Abstract
The invention provides an anti-aging composition and a preparation method and application thereof. The anti-aging composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.2-0.5% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.05-0.2% of allantoin, 0.05-1.0% of retinol, 0.05-0.3% of tocopherol, 1-99% of yeast extract, 0.1-2.0% of towel gourd root extract, 0.1-5% of CalmYang composite plant anti-allergy agent, 0-57.5% of other additives and the balance of water. According to the invention, through reasonable matching of retinol, the towel gourd root extract, the yeast extract and the CalmYang composite plant anti-sensitivity agent, the anti-aging effect is more obvious because cells can be energized to stratum corneum metabolism and can be anti-aging in different levels from inside to outside. And all selected natural product extracts do not contain irritant antioxidant chemicals, and have mild skin effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to an anti-aging composition and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Aging progresses constantly, and is mainly characterized by wrinkles, loose skin, dryness and roughness, loss of skin elasticity, pigmentation and the like. The skin aging and the body aging are performed simultaneously, and the skin aging is a part of the body aging. Since the skin is located at the outermost layer of the body and is more affected by exogenous factors, aging of the skin is a result of the combined action of endogenous and exogenous factors.
Extrinsic aging of the skin is associated with exposure to ultraviolet radiation, wind, smoke, alcohol, and irritants. The long-term irradiation of ultraviolet rays is the most important factor for promoting skin aging in the environment, so exogenous aging is generally referred to as photoaging. Photoaging is characterized clinically and histologically. The clinical manifestations are mainly: the exposed part has loose skin, coarse and deep wrinkles, nodules, leather-like appearance, increased pigmentation spots, telangiectasia, changed or disappeared appearance of the original geometric figure, and grayish yellow skin color, and can generate various benign, precancerous or malignant tumors. Photoaged skin is characterized histologically mainly by: inflammatory cell infiltration of the dermis layer, thickening of elastic fibers, disorder arrangement or aggregation of elastic fibers, degenerative modification of collagen of the upper layer of the dermis layer is fine, and finally the collagen becomes an amorphous substance; the skin capillaries dilate and distort and eventually become extremely sparse, focal hyperplasia of melanocytes, etc. Many changes in photoaging skin, such as coarse and fine wrinkles, skin roughness and pigmentation, can be ameliorated and reversed by drugs, and it is possible to treat and prevent photoaging of the skin.
Therefore, many antioxidant and anti-aging skin care products and health care products appear, but in the existing anti-aging skin care products, in order to improve the anti-aging effect, a large amount of artificially synthesized antioxidant additives are usually added, and the addition of the additives can generate certain irritation to the skin.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects that the existing anti-aging products have greater irritation and the anti-aging performance needs to be further improved, and provides an anti-aging composition which is mild to skin and has a remarkable anti-aging effect. The invention can have good anti-aging effect under the condition of less addition amount through the synergistic effect among the retinol, the yeast extract and the towel gourd extract, and has mild effect and no stimulation to skin.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing the anti-aging composition.
Another object of the present invention is to provide the use of the anti-aging composition for the preparation of skin care products.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an anti-aging composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
0.2-0.5% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.05-0.2% of allantoin, 0.05-1.0% of retinol, 0.05-0.3% of tocopherol, 1-99% of yeast extract, 0.1-2.0% of towel gourd root extract, 0.1-5% of CalmYang composite plant anti-allergy agent, 0-57.5% of other additives and the balance of water.
In the anti-aging composition, the balance of water means that water is added to 100%.
Retinol helps skin cells to create better and healthier skin cells, provides antioxidant support, and increases the amount of substances that can strengthen the skin structure. Retinol has the effects of regulating metabolism of epidermis and stratum corneum, reducing pigment of epidermis, and reducing damaged or aged skin cells. It is helpful to improve the morphology of the elastin present in the skin, and there have been few studies that have even found it to be helpful in the production of elastin, although it may also promote the production of more collagen. Some people have intolerance to retinol and poor stability of free retinol, and the retinol is wrapped in a double layer by Salvona in America, so that the problems of poor stability and intolerance of the retinol are solved by the wrapping technology, the retinol can be released on the skin more slowly and controllably, the retinol is more favorably absorbed, the irritation risk is avoided to the maximum extent, the retinol can stay on the skin mildly and for a long time, and the effect is better exerted.
The extract of the root of Luffa CYLINDRICA (Luffa CYLINDRICA) is capable of energizing cells, restarting energy production, ensuring the production of sufficient ATP (adenosine triphosphate, raw material for nucleotide synthesis), and ensuring the renewal of skin matrix, thereby making cells younger and more viable, and further showing higher skin elasticity and skin firmness.
