Description

Acne-removing skin-refreshing essence containing betaine salicylate and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to the field of IPC A61K8, and more particularly relates to acne-removing skin-refreshing essence containing betaine salicylate and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the acceleration of the pace of life and work of people, the resistance of the skin is weakened by increasing pressure and mental stress, so that the skin barrier is damaged, endocrine dyscrasia is caused by the pressure, the increase of androgen promotes the vigorous sebum secretion, excessive grease blocks pores, and the skin is exposed in the environment polluted by sunlight or air for a long time, so that the skin is easy to have acne,
in the prior art, a patent application document with an issued publication number of CN111529470B discloses an acne-removing and allergy-soothing gel and a preparation method thereof, and the prepared acne-removing and allergy-soothing gel has obvious antibacterial and allergy-soothing effects by adding plant extracts, ascorbic acid, nicotinamide, tea tree oil and other acne-removing and allergy-soothing compositions, but has limited improvement on acne-removing effects, and the stability of the product is influenced by more plant extracts.
Patent application document with the publication number of CN105796424B discloses an acne-removing composition and application thereof in cosmetics, the acne-removing composition has the effects of inhibiting bacteria and diminishing inflammation by adding salicylic acid and azelaic acid, and although the irritation of the acne-removing composition is reduced by wrapping the acne-removing composition with beta-cyclodextrin, the relieving effect is limited.
The acne removing products on the market mainly comprise salicylic acid, azelaic acid and tea tree oil, but the salicylic acid has large irritation, poor compatibility and easy oxidation and cannot be made into gel essence; azelaic acid has poor solubility and high irritation; tea tree oil is bad in taste and unacceptable to consumers. The acne removing essence on the market is mainly in a water state, the requirement of the gel essence on the stability of a system is higher, and most acne removing products cannot be added into the gel essence.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the invention provides, in a first aspect, an acne removing skin-refreshing essence containing betaine salicylate, wherein the acne removing skin-refreshing essence comprises a phase a, a phase B, a phase C, a phase D, a phase E and a phase F, and comprises the following components in parts by weight:
phase A: 71 parts of deionized water, 0.02 part of chelating agent and 0.5 part of thickening agent.
Phase B: 0.2 part of preservative and 5.5 parts of alcohol compound.
And C phase: 0.3 part of pH conditioner;
phase D: 6 parts of deionized water, 1.4 parts of a first humectant and 0.98 part of a pH conditioner;
e phase: 7 parts of quaternary ammonium salt compound solution, 5 parts of second humectant and 0.1 part of solubilizer;
and (3) phase F: 2 parts of plant extract.
Preferably, the chelating agent is disodium EDTA.
Preferably, the thickening agent is one or more of hydroxyethyl cellulose, carbomer aqueous solution, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and xanthan gum; further preferred are aqueous solutions of hydroxyethyl cellulose and carbomer.
The weight percentage of carbomer in the carbomer aqueous solution is 2%.
In some preferred embodiments, the carbomer is purchased from 940, a supplier, lobowet.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the hydroxyethyl cellulose to the carbomer aqueous solution is 1: (0.5-2); more preferably, it is 2:3.
Preferably, the preservative is one or more of methylparaben, chlorphenesin, benzyl alcohol, benzoic acid and sorbic acid; further preferred are methylparaben and chlorphenesin.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the methylparaben to the chlorphenesin is (1-2): (1-2); more preferably, it is 1:1.
Preferably, the alcohol compound is one or more of 1,3-butanediol, 1,2-hexanediol, ethanol, propanol, methanol, n-butanol and glycerol; further preferred are 1,3-butanediol and 1,2-hexanediol.
Preferably, the weight ratio of 1,3-butanediol to 1,2-hexanediol is (5-15): 1; further preferably, it is 10.
Preferably, the pH conditioning agent is one or more of sodium lactate, citric acid, potassium hydroxide, aminomethyl propanol, sodium hydroxide, aminomethyl propanol, arginine and triethanolamine; further preferably, triethanolamine is used.
In some preferred embodiments, the pH conditioner is triethanolamine. By selecting triethanolamine as the pH conditioner, the emulsifying and moisturizing effect of the product can be improved, and the product can react with carboxyl such as carbomer aqueous solution in a system to form a stable macromolecular structure, so that the stability of the system is improved, and the thickening and moisturizing effect is achieved.
Preferably, the first humectant is one or more of betaine salicylate, trehalose, betaine, sodium hyaluronate and caprylyl hydroximic acid; more preferably, it is betaine salicylate.
In some preferred embodiments, the betaine salicylate is purchased from NB-150, manufactured by Wako pure chemical industries, ltd, guangzhou.
