Beta-glucan is beta-1, 3-glucan extracted from plant cell walls. weighing 300g of the inorganic filler prepared in the step one, adding the inorganic filler into a transition metal ligand at a speed of 20g/min, performing ultrasonic dispersion for 40min, stirring and mixing at 400rpm for 12.0h, adding deionized water for fully washing to be neutral, filtering, and drying at 85 ℃ for 10h; cooling to normal temperature;
and thirdly, heating to 180 ℃ at a speed of 5 ℃/min under argon atmosphere, and maintaining for 6 hours, wherein the obtained product is subjected to ball milling treatment to obtain the skin repair composition with the granularity d50=1-3 microns.
Examples
The application discloses a soothing eye and lip cleansing lotion which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-64 parts of solvent water, 28-30 parts of an emollient, 3-4 parts of a skin conditioner, 0.6-0.8 part of a preservative, 0.6-0.8 part of a stabilizer, 0.2-0.4 part of an emulsifier, 0.1-0.2 part of a thickener, 0.02-0.1 part of a chelating agent and 0.08-0.12 part of a pH regulator.
The emollient comprises a first emollient, a second emollient, a third emollient and a fourth emollient, and the mass ratio of the first emollient to the second emollient to the third emollient to the fourth emollient is (14-15): 5-7): 0.05-0.2. The first emollient was isohexadecane, the second emollient was cyclopentadimethicone, the third emollient was isopropyl palmitate, and the fourth emollient was Mao Ruilv oil.
The skin conditioning agent comprises a first skin conditioning agent, a second skin conditioning agent, a third skin conditioning agent and a fourth skin conditioning agent, wherein the mass ratio of the first skin conditioning agent to the second skin conditioning agent to the third skin conditioning agent to the fourth skin conditioning agent is 1:1:0.5 (0.08-0.12).

The pH regulator is dipotassium hydrogen phosphate.
The thickener is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
A method for preparing tranquillizing and relieving type eye and lip cleansing lotion comprises preparing water phase and oil phase,
the aqueous phase was prepared as follows: firstly, adding a solvent, a preservative, a third skin conditioning agent, a chelating agent, a thickening agent and a pH regulator into a main pot, starting stirring at about 15-30rpm, heating to 75+/-5 ℃, stirring at constant temperature for 30-50min, and starting cooling after confirming that the raw materials are completely dissolved; then cooling to 45+/-5 ℃, adding a first skin conditioning agent, a second skin conditioning agent, a stabilizer, a fourth emollient and a fourth skin conditioning agent into a main pot, continuously stirring for 20-30min until the material body is transparent, continuously cooling to 37+/-1 ℃, sampling at an upper point and a lower point, sending to a product pipe for detection, and filtering and discharging by a 400-mesh filter screen after the detection is qualified to obtain a water phase;
the oil phase is prepared as follows: adding the first emollient, the second emollient, the third emollient and the emulsifier into another main pot, starting stirring at about 15-30rpm, stirring for 20-30min until the material body is uniform and transparent, sampling, detecting, and filtering and discharging with 300-600 mesh filter screen to obtain oil phase;
in the filling and filling process, water and oil are filled according to the proportion of 72:28 to obtain the finished product nerve-soothing and relieving eye lip cleansing lotion.
The application method of the nerve-soothing eye and lip cleansing lotion comprises the following steps:

Performance test
Detection method/test method
The method for testing and evaluating the finished product comprises the following steps:
