Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-aging composition, a face cream and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of daily cosmetics. The anti-aging composition comprises acetylated sodium hyaluronate, nicotinamide, hexapeptide-9, a carrageen guttulata extract and an artemisia capillaris flower extract. The anti-aging composition and the cream prepared by the formula have good effects of removing wrinkles and improving skin elasticity, and have excellent weather resistance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily cosmetics, in particular to an anti-aging composition, a face cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the aging and the influence of external environment, our skin gradually ages and shows symptoms of wrinkles, loose skin, dryness, pigmentation, and the like. Meanwhile, it has been studied that, from an analysis on the structural level of the skin, aged skin shows a series of symptoms relative to young skin: the junction of the dermis and epidermis, i.e., the dej (dermal Epidermal junction) structure, tends to flatten gradually; the thickness of the epidermis and the dermis becomes thinner gradually; the proportion of free water, fibrin and proteoglycan in the superficial dermis is unbalanced, and the elasticity of the skin is changed; the papillary dermis is flat, or disappears; extracellular interstitial ECM atrophy; hyaluronic acid is decreased; the content of collagen and elastin is reduced, etc. Therefore, the anti-aging skin care product can delay aging, smooth wrinkles and achieve the anti-aging purpose in the modes of resisting free radicals, promoting the generation of collagen, protecting DNA, repairing skin barriers and the like.
Most products in the current market only carry out anti-aging from a single way, have weak effect and cannot well meet the requirements of consumers.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide an anti-aging composition and a facial cream capable of removing wrinkles and improving skin elasticity and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: an anti-aging composition comprises acetylated sodium hyaluronate, niacinamide, hexapeptide-9, Pelvetia canaliculata extract and Artemisia capillaris flower extract.
The sodium hyaluronate can stimulate the metabolism of skin epidermis and dermis, inhibit the degradation of collagen I, bring about the swelling effect and smooth wrinkles. Nicotinamide has effects in reducing mottle, accelerating DNA repair, promoting collagen synthesis, and improving fine lines and wrinkles. Hexapeptide-9 can increase the generation of collagen I, collagen IV and laminin-5; promoting the differentiation and regeneration of epidermis and improving skin; reducing skin wrinkles. Pelvetia CANALICULATA (Pelvetia CANALICULATA) extract can promote the production of proteoglycan, type III collagen, polysaccharide and hyaluronic acid; improve moisture, firmness and elasticity of skin. Artemisia capillaries (ARTEMISIA CAPILLARIS) flower extract: can protect skin from being damaged by ultraviolet rays and blue light; reducing protein fiber carbonylation in the epidermal and dermal layers; inhibiting the release of inflammatory medium COX-2, and relieving inflammation; promoting the synthesis of collagen I; relieving invisible aging signs, protecting skin deep layer, and preventing skin premature aging.
Experiments prove that the anti-aging performance of a product prepared by compounding the 5 materials is obviously superior to any 4 materials, and the 5 materials are shown to influence each other to synergistically improve the anti-aging performance of the product.
Preferably, the anti-aging composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-0.3 part of acetylated sodium hyaluronate, 0.5-2 parts of nicotinamide, 91-3 parts of hexapeptide, 0.8-2 parts of carrageenin extract and 1-2.5 parts of artemisia capillaris flower extract.
Further preferably, the anti-aging composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.12-0.18 part of acetylated sodium hyaluronate, 1-1.8 parts of nicotinamide, 91.5-2.5 parts of hexapeptide, 1-1.8 parts of ditch carrageen extract and 1.5-2 parts of artemisia capillaris flower extract. The applicant of the present invention has experimentally confirmed that when the compounding ratio of each material is within the above range, the anti-aging performance thereof is significantly enhanced.
In addition, the invention also discloses anti-aging cream containing the anti-aging composition. The anti-aging cream further comprises at least one of a chelating agent, a humectant, a skin conditioner, an emollient, an emulsifier, and a thickener.
Preferably, the chelating agent comprises disodium EDTA; the humectant contains at least one of glycerin, 1, 3-butanediol, trehalose, 1, 2-hexanediol and betaine; the skin conditioning agent comprises p-hydroxyacetophenone; the emollient comprises at least one of caprylic/capric triglyceride, cetostearyl alcohol, synthetic wax, beeswax, dimethicone, shea butter; the emulsifier comprises at least one of cetearyl alcohol/cetearyl glucoside, glyceryl stearate; the thickener comprises xanthan gum.
Preferably, the composition also comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.02-0.05 part of EDTA disodium, 4-6 parts of glycerol, 5-8 parts of 1, 3-butanediol, 2-5 parts of trehalose, 0.5-0.6 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.5-2 parts of betaine, 0.5-0.6 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 5-10 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 2-4 parts of cetostearyl alcohol, 0.5-1.5 parts of synthetic wax, 1-3 parts of beeswax, 1-2 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.5-3 parts of shea butter, 1.5-4 parts of cetearyl alcohol/cetearyl glucoside, 1-3 parts of glyceryl stearate and 0.1-0.5 part of xanthan gum.
Meanwhile, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the anti-aging cream, which comprises the following steps:
(1) adding a chelating agent, a humectant, a thickening agent and a skin conditioner into deionized water, heating to 80-90 ℃, homogenizing and stirring to obtain a mixed solution A;
(2) heating the emulsifier and the emollient to 80-90 ℃, after the emulsifier and the emollient are completely dissolved, pumping into the mixed solution A, homogenizing and stirring to obtain a mixed solution B;
(3) and cooling the mixed solution B to 40-50 ℃, adding the anti-aging composition, stirring, and filtering to obtain the anti-aging face cream.
Preferably, in the steps (1) to (2), homogenizing for 3-5 min under vacuum; in the steps (1) - (3), stirring is carried out for 5-15 min.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, by selecting anti-aging substances, the acetylated sodium hyaluronate, the nicotinamide, the hexapeptide-9, the velvet antler extract and the artemisia capillaris flower extract have a synergistic effect, the anti-aging performance of the product can be obviously enhanced, and the preparation method of the anti-aging cream disclosed by the invention is simple and is suitable for industrial production.

