Abstract
The invention provides an anti-aging composition, a preparation method and application thereof. The anti-aging composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.2 to 0.5 percent of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.05 to 0.2 percent of allantoin, 0.05 to 1.0 percent of retinol, 0.05 to 0.3 percent of tocopherol, 1 to 99 percent of yeast extract, 0.1 to 2.0 percent of luffa root extract, 0.1 to 5 percent of calmYang compound plant sensitizer, 0 to 57.5 percent of other additives and the balance of water. The invention can energize cells to the metabolism of the stratum corneum through reasonable collocation among retinol, luffa root extract, yeast extract and calmYang compound plant anti-allergic agent, and can realize the anti-aging effect in different layers from inside to outside in an all-around way, so that the anti-aging effect is more remarkable. And the natural product extracts are adopted, and the skin care composition does not contain irritant antioxidant chemical substances and has mild effect on the skin.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to an anti-aging composition, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Aging is performed at any time, and the main characteristics are wrinkles, loose skin, dry and rough skin, loss of skin elasticity, pigmentation and the like. Whereas skin aging is concurrent with body aging, skin aging is part of body aging. Because the skin is located in the outermost layer of the body, and is more affected by exogenous factors, aging of the skin is the result of the combined effects of endogenous and exogenous factors.
Extrinsic aging of the skin is associated with exposure to ultraviolet light, wind, smoking, drinking, and exposure to irritants. Whereas long-term irradiation of ultraviolet light is the most dominant factor in the environment promoting skin aging, exogenous aging is generally referred to as photoaging. Photoaging is characterized clinically and histologically. The clinical manifestations are mainly: the skin at the exposed part is loose, rough and deep wrinkles, nodules and leather-like appearance, pigment spots are increased, capillary blood vessels are expanded, the appearance of the original geometric figure is changed or disappears, the skin color is always gray yellow, and various benign, precancerous or malignant tumors can occur. Photoaged skin is mainly histologically represented by: inflammatory cells of the dermis layer infiltrate, thickening, disordered arrangement or aggregation of elastic fibers, collagen degeneration detail of the upper layer of the dermis layer, and finally forming an amorphous substance; the skin telangiectases and twists, and finally becomes extremely sparse, melanocyte focal hyperplasia, etc. Many changes in photoaged skin, such as coarse wrinkles, skin roughness, pigmentation, etc., are possible through pharmaceutical improvements and inversions, to treat and prevent photoaging of the skin.
Therefore, many antioxidant and anti-aging skin care products and health care products are presented, but in the existing anti-aging skin care products, in order to improve the anti-aging effect, a large amount of artificially synthesized antioxidant additives are usually added, and the addition of the additives can generate certain irritation to the skin, so that although people aim to develop pure natural antioxidant products with better antioxidant performance, the antioxidant and anti-aging performances of the existing products still need to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects that the existing anti-aging product has larger irritation and the anti-aging performance needs to be further improved, and provides an anti-aging composition which is mild to skin and has obvious anti-aging effect. The invention has good anti-aging effect under a small addition amount by the synergistic effect among retinol, yeast extract and towel gourd extract, and has mild effect and no irritation to skin.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a method for preparing the anti-aging composition.
It is another object of the present invention to provide the use of said anti-aging composition for the preparation of skin care products.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an anti-aging composition comprising the following components in weight percent:
0.2 to 0.5 percent of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.05 to 0.2 percent of allantoin, 0.05 to 1.0 percent of retinol, 0.05 to 0.3 percent of tocopherol, 1 to 99 percent of yeast extract, 0.1 to 2.0 percent of luffa root extract, 0.1 to 5 percent of calmYang compound plant sensitizer, 0 to 57.5 percent of other additives and the balance of water.
In the anti-aging composition, the balance of water is water added to 100%.
Retinol helps skin cells create better and healthier skin cells, provides antioxidant support, and increases the content of substances that strengthen the skin structure. Retinol has the functions of regulating metabolism of epidermis and horny layer, and can lighten pigment of epidermis and reduce injured or aged skin cells. It helps to improve the morphology of elastin already in the skin, and few studies have found that it helps to produce elastin, although it may also promote the production of more collagen. Some people cannot tolerate retinol, the retinol in a free state is poor in stability, the retinol is wrapped in a double layer manner by Salvona in the U.S. A, the wrapping technology solves the problems of poor stability and intolerance of the retinol, the retinol can be released on the skin more slowly and controllably, the retinol can be absorbed more easily, the irritation risk is avoided to the greatest extent, the retinol can stay on the skin mildly and for a long time, and the effect is better exerted.
The LUFFA CYLINDRICA root extract can energize cells, restart energy production, ensure the generation of enough ATP (adenosine triphosphate, raw material for nucleotide synthesis) and ensure the renewal of skin matrix, thereby leading the cells to be younger and more viable and further showing higher skin elasticity and skin firmness.
