1) Preparation of anti-aging efficacy liposome b: 643mg of hexapeptide-11, 1286mg of dunaliella salina extract, 1286mg of salix volvulus extract, 1286mg of gynostemma pentaphylla extract are weighed and dissolved in phosphate buffer solution with pH=6.8 by ultrasonic; weighing 2000mg of phospholipid and 1000mg of cholesterol, dissolving in a proper amount of dichloromethane, and performing ultrasonic dissolution; pouring the phosphate buffer solution into dichloromethane, homogenizing at 20000r/min for 8min, and removing the organic solvent at room temperature; adding 2.5% mannitol, ultrasonic treating the mixed solution to obtain emulsion, filtering with 0.45 μm filter membrane, lyophilizing the filtrate with a lyophilizing machine for 48 hr to obtain liposome b coated with effective components;
2) Dissolving a thickening agent with deionized water, and uniformly stirring and dispersing;
3) Adding a humectant into the mixed solution in the step 2), stirring, heating to 80 ℃, and preserving heat and stirring for 30 minutes to obtain a water phase material;
4) Dissolving an emollient and an emulsifier with deionized water, stirring and dispersing uniformly, and heating to 80 ℃ until the emollient and the emulsifier are completely dissolved to obtain an oil phase material;
5) Slowly adding the oil phase raw material into the water phase material in a homogeneous state of 5000r/min, continuously homogenizing for 15min, and then adding the pH value regulator, the filler and the preservative;
6) Stirring and cooling the mixed solution in the step 5) to 50 ℃, adding the anti-aging liposome b and the daily essence, and homogenizing for 10min at 3000 r/min;
7) After homogenization, stirring and cooling to 40 ℃ at the speed of 300 revolutions per minute, and obtaining the cream composition containing the anti-aging efficacy liposome.

1) Preparation of anti-aging efficacy liposome c: weighing 142mg of hexapeptide-11, 284mg of dunaliella salina extract, 284mg of Fullerene salix extract and 284mg of gynostemma pentaphylla extract, and dissolving in phosphate buffer solution with pH=6.8 by ultrasonic; weighing 800mg of phospholipid and 100mg of cholesterol, dissolving in a proper amount of organic solvent by ultrasonic waves; pouring the phosphate buffer solution into the organic solution, homogenizing at 10000r/min for 3min, and removing the organic solvent at room temperature; adding 1.5% mannitol, ultrasonically treating the mixed solution into emulsion, filtering with 0.45 μm filter membrane, and lyophilizing the filtrate with a lyophilizing machine for 12 hr to obtain liposome c coated with effective components;
2) Dissolving a thickening agent with deionized water, and uniformly stirring and dispersing;
3) Adding a humectant into the mixed solution in the step 2), stirring, heating to 70 ℃, and preserving heat and stirring for 15 minutes to obtain a water phase material;
4) Dissolving an emollient and an emulsifier with deionized water, stirring and dispersing uniformly, and heating to 70 ℃ until the emollient and the emulsifier are completely dissolved to obtain an oil phase material;
5) Slowly adding the oil phase raw material into the water phase material in a homogeneous state of 3000r/min, continuously homogenizing for 8min, and then adding the pH value regulator, the filler and the preservative;
6) Stirring and cooling the mixed solution in the step 5) to 40 ℃, adding the anti-aging liposome c and the daily essence, and homogenizing for 5min at 1500 r/min;
7) After homogenization, stirring and cooling to 30 ℃ at the speed of 200r/min, thus obtaining the facial cream composition containing the anti-aging efficacy liposome.
Effect verification test example
1. Safety test
Test sample: example 1;

