By adopting the scheme, the invention selects proper auxiliary components such as solvent, humectant, antioxidant, chelating agent, emollient, thickener, emulsifier and the like aiming at the effective components. The auxiliary components have the skin care effects of moisturizing, resisting oxidation, moistening skin, thickening and the like, can be well matched with the effective components, enhances the effects of the effective components, and improves the effects, stability and usability of the eye care cream. Moreover, the invention simplifies the types of the plant extracts in the auxiliary components, thereby reducing the phenomenon that the actual effect is not obvious due to the dispersion of the action of a large amount of the extracts. The main functions of the above-mentioned auxiliary components are described below.
Glycerol is a colorless and odorless viscous liquid, and has effects of keeping moisture and locking water. The glycerin can form a protective film on the surface of the skin, protect the skin from being damaged by dust and impurities in the air, improve the immunity of the skin and keep the skin moist for a long time.
Trehalose is used as a humectant, has the function of keeping cell activity and biological macromolecular activity, can form a special protective film on the cell surface layer in the environments of high temperature, drying, strong ultraviolet rays and the like, can keep original nutrition and moisture of skin, can nourish skin cells, and can avoid sunburn of the skin, reduce melanin deposition and effectively resist aging.
Sodium hyaluronate has strong moisturizing effect, and can promote skin nutrition supply and waste excretion, thereby preventing skin aging, and caring skin. When the skin is exposed to the conditions of insolation, burning and the like, the sodium hyaluronate can also promote the proliferation and differentiation of epidermal cells, clear oxygen free radicals and promote the regeneration of the skin at the injured part. In addition, sodium hyaluronate also has lubricity, film-forming properties and thickening properties.
P-hydroxyacetophenone is widely applied to the fields of cosmetics, medicines and the like, is a natural plant extract, has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and the like, and can prolong the quality guarantee period of active ingredients of other substances under the high temperature condition.
The glyceryl caprylate has obvious moisturizing and antibacterial effects, and can transport and retain oily components on the surface layer of skin, thereby playing a remarkable role in greasing.
The 1, 2-pentanediol can be used as a humectant, an antibacterial agent and a solubilizer, is particularly suitable for nursing delicate skin and aged and dry skin of sensitive skin, infants and the like, can keep stable under a wide pH value, and is compatible with most cosmetic components.
The caprylyl hydroximic acid has the advantages of antibiosis, bacteriostasis, corrosion prevention and high-temperature stability, is organic acid which can keep a non-ionization state in the whole process from acidity to neutrality, has good compatibility with other components, and is not influenced by components such as surfactant, protein and the like in a receptor system.
The SCLEROTIUM rolfsii (SCLEROTIUM rolfsii) gel of the invention is a gelatinous humectant and thickener, and also has natural effects of soothing and smoothing skin, and can help to stabilize emulsion, control viscosity and prevent pigment separation.
The EDTA disodium is used as a chelating agent and a complexing slow-release agent, can adjust and stabilize the pH value of cosmetics, and protects skin from strong stimulation.
The hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate can be used as humectant, and has effects of keeping skin moist, smooth, fine, tender, and elastic, preventing wrinkle, caring skin, promoting health, and recovering skin physiological function.
Squalane is a lipid closest to sebum of a human body, has strong affinity, can be integrated with the sebum membrane of the human body, forms a natural barrier on the skin surface, and has the effect of moistening the skin; the skin lipid peroxidation can be inhibited, the skin lipid peroxidation can be effectively permeated into the skin, the proliferation of skin basal cells is promoted, and the skin lipid peroxidation inhibitor has obvious physiological effects on delaying skin aging, improving and eliminating chloasma; it also has effects in opening skin pore, promoting blood microcirculation, promoting cell metabolism, and repairing damaged cells.
Caprylic/capric glycerides are hydrophilic emollient esters useful as skin conditioners, emulsifiers, and surfactants, and can lock lipid components, improve skin softness, and improve the dehydration of skin after cleansing.
The jojoba seed oil, namely jojoba (SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS) seed oil, mainly contains unsaturated higher alcohol and fatty acid, has a strong moisturizing effect, good stability, is easy to fuse with skin, and has extraordinary oxidation resistance. In addition, the jojoba seed oil also contains abundant vitamins, and has the effects of nourishing and softening skin.
Jojoba esters are esters derived from jojoba, have skin moistening effect, are not easily oxidized, are resistant to high temperature and high pressure, have small viscosity change, have better touch and ductility than other vegetable oils, have soft and elastic feeling on skin, are easily absorbed by skin, and are excellent oil, moisturizer and humectant in cosmetics.
The cetyl ethyl hexanoate is a cheap substitute product of natural squalane, is an emollient with particularly excellent waterproof performance, has good air permeability and spreadability, is not sticky, and has the advantages of thickening, moistening and softening skin.
Hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer is a gelling agent, can thicken, emulsify and stabilize products and solutions, is very easy to use in liquid form and provides a fresh feeling, and has a melting effect when in contact with the skin.
Cetearyl olive oleate, sorbitan olive oleate and ceteareth-6 olive oleate are all used as emulsifiers in the present invention, are all natural sources, and have more green safety than traditional PEG.
Cyclodextrin not only can act on the surface of the horny layer, but also can replace a commonly added penetration enhancer of cosmetic varieties to participate in reaction. According to the similar compatibility principle, cyclodextrin, which is hydrophilic on the surface, hardly penetrates the stratum corneum. Thus, cyclodextrins can be added to cosmetics that act on the surface of keratinous layers. On the other hand, according to the hydration theory and the osmosis theory, cyclodextrin is easily dissolved in water, and when stratum corneum cells are in a hydrated state, the cells expand to reduce the structural compactness, so that the diffusivity of the skin layer is increased, and the skin layer can easily permeate the stratum corneum.
The butanediol has the function of moisturizing, is very mild in texture, fresh and cool, does not stick to grease, is very safe in components, and does not have adverse effects on skin. Moreover, butanediol also has the function of destroying the living environment of bacteria and can inhibit the growth of bacteria.
The golden yellow chamomile extract, namely the golden yellow chamomile (Chrysanthellum INDICUM) extract can separate 27 triterpenoids with anti-inflammatory effects, can enhance the resistance of capillary vessels and inhibit the capillary permeability, thereby having the anti-inflammatory effect and the inhibiting effect on induced allergy of skin. The flos Chrysanthemi extract can also eliminate free radicals, and has antioxidant and antiaging effects. In addition, the golden chamomile extract also has a certain inhibition effect on melanocytes, so that the golden chamomile extract has certain whitening and freckle removing effects.
The glycerin polymethacrylate is a water-soluble transparent gel, is a transparent and multifunctional moisturizing matrix, is used as a film forming agent and a viscosity control agent in cosmetics, and can increase skin feel and lubricity, improve moisturizing performance and prepare transparent colorless products.
Polyethylene glycol-8 is used as humectant and solvent in cosmetic. The composition is soft and can be added to a scrub cream after sufficient grinding to be used as a mild abrasive.
The 1, 2-hexanediol has the functions of promoting penetration and preventing corrosion in the invention.
The ethylhexyl glycerin is an emollient, humectant and wetting agent with moderate smearing performance, can improve the moistening effect of the formula, has smooth skin feel, and can overcome the defects of skin feel such as slow absorption, stickiness, whitening and the like of cream. The ethylhexyl glycerin has strong stability, is not influenced by hydrolysis, temperature and pH value, and has good compatibility with other components. Substances such as sebum in human sweat and exfoliated epidermal cells generated under the action of gram-positive bacteria have unpleasant odor, and the ethylhexyl glycerin can effectively inhibit the growth and reproduction of bacteria causing peculiar smell, and does not affect skin flora beneficial to human bodies, thereby playing a role in inhibiting odor. Furthermore, ethylhexyl glycerin can improve the antibacterial action of glycols, fatty acid lipids, and the like. The ethylhexyl glycerin can also produce a synergistic effect on the preservative of the present invention, thereby reducing the amount of preservative added.
The hydroxyphenylpropionamide benzoic acid has anti-inflammatory, antiallergic, anti-irritant, antipruritic, antihistaminic, immunomodulatory, anti-fibrotic (anti-scar formation), and anti-erythema effects.
Ascorbyl palmitate is used in the present invention as a highly effective antioxidant and synergist.
Cholesterol has a smoothing and moisturizing effect in the present invention, and is non-irritating to the skin and not photosensitizing.
The phytosphingosine has effects of keeping skin soft and moist, protecting cortex, and resisting bacteria and inflammation.
The sodium lauroyl lactylate is used as a cleaning agent, an emulsifier and a surfactant in the invention, has good cleaning effect and has less irritation to the skin.
Carbomer has thickening and suspending effects in the present invention.
The xanthan gum can keep emulsion product separation, promote skin water absorption, and can be used as shaping agent, humectant, and suspending agent, and has thickening, adhering and lubricating effects.
The hydroxyethyl piperazine ethane sulfonic acid has certain effects of softening cutin and assisting whitening. Furthermore, the hydroxyethyl piperazine ethane sulfonic acid is a hydrogen ion buffering agent, can control a constant pH range for a long time, and enables the effective components to generate effects more stably and efficiently.
The tocopherol acetate belongs to the derivative of vitamin E and has good antioxidant effect. As an oil-soluble natural substance, tocopherol acetate is a good nutritional moistening agent for skin, can prevent rancidity and oxidation of oil and stabilize the oil. Tocopherol acetate performs well in moisturizing and maintaining connective tissue, protecting skin from UV light. Moreover, tocopherol acetate has various effects of softening skin touch, keeping skin moisture, promoting wound healing, preventing inflammation, preventing skin roughness and chapping, improving black spots and the like.
The sweet orange oil of the present invention, namely sweet orange (CiTRUS AURANTIUM DULCIS) oil, is used as an emollient in the present invention. Sweet orange oil has hyaluronic acid proliferation and antioxidant effects, and can be used for caring dry and aging skin. Furthermore, sweet orange oil is one of the few essential oils which have been shown to have a sedative effect, has a sweet orange flavor, is used as a fragrance, can repel stress and stress, and improves insomnia caused by anxiety.

