The preparation method of the whitening and freckle-removing essence comprises the following steps:
a. preparation of the aqueous phase component: adding the thickening agent into sixteen-in-one water, dispersing and stirring, putting into an emulsifying pot after full swelling, sequentially adding the rest water, glycerol, butanediol and sodium hyaluronate, heating to 83 ℃, stirring and homogenizing to completely dissolve;
b. preparation of oil phase components: taking jojoba oil, synthetic squalane, olive oil PEG-7 esters, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil and tocopherol acetate, heating and stirring to completely dissolve the jojoba oil, the synthetic squalane, the olive oil PEG-7 esters, the PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil and the tocopherol acetate;
c. adding the oil phase component into the water phase component, homogenizing and emulsifying, stirring, cooling to 60 deg.C, adding triethanolamine to adjust system pH to 6-6.8 to obtain mixture 1;
d. dissolving menthocamphorate with 1, 2-butanediol, hexanediol, and pentanediol, heating to 50 deg.C for dissolving completely, and adding into mixture 1 to obtain mixture 2;
e. preparation of a composition for improving skin color: sequentially adding betaine, Undaria pinnatifida extract, Magnolia sieboldii extract, Morus alba extract, Schizophyllum commune fermentation product lysate and rice fermentation product filtrate into distilled water, and stirring; adding nicotinamide, tranexamic acid, sodium metabisulfite, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and glabridin, and stirring;
f. and adding the composition for improving the skin color into the mixture 2, and uniformly stirring to obtain the whitening and freckle-removing essence.
Example 2
Example 2 provides a whitening and spot-removing essence, which is the same as example 1 except that the composition for improving skin color comprises, by weight, 20 parts of tranexamic acid, 30 parts of nicotinamide, 1 part of a diaschisis yeast fermentation product lysate, 10 parts of a rice fermentation product filtrate, 1 part of glabridin, 2 parts of magnolia sieboldii extract, 0.2 part of undaria pinnatifida extract, 1 part of a mulberry root extract, 10 parts of betaine, 0.5 part of sodium metabisulfite, 0.8 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and 27 parts of distilled water.
The preparation method of the whitening and freckle-removing essence is the same as that of the example 1.
Example 3
Embodiment 3 provides a whitening and freckle-removing essence, which is the same as embodiment 1 except that the composition for improving skin color comprises 15 parts by weight of tranexamic acid, 10 parts by weight of nicotinamide, 0.5 part by weight of a schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, 5 parts by weight of a rice fermentation product filtrate, 0.5 part by weight of glabridin, 1 part by weight of magnolia sieboldii extract, 0.5 part by weight of an undaria pinnatifida extract, 1 part by weight of a mulberry root extract, 10 parts by weight of betaine, 0.5 part by weight of sodium metabisulfite, 0.5 part by weight of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and 58 parts by weight of distilled water.
The preparation method of the whitening and freckle-removing essence is the same as that of the example 1.
Example 4
Embodiment 4 provides a whitening and freckle-removing essence, which is the same as embodiment 1 except that the composition for improving skin color comprises, by weight, 20 parts of tranexamic acid, 20 parts of nicotinamide, 1 part of a diaschisis yeast fermentation product lysate, 10 parts of a rice fermentation product filtrate, 1 part of glabridin, 1.5 parts of magnolia sieboldii extract, 0.2 part of undaria pinnatifida extract, 1.5 parts of a mulberry root extract, 10 parts of betaine, 0.5 part of sodium metabisulfite, 0.5 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and 37 parts of distilled water.
The preparation method of the whitening and freckle-removing essence comprises the following steps:
a. preparation of the aqueous phase component: sequentially adding water, thickening agent, glycerol, butanediol and sodium hyaluronate, heating to 83 ℃, and stirring and homogenizing to completely dissolve;
b. preparation of oil phase components: taking jojoba oil, synthetic squalane, olive oil PEG-7 esters, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil and tocopherol acetate, heating and stirring to completely dissolve the jojoba oil, the synthetic squalane, the olive oil PEG-7 esters, the PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil and the tocopherol acetate;
c. adding the oil phase component into the water phase component, homogenizing and emulsifying, stirring, cooling to 60 deg.C, adding triethanolamine to adjust system pH to 6-6.8 to obtain mixture 1;

f. and adding the composition for improving the skin color into the mixture 2, and uniformly stirring to obtain the whitening and freckle-removing essence.
Example 5
Example 5 provides a whitening and spot-removing essence, which is the same as example 1, except that the composition for improving skin color comprises, by weight, 1 part of magnolia sieboldii extract, 0.1 part of undaria pinnatifida extract, 1 part of mulberry root extract, 10 parts of betaine, 0.5 part of sodium metabisulfite, 0.8 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and 42 parts of distilled water.
The preparation method of the whitening and freckle-removing essence is the same as that of the example 1, and is only different from the preparation of the composition for improving skin color: sequentially adding betaine, Undaria Pinnatifida extract, Magnolia Sieboldii extract, and Mori radix extract into distilled water, and stirring; adding sodium metabisulfite and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, and stirring.
Example 6
Example 6 provides a whitening and spot-removing essence, which is the same as example 1 except that the composition for improving skin color comprises, by weight, 20 parts of tranexamic acid, 30 parts of nicotinamide, 1 part of a yeast dehiscent lysate, 10 parts of a rice fermentation product filtrate, 0.8 part of glabridin, 10 parts of betaine, 0.5 part of sodium metabisulfite, 0.8 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and 42 parts of distilled water.
The preparation method of the whitening and freckle-removing essence is the same as that of the example 1, and is only different from the preparation of the composition for improving skin color: sequentially adding betaine, cracked yeast fermentation product lysate and rice fermentation product filtrate into distilled water, and uniformly stirring; adding nicotinamide, tranexamic acid, sodium metabisulfite, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and glabridin, and stirring.
Example 7
Example 7 provides a whitening and freckle-removing essence, which is the same as example 4.
The preparation method of the whitening and freckle-removing essence is the same as that in example 4, and is only different from the preparation method of the water-phase component: sequentially adding water, thickener, glycerol, butanediol, and sodium hyaluronate, heating to 62 deg.C, stirring, and homogenizing to completely dissolve.
Performance testing
1. High-temperature stability: the whitening and freckle-removing essence liquid described in examples 1-7 was placed at 48 ℃ for 30 days, and whether or not the phenomenon of delamination occurred after 30 days was observed, and the test results are shown in table 1.
2. Low-temperature stability: the whitening and freckle-removing essence liquid described in examples 1-7 was placed at-18 ℃ for 30 days, and whether coagulation occurred after 30 days was observed, and the test results are shown in table 1.

3. And (3) testing the whitening effect: 30 female volunteers with healthy skin (ITA ° values between 28 and 41) were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups of 5 persons; the whitening and freckle-removing essence liquids described in examples 1-7 were used once every night, continuously used for 4 weeks, and compared with the skin color difference before and after use by an instrument efficacy determination and self-evaluation method. Skin MI values were determined using a skin black and red pigment tester MX18 (CK, Germany); and the P value of the cooperation significance difference is analyzed, the P value is larger than 0.05, the significance difference does not exist, the P value is smaller than 0.01, and the test result is shown in a table 2.

4. Self-evaluation: the results of 4-week observation of the whitening and freckle-removing essence liquids described in examples 1-7 are respectively used, and the evaluation criteria are as follows: the skin was visibly darkened 1, a little skin darkening was noted 2 when carefully observed, no apparent skin change was noted 3 when carefully observed, a little skin whitening was noted 4 when carefully observed, a little skin whitening was noted 5 when averaged, and the test results are shown in table 3.

5. Safety featureEvaluation: the irritation of the whitening and spot-removing essence described in example 2 was measured by chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane vascular test (CAMVA), and after the chick embryo was incubated up to 4d (incubation temperature: 37 ℃ C., humidity: 60%), 2-3mL of serum was taken out from the bottom by a syringe, the well was sealed with wax, and a window was opened (about 1 cm) above the chick embryo2) Sealing with a film, opening the window at 14d, placing into a resin ring, adding 40 μ L of the whitening and freckle-removing essence liquid described in example 2, and incubating in an incubator for 30min to observe bleeding and change. The samples are diluted by water to 70% and 100%, no positive reaction is found at 70%, 1 positive reaction appears in 3 chick embryos of 100% samples, so that 100% is adopted in subsequent formal experiments, 1 positive reaction appears in 10 chick embryos, RC50 (the concentration of the sample when half of chick embryos are positive) is calculated to be more than 100%, and the whitening and freckle-removing essence is non-irritant according to the judgment standard.
The foregoing examples are merely illustrative and serve to explain some of the features of the method of the present invention. The appended claims are intended to claim as broad a scope as is contemplated, and the examples presented herein are merely illustrative of selected implementations in accordance with all possible combinations of examples. Accordingly, it is applicants' intention that the appended claims are not to be limited by the choice of examples illustrating features of the invention. Also, where numerical ranges are used in the claims, subranges therein are included, and variations in these ranges are also to be construed as possible being covered by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. The whitening and freckle-removing essence is characterized by comprising a composition for improving skin color, a water phase component and an oil phase component; the composition for improving skin color comprises a whitening and freckle removing agent, a plant extract and a humectant.
2. The whitening and freckle-removing essence according to claim 1, wherein the whitening and freckle-removing agent comprises 15-20 parts by weight of tranexamic acid, 10-30 parts by weight of nicotinamide, 0.5-1 part by weight of schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, 5-10 parts by weight of rice fermentation product filtrate and 0.5-1 part by weight of glabridin.
3. The essence of claim 1, wherein the plant extract comprises one or more of magnolia sieboldii extract, mulberry root extract, undaria pinnatifida extract, and hypecol callus culture filtrate.
4. The essence of claim 1, wherein the composition for improving skin color further comprises sodium metabisulfite, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and distilled water.
5. The essence with whitening and freckle removal functions of claim 4, wherein the composition for improving skin color comprises, by weight, 31-62 parts of a whitening and freckle removal agent, 2-5 parts of a plant extract, 8-12 parts of a humectant, 0.4-1.0 part of sodium metabisulfite, 0.5-0.8 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and 25-60 parts of distilled water.
6. The whitening and freckle-removing essence according to claim 1, wherein the water phase component comprises, by weight, 0.2-0.6 part of a thickening agent, 2-5 parts of glycerin, 1-3 parts of butanediol, 0.02-0.1 part of sodium hyaluronate and 75-90 parts of water.
7. The whitening and freckle-removing essence according to claim 6, wherein the thickening agent is one or more of hydroxyethyl cellulose, xanthan gum and carbomer.
8. The whitening and freckle-removing essence according to claim 1, wherein the oil phase comprises, by weight, 0.25-0.35 parts of jojoba oil, 0.25-0.35 parts of synthetic squalane, 0.8-1.2 parts of olive oil PEG-7 esters, 0.8-1.2 parts of hydrogenated castor oil and 0.08-0.12 parts of tocopherol acetate.
9. The whitening and freckle-removing essence according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the whitening and freckle-removing essence further comprises polyhydric alcohol and a preservative.
10. The preparation method of the whitening and freckle-removing essence according to claim 9 is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
a. preparing an aqueous phase component;
b. preparing an oil phase component;
c. adding the oil phase component into the water phase component, homogenizing and emulsifying, stirring, cooling to 55-65 deg.C, adding pH regulator to adjust pH to 6-6.8 to obtain mixture 1;
d. dissolving antiseptic with polyalcohol, heating to 45-55 deg.C for dissolving completely, and adding into mixture 1 to obtain mixture 2;
e. preparation of a composition for improving skin color;
f. and adding the composition for improving the skin color into the mixture 2, and uniformly stirring to obtain the whitening and freckle-removing essence.
