xylitol mixture comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 35-50% of xylitol-based glucoside, 24-34% of dehydrated xylitol, 5-15% of xylitol, 0.1-5% of glucose and the balance of water; the natural polysaccharide comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 25-50% of water, 0.1-1% of citric acid, 0.1-1% of monosodium citrate and the balance of saccharide isomer; the marshmallow extract comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 48% of glycerol, 5% of marshmallow plant extract and the balance of water.

The moisturizing composition of claim 1, wherein the moisturizing composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 2.8-3.2% of xylitol mixture, 0.04-0.06% of rehmannia root extract, 0.8-1.2% of natural polysaccharide, 0.4-0.6% of biological sugar gum-1, 1.8-2.2% of peach resin extract, 1.5-2.5% of marshmallow extract and the balance of water.

The moisturizing composition of claim 2, wherein the moisturizing composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 3% of xylitol mixture, 0.05% of rehmannia root extract, 1% of natural polysaccharide, 1.5% of biological sugar gum, 3% of peach resin extract, 2.5% of marshmallow extract and the balance of water.
4. A method of preparing a moisturizing composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
mixing xylitol mixture, radix rehmanniae extract, natural polysaccharide, biological sugar gum-1, peach resin extract and marshmallow extract with water at a certain proportion, and stirring to obtain transparent liquid.
5. The method for preparing a moisturizing composition according to claim 4, wherein the stirring speed is 30-400 rpm for 5-10 min.
6. Use of the moisturizing composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3 for preparing a moisturizing skin care product.
