Abstract
The invention discloses essence cream without essence and preservative, which consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 1-5% of hydroxyethyl urea, 0.5-2% of trehalose, 0.01-0.02% of beta-glucan, 0.5-1.5% of levan, 0.1-1.0% of squalane, 0.1-1.0% of jojoba oil, 2.0-3.0% of cyclomethicone, 3.0-4.0% of dimethicone, 10-15% of yeast fermentation product filtrate, 1.0-2.5% of purslane extract, 1.0-2.0% of pomelo extract, 0.5% of fucus extract, 3.5% of gynostemma pentaphylla leaf extract, 0.6-1.0% of blackberry fruit extract, 30.005-0.02% of ceramide, 10-12% of auxiliary component and the balance of water. The essence cream disclosed by the invention has the comprehensive effects of helping skin to keep a good comfortable state, moisturizing, activating, resisting inflammation, repairing and the like.

Preferably, the essence cream without essence and preservative is composed of the following components in percentage by mass: 3% of hydroxyethyl urea, 1.5% of trehalose, 0.02% of beta-glucan, 1.5% of fructan, 1.0% of squalane, 0.6% of jojoba seed oil, 2.8% of cyclomethicone, 3.3% of dimethicone, 15% of yeast fermentation product filtrate, 1.5% of purslane extract, 2.0% of pomelo extract, 0.5% of Fucus vesiculosus extract, 3.5% of gynostemma pentaphylla leaf extract, 0.9% of blackberry fruit extract, 30.015% of ceramide, 10.9% of auxiliary component and the balance of water.
Further, essence and preservative are not contained in the auxiliary components.
Further, the auxiliary components comprise an emulsifier, a polyol, an antioxidant and an essential oil.
Further, the emulsifier is at least one of cetyl PEG/PPF-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, PEG-30 dipolyhydroxystearate, PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane, glyceryl caprylate and sodium chloride. Preferably, the emulsifier comprises 1.5% of cetyl PEG/PPF-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, 0.2% of glyceryl caprylate and 0.6% of sodium chloride in percentage by mass.
Further, the polyalcohol is at least one of glycerol, butanediol, 1, 3-propylene glycol, 1, 2-hexanediol and sorbitol. Preferably, the polyol comprises, in mass percent, 5% of glycerol, 3.0% of 1, 3-propanediol and 0.4% of 1, 2-hexanediol.

The preparation method of the essence cream without adding essence and preservative comprises the following steps:
(1) adding hydroxyethyl urea, trehalose, beta-glucan, levan, yeast fermentation product filtrate, a purslane extract, a pomelo extract, an Fucus vesiculosus extract, a gynostemma pentaphyllum leaf extract, a blackberry fruit extract, polyol and an antioxidant into part of deionized water, heating to 40-50 ℃ to obtain a water phase, and pumping into an emulsifying pot;
(2) heating an emulsifier, squalane, jojoba seed oil, cyclomethicone, dimethicone, essential oil and ceramide 3 to 30-40 ℃ to obtain an oil phase, and pumping the oil phase into an emulsifying pot;
(3) vacuum homogenizing at 40 deg.C for 10 min;
(4) and discharging after homogenizing, standing, inspecting, packaging and canning to obtain the multifunctional light moist essence cream without essence and preservative.
Hydroxyethyl urea in the present invention, INCI designation: hydroxyethyl urea, CAS: 1320-51-0; is an excellent moisturizing agent, can penetrate into the stratum corneum, increase skin water content, relieve dryness, fill fine lines, increase skin elasticity, and provide pleasant feeling of use. Can also form liquid crystal phase with skin stratum corneum to prevent stratum corneum from transforming into solid crystal phase, thereby achieving the purpose of softening skin.
Trehalose, INCI designation in the present invention: trehalose, CAS: 99-20-7; a natural protectant. Trehalose is a natural sugar widely present in plants and animals. A special protective film can be formed on the cell surface layer, the original nutrition and moisture of the skin are kept, the skin sunburn and melanin precipitation are avoided, and the skin aging phenomenon is effectively resisted.