The salicylic acid has excellent capability of exfoliating and cleaning pores, can enhance the freckle-removing and anti-inflammatory effects, and can make the skin smooth and white and dredge the pores. However, salicylic acid is an acidic substance, may cause skin stinging or contact dermatitis, and is poor in compatibility, easily oxidized, and not as a gel-like essence. The applicant finds that the betaine salicylate is used as the first moisturizing agent, so that the acne removing and antibacterial moisturizing cream has certain effects of moistening and tendering skin and resisting stimulation. The betaine not only has the functions of resisting allergy and reducing skin irritation, but also can maintain the osmotic balance of skin epidermal cells, so that the skin is kept moist and tender, in addition, the betaine can buffer the pH value of an acid solution, so that the betaine salicylate prepared by compounding the betaine salicylate with salicylic acid can obviously improve the irritation problem and the allergy phenomenon caused by the excessively low pH value of the salicylic acid to the skin, the gel essence can be prepared by applying the betaine salicylate to the acne removing and skin rejuvenating essence, and the stability of the prepared essence can be improved due to the characteristic that the betaine salicylate is not easily oxidized. The betaine salicylate can also reduce the adhesiveness of keratinocytes, can mildly remove acnes and white and black heads, but only the salicylate can cause defects and pockmarks on the skin, easily cause the propagation of acne bacilli, and can cause the repeated acnes on the surface of the skin to be treated radically.
Preferably, the quaternary ammonium salt compound solution comprises a quaternary ammonium salt compound and a solvent.
Preferably, the mass concentration of the quaternary ammonium salt compound in the quaternary ammonium salt compound solution is 0.01-0.1%; more preferably, it is 0.1%.
Preferably, the quaternary ammonium salt compound is one or more of quaternary ammonium salt-73, quaternary ammonium salt-7, quaternary ammonium salt-4, quaternary ammonium salt-37, quaternary ammonium salt-18, quaternary ammonium salt-6, quaternary ammonium salt-12 and quaternary ammonium salt-22; further preferably, it is quaternary ammonium salt-73.
The applicant finds that the quaternary ammonium salt compound solution with the mass concentration of 0.01-0.1% is selected, and the quaternary ammonium salt compound is quaternary ammonium salt-73, and the quaternary ammonium salt compound is applied to a system, so that the effects of whitening skin and homogenizing skin color can be achieved while inhibiting bacteria and diminishing inflammation. The reason is probably that the quaternary ammonium salt-73 can inhibit and kill a plurality of harmful bacteria such as propionibacterium acnes and the like, thereby astringing wounds, relieving and eliminating acne symptoms, relieving skin inflammation, effectively inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase, reducing the generation of melanin and achieving the whitening effect. Other quaternary ammonium salts have good bactericidal properties, but poor compatibility and are not easily dissolved in water, so that the quaternary ammonium salts cannot be prepared into a gel-like acne-removing skin-refreshing essence with refreshing texture. With the increase of the concentration of the quaternary ammonium salt compound, the bactericidal property is stronger, but the addition of excessive quaternary ammonium salt compound not only affects the stability of the system, but also has irritation to the skin.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the first humectant to the quaternary ammonium salt compound solution is 1:5.
The applicant has surprisingly found that the weight ratio of 1:5, the first humectant and the quaternary ammonium salt compound solution have synergistic effect of the two raw materials, and have certain moisturizing effect while having better effects of controlling oil secretion and resisting inflammation and fading acne marks and pigmentation.
Preferably, the solvent is one or more of 1,3-butanediol, ethylene glycol, glycerol and deionized water; further preferably, it is butanediol.
In some preferred embodiments, the quaternary ammonium salt compound solution is purchased from NB-173, manufactured by Wako pure chemical industries, ltd.
Preferably, the second humectant is one or more of 1,3-propylene glycol, glycerol, trehalose and sodium hyaluronate; more preferably, it is 1,3-propanediol.
Preferably, the solubilizer is one or more of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, polyoxyethylene castor oil, polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil and polyglycerol fatty acid ester; further preferred is PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil.
In order to improve the stability of the system, in some preferred embodiments, the solubilizer is PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil. By selecting PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil as a solubilizer, the hydrogenated castor oil can be compounded with a quaternary ammonium salt compound to promote the dissolution of the quaternary ammonium salt compound in a system, and other raw materials in the system can be uniformly dispersed in deionized water, so that the solution is more stable, the use feeling is smoother, but the skin irritation can be caused by excessive addition of the PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil.
Preferably, the plant extract is one or more of oat (Avena sativa l.) bran extract, tremella (tremella fuciformis berk.) extract, opuntia ficus-indica (opuntiatropurpura) stem extract, centella asiatica (l.) Urban) extract, paeonia lactiflora pall extract, sarsum (sarsum) extract, gardenia jasminoides Ellis (Gardenia jasminoides elis) extract, aloe vera (l.) burm extract, calendula (calaend officinalis l.) extract; further preferably, the extract is an extract of paeonia lactiflora pall.
