In the invention, the hypecoum anisopliae callus culture filtrate is used as a skin protective agent, is a plant stem cell extract, has the effects of resisting inflammation and skin aging, and has no side effect on skin after long-term use. The natural plant moisture-retaining essence can effectively improve the primary aging phenomena of dryness, roughness, darkness, dry wrinkles, looseness and the like of skin caused by nutrient loss.
In one embodiment, the hypsizygus marmoreus callus culture filtrate is purchased from baihabo corporation.
In another preferred embodiment, the plant extract comprises 1 part of magnolia sieboldii extract and 0.1 part of hypecoum vulgare callus culture filtrate by weight.
According to the invention, the magnolia sieboldii extract and the hypsizygus marmoreus callus culture filtrate are compounded, the whitening effect is more obvious by utilizing the synergistic effect of the plant extracts, and the composition for improving the skin color can effectively achieve the effect of improving the skin color, has excellent stability and long-acting quality of improving the skin, and can improve the moisturizing effect of the composition for improving the skin color.
In the invention, the plant extracts are compounded in a way including but not limited to the enumerated modes, and any 3 or 4 of the magnolia sieboldii extract, the mulberry root extract, the undaria pinnatifida extract and the hypsizygus marmoreus callus culture filtrate have excellent skin color improving effect.
In one embodiment, the composition for improving skin color further comprises 1 part by weight of a fermentation product of aspergillus.
Aspergillus fermentation products
According to the invention, the aspergillus fermentation product is obtained by fermenting aspergillus, is a skin whitening agent, can inhibit tyrosinase activity in a human body, can reduce melanin of the skin after a period of time, relieves pigmentation, and helps to expel toxin and regenerate the skin.
In one embodiment, the aspergillus fermentation product is purchased from behabo corporation.
In one embodiment, the composition for improving skin tone further comprises 25 to 60 parts by weight of deionized water; preferably, the composition for improving skin color further comprises 45 parts by weight of deionized water.
The skin color improving composition comprises specific components of a skin color improving agent, tranexamic acid, nicotinamide, a schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, a rice fermentation product filtrate, glabridin, a specific plant extract and an aspergillus fermentation product, and has no layering phenomenon after being placed at 48 ℃ for 30 days and no solidification phenomenon after being placed at-18 ℃ for 30 days. Can significantly reduce the content of skin melanin and has the effects of whitening and lightening the skin melanin.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing the above composition for improving skin color, comprising the steps of:
s1: adding the plant extract, the lysate of the yeast fermentation product of the secondary fission, the filtrate of the rice fermentation product and the fermentation product of the aspergillus into the deionized water in sequence, and stirring uniformly;
s2: adding nicotinamide, glabridin and tranexamic acid, and stirring uniformly to obtain the composition for improving skin color.
The applicant unexpectedly finds that the plant extract, the schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, the rice fermentation product filtrate and the aspergillus fermentation product are sequentially added, so that the skin melanin content can be further reduced, the skin whitening and skin melanin lightening effects are achieved, the skin whitening effect can be kept for a long time by subsequently adding the nicotinamide, the glabridin and the tranexamic acid, more importantly, the stability of the composition for improving the skin color is improved, the composition is free of layering phenomenon after being placed at 48 ℃ for 30 days, and the composition is free of solidification phenomenon after being placed at-18 ℃ for 30 days.
The third aspect of the invention provides the application of the composition for improving skin color in preparing cosmetics for improving skin color.
The present invention will be specifically described below by way of examples. It should be noted that the following examples are only for illustrating the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention, and that the insubstantial modifications and adaptations of the present invention by those skilled in the art based on the above disclosure are still within the scope of the present invention.
In addition, the starting materials used are all commercially available, unless otherwise specified.