Beta-glucan in the present invention, INCI nomenclature: β -glucan, CAS: 160872-27-5; is extracted from cultured mycelium of Agaricus campestris water called Schizophyllum commune. The skin care product has obvious anti-aging function, reduces skin wrinkles, improves skin elasticity and improves skin texture; the immunity function of the skin is improved, the protection to the skin is enhanced, and the anti-inflammatory and antibacterial functions are obvious; the skin moisturizing cream has a long-term high-efficiency moisturizing effect, forms a transparent, elastic and breathable film on the skin, can lock skin moisture, and endows the skin with a silky moist and smooth touch feeling; promoting fibroblasts to synthesize collagen, promoting wound healing and repairing damaged skin.
Fructan, INCI designation in the present invention: fructan, CAS: 9013-95-0; fructans are carbohydrates which are beneficial to human health and are formed by connecting a plurality of glucose molecules through beta-glycon bonds. Rapidly repairing damaged skin barrier to maintain cell moisture, achieving anti-inflammatory effect by preventing release of inflammatory interleukin, and promoting cell regrowth, and is a multi-effect humectant.
Squalane, INCI designation in the present invention: squalane, CAS: 111-01-3; the hydrocarbon oil with excellent performance is prepared by hydrogenating squalene extracted from deep-sea shark liver. Squalane is a lipid closest to sebum of human body, has strong affinity, and can be integrated with the skin lipid membrane of human body to form a natural barrier on the skin surface. Squalane can also inhibit peroxidation of skin lipid, can effectively permeate into skin, can promote proliferation of skin basal cells, and has obvious physiological effects of delaying skin aging, and improving and eliminating chloasma. Squalane also can open skin pores, promote blood microcirculation, promote cell metabolism, and help repair damaged cells.
Jojoba seed oil, INCI designation in the present invention: jojoba (SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS) seed oil, CAS: 61789-91-1; the oil extracted from nuts of shrubs in Mexico and Arizona desert areas is rich in vitamin components, is easy to absorb, can be used for treating injured skin, and has effects of nourishing and softening skin.
In the yeast fermentation product filtrate of the invention, INCI is named as follows: the yeast fermentation product filtrate is prepared by fermenting yeast, and contains various amino acids, peptides and nucleotides required by skin. Can improve skin metabolism and make skin more tender; accelerating the removal of free radicals of the skin and slowing down the aging speed of cell tissues; has multiple skin care effects.
Purslane extract of the present invention, INCI designation: purslane (PORTULACA OLERACEA) extract, CAS: 90083-07-1; is extracted from dried whole plant of Portulaca oleracea L of Portulacaceae. Has antiallergic, antiinflammatory, and skin irritation resisting effects, and is effective for removing acne.
Grapefruit extract, INCI designation, in the present invention: grapefruit (CITRUS gradis) extract, CAS: 90045-43-5; has antibacterial, antiinflammatory, and antioxidant effects.
The fucus extract, INCI designation, of the present invention: fucus VESICULOSUS (Fucus VESICULOSUS) extract, CAS: 84696-13-9; the active ingredient of the extract extracted from the whole plant of Fucus vesiculosus is fucoidan, which is rich in glutamic acid, calcium and iodine elements, and has the effects of keeping moisture and increasing the softness and smoothness of skin.
The gynostemma pentaphylla leaf extract in the invention has INCI name: the extract of leaves of Gynostemma PENTAPHYLLUM (Gynostemma PENTAPHYLLUM) is extracted from fresh leaves of Gynostemma PENTAPHYLLUM, and can promote aquaporin in skin cells, increase water absorption capacity of cells from inside, and thus achieve the effects of moisturizing skin.
Blackberry fruit extract, INCI designation in the present invention: blackberry (RUBUS fructicosus) fruit extract, obtained from fresh blackberry fruit, CAS: 84787-69-9; is rich in high-efficiency antioxidant active substances such as procyanidine, anthocyanin, superoxide dismutase, selenium, ellagic acid and flavonoid. Has good effects of resisting oxidation, resisting aging, regulating physiological function of human body, etc.