The calmlyang compound plant desensitizer consists of butanediol, water, centella asiatica (CENTELLA ASIATICA) extracts, polygonum cuspidatum (POLYGONUM CUSPIDATUM) root extracts, scutellaria baicalensis (SCUTELLARIA BAICALENSIS) root extracts, tea (CAMELLIA SINENSIS) leaf extracts, glycyrrhiza glabra (GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA) root extracts, chamomile (CHAMOMILLA RECUTITA) flower extracts and rosemary (ROSMARINUS OFFICINALIS) leaf extracts, is a compound plant desensitizer of 7 natural plants with therapeutic effect, has good effect of repairing skin barrier and has excellent effect on inhibiting inflammatory factors. The calmYang not only can repair the skin damage caused by the Atopic Dermatitis (AD), but also has good effects on the anti-sensitization, anti-sensitization and the hormone-dependent dermatitis treatment of sensitive skin.
The yeast extract, namely yeast fermentation lysate filtrate, has the effects of moisturizing and repairing, and can improve skin elasticity and promote skin microcirculation; it is rich in natural amino acids, and has effects in inhibiting tyrosinase activity and whitening skin.
The invention can energize cells to the metabolism of the stratum corneum through reasonable collocation among retinol, luffa root extract, yeast extract and calmYang compound plant anti-allergic agent, and can realize the anti-aging effect in different layers from inside to outside in an all-around way, so that the anti-aging effect is more remarkable. And the natural product extracts are adopted, and the skin care composition does not contain irritant antioxidant chemical substances and has mild effect on the skin.
Allantoin has antiallergic effect, and can relieve skin irritation caused by active substances, promote cell tissue growth, accelerate rapid granulation and regeneration of epidermis, supplement sufficient water to cell gap when exfoliating metabolic cutin, promote smooth skin with rough chapped skin, and improve absorption performance of skin against oxidation component.
The p-hydroxyacetophenone is a flavonoid substance existing in Gao Shanyun berries and most of Chinese medicinal herbs, has the effects of resisting oxidization and irritation, has the effects of resisting corrosion and enhancing synergy, and has no irritation. The invention adds a small amount of p-hydroxyacetophenone, which can synergistically improve the anti-aging performance of the anti-aging composition.
Tocopherol is an antioxidant, and a small amount of tocopherol is added in the invention, so that the anti-aging performance of the anti-aging composition can be synergistically improved.
Preferably, the anti-aging composition comprises the following components in weight percent:
0.2 to 0.4 percent of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.05 to 0.1 percent of allantoin, 0.10 to 0.25 percent of retinol, 0.05 to 0.1 percent of tocopherol, 40 to 60 percent of yeast extract, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of luffa root extract, 1.0 to 2.5 percent of calmYang compound plant sensitizer, 7.28 to 18.66 percent of other additives and the balance of water.
Further preferably, the anti-aging composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.2% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.05% of allantoin, 0.2% of retinol, 0.05% of tocopherol, 50% of yeast extract, 1.0% of luffa root extract, 2.0% of CalmYang compound plant desensitizer, 12.09% of other additives and the balance of water.
Within the above preferred range, the resulting anti-aging composition has a better anti-aging effect.
In order to further improve the effect of the anti-aging composition, to prolong the duration of the anti-oxidation effect, or to improve the storage stability of the anti-aging composition, other additives may be added as needed.
The other additives include, but are not limited to, at least one of moisturizers, preservatives, skin feel modifiers, fragrances, emulsifiers, chelating agents, or suspension stabilizers.
The humectant includes, but is not limited to, at least one of glycerin, 1, 2-hexanediol, sodium hyaluronate, betaine, saccharide isomers, or carrageenan (CHONDRUS CRISPUS) extract.
The skin feel modifier includes, but is not limited to, at least one of cyclopentadimethicone, dimethicone cross polymer, dimethicone, dimethiconol, or PEG-11 methyl ether dimethicone.
The preservative includes, but is not limited to, at least one of 1, 2-hexanediol, propylene glycol, octanoyl hydroxamic acid, or glycerol octanoate.
The emulsifier includes, but is not limited to, at least one of sodium acrylate-sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, isohexadecane, polysorbate-80, or laurate.
The suspension stabilizers include, but are not limited to, xanthan gum.
The chelating agent includes, but is not limited to, disodium EDTA.
Conventional fragrances can be used in the present invention to impart a fragrance to the anti-aging composition as desired.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the anti-aging composition, which comprises the following steps:
mixing p-hydroxyacetophenone, allantoin, other additives and water at 82-85 ℃, adding mixed retinol and tocopherol, mixing uniformly, cooling to below 38 ℃, adding yeast extract, luffa root extract and calmsang compound plant sensitizer, and mixing uniformly to obtain the anti-aging composition.
