Description

Skin barrier repair cream and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a skin barrier repair cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The skin barrier is a tissue organ with the largest area of a human body, covers the surface of the body, forms a first natural defense line of the body facing the external environment, can effectively protect mechanical, physical, chemical and biological external stimuli, and simultaneously regulates the percutaneous absorption of foreign substances and reduces the internal evaporation of water. Healthy skin, undamaged, smooth, soft, full in appearance and feel, but when the skin barrier is compromised, problems arise with the skin.
With the progress of society, the development of economy and the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, the requirements of people on skin change and care are higher and higher. Due to the closed air-conditioned environment, the increasing environmental pollution, frequent washing and bathing, the extensive use of irregular cosmetics causes more and more damages to the skin barrier. Once the skin barrier is damaged, the water loss through the epidermis is increased, the invasion capacity of resisting external microorganisms and physical and chemical factors is weakened, and various skin discomfort and skin problems are caused, such as the reduction of the self-moisturizing capacity of the skin, dryness, fine wrinkles, sensitivity, redness, inflammation and the like. Skin care products with single functions of moisturizing, resisting allergy, repairing scars and the like are difficult to meet the daily requirements of people, so that the research and development of a skin barrier repairing agent with obvious effects is a hot spot concerned by scientific researchers and common people in the field.

More preferably, the phase A in the step 5) is mixed, stirred and heated to 80 ℃, the phase B and the phase B1 in the step 3) are stirred and heated to 90 ℃, the phase A in the step 7) is pumped into an emulsifying pot, the mixture is vacuumized and homogenized, the temperature is kept for 30 minutes, then the mixture is cooled to 50 ℃, the phase C is added, and the mixture is continuously cooled to 45 ℃ and added with the phase D, the phase E and the phase F.
The skin barrier repair cream disclosed in the present invention contains ceramide, which is a repair agent for aging resistance and sunlight damage, and has excellent permeability to impart new effects thereto. Natural moisture retention and integrity protection of the dermis, skin balance maintenance and youth color reproduction. Ceramides have a strong ability to associate water molecules, and maintain the moisture of the skin through a network structure formed in the stratum corneum. Ceramides form a network in the stratum corneum to associate water molecules, and retain water in the skin. Therefore, ceramide has a strong moisturizing effect on the skin. In the process of skin aging, lipid synthesis is reduced, the content of ceramide in the horny layer is reduced, and the skin is dry, desquamation, rough and lustrous; ceramide can increase ceramide content in horny layer of skin, and can improve symptoms of xerosis cutis, desquamation, pachylosis, etc.; the basic fibroblast growth factor contained in the skin care product can improve the microenvironment of cell growth, promote the synthesis of elastic fibers and collagen, enable the skin to be rich in elasticity and enable the skin to be in a smooth and tender state. Can promote the growth and development of fibroblasts, and continuously replace aged cells with new cells, thereby having the effects of preventing and removing wrinkles. The aged cells are renewed, so that the content of melanin and colored cells in skin cells is reduced, the skin pigmentation is reduced, damaged cells can be quickly repaired, and the damage of ultraviolet radiation to the skin is reduced. Stimulating the formation of granulation tissue of skin, promoting the epithelialization of granulation tissue, and regulating the degradation and renewal of collagen, thereby shortening wound healing time, reducing scar, and whitening skin. The combined use of the ceramide and the basic fibroblast factors acts on the repair of the skin barrier, the various components are selected preferably and the proportion is optimized, the combined action is realized, the texture of the obtained skin barrier repair cream is mild and exquisite, the application is comfortable, and the skin barrier repair cream has a good skin barrier repair effect through experimental verification, is suitable for various skins with damaged barriers, has a certain scar fading effect and a certain whitening effect, and has an efficient protection effect on normal skin. The preparation method is prepared by adding different components at different temperatures, so that the activity of each component is protected, the effect can be fully exerted, the components are fully mixed, and the obtained product is fine in texture and easy to apply. The formula uses plant extracts to replace the preservative and flavor effects of conventional chemicals in cosmetics, and the effect of sensitive skin and skin sensitization caused by chemical use is greatly reduced after the formula is optimized.
In a word, the formula is novel, efficient and good in safety, the damage of the skin barrier is greatly reduced when the medicine is used, and the effects of repairing the skin barrier and relieving the skin are achieved.

The test results of the skin barrier repair cream prepared by the above embodiment of the present invention are as follows:
1) the skin barrier repair cream obtained by the embodiment has uniform color and luster, fine texture and easy smearing, and has no layering phenomenon after being centrifuged at the rotating speed of 4000r/min for 30min and placed at the temperature of 40 ℃ and 75% RH for more than 6 months.
2) Allergy testing of skin barrier repair creams prepared in the above examples: selecting 300 cosmetic sensitive skin disease patients, randomly dividing into 6 groups, respectively marking as a blank control group and an example group, and 50 persons/group, respectively taking 0.05mg deionized water or samples prepared in examples 1-5, smearing on a filter paper sheet of a spot tester, placing in the spot tester, and carrying out a closed spot-sticking test: the spot tester with the tested object is pasted on the upper back of the tested object by using a non-irritating adhesive tape, the spot testing adhesive tape is removed after 48 hours, in order to avoid the reaction caused by pressing the skin by the spot tester, the test result is observed after the spot tester is removed and the patient sits statically for at least 30 minutes (until the impression of the spot tester disappears), and the first result judgment is carried out; carrying out secondary observation on test results 24h after the spot tester is removed; and (5) carrying out third observation test results 48h after the spot tester is removed.
Referring to the implementation guidelines of cosmetic skin disease diagnosis standards and treatment principles, the reaction degree judgment standard of the tested part is as follows:
a. no skin reaction (-);
b. the skin is pale erythema and has no infiltration (+/-);
c. the skin is erythematous, infiltrative, papular (+);
d. the skin presents as erythema, edema, papules, small blisters (++);
e. large blisters (+++), appear on erythema and edema of the skin. The number of allergic people is counted, and the result shows that the number of non-allergic people in the example group is far more than that in the blank control group, and the number of allergic people is less than that in the control group, so that the skin barrier repair cream disclosed by the invention is excellent in anti-allergic effect, can relieve the allergic symptoms of skin allergic patients, is suitable for most of skin allergic patients, and is low in the degree of allergy caused. Specific results are shown in table 1 below:
