Multi-effect whitening composition and application thereof in moisturizer
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and relates to a multi-effect whitening composition, in particular to a multi-effect whitening composition and application thereof in a moisturizer.
Background
The cosmetic has cleaning, skin caring and skin modifying effects. Compared with the western people with white skin, the eastern people with yellow skin hope to have compact and fair skin, so the anti-aging and whitening effects of cosmetics are more emphasized on the basis of basic skin care such as cleaning and modification. The key mechanism of whitening is to inhibit melanin formation and accelerate melanin decomposition. Studies have shown that tyrosinase plays a key role in melanin production. However, with the continuous understanding of melanin, the development of whitening products has been insufficient as a starting point for inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase alone or accelerating the metabolic breakdown of skin epidermis alone to make melanin disappear along with the breakdown of keratinocytes. And the existing whitening products have limited whitening and freckle removing effects or single effect, and cannot meet the requirements of consumers.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a multi-effect whitening composition and application thereof in a moisturizer, wherein whitening components from multiple plant sources are utilized, the whitening function is realized in multiple ways, and the whitening composition is compatible with multiple moisture-preserving, skin-moistening and anti-wrinkle components, has multiple effects of whitening, freckle removing, moistening, moisture-preserving and anti-wrinkle skin care, and is mild in skin feeling, soft and comfortable, and good in user experience.

The reed extract is prepared from reed, and the root, stem, leaf and flower of the reed are rich in various biological components, such as pentosan, coixol, D-glucose, D-galactose, two kinds of uronic acid, a large amount of vitamins and the like, can nourish the skin, contain abundant flavonoid compounds, can capture free radicals, and have the effects of resisting oxidation, resisting aging and the like.
The Glycyrrhizae radix extract can inhibit the activity of tyrosinase and dopachrome tautomerase (TRP-2) and inhibit the polymerization of 5, 6-dihydroxyindole (DHl) to prevent the formation of melanin, thereby whitening skin.
The angelica root extract can effectively inhibit the activity of biological oxidase-tyrosinase in the skin, block the formation of melanin, and accelerate the decomposition and excretion of the melanin through the direct combination of the angelica root extract and the tyrosinase, thereby reducing the deposition of skin pigment, achieving the effects of removing freckles and whitening, diminishing inflammation, resisting bacteria, resisting aging and the like.
The salvia miltiorrhiza root extract contains antioxidant components such as salvianolic acid, rosmarinic acid and the like, can well prevent color spots from generating, effectively remove oxygen free radicals in vivo, and inhibit lipid peroxidation, and has oxidation strength higher than that of vitamin C, vitamin E and mannitol. In addition, it has effect in promoting hyaluronic acid generation, and can be used as humectant.
27 triterpenes with anti-inflammatory effect can be separated from flos Chrysanthemi (flos Chrysanthemi Indici extract), and can be used for treating dermatitis and inhibiting skin induced allergy; can enhance capillary resistance, inhibit capillary permeability, and has antiinflammatory effect; simultaneously, the composition can eliminate free radicals, has oxidation resistance and has the effect of delaying aging; has certain inhibiting effect on melanocyte, and has certain whitening and speckle removing effects.
The dogwood fruit extract is rich in dogwood saponin, flavone, phenolic acid, polysaccharide and other substances, and has strong whitening, anti-aging, anti-oxidation and antibacterial effects. Researches show that the dogwood flavone extract has an inhibition effect on tyrosinase and has the effects of removing freckles and whitening.
The Opuntia Dillenii stem extract can promote skin growth factor generation, has skin activating effect, and can be used in anti-aging products; the water replenishing agent also has good antioxidant and high-efficiency water replenishing effects; in addition, the whitening agent has the effects of calming the skin, relieving the skin and eliminating the potential possibility of causing allergic reaction to the skin by the whitening agent.
The multi-effect whitening composition adopts reed extract, licorice root extract, angelica root extract, salvia miltiorrhiza root extract, spilanthol flower extract, dogwood fruit extract and prickly pear stem extract as effective active components, and the components have synergistic effect, so that the whitening function is realized in multiple ways: the method has the advantages that the activity of the tyrosinase is effectively inhibited, and the effect of reducing melanin synthesis is achieved; and in the second way, the whitening effect is achieved by removing the oxidation resistance of oxygen free radicals, and the whitening cream also has the effects of moisturizing and resisting wrinkles.