Ceramide 3, INCI nomenclature in the present invention: ceramide 3, CAS: 100403-19-8; plant source, pure ceramide with the same structure as natural ceramide obtained by fermentation method. Immediate promotion of sebum barrier repair, reduction of transdermal water loss and increase of skin moisture. Maintain the youth and vitality of the skin and strengthen the immune function.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the essence cream without essence and preservative provided by the invention is light and moist by scientific combination of hydroxyethyl urea, trehalose, beta-glucan, levan, squalane, jojoba seed oil, cyclomethicone, dimethicone, yeast fermentation product filtrate, purslane extract, pomelo extract, fucus extract, gynostemma pentaphylla leaf extract, blackberry fruit extract, ceramide and other components, can help skin to keep a good comfortable state, and achieves comprehensive effects of moisturizing, activating, anti-inflammation, repairing and the like; moreover, the invention does not contain chemical synthetic substances such as essence, preservative and the like, thereby greatly reducing the irritation to the skin of a human body; the preparation method has the advantages of simple process, easy operation, easy control of production, improved production efficiency and reduced energy consumption.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.
Example 1
Essence cream without essence and preservative is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 1% of hydroxyethyl urea, 0.5% of trehalose, 0.01% of beta-glucan, 0.5% of fructan, 0.1% of squalane, 0.1% of jojoba seed oil, 2.0% of cyclomethicone, 3.0% of dimethicone, 10% of yeast fermentation product filtrate, 1.0% of purslane extract, 1.0% of pomelo extract, 0.5% of fucus extract, 3.5% of gynostemma pentaphylla leaf extract, 0.6% of blackberry fruit extract and 30.005% of ceramide; the emulsifier comprises 1.5% of cetyl PEG/PPF-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, 0.2% of glyceryl caprylate and 0.6% of sodium chloride in percentage by mass; the polyalcohol comprises 5% of glycerol, 3.0% of 1, 3-propylene glycol and 0.4% of 1, 2-hexanediol by mass percent; the antioxidant comprises 0.15 percent of p-hydroxyacetophenone by mass percentage; the essential oil comprises 0.05 percent of Korean YuJA essential oil in percentage by mass; the balance being water.
The preparation method of the multifunctional light moist essence cream without essence and preservative comprises the following steps:
(1) adding hydroxyethyl urea, trehalose, beta-glucan, levan, yeast fermentation product filtrate, a purslane extract, a pomelo extract, an Fucus vesiculosus extract, a gynostemma pentaphyllum leaf extract, a blackberry fruit extract, polyol and an antioxidant into part of deionized water, heating to 40-50 ℃ to obtain a water phase, and pumping into an emulsifying pot;
(2) heating an emulsifier, squalane, jojoba seed oil, cyclomethicone, dimethicone, essential oil and ceramide 3 to 30-40 ℃ to obtain an oil phase, and pumping the oil phase into an emulsifying pot;
(3) vacuum homogenizing at 40 deg.C for 10 min;
(4) and discharging after homogenizing, standing, inspecting, packaging and canning to obtain the essence cream without essence and preservative.
Examples 2 to 6
Table 1 shows the content of some raw materials in examples 2-6, and the components and contents of the emulsifier, polyol, antioxidant, and essential oil in examples 2-6 are the same as those in example 1, and therefore they are not listed.

The preparation method of the essence cream without adding essence and preservative in the embodiments 2 to 6 is the same as that of the embodiment 1.
The essence cream of the embodiment completely meets all indexes in technical specifications for cosmetic safety (2014 edition) issued by the state, and the composition does not contain any toxic substance.
140 testers (equal male and female, age range 15-55 years) were selected, divided into 7 groups, and blind tests were performed on examples 1-6 and comparative examples (a commercially available brand of the same type) by the following test method: cleaning face with clear water, applying the face with clear water once every morning and evening, applying 1 g each time, continuously using for 28 days, and obtaining data such as safety, skin elasticity, moisture retention, wrinkle reduction ratio and the like through user feedback, VISA facial image analyzer and CK skin tester test.
Table 2 is a statistical table of the use data of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples.