step c, mixing the product obtained in the step b with the product obtained in the step a, homogenizing for 8-12 minutes at the rotating speed of 2800-;
and d, when the temperature of the product obtained in the step C is reduced to below 45 ℃, adding the C-phase component into the product obtained in the step C, uniformly stirring, and cooling to below 38 ℃ to obtain the eye care cream.
In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, multiple polypeptide micromolecules with specific structures and multiple ceramides are selected as effective components, and the polypeptide micromolecules and the ceramides can be cooperatively matched to enhance cell activity and generate a strong repairing function, so that the repairing effects of moistening and elasticity, improving wrinkles, smoothing skin, improving under-eye puffiness, improving black eye circles and the like are achieved;
2. the active ingredients of the invention also contain caffeine, which can promote skin microcirculation and has synergistic effect on the repair function of polypeptide micromolecules and ceramide;
3. the effective components of the invention also contain panthenol, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and nicotinamide. Panthenol has the property of penetrating deeply, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate can accelerate the absorption of polypeptide small molecules and ceramide by skin, and nicotinamide can repair damaged stratum corneum lipid barrier to improve skin resistance and deep water-locking effect. The three components can play a further synergistic role in repairing polypeptide small molecules and ceramide.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail below.
The SCLEROTIUM rolfsii (SCLEROTIUM rolfsii) gum is called as SCLEROTIUM rolfsii (SCLEROTIUM rolfsii) gum; jojoba seed oil, namely jojoba (SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS) seed oil; flos Chrysanthemi extract, i.e. flos Chrysanthemi (CHRYSANTHELLUMINDICUM) extract; sweet orange oil is sweet orange (Citrus AURANTIUM DULCIS) oil.
The results of some of the components used in the following examples are shown in Table 1, and the remaining components were obtained from the market.