CalmYang composite plant anti-allergic agent, which consists of butanediol, water, centella asiatica (CENTELLA ASIATICA) extract, POLYGONUM CUSPIDATUM (Polygonum CUSPIDATUM) root extract, SCUTELLARIA BAICALENSIS (Scutellaria BAICALENSIS) root extract, tea (CAMELLIA SINENSIS) leaf extract, GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA (Glycyrrhiza GLABRA) root extract, CHAMOMILLA RECUTITA (CHAMOMILLA) flower extract and rosemary (Rosmarinus OFFICINALIS) leaf extract, is a composite plant anti-allergic agent of 7 natural plants with curative effect, has good effect of repairing skin barrier and has excellent effect on inhibiting inflammatory factors. CalmYang not only can repair the skin damage caused by Atopic Dermatitis (AD), but also has good effects on the anti-allergy and anti-allergy of sensitive skin and the treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis.
The yeast extract, namely the yeast fermentation lysate filtrate, has the effects of moisturizing and repairing, and can improve the skin elasticity and promote skin microcirculation; it is rich in natural amino acids, and has effects of inhibiting tyrosinase activity and whitening skin.
According to the invention, through reasonable matching of retinol, the towel gourd root extract, the yeast extract and the CalmYang composite plant anti-sensitivity agent, the anti-aging effect is more obvious because cells can be energized to stratum corneum metabolism and can be anti-aging in different levels from inside to outside. And all selected natural product extracts do not contain irritant antioxidant chemicals, and have mild skin effect.
Allantoin, which has an anti-allergic effect, relieves the irritation of active substances to the skin, promotes the growth of cell tissues and accelerates the rapid granular renewal of the epidermis, also supplements sufficient water to the intercellular spaces during the peeling of metabolic keratin, helps the rough and cracked skin to recover smooth, and improves the absorption of antioxidant components by the skin.
P-hydroxyacetophenone is a flavonoid substance existing in the cloudberry and most of traditional Chinese medicinal herbs of the mountains, has the effects of oxidation resistance and irritation resistance, also has the function of antisepsis and synergism, and has no irritation. The anti-aging performance of the anti-aging composition can be synergistically improved by adding a small amount of p-hydroxyacetophenone.
The tocopherol is an antioxidant, and the anti-aging performance of the anti-aging composition can be synergistically improved by adding a small amount of the tocopherol.
Preferably, the anti-aging composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
0.2-0.4% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.05-0.1% of allantoin, 0.10-0.25% of retinol, 0.05-0.1% of tocopherol, 40-60% of yeast extract, 0.5-1.5% of towel gourd root extract, 1.0-2.5% of CalmYang composite plant anti-allergy agent, 7.28-18.66% of other additives and the balance of water.
Further preferably, the anti-aging composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.2% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.05% of allantoin, 0.2% of retinol, 0.05% of tocopherol, 50% of yeast extract, 1.0% of towel gourd root extract, 2.0% of CalmYang composite plant anti-allergy agent, 12.09% of other additives and the balance of water.
Within the above preferred ranges, the resulting antiaging composition exhibits a better antiaging effect.
To further improve the effect of the anti-aging composition, to prolong the duration of the anti-oxidation efficacy, or to improve the storage stability of the anti-aging composition, other additives may be added as needed.
The other additives include, but are not limited to, at least one of a humectant, a preservative, a skin feel modifier, a fragrance, an emulsifier, a chelating agent, or a suspension stabilizer.
The humectant includes, but is not limited to, at least one of glycerin, 1, 2-hexanediol, sodium hyaluronate, betaine, saccharide isomerate, or Chondrus CRISPUS (Chondrus CRISPUS) extract.
The skin feel modifier includes, but is not limited to, at least one of cyclopentadecylmethicone, dimethicone crosspolymer, dimethicone, dimethiconol, or PEG-11 methyl ether dimethicone.
The preservative includes, but is not limited to, at least one of 1, 2-hexanediol, propylene glycol, caprylyl hydroxamic acid, or glyceryl caprylate.
The emulsifier includes, but is not limited to, at least one of sodium acrylate-sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, isohexadecane, polysorbate-80 or lauryl alcohol laurate.
The suspension stabilizer includes, but is not limited to xanthan gum.
The chelating agent includes, but is not limited to, disodium EDTA.