As shown in the table 3, the prepared face cream has no obvious change in color, viscosity and pH within three months under the conditions of high and low temperature or illumination, which proves that the face cream has better stability.
3. Evaluation of anti-aging Effect of face cream
Test sample: the experimental group is example 1, and the control group is a basic cream without the liposome of the efficacy component.
The testing method comprises the following steps: after daily face cleaning, a proper amount of test group samples are smeared on one side face randomly, and a control group sample is smeared on the other side. The sunscreen product is applied to the whole face daily in the morning.
The results were tested in the following 4 time periods, respectively:
before the sample (D0), after 14 days of the sample (D14), after 28 days of the sample (D28), and after 56 days of the sample (D56). The test is performed in a room at 20-22 c with a relative humidity of 40-60% and the subject must now be conditioned for 15 minutes in the same environment.
The detection items are as follows:
1) Primos is used for facial image acquisition and skin wrinkle analysis;
2) The Dermalab combo ultrasonic probe (frequency 20 MHz) was used to evaluate skin collagen density, and the larger the test value, the greater the skin collagen density.
Test results:
as shown in fig. 1-2, tables 4-5 show the clinical efficacy test results of example 1, and the analysis test performed on the target site of the use test can result in a significant reduction of 12.24% in skin external corner wrinkles after 56 days on one side of the use test group, while the reduction of only 2.45% in the control group; in addition, in the test experiment of the collagen density, the skin collagen density test value of the experimental group is improved from 32.6 to 42.7, the change rate is about 31%, and the control group is only improved by 4.8%, so that the prepared anti-aging facial cream can effectively reduce the occurrence of facial wrinkles and promote the synthesis of the skin collagen density, and has a good anti-aging effect.

4. Synergistic test of anti-aging composition

The preparation process of the anti-aging face cream comprises the following steps:
1) Dissolving a thickening agent with deionized water, and uniformly stirring and dispersing;
2) Adding a humectant into the mixed solution in the step 1), stirring, heating to 75 ℃, and preserving heat and stirring for 20 minutes to obtain a water phase material;
3) Dissolving an emollient and an emulsifier with deionized water, stirring and dispersing uniformly, and heating to 75 ℃ until the emollient and the emulsifier are completely dissolved to obtain an oil phase material;
4) Slowly adding the oil phase raw material into the water phase material in a homogeneous state of 4000r/min, continuously homogenizing for 10min, and then adding the pH value regulator, the filler and the preservative;
5) Stirring and cooling the mixed solution in the step 4) to 45 ℃, adding the corresponding parts of anti-aging functional components and essence, and homogenizing for 8min at 2000 r/min;
6) After homogenization, stirring at the speed of 250r/min, and cooling to 35 ℃ to obtain the cream composition containing the anti-aging liposome.
The effect of the anti-aging composition synergy test example and the control example was verified (wrinkle removal effect evaluation), and the test procedure and results are as follows:
1. the tester: 160 healthy females (25-45 years old) are divided into 16 groups of 10 individuals each; the same formulation was used for each group.

The results in table 7 and fig. 3 show that the wrinkle removing ability: example 1> comparative example 15> comparative examples 11-14> comparative examples 5-10> comparative examples 1-4, demonstrate that the selected functional ingredients of the present invention can effectively reduce skin external eye corner wrinkles by 8.13% when used in combination at the same time, and have a better anti-aging effect than the use of a single component.
In addition, when the liposome is used for coating the active ingredient, the capability of reducing wrinkles of the external corners of the skin reaches 12.24%, and the liposome is used for coating the selected active ingredient, so that the transdermal delivery efficiency can be enhanced, the residence time of the active ingredient in the skin can be prolonged, the active ingredient can be slowly released, and the utilization rate of the active ingredient can be increased.
In conclusion, the facial cream composition provided by the invention has a remarkable anti-aging effect, can effectively improve the collagen density of skin and improve the ability of skin wrinkles, can delay the arrival of skin aging when the facial cream prepared by the composition is used for a long time, and can also be more youthful and vigor in the same age.
The present invention is not limited to the preferred embodiments, but can be modified, equivalent, and modified in any way without departing from the technical scope of the present invention.

