By adopting the scheme, the invention selects proper auxiliary components such as solvent, humectant, antioxidant, chelating agent, emollient, thickener, emulsifier and the like aiming at the effective components. The auxiliary components have the skin care effects of moisturizing, resisting oxidation, moistening skin, thickening and the like, and can be well matched with the effective components, so that the effects of the effective components are enhanced, and the effects, stability and usability of the face cream are improved. The main functions of the above-mentioned auxiliary components are described below.
The butanediol has the function of moisturizing, is very mild in texture, fresh and cool, does not stick to grease, is very safe in components, and does not have adverse effects on skin. Moreover, butanediol also has the function of destroying the living environment of bacteria and can inhibit the growth of bacteria.
Trehalose is used as a humectant, is fresh and non-sticky, has the super-strong function of keeping cell activity and biological macromolecular activity, can form a layer of special protective film on the cell surface layer under the environments of high temperature, dryness, strong ultraviolet rays and the like, can keep the original nutrition and moisture of the skin, and can nourish skin cells, and meanwhile, trehalose can also avoid sunburn of the skin, reduce melanin precipitation and effectively resist aging.
Cyclodextrin not only can act on the surface of the horny layer, but also can replace a commonly added penetration enhancer of cosmetic varieties to participate in reaction. According to the similar compatibility principle, cyclodextrin, which is hydrophilic on the surface, hardly penetrates the stratum corneum. Thus, cyclodextrins can be added to cosmetics that act on the surface of keratinous layers. On the other hand, according to the hydration theory and the osmosis theory, cyclodextrin is easily dissolved in water, and when stratum corneum cells are in a hydrated state, the cells expand to reduce the structural compactness, so that the diffusivity of the skin layer is increased, and the skin layer can easily permeate the stratum corneum.
The hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer is a gelling agent which thickens, emulsifies and stabilizes products and solutions, has good fluidity, is very easy to use in liquid form and provides a fresh feeling, and has a melting effect when in contact with the skin.
The TREMELLA (Tremella FUCIFORMIS) extract in the invention has the effects of activating skin and resisting wrinkles on the inhibition of collagenase activity and the promotion of the generation of a plurality of biochemical components; the extract has good moisture keeping effect, and can be used as humectant; it also has certain effect in inhibiting skin allergy, and can be used as soothing and antiallergic agent.
The SCLEROTIUM rolfsii (SCLEROTIUM rolfsii) gel is a gelatinous humectant and thickener, is fresh and non-sticky, has natural effects of relieving and smoothing skin, and can help to stabilize emulsion, control viscosity and prevent pigment separation.
The EDTA disodium is used as a chelating agent and a complexing slow-release agent, can adjust and stabilize the pH value of cosmetics, and protects skin from strong stimulation.
The dioctyl ether is a refreshing emollient with good spreadability, is a solvent for active ingredients, is suitable for a wider pH range, reduces the greasy feeling of the cream, and improves the overall skin feeling.
The ethylhexyl palmitate has stable property, is not easy to oxidize or generate peculiar smell, has small component molecules, is easy to penetrate into pores, has good permeability under proper proportion, and has low price.
The behenyl alcohol is used as a skin moistening and greasing agent and a viscosity stabilizer, can moisten the skin, makes the skin smooth, can provide better spreadability and improves the stability of the face cream.

TABLE 3 score of cream
Sample (I) Water-moist and bright Improving skin sensitivity Has elasticity Smooth skin
Example 1 9.6 9.5 9.5 9.4
Example 2 9.8 9.7 9.6 9.5
Example 3 9.5 9.6 9.5 9.4
Comparative example 1 7.2 6.5 7.2 7.1
Comparative example 2 6.9 7.1 6.9 7.0
Comparative example 3 7.1 6.6 6.8 6.9
As can be seen from Table 3, the creams prepared in examples 1-3 all scored 9.4 or more for moisturizing and brightening skin, improving skin sensitivity, elasticity and smoothing skin, indicating that the creams prepared in accordance with the present invention were approved by experimenters and had strong efficacy. This is because the invention selects various specific plant extracts, polypeptides and fermentation products, and selects matched vegetable oil and fat. The plant extracts extracted by the natural plant critical extraction mode can retain some resistance effects of the plant extracts to the natural environment to the greatest extent, and the resistance effects are transferred to skin cells of a human body, so that the skin can be protected milder, and the skin can be prevented from being sensitive. The polypeptide component can provide signals, so that the human body can generate certain biological reactions beneficial to the skin state, more components beneficial to the health of the skin are generated, such as endogenous hyaluronic acid, collagen and the like, and the effects of the face cream are promoted. The fermented product has more efficient active ingredients, can stay on the epidermis, maintains the flora on the surface of the skin in an optimal state, forms a repair barrier, defends the health of the skin from the perspective of microorganisms, enhances the barrier force for resisting external environmental stimulation, improves the skin sensitivity, and has higher cost performance. The vegetable oil is used as a carrier, has more unsaturated bonds and has higher activity. The present invention utilizes the skin-friendly property thereof to introduce the above active ingredients into the skin through lipophilicity, pore penetration, and the like as many routes as possible. The effective components can play a synergistic role after being introduced into the skin, so that the skin can reach a moist and bright state from multiple angles, night repair is promoted, the elasticity and the smoothness of the skin are improved, the skin barrier can be enhanced, the skin can resist the stimulation of an external environment more powerfully, and the skin sensitivity is improved.
As can be seen by combining example 2 and comparative examples 1-3, the efficacy of the cream is greatly reduced when the cream lacks specific plant extracts, polypeptides and fermentation products, respectively, which further demonstrates that the strong efficacy of the cream of the present invention benefits from the synergistic effect between the plant extracts, polypeptides and fermentation products.
Moreover, the creams prepared in examples 1-3 were all fine and smooth in appearance, uniform in texture and glossy, had no indelible transparent or translucent particles, and the satisfaction fed back by the test personnel was very high.