Examples 1 to 7
The formulations of examples, examples 1-7, of the anti-aging composition of the present invention are shown in table 1.

Examples 8 to 14
In the embodiment of the anti-aging cream, the embodiments 8 to 14 respectively comprise the anti-aging compositions in the embodiments 1 to 7, and the rest of the formula is shown in the table 2, and the preparation method is as follows:
(1) adding a chelating agent, a humectant, a thickener and a skin conditioner into deionized water, heating to 85 ℃, homogenizing in vacuum for 3 minutes, and stirring for 5 minutes under the condition of heat preservation to obtain a mixed solution A;
(2) heating the emulsifier and the emollient to 85 ℃, pumping into the mixed solution A after the emulsifier and the emollient are completely dissolved, keeping the temperature at 85 ℃, homogenizing in vacuum for 5 minutes, and stirring for 15 minutes under the condition of heat preservation to obtain a mixed solution B;
(3) and cooling the mixed solution B to 45-50 ℃, adding the anti-aging composition, stirring for 5 minutes, cooling to room temperature, filtering and discharging to obtain the anti-aging cream.

Comparative examples 1 to 5
Comparative examples 1 to 5 are anti-aging creams, the formulation is the same as in example 10 except that the components of the anti-aging composition and the contents of the anti-aging composition and deionized water are different from those of example 10, the preparation method is the same as in example 10, and the formulation of the anti-aging composition is shown in table 3.

Performance test
1) Stability test
The heat resistance test is that the face cream is placed for one month at the temperature of 45 +/-2 ℃ and observed for appearance, color and smell; the cold resistance test is that the face cream is placed for one month at the temperature of minus 18 +/-2 ℃, and the appearance, the color and the smell of the face cream are observed; the cold and hot resistance cycle test is that the face cream is stored for 24 hours at the temperature of 45 ℃, normal temperature and minus 18 ℃, the cycle is 3 times, and the appearance, the color and the smell of the face cream are observed. The test results are shown in table 4.