The raw materials used in examples 1-7 and their manufacturers were:

the mulberry root extract is purchased from clariant corporation;
the hypsizygus marmoreus callus culture filtrate was purchased from baihaobo corporation;
the Aspergillus fermentation product was purchased from Baihabo Co.
Example 1
Embodiment 1 provides a composition for improving skin color, comprising, in parts by weight: 20 parts of tranexamic acid, 30 parts of nicotinamide, 1 part of schizosaccharomyces fermentation product lysate, 10 parts of rice fermentation product filtrate, 1 part of glabridin, 1 part of magnolia sieboldii extract, 0.1 part of undaria pinnatifida extract, 1 part of mulberry root extract, 1 part of aspergillus fermentation product and 35 parts of deionized water;
the preparation method of the composition for improving skin color comprises the following steps:
s1: sequentially adding Undaria pinnatifida extract, Magnolia sieboldii extract, mulberry root extract, schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, rice fermentation product filtrate and aspergillus fermentation product into deionized water, and uniformly stirring;
s2: adding nicotinamide, glabridin and tranexamic acid, and stirring uniformly to obtain the composition for improving skin color.
Example 2
Embodiment 2 provides a composition for improving skin color, comprising, in parts by weight: 20 parts of tranexamic acid, 30 parts of nicotinamide, 1 part of schizosaccharomyces fermentation product lysate, 10 parts of rice fermentation product filtrate, 1 part of glabridin, 2 parts of magnolia sieboldii extract, 0.1 part of undaria pinnatifida extract, 2 parts of mulberry root extract, 3 parts of aspergillus fermentation product and 31 parts of deionized water;
the composition for improving skin color was prepared in the same manner as in example 1.
Example 3
Embodiment 3 provides a composition for improving skin color, comprising, in parts by weight: 15 parts of tranexamic acid, 10 parts of nicotinamide, 0.5 part of schizosaccharomyces fermentation product lysate, 5 parts of rice fermentation product filtrate, 0.5 part of glabridin, 4 parts of magnolia sieboldii extract, 0.1 part of undaria pinnatifida extract, 2 parts of mulberry root extract, 4 parts of aspergillus fermentation product and 59 parts of deionized water;
the composition for improving skin color was prepared in the same manner as in example 1.
Example 4
Embodiment 4 provides a composition for improving skin color, comprising, in parts by weight: 20 parts of tranexamic acid, 30 parts of nicotinamide, 1 part of schizosaccharomyces fermentation product lysate, 10 parts of rice fermentation product filtrate, 1 part of glabridin, 3 parts of magnolia sieboldii extract, 0.5 part of hypecol callus culture filtrate, 4 parts of aspergillus fermentation product and 34 parts of deionized water;
the preparation method of the composition for improving skin color comprises the following steps:
s1: sequentially adding Magnolia sieboldii extract, Crithmum maritimum callus culture filtrate, schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, rice fermentation product filtrate and Aspergillus fermentation product into deionized water, and stirring uniformly;
s2: adding nicotinamide, glabridin and tranexamic acid, and stirring uniformly to obtain the composition for improving skin color.
Example 5
Example 5 provides a composition for improving skin color, which is the same as example 1 except that 0 part of an undaria pinnatifida extract;
the preparation method of the composition for improving skin color comprises the following steps:
s1: sequentially adding Magnolia sieboldii extract, mulberry root extract, schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, rice fermentation product filtrate and aspergillus fermentation product into deionized water, and uniformly stirring;
s2: adding nicotinamide, glabridin and tranexamic acid, and stirring uniformly to obtain the composition for improving skin color.
Example 6
Example 6 provides a composition for improving skin color, which is the same as example 1 except that 0 part of the koji mold fermentation product and 0 part of the rice fermentation product filtrate;
the preparation method of the composition for improving skin color comprises the following steps:
s1: sequentially adding Undaria pinnatifida extract, Magnolia sieboldii extract, mulberry root extract and schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate into deionized water, and uniformly stirring;
s2: adding nicotinamide, glabridin and tranexamic acid, and stirring uniformly to obtain the composition for improving skin color.
Example 7
Example 7 provides a composition for improving skin tone, as in example 1;
the preparation method of the composition for improving skin color comprises the following steps:
adding nicotinamide, glabridin, tranexamic acid, undaria pinnatifida extract, magnolia sieboldii extract, mulberry root extract, schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, rice fermentation product filtrate and aspergillus fermentation product into deionized water, and uniformly stirring to obtain the composition for improving the skin color.
Performance testing
1. High-temperature stability: the skin color improving compositions described in examples 1-7 were allowed to stand at 48 ℃ for 30 days, and observed for delamination after 30 days, the test results are shown in table 1.
2. Low-temperature stability: the skin color improving compositions described in examples 1 to 7 were left at-18 ℃ for 30 days, and whether or not coagulation occurred after 30 days was observed, and the test results are shown in table 1.