The preparation method of the eye care cream of the above embodiment 1 includes the following steps:
step a, heating the phase A component to 80 ℃, homogenizing for 4 minutes at the rotating speed of 20r/min, stirring and dispersing uniformly, and preserving heat for 0.4 hour;
b, heating the phase B component to 80 ℃, and uniformly stirring and dissolving;
step c, mixing the product obtained in the step b with the product obtained in the step a, homogenizing for 8 minutes at the rotating speed of 2800r/min, vacuumizing, defoaming, stirring and cooling;
and d, when the temperature of the product obtained in the step C is reduced to below 45 ℃, adding the C-phase component into the product obtained in the step C, uniformly stirring, and cooling to below 38 ℃ to obtain the eye care cream.
The preparation method of the eye care cream of the above embodiment 2 includes the following steps:
step a, heating the phase A component to 82 ℃, homogenizing for 5 minutes at the rotating speed of 22r/min, stirring and dispersing uniformly, and preserving heat for 0.5 hour;
b, heating the phase B component to 82 ℃, and uniformly stirring and dissolving;
step c, mixing the product obtained in the step b with the product obtained in the step a, vacuumizing and defoaming at the rotating speed of 3000r/min for 10 minutes, and stirring and cooling;
and d, when the temperature of the product obtained in the step C is reduced to below 45 ℃, adding the C-phase component into the product obtained in the step C, uniformly stirring, and cooling to below 38 ℃ to obtain the eye care cream.
The preparation method of the eye care cream of the embodiment 3 comprises the following steps:
step a, heating the phase A component to 85 ℃, stirring and dispersing uniformly at the rotating speed of 25r/min for 6 minutes, and keeping the temperature for 0.6 hour;
b, heating the phase B component to 85 ℃, and uniformly stirring and dissolving;
step c, mixing the product obtained in the step b with the product obtained in the step a, vacuumizing and defoaming at the rotating speed of 3500r/min for 12 minutes, and stirring and cooling;
and d, when the temperature of the product obtained in the step C is reduced to below 45 ℃, adding the C-phase component into the product obtained in the step C, uniformly stirring, and cooling to below 38 ℃ to obtain the eye care cream.