Preferably, the mixing is at least one of stirring or homogenizing.
The anti-aging composition is a pale yellow paste, and has good storage stability within the range of-16 to 47 ℃.
The application of the anti-aging composition in preparing skin care products is also within the protection scope of the invention.
Optionally, the skin care product includes, but is not limited to, a mask, a toner, a serum, or a cream.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

For a better description of the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be further described with reference to the following specific examples, which are not intended to limit the present invention in any way. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the reagents, methods and apparatus employed in the present invention are those conventional in the art. The reagents and materials used in the present invention are commercially available unless otherwise specified.
Example 1
The embodiment provides an anti-aging composition, which is prepared by a method comprising the following steps:
adding 35.51% of water, 0.2% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.05% of allantoin and 12.09% of other additives into an emulsifying pot, heating to 82 ℃, uniformly stirring, adding 0.2% of retinol and 0.05% of tocopherol, uniformly stirring (about 10 min), cooling to 35 ℃, adding 50% of yeast extract, 1.0% of luffa root extract and 2.0% of calmYang compound plant sensitizer, and uniformly stirring to obtain the anti-aging composition.
Wherein, other additives consist of raw materials of 2 percent of glycerin, 0.5 percent of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.4 percent of propylene glycol, 0.1 percent of xanthan gum, 0.05 percent of sodium hyaluronate, 1 percent of betaine, 0.02 percent of EDTA disodium, 1 percent of polydimethylsiloxane, 1 percent of cyclopenta-dimethicone, 1 percent of dimethiconol, 0.5 percent of PEG-11 methyl ether dimethicone, 1.5 percent of sodium acrylate-sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, 2 percent of saccharide isomer and 1 percent of gomphrena.
Example 2
The embodiment provides an anti-aging composition, which is prepared by a method comprising the following steps:
adding 49.82% of water, 0.2% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.05% of allantoin and 7.28% of other additives into an emulsifying pot, heating to 85 ℃, uniformly stirring, adding 0.10% of retinol and 0.05% of tocopherol, uniformly stirring (about 10 min), cooling to 30 ℃, adding 40% of yeast extract, 0.5% of luffa root extract and 1.0% of calmYang compound plant sensitizer, and uniformly stirring to obtain the anti-aging composition.
Wherein other additives comprise glycerin 1%,1, 2-hexanediol 0.3%, octanoyl hydroxamic acid 0.3%, xanthan gum 0.1%, sodium hyaluronate 0.05%, betaine 1%, EDTA disodium 0.02%, polydimethylsiloxane 0.5%, cyclopenta-dimethicone 0.5%, dimethiconol 0.3%, PEG-11 methyl ether dimethicone 0.4%, isohexadecane 0.8%, saccharide isomer 1%, chondrus crispus extract 1% and lavender essence 0.01%.
Example 3
The embodiment provides an anti-aging composition, which is prepared by a method comprising the following steps:
adding 16.52% of water, 0.4% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.1% of allantoin and 18.63% of other additives into an emulsifying pot, heating to 85 ℃, uniformly stirring, adding 0.25% of retinol and 0.1% of tocopherol, uniformly stirring (about 10 min), cooling to 30 ℃, adding 60% of yeast extract, 1.5% of luffa root extract and 2.5% of calmYang compound plant sensitizer, and uniformly stirring to obtain the anti-aging composition.
Wherein other additives consist of raw materials of 2.5% of glycerin, 0.6% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.4% of octanoyl hydroxamic acid, 0.2% of xanthan gum, 0.1% of sodium hyaluronate, 2% of betaine, 0.03% of EDTA disodium, 2.0% of polydimethylsiloxane, 1.0% of cyclopentadimethicone, 2.0% of dimethiconol, 0.7% of PEG-11 methyl ether dimethicone, 1.6% of isohexadecane, 2.5% of saccharide isomers and 3% of a gomphrena extract.
Example 4
The embodiment provides an anti-aging composition, which is prepared by a method comprising the following steps:
adding 9.86% of water, 0.5% of p-hydroxyacetophenone and 0.2% of allantoin into an emulsifying pot, heating to 85 ℃, uniformly stirring, adding 1.0% of retinol and 0.3% of tocopherol, uniformly stirring (about 10 min), cooling to 30 ℃, adding 81.14% of yeast extract, 2.0% of luffa root extract and 5.0% of calmsang compound plant desensitizer, and uniformly stirring to obtain the anti-aging composition.
Comparative example 1
This comparative example provides an anti-aging composition prepared as in example 1, with the exception of example 1: no retinol was added and water was added to 100%.