Preferably, the weight of the plant extract accounts for 2% of the acne-removing skin-refreshing essence.
In some preferred embodiments, the radix Paeoniae extract is purchased from NB-328 manufactured by Wako pure thinning industries, inc. of Guangzhou city.
The applicant unexpectedly finds that when the radix paeoniae alba extract is selected as the plant extract and the weight of the extract accounts for 2% of that of the acne-removing rejuvenation essence, the skin self-defense capability can be enhanced and the skin damage index can be reduced while allergic symptoms such as skin redness and swelling and pruritus are relieved. This is probably because the paeonia lactiflora root extract can inhibit 5-lipoxygenase and cyclooxygenase, thereby inhibiting leukotriene and prostaglandin and relieving pain, and paeoniflorin, benzoic acid and paeonol in the paeonia lactiflora root extract can improve allergic inflammatory reaction, and at the same time, resist inflammation, relieve fever and inhibit allergy. In addition, gallic acid in the radix paeoniae extract can remove free radicals, and has a certain antioxidant effect when being applied to a system.
The invention provides a preparation method of an acne-removing rejuvenation essence containing betaine salicylate, which comprises the following steps:
s1, accurately weighing various raw materials in a formula, and containing the raw materials in a sterilized clean vessel;
s2, respectively heating the phase B and the phase D to 40-80 ℃ to dissolve the phases until the phases are transparent and uniform for later use;
s3, adding the phase A into a water pot, heating to 70-100 ℃, stirring for 15-50min at a rotating speed of 15-50 rpm until the solution is transparent and uniform, and homogenizing for 1-5min;
s4, keeping the solution obtained in the step S3 at a constant temperature of 70-100 ℃, stirring and defoaming at a rotating speed of 15-50 rpm, then boiling cooling water, stirring at a rotating speed of 10-30 rpm, and cooling to 40-70 ℃;
s5, adding the transparent B phase, the transparent D phase and the transparent C phase into the solution obtained in the step S4, stirring until the solution is uniform, and then continuously cooling;
s6, cooling the solution obtained in the step S5 to 30-60 ℃, adding the phase E and the phase F, stirring until the solution is uniform, and continuously cooling;
and S7, cooling the solution obtained in the step S6 to below 38 ℃, and filtering the solution by using 50-500-mesh filter cloth to obtain the product.
Has the advantages that:
1. by selecting the betaine salicylate as the first moisturizing agent, the acne removing and antibacterial cream has certain effects of moistening and tendering skin and resisting stimulation.
2. By selecting the quaternary ammonium salt compound solution with the mass concentration of 0.01-0.1% and applying the quaternary ammonium salt compound which is quaternary ammonium salt-73 in a system, the acne removing skin-refreshing essence can achieve the effects of whitening skin and homogenizing skin color while inhibiting bacteria and diminishing inflammation, has good intermiscibility with the system, and can be prepared into gel and fresh-texture acne removing skin-refreshing essence.
3. Selecting the weight ratio of 1: the first humectant and the quaternary ammonium salt compound solution have good effects of controlling oil secretion and resisting inflammation, and has certain moisturizing effect while fading acne marks and pigmentation.
4. By selecting the radix paeoniae alba extract as the plant extract, and when the weight of the radix paeoniae alba extract accounts for 2% of the acne-removing rejuvenation essence, the skin self-defense capability can be enhanced and the skin damage index can be reduced while the allergic symptoms such as skin redness and swelling, pruritus and the like are relieved.
5. By selecting the PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil as the solubilizer, the solubilizer not only can be compounded with the quaternary ammonium salt compound to promote the quaternary ammonium salt compound to be dissolved in a system, but also can ensure that the raw materials in the system can be uniformly dispersed in water, so that the solution is more stable and the use feeling is smoother.
6. By selecting triethanolamine as the pH conditioner, the emulsifying and moisturizing effect of the product can be improved, and the triethanolamine can react with carboxyl such as carbomer aqueous solution in a system to form a stable high-molecular structure, so that the stability of the system is improved, and the thickening and moisturizing effects are achieved.
7. The preparation method selects a certain amount of betaine salicylate, quaternary ammonium salt compound solution and peony extract for compounding, can better control oil secretion and anti-inflammatory effect, and can fade acne marks and pigmentation; the skin care product has the characteristics of mild performance, small irritation, small side effect and low damage to skin barriers, and further reduces the generation of sensitive muscles.
8. The acne removing skin refreshing essence containing the betaine salicylate is gel, is fresh and non-greasy in use texture, and is suitable for various skins, such as sensitive skins, oily skins, dry skins and the like.