An eye-care cream, which is different from example 2 in that: the components do not contain water/ceramide 3/ceramide 6 II/ceramide 1/phytosphingosine/cholesterol/sodium lauroyl lactylate/carbomer/xanthan gum and nicotinamide.

An eye-care cream, which is different from example 2 in that: the composition does not contain caffeine/cyclodextrin.

An eye-care cream, which is different from example 2 in that: the components do not contain nicotinamide, panthenol and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate.
Test of repair function
To demonstrate the repair function of the eye care creams of the present invention, the eye care creams prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were subjected to a repair function test: 210 women with age between 35 and 40, close living conditions and close physical health conditions were selected and divided into 7 groups of 30 persons on average. The eye care creams prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were used by each group after daily normal skin care for a test period of 3 months. Each group of people scored each repair function of the eye care cream, and the score was 10 points full, and the score of each group was calculated, and the results are listed in table 3.

As can be seen from Table 3, the eye care creams prepared in examples 1 to 3 all scored 9.0 or more in terms of elasticity after moisturization, wrinkle improvement, skin smoothing, pouch improvement and black eye improvement, indicating that the eye care creams prepared according to the present invention were recognized by test personnel and had strong repair functions. This is because the present invention selects a variety of small polypeptide molecules and a variety of ceramides having specific structures. The small polypeptide molecules with specific structures and the ceramide with specific structures can supplement the plump activity of the skin surface layer, namely the small polypeptide molecules and the ceramide selected by the invention can be matched with each other, so that the cell activity is enhanced, a strong repairing function is generated, and the repairing effects of moistening with water, having elasticity, improving wrinkles, smoothing the skin, improving under-eye bags, improving black eyes and the like are achieved. In addition, the active ingredients of the invention also contain caffeine, which can decompose triglyceride and promote skin microcirculation, so that the active ingredients not only have a synergistic effect on the repair function of polypeptide small molecules and ceramide and enhance the promotion effect of the polypeptide small molecules and the ceramide on cell activity, but also accelerate the discharge of skin metabolites, thereby further enhancing the repair effect.
As can be seen by combining example 2 and comparative examples 1 to 3, the repair efficacy of the eye care cream is greatly reduced when the small polypeptide molecules, ceramide and caffeine are respectively absent in the eye care cream, which further demonstrates that the strong repair efficacy of the eye care cream of the present invention benefits from the synergistic effect among the effective components of the small polypeptide molecules, ceramide and caffeine.
When the eye-care cream lacks nicotinamide, panthenol and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, the repair effect of the eye-care cream is also greatly reduced by combining example 2 and comparative example 4. This is because panthenol has a moisturizing effect and also has a property of penetrating deeply, and thus can stimulate the growth of epithelial cells, promote wound healing, and diminish inflammation. The dipotassium glycyrrhizinate can accelerate the absorption of polypeptide micromolecules and ceramide by skin, thereby playing a role in enhancing the efficacy of the polypeptide micromolecules and the ceramide. The nicotinamide can repair damaged stratum corneum lipid barrier, improve skin resistance and deep water-locking effect, and increase stratum corneum thickness and skin water-holding capacity by combining with unique skin epidermal cell hydration of ceramide, thereby achieving the effects of reducing wrinkles, enhancing skin elasticity and delaying skin aging.
Physical and chemical property detection
Table 4 and Table 5 show the results of the physicochemical tests and the microbial tests of examples 1 to 3, respectively, and further demonstrate that the eye care cream of the present invention meets the standards prescribed in the respective test methods, and is highly safe.