Comparative example 2
This comparative example provides an anti-aging composition prepared as in example 1, with the exception of example 1: the yeast extract was not added and water was added to 100%.
Comparative example 3
This comparative example provides an anti-aging composition prepared as in example 1, with the exception of example 1: no extract of the luffa root is added, and water is added to 100%.
Comparative example 4
This comparative example provides an anti-aging composition prepared as in example 1, with the exception of example 1: no CalmYang compound plant sensitizer is added, and water is added to 100%.
Performance testing
The anti-aging compositions obtained in the above examples and comparative examples were tested for their properties:
performing wrinkle removing effect experiment, selecting 25 volunteers with wrinkles on eyes, uniformly applying the yellow pasty anti-aging composition prepared in the above examples and comparative examples on face with application amount of 2mg/cm 2 Facial data (in%) were collected using a VISA tester, and facial data before use, after 14 days of use and after 28 days of use of the sample were collected, respectively, and the results are shown in table 1, and are average values of the use effects of 25 volunteers in table 1.

From the above results, it can be seen that:
the anti-aging composition prepared by the embodiment of the invention has good anti-wrinkling effect, namely good anti-aging performance, and all volunteers have no uncomfortable reactions such as allergy and the like.
The result of the comparative example further proves that the reasonable collocation among retinol, luffa root extract, yeast extract and calmsang compound plant sensitizer can enable cells to be energized to the metabolism of the stratum corneum, and the anti-aging effect is more remarkable in different layers and all directions from inside to outside.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention and not for limiting the scope of the present invention, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the technical solution of the present invention may be modified or substituted equally without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
Claims (7)
1. An anti-aging composition, characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight:
0.2-0.5% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.05-0.2% of allantoin, 0.05-1.0% of retinol, 0.05-0.3% of tocopherol, 1-99% of yeast extract, 0.1-2.0% of luffa root extract, 0.1-5% of calmYang compound plant sensitizer, 7.28-18.63% of other additives and the balance of water;
the calmYang compound plant anti-allergic agent consists of butanediol, water, centella asiatica (CENTELLA ASIATICA) extracts, polygonum cuspidatum (POLYGONUM CUSPIDATUM) root extracts, scutellaria baicalensis (SCUTELLARIA BAICALENSIS) root extracts, tea (CAMELLIA SINENSIS) leaf extracts, glycyrrhiza glabra (GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA) root extracts, chamomile (CHAMOMILLA RECUTITA) flower extracts and rosemary (ROSMARINUS OFFICINALIS) leaf extracts;
the yeast extract is yeast fermentation lysate filtrate;
the other additives comprise at least one of moisturizer, preservative, skin feel modifier, essence, emulsifier, chelating agent or suspension stabilizer;
the humectant is at least one of glycerol, 1, 2-hexanediol, sodium hyaluronate, betaine, saccharide isomer or carrageenan extract; the skin feel modifier is at least one of cyclopentadimethicone, dimethicone cross polymer, dimethicone, dimethiconol or PEG-11 methyl ether dimethicone; the preservative is at least one of 1, 2-hexanediol, propylene glycol, octanoyl hydroxamic acid or glycerol caprylate; the emulsifier is at least one of sodium acrylate-sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, isohexadecane, polysorbate-80 or laurinol laurate; the chelating agent is disodium EDTA; the suspension stabilizer is xanthan gum.
2. The anti-aging composition of claim 1, comprising the following components in weight percent:
0.2-0.4% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.05-0.1% of allantoin, 0.10-0.25% of retinol, 0.05-0.1% of tocopherol, 40-60% of yeast extract, 0.5-1.5% of luffa root extract, 1.0-2.5% of calmYang compound plant sensitizer, 7.28-18.66% of other additives and the balance of water.
3. The anti-aging composition of claim 2, comprising the following components in weight percent:
0.2% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.05% of allantoin, 0.2% of retinol, 0.05% of tocopherol, 50% of yeast extract, 1.0% of luffa root extract, 2.0% of CalmYang compound plant desensitizer, 12.09% of other additives and the balance of water.
4. A method of preparing an anti-aging composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
and uniformly mixing the p-hydroxyacetophenone, allantoin, other additives and water at 82-85 ℃, adding the mixed retinol and tocopherol, uniformly mixing, cooling to below 38 ℃, and then adding the yeast extract, the luffa root extract and the calmYang composite plant sensitizer, uniformly mixing, thereby obtaining the anti-aging composition.
5. The method of preparing an anti-aging composition according to claim 4, wherein the mixing is at least one of stirring or homogenizing.
6. Use of an anti-aging composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3 in the preparation of a skin care product.
7. The use of the anti-aging composition according to claim 6 for the preparation of a skin care product, wherein the skin care product is a mask, a toner, an essence or a cream.