Conventional perfumes can be used in the present invention to impart a certain fragrance to the anti-aging composition according to the needs of the product.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the anti-aging composition, which comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing p-hydroxyacetophenone, allantoin, other additives and water at 82-85 ℃, then adding the mixed retinol and tocopherol, uniformly mixing, cooling to below 38 ℃, then adding the yeast extract, the towel gourd root extract and the CalmYang composite plant anti-allergy agent, and uniformly mixing to obtain the anti-aging composition.
Preferably, the mixing is at least one of stirring or homogenizing.
The anti-aging composition is a light yellow paste, and has good storage stability within the temperature range of-16-47 ℃.
The application of the anti-aging composition in the preparation of skin care products is also within the protection scope of the invention.
Optionally, the skin care product includes, but is not limited to, a mask, a toner, a serum, or a cream.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

The present invention will be further described with reference to specific examples for better illustrating the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention in any way. Reagents, methods and apparatus used in the present invention are conventional in the art unless otherwise indicated. Unless otherwise indicated, reagents and materials used in the present invention are commercially available.
Example 1
This example provides an anti-aging composition prepared according to a method comprising the steps of:
adding 35.51% of water, 0.2% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.05% of allantoin and 12.09% of other additives into an emulsifying pot, heating to 82 ℃, stirring uniformly, then adding 0.2% of retinol and 0.05% of tocopherol, stirring uniformly (about 10min), finally cooling to 35 ℃, adding 50% of yeast extract, 1.0% of towel gourd root extract and 2.0% of CalmYang composite plant anti-allergic agent, and stirring uniformly to obtain the anti-aging composition.
Wherein, the other additives comprise 2 percent of glycerol, 0.5 percent of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.4 percent of propylene glycol, 0.1 percent of xanthan gum, 0.05 percent of sodium hyaluronate, 1 percent of betaine, 0.02 percent of disodium EDTA, 1 percent of polydimethylsiloxane, 1 percent of cyclopenta dimethyl siloxane, 1 percent of dimethiconol, 0.5 percent of PEG-11 methyl ether dimethyl siloxane, 1.5 percent of sodium acrylate-sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, 2 percent of saccharide isomer and 1 percent of carrageen rupessary extract.
Example 2
This example provides an anti-aging composition prepared according to a method comprising the steps of:
adding 49.82% of water, 0.2% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.05% of allantoin and 7.28% of other additives into an emulsifying pot, heating to 85 ℃, stirring uniformly, adding 0.10% of retinol and 0.05% of tocopherol, stirring uniformly (about 10min), cooling to 30 ℃, adding 40% of yeast extract, 0.5% of towel gourd root extract and 1.0% of CalmYang composite plant anti-allergic agent, and stirring uniformly to obtain the anti-aging composition.
Wherein, the other additives comprise 1 percent of glycerin, 0.3 percent of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.3 percent of caprylyl hydroximic acid, 0.1 percent of xanthan gum, 0.05 percent of sodium hyaluronate, 1 percent of betaine, 0.02 percent of EDTA disodium, 0.5 percent of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.5 percent of cyclopenta dimethyl siloxane, 0.3 percent of dimethiconol, 0.4 percent of PEG-11 methyl ether dimethyl siloxane, 0.8 percent of isohexadecane, 1 percent of saccharide isomer, 1 percent of carrageenin extract and 0.01 percent of lavender essence.

adding 16.52% of water, 0.4% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.1% of allantoin and 18.63% of other additives into an emulsifying pot, heating to 85 ℃, stirring uniformly, then adding 0.25% of retinol and 0.1% of tocopherol, stirring uniformly (about 10min), finally cooling to 30 ℃, adding 60% of yeast extract, 1.5% of towel gourd root extract and 2.5% of CalmYang composite plant anti-allergic agent, and stirring uniformly to obtain the anti-aging composition.
Wherein, the other additives comprise 2.5 percent of glycerin, 0.6 percent of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.4 percent of caprylyl hydroximic acid, 0.2 percent of xanthan gum, 0.1 percent of sodium hyaluronate, 2 percent of betaine, 0.03 percent of disodium EDTA, 2.0 percent of polydimethylsiloxane, 1.0 percent of cyclopenta dimethyl siloxane, 2.0 percent of dimethiconol, 0.7 percent of PEG-11 methyl ether dimethyl siloxane, 1.6 percent of isohexadecane, 2.5 percent of saccharide isomer and 3 percent of carrageen crispus extract.