As is clear from Table 4, examples 8 to 14 and comparative examples 1 to 5 all had good heat resistance, cold resistance and cold-heat cycle resistance, and could be stored for a long period of time.
2) Anti-aging test
Test object(s): 48 female volunteers with no history of skin allergy, aged between 30-35 years.
Test area: the skin was measured in the forearm, and the area of 5cm x 15cm was taken as the test area, the left arm test area was taken as the test area, and the right arm test area was taken as the control area.
Test samples: examples 8 to 14 and comparative examples 1 to 5.
The test method comprises the following steps: the test area was smeared with 0.2g of the corresponding test sample once in the morning and evening, and the control area was left untreated once in the morning and evening for one month.
Before use, the skin wrinkles and skin elasticity condition of the test zone and the control zone were measured separately. After use, the skin wrinkles and skin elasticity were measured in the test and control zones, respectively. Wherein, the Skin wrinkle condition is measured by a Skin image analysis system (Skin viscometer SV 600); skin elasticity was measured using a skin elasticity tester MPA580 from CK, germany, using a Reviscometer RV600 probe. The test results are shown in table 5.

As can be seen from table 5, examples 8 to 14 have significantly better effects of removing wrinkles and improving skin elasticity than comparative examples 1 to 5, and examples 8 to 14 have better performances than examples 10 to 12.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
Claims (8)

An anti-aging composition, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-0.3 part of acetylated sodium hyaluronate, 0.5-2 parts of nicotinamide, 91-3 parts of hexapeptide, 0.8-2 parts of ditch carrageen extract and 1-2.5 parts of artemisia capillaris flower extract.
2. The anti-aging composition of claim 1, comprising the following ingredients in parts by weight: 0.12-0.18 part of acetylated sodium hyaluronate, 1-1.8 parts of nicotinamide, 91.5-2.5 parts of hexapeptide, 1-1.8 parts of carrageenin extract and 1.5-2 parts of artemisia capillaris flower extract.
3. An anti-aging cream comprising the anti-aging composition according to any one of claims 1 to 2.
4. The anti-aging cream of claim 3, further comprising at least one of a chelating agent, a moisturizing agent, a skin conditioning agent, an emollient, an emulsifier, a thickener.

The anti-aging cream of claim 4, wherein the chelating agent comprises disodium EDTA; the humectant comprises at least one of glycerol, 1, 3-butanediol, trehalose, 1, 2-hexanediol, and betaine; the skin conditioning agent comprises p-hydroxyacetophenone; the emollient comprises at least one of caprylic/capric triglyceride, cetostearyl alcohol, synthetic wax, beeswax, dimethicone, shea butter; the emulsifier comprises at least one of cetearyl alcohol/cetearyl glucoside, glyceryl stearate; the thickener comprises xanthan gum.
6. The anti-aging cream according to claim 5, further comprising the following components in parts by weight: 0.02-0.05 part of EDTA disodium, 4-6 parts of glycerol, 5-8 parts of 1, 3-butanediol, 3-5 parts of trehalose, 0.5-0.6 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.5-2 parts of betaine, 0.5-0.6 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 5-10 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 2-4 parts of cetostearyl alcohol, 0.5-1.5 parts of synthetic wax, 1-3 parts of beeswax, 1-2 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.5-3 parts of shea butter, 1.5-4 parts of cetearyl alcohol/cetearyl glucoside, 1-3 parts of glyceryl stearate and 0.1-0.5 part of xanthan gum.
7. A method for preparing the anti-aging cream as claimed in any one of claims 4 to 6, which comprises the following steps:
(1) adding a chelating agent, a humectant, a thickening agent and a skin conditioner into deionized water, heating to 80-90 ℃, homogenizing and stirring to obtain a mixed solution A;
(2) heating the emulsifier and the emollient to 80-90 ℃, after the emulsifier and the emollient are completely dissolved, pumping into the mixed solution A, homogenizing and stirring to obtain a mixed solution B;
(3) and cooling the mixed solution B to 40-50 ℃, adding the anti-aging composition, stirring, and filtering to obtain the anti-aging face cream.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein in the steps (1) to (2), the homogenization is carried out under vacuum for 3 to 5 min; in the steps (1) - (3), stirring is carried out for 5-15 min.