the cream composition consists of the following components in percentage by weight:
0.1-15% of liposome with anti-aging effect, which comprises the following main components: 0.1-2% hexapeptide-11, 0.1-5% Dunaliella salina extract, 0.1-3% Leisha fuzifolia extract, 0.1-4% Gynostemma Pentaphyllum extract;
85-99.9% of cosmetic auxiliary material matrix;
the anti-aging efficacy liposome comprises the following main components in percentage by mass based on the total weight of the composition:
hexapeptide-11, dunaliella salina extract, willow leaf extract, fiveleaf fleshy leaf extract = 1: (2-4): (1-3): (1-4.5).
2. A cream composition comprising liposomes having anti-aging efficacy according to claim 1,
the cosmetic auxiliary material matrix comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
1 to 30 percent of humectant, 1 to 22.5 percent of emollient, 1 to 21 percent of emulsifier, 0.1 to 10 percent of filler, 1 to 12.5 percent of thickener, 0.1 to 3.5 percent of preservative, 0.01 to 1 percent of pH regulator, 0.01 to 1 percent of daily essence and the balance of deionized water.
3. A cream composition comprising liposomes having anti-aging efficacy according to claim 1,
the cream composition consists of the following components in percentage by weight:
1-12% of anti-aging efficacy liposome, which mainly comprises the following components: 0.1-1% hexapeptide-11, 0.1-3% Dunaliella salina extract, 0.1-2% Leisha fuzifolia extract, 0.1-2% Gynostemma Pentaphyllum extract;
88-99% of cosmetic auxiliary material matrix, which consists of the following components: 5-20% of humectant, 1-12.5% of emollient, 1-11% of emulsifier, 0.1-8% of filler, 1-8.5% of thickener, 0.1-1.5% of preservative, 0.01-0.8% of pH regulator, 0.01-0.7% of daily essence and the balance of deionized water.
4. A cream composition comprising liposomes having anti-aging efficacy according to claim 1,
the preparation method of the anti-aging efficacy liposome comprises the following steps:
1) Weighing a proper amount of hexapeptide-11, dunaliella salina extract, fulai willow leaf extract and gynostemma pentaphylla extract, and dissolving in phosphate buffer solution with pH=6.8 by ultrasonic;
2) Weighing phospholipid and cholesterol according to the mass ratio of (1-8): 1 dissolving in an appropriate amount of organic solvent by ultrasonic dissolution;
3) Pouring the phosphate buffer solution in the step 1) into the organic solvent in the step 2), homogenizing for 2-8 min at the speed of 10000-20000 r/min, and removing the organic solvent at room temperature;
4) Adding mannitol, ultrasonically processing the mixed solution in the step 3) into emulsion, filtering with a filter membrane with the diameter of 0.45 mu m, and freeze-drying the filtrate for 12-48 hours by a freeze dryer to obtain the anti-aging liposome coated with the functional components.
5. A cream composition comprising liposomes having anti-aging efficacy according to claim 4,

the particle size of the liposome is 50-200nm.
6. A cream composition containing anti-aging efficacy liposomes as claimed in claim 2, wherein:
the humectant is selected from: one or more of glycerol, butanediol, sorbitol, xylitol, panthenol, trehalose, sodium hyaluronate acetylation, and phytosterol fatty alcohols;
the emollient is selected from: one or more of isohexadecane, isopropyl isostearate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, butter fruit, silicone oil;
the emulsifier is selected from: one or more of glycerol stearate, PEG-100 stearate, cetostearyl glucoside;
the filler is selected from: one or more of polymethylsilsesquioxane, silica powder, starch octyl aluminum succinate, talcum powder and volcanic ash;
the thickener is selected from: one or more of carbomer, xanthan gum, modified starch, sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer;
the preservative is selected from the group consisting of: one or more of phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerol and pentanediol;
the pH regulator is one or more of lactic acid, arginine and sodium hydroxide.
7. A method for preparing a cream composition containing liposomes with anti-aging efficacy as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 6, characterized in that:
the method comprises the following steps:
1) Firstly, dissolving a thickening agent with deionized water, and uniformly stirring and dispersing;
2) Adding the humectant into the mixed solution in the step 1), stirring, heating to 70-80 ℃, and preserving heat and stirring for 10-30 minutes to obtain a water phase material;
3) Dissolving an emollient and an emulsifier with deionized water, stirring and dispersing uniformly, and heating to 70-80 ℃ until the emollient and the emulsifier are completely dissolved to obtain an oil phase material;
4) Slowly adding the oil phase material into the water phase material in a homogeneous state of 3000-5000r/min, continuously homogenizing for 5-15min, and then adding the pH regulator, the filler and the preservative;
5) Stirring and cooling the mixed solution in the step 4) to 40-50 ℃, adding anti-aging liposome and daily essence, and homogenizing for 5-10min at 1500-3000 r/min;
6) After homogenization, stirring and cooling to 30-40 ℃ at the speed of 200-300r/min to obtain the facial cream composition containing the anti-aging liposome.