2. The eye care cream according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following effective ingredients in parts by weight:
0.1-2 parts of caffeine, 0.015 part of palmitoyl hexapeptide-120.0001, 0.02 part of acetyl tetrapeptide-50.002, 0.005 part of acetyl hexapeptide-80.0005, 0.02 part of palmitoyl tetrapeptide-70.0005, 0.02 part of ceramide 30.015-0.15 part of ceramide 6II, 0.0025-0.03 part of ceramide 10.000005-0.00005 part of ceramide and 0.015-0.15 part of carnosine.
3. The eye care cream of claim 2, further comprising the following active ingredients: nicotinamide, panthenol, and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate.
4. The eye care cream according to claim 3, characterized by comprising the following effective components in parts by weight:

8. The eye care cream according to claim 7, characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
6 parts of glycerin, 2 parts of trehalose, 2 parts of nicotinamide, 0.5 part of panthenol, 0.1 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.5 part of glyceryl caprylate/1, 2-pentanediol/caprylyl hydroximic acid, 0.1 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.1 part of sclerotium rolfsii gel, 0.01 part of EDTA disodium and 0.1 part of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate;
6 parts of squalane, 3 parts of caprylic/capric glycerides, 2 parts of jojoba seed oil, 2 parts of jojoba esters, 2 parts of cetyl ethyl hexanoate, 0.8 part of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, 3 parts of cetearyl olive oleate/sorbitan olive oleate and 1 part of ceteareth-6 olive oleate;

9. A method for preparing the eye care cream of claim 7 or 8, comprising the steps of:
the phase A component comprises: water, glycerin, trehalose, nicotinamide, panthenol, sodium hyaluronate, p-hydroxyacetophenone, glyceryl caprylate/1, 2-pentanediol/octanoyl hydroximic acid, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, sclerotium rolfsii gum, EDTA disodium, and hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate;
the phase B component comprises: squalane, caprylic/capric glycerides, jojoba seed oil, jojoba esters, cetyl ethylhexanoate, hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, cetearyl olivate/sorbitan olivate, ceteareth-6 olivate;
the phase C component comprises: caffeine/cyclodextrin, water/butylene glycol/chamomile extract, glycerol polymethacrylate/polyethylene glycol-8/palmitoyl hexapeptide-12, water/acetyl tetrapeptide-5/1, 2-hexanediol/glycerol/ethylhexyl glycerol, water/acetyl hexapeptide-8/1, 2-hexanediol/glycerol/ethylhexyl glycerol, water/palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7/1, 2-hexanediol/glycerol/ethylhexyl glycerol, 1, 2-pentanediol/butylene glycol/hydroxyphenylpropionamide benzoic acid/ascorbyl palmitate, water/ceramide 3/ceramide 6 II/ceramide 1/phytosphingosine/cholesterol/lauroyl lactylate/carbomer/xanthan gum, sodium lactate, Carnosine/1, 2-pentanediol/glycerol, hydroxyethylpiperazine ethanesulfonic acid, tocopherol acetate, sweet orange oil,
step a, heating the phase A component to 80-85 ℃, homogenizing, stirring and dispersing uniformly, and preserving heat;
b, heating the phase B component to 80-85 ℃, and uniformly stirring and dissolving;
c, mixing the product obtained in the step b with the product obtained in the step a, homogenizing, stirring and cooling;
and d, when the temperature of the product obtained in the step C is reduced to below 45 ℃, adding the C-phase component into the product obtained in the step C, uniformly stirring, and cooling to obtain the eye care cream.
10. The eye care cream of claim 9, comprising the steps of:
step a, heating the phase A component to 80-85 ℃, homogenizing for 4-6 minutes at the rotating speed of 20-25r/min, stirring and dispersing uniformly, and preserving heat for 0.4-0.6 hour;
b, heating the phase B component to 80-85 ℃, and uniformly stirring and dissolving;
step c, mixing the product obtained in the step b with the product obtained in the step a, homogenizing for 8-12 minutes at the rotating speed of 2800-;
and d, when the temperature of the product obtained in the step C is reduced to below 45 ℃, adding the C-phase component into the product obtained in the step C, uniformly stirring, and cooling to below 38 ℃ to obtain the eye care cream.