As can be seen from table 2, the products of examples 1 to 6 of the present invention are superior to certain products of the same brand name in improvement of skin elasticity, moisture retention, and wrinkle reduction rate, and there is no allergy to users because no perfume, preservative, etc. are added.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and there may be some slight structural changes in the implementation, and if there are various changes or modifications to the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and within the claims and equivalent technical scope of the present invention, the present invention is also intended to include those changes and modifications.
Claims (9)
1. The essence cream without essence and preservative is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 1-5% of hydroxyethyl urea, 0.5-2% of trehalose, 0.01-0.02% of beta-glucan, 0.5-1.5% of levan, 0.1-1.0% of squalane, 0.1-1.0% of jojoba oil, 2.0-3.0% of cyclomethicone, 3.0-4.0% of dimethicone, 10-15% of yeast fermentation product filtrate, 1.0-2.5% of purslane extract, 1.0-2.0% of pomelo extract, 0.5% of fucus extract, 3.5% of gynostemma pentaphylla leaf extract, 0.6-1.0% of blackberry fruit extract, 30.005-0.02% of ceramide, 10-12% of auxiliary component and the balance of water.
2. The essence cream without essence and preservative according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following components by mass percent: 3% of hydroxyethyl urea, 1.5% of trehalose, 0.02% of beta-glucan, 1.5% of fructan, 1.0% of squalane, 0.6% of jojoba seed oil, 2.8% of cyclomethicone, 3.3% of dimethicone, 15% of yeast fermentation product filtrate, 1.5% of purslane extract, 2.0% of pomelo extract, 0.5% of Fucus vesiculosus extract, 3.5% of gynostemma pentaphylla leaf extract, 0.9% of blackberry fruit extract, 30.015% of ceramide, 10.9% of auxiliary component and the balance of water.
3. The essence cream without essence and preservative according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the auxiliary components comprise emulsifier, polyol, antioxidant, essential oil.
4. The essence cream without essence and preservative as claimed in claim 3, wherein the emulsifier is at least one of cetyl PEG/PPF-10/1 dimethicone, PEG-30 dipolyhydroxystearate, PEG-10 dimethicone, glyceryl caprylate.
5. The essence cream without essence and preservative as claimed in claim 3, wherein the polyhydric alcohol is at least one of glycerin, butylene glycol, 1, 3-propylene glycol, 1, 2-hexylene glycol, and sorbitol.
6. The essence cream without essence and preservative according to claim 3, wherein the antioxidant is at least one of p-hydroxyacetophenone, BHT and vitamin E.
7. The essence cream without essence and preservative as claimed in claim 3, wherein the essential oil of the auxiliary component is at least one of rose essential oil and lavender essential oil.
8. The preparation method of the essence cream without essence and preservative as claimed in any one of claims 4 to 7, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) adding hydroxyethyl urea, trehalose, beta-glucan, levan, yeast fermentation product filtrate, a purslane extract, a pomelo extract, an Fucus vesiculosus extract, a gynostemma pentaphyllum leaf extract, a blackberry fruit extract, polyol and an antioxidant into part of deionized water, heating to 40-50 ℃ to obtain a water phase, and pumping into an emulsifying pot;
(2) heating an emulsifier, squalane, jojoba seed oil, cyclomethicone, dimethicone, essential oil and ceramide 3 to 30-40 ℃ to obtain an oil phase, and pumping the oil phase into an emulsifying pot;
(3) vacuum homogenizing at 40 deg.C for 10 min;
(4) and discharging after homogenizing, standing, inspecting, packaging and canning to obtain the essence cream without essence and preservative.
9. The method for preparing essence cream without essence and preservative, according to claim 8, wherein the emulsifier comprises 1.5% by mass of cetyl PEG/PPF-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, 0.2% by mass of glyceryl caprylate, 0.6% by mass of sodium chloride; the polyalcohol comprises 5% of glycerol, 3.0% of 1, 3-propylene glycol and 0.4% of 1, 2-hexanediol by mass percentage; the antioxidant comprises 0.15 percent of p-hydroxyacetophenone by mass percentage.