Example 4
This example provides an anti-aging composition prepared according to a method comprising the steps of:
adding 9.86% of water, 0.5% of p-hydroxyacetophenone and 0.2% of allantoin into an emulsifying pot, heating to 85 ℃, stirring uniformly, adding 1.0% of retinol and 0.3% of tocopherol, stirring uniformly (about 10min), cooling to 30 ℃, adding 81.14% of yeast extract, 2.0% of towel gourd root extract and 5.0% of CalmYang composite plant anti-allergy agent, and stirring uniformly to obtain the anti-aging composition.
Comparative example 1
This comparative example provides an anti-aging composition, prepared according to the method of example 1, differing from example 1 in that: retinol was not added and water was added to 100%.
Comparative example 2
This comparative example provides an anti-aging composition prepared according to the method of example 1, except that: no yeast extract was added, and water was added to 100%.
Comparative example 3
This comparative example provides an anti-aging composition, prepared according to the method of example 1, differing from example 1 in that: the extract of the towel gourd root is not added, and water is added to 100 percent.
Comparative example 4
This comparative example provides an anti-aging composition, prepared according to the method of example 1, differing from example 1 in that: no CalmYang composite plant anti-allergic agent is added, and water is added to 100 percent.
Performance test
The anti-aging compositions obtained in the above examples and comparative examples were tested for their performance:
performing an effect experiment for fading wrinkles, selecting 25 volunteers with wrinkles on eyes, and uniformly applying the yellow pasty anti-aging composition prepared in the above examples and comparative examples on the face, wherein the application amount is 2mg/cm 2 Facial data (in%) were collected using a VISA tester and before, 14 days after, and 28 days after the use of the samples, respectively, and the results are shown in table 1, which is an average of the effects of 25 volunteers.

From the above results, it can be seen that:
the anti-aging composition prepared by the embodiment of the invention has a good wrinkle removing effect, namely, has good anti-aging performance, and all volunteers do not have discomfort reactions such as allergy and the like.
The results of the comparative example further prove that the reasonable matching among the retinol, the towel gourd root extract, the yeast extract and the CalmYang composite plant anti-sensitivity agent can resist aging from cells energized to stratum corneum metabolism from inside to outside in different levels and all-round, so that the anti-aging effect is more obvious.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. An anti-aging composition is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight:
0.2-0.5% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.05-0.2% of allantoin, 0.05-1.0% of retinol, 0.05-0.3% of tocopherol, 1-99% of yeast extract, 0.1-2.0% of towel gourd root extract, 0.1-5% of CalmYang composite plant anti-allergy agent, 0-57.5% of other additives and the balance of water.
2. The anti-aging composition according to claim 1, comprising the following components in percentage by weight:
0.2-0.4% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.05-0.1% of allantoin, 0.10-0.25% of retinol, 0.05-0.1% of tocopherol, 40-60% of yeast extract, 0.5-1.5% of towel gourd root extract, 1.0-2.5% of CalmYang composite plant anti-allergy agent, 7.28-18.66% of other additives and the balance of water.
3. The anti-aging composition of claim 2, comprising the following components in weight percent:
0.2% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.05% of allantoin, 0.2% of retinol, 0.05% of tocopherol, 50% of yeast extract, 1.0% of towel gourd root extract, 2.0% of CalmYang composite plant anti-allergy agent, 12.09% of other additives and the balance of water.
4. The anti-aging composition of claim 1, wherein the other additives comprise at least one of a moisturizing agent, a preservative, a skin feel modifier, a fragrance, an emulsifier, a chelating agent, or a suspension stabilizer.
5. The anti-aging composition of claim 4, wherein the humectant is at least one of glycerin, 1, 2-hexanediol, sodium hyaluronate, betaine, saccharide isomerate, or Chondrus crispus extract; the skin feeling regulator is at least one of cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, polydimethylsiloxane, dimethiconol or PEG-11 methyl ether polydimethylsiloxane; the preservative is at least one of 1, 2-hexanediol, propylene glycol, caprylic hydroxamic acid or glyceryl caprylate; the emulsifier is at least one of sodium acrylate-sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, isohexadecane, polysorbate-80 or lauryl alcohol laurate; the chelating agent is EDTA disodium; the suspension stabilizer is xanthan gum.
6. The method of preparing the antiaging composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by comprising the steps of:
uniformly mixing p-hydroxyacetophenone, allantoin, other additives and water at 82-85 ℃, then adding the mixed retinol and tocopherol, uniformly mixing, cooling to below 38 ℃, then adding the yeast extract, the towel gourd root extract and the CalmYang composite plant anti-allergy agent, and uniformly mixing to obtain the anti-aging composition.
7. The method of preparing the antiaging composition of claim 6, characterized in that the mixing is at least one of stirring or homogenizing.