Sodium lactate is used in cosmetics to form a hydrated film with other chemical components to prevent skin moisture from volatilizing, so that skin is in a relaxed moist state to prevent wrinkles from being generated, and is widely used as a moisturizer of skin care products. L-lactate is a new generation of skin whitening agents that produce synergistic effects when used in combination with other skin whitening agents. Malic acid and tartaric acid are one of fruit acids, and can improve skin state by permeating into stratum corneum to accelerate skin renewal and promote cell death, so as to make skin surface smooth, tender and soft, and achieve the effects of reducing skin melanin darkness and color spots, and the components contain natural skin moistening components, and can clear skin surface wrinkles and make skin become tender, white and smooth. Nicotinamide is an anti-aging ingredient for skin, and can reduce and prevent dullness, yellowing and sallowness of skin color during early aging of skin. And has effects of repairing damaged cuticle, locking water in deep layer, and keeping moisture. Nicotinamide can act on produced melanin, effectively inhibit the transfer of melanin from melanocyte to keratinocyte, and reduce excessive pigmentation.
The sodium lactate, the malic acid, the tartaric acid and the nicotinamide are compounded, so that on one hand, the transfer of melanin from melanocytes to cuticles can be effectively inhibited, the pigmentation is reduced, the whitening effect is achieved, and on the other hand, the melanin disappears along with the shedding of the keratinocytes by promoting the skin epidermal metabolism and shedding, and the whitening effect is achieved. Test example 2: use test
Test samples: the multi-effect whitening moisturizer disclosed in the embodiment 1-5 is the multi-effect whitening moisturizer disclosed in the comparative example 1-5.
Test objects: 50 female volunteers 25-35 years old, dark-skinned face and having colored patches were recruited and randomly divided into 10 groups per 5 persons.
The test method comprises the following steps: the 10 groups of volunteers correspond to the multi-effect whitening moisturizers of the test examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-5 respectively by taking the group as a unit, and are used 2 times in the morning and at night and continuously for 8 weeks. Volunteers washed their face with clean water before each application of the corresponding moisturizer.
(1) Test of whitening and freckle-removing effects
After the volunteers use the corresponding multi-effect whitening skin cream for 0 and 8 weeks, quantitative analysis and measurement are carried out on facial skin color spots and melanin of the volunteers by adopting a visia skin detector, and the test results are shown in tables 2 and 3.
Table 2 test results of skin stains after 0 to 8 weeks of application of the creams described in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 5

Figure BDA0002782715640000111
Figure BDA0002782715640000121
The results shown in tables 2 and 3 show that the better fast freckle and black removing effect can be obtained only by using the reed extract, the licorice root extract, the angelica root extract, the salvia miltiorrhiza root extract, the spilanthol leaf extract, the dogwood fruit extract and the prickly pear stem extract in a compound way, and the effect is greatly reduced due to the lack of part of components, which indicates that the components have the synergistic and increasing effect. Meanwhile, partial components of sodium lactate, malic acid, tartaric acid and nicotinamide are lost, so that the freckle and black removing effect is greatly influenced. And emollients: the Vernix-Care, the shea butter, the diethylhexyl carbonate and the hydrogenated polyisobutene play a common role in promoting freckle removal and black fading.
(2) Test of moisturizing Effect
The moisture content of the subjects was measured before and after the test. The skin Moisture content was measured by a skin Moisture meter, and the Measurement result was expressed by a set Moisture Measurement Value (MMV/%). The test results are shown in table 4.

Figure BDA0002782715640000122
Figure BDA0002782715640000131
As can be seen from the test results in table 4, the products of examples 1 to 5 have good moisturizing effects, which indicates that the moisturizing effects of the products are sodium lactate, malic acid, tartaric acid, reed extract, licorice root extract, angelica root extract, salvia root extract, spilanthol extract, dogwood fruit extract, prickly pear stem extract and emollient: there is a synergistic effect between the components of vernier-Care, Butyrospermum parkii, diethylhexyl carbonate and hydrogenated polyisobutene. However, the products of comparative examples 4 and 5 have poor moisturizing effects, which shows that when the reed extract, the licorice root extract, the angelica root extract, the salvia miltiorrhiza root extract, the spilanthol flower extract, the dogwood fruit extract, the prickly pear stem extract or a part of the two are deleted, the moisturizing effect is obviously influenced; the moisture retention effect of the products of comparative examples 1 to 3 is general, which shows that vernier-Care, shea butter, diethylhexyl carbonate, hydrogenated polyisobutene, sodium lactate, malic acid and tartaric acid have slight influence on the moisture retention effect.
(3) Anti-wrinkle test
The Skin texture of the face of the volunteer who used the corresponding multi-effect whitening moisturizer for 0 week and 8 weeks was measured (3 times by averaging) using a Skin image analysis system (Skin visualizer SV600), and the test results are shown in table 5.