3. And (3) testing the efficacy: the compositions for improving skin color described in examples 1 to 7 were tested for their inhibition of tyrosine by the tyrosinase inhibition method, which specifically comprises: taking L-tyrosine as a substrate, taking a 10mL centrifuge tube, adding a tyrosine solution (2mmol/L), PBS and a composition for improving the skin color by 1% according to the dosage of the following table 2, shaking uniformly, and carrying out constant-temperature water bath at 37 ℃ for 10 min. And sequentially adding tyrosinase (1mg/mL) into test tubes with different numbers every 1min, shaking uniformly, quickly putting into a constant-temperature water bath kettle at 37 ℃, and performing enzymatic reaction for 10min, and then measuring the absorbance value at 475 nm. Each group is provided with 3 parallels; the inhibition rate of tyrosinase by the skin color improving compositions (samples) described in examples 1-7 was calculated as follows, wherein a is the sample + substrate + enzyme absorbance; b is the absorbance of the sample + substrate; c is the absorbance of the substrate + enzyme; d is the absorbance of the substrate.
The results of the test of the inhibition rate of tyrosine by the skin color improving compositions of examples 1 to 7 are shown in table 3.

Claims (10)

1. A composition for improving skin color comprises a skin color improving agent, a plant extract; the skin color improving agent comprises one or more of nicotinamide, glabridin, tranexamic acid, yeast bifidus fermentation product lysate, and rice fermentation product filtrate.
2. The composition for improving skin color according to claim 1, wherein the skin color improving agent comprises 15 to 20 parts by weight of tranexamic acid, 10 to 30 parts by weight of niacinamide, 0.5 to 1 part by weight of yeast fermentation lysate, 5 to 10 parts by weight of rice fermentation product filtrate, and 0.5 to 1 part by weight of glabridin.
3. The composition for improving skin color according to claim 2, wherein the mass ratio of niacinamide to glabridin is (20-30): 1.
4. the composition for improving skin color according to claim 1, wherein the plant extract comprises one or more of magnolia sieboldii extract, mulberry root extract, and undaria pinnatifida extract.
5. The composition for improving skin color according to claim 4, wherein the plant extract further comprises a hypsizygus marmoreus callus culture filtrate.
6. The composition for improving skin color according to claim 4, wherein the plant extract comprises 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of Magnolia sieboldii extract, 0.1 part by weight of Undaria pinnatifida extract, and 1 to 2 parts by weight of Morus alba root extract.
7. The composition for improving skin color according to claim 5, wherein the plant extract further comprises 0.1 to 0.5 parts by weight of hypecoum vulgare callus culture filtrate.
8. The composition for improving skin color according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the composition for improving skin color further comprises 1 to 5 parts by weight of a product of fermentation of Aspergillus.
9. A method of preparing the composition for improving skin color according to claim 8, comprising the steps of:
s1: adding the plant extract, the lysate of the yeast fermentation product of the secondary fission, the filtrate of the rice fermentation product and the fermentation product of the aspergillus into the deionized water in sequence, and stirring uniformly;
s2: adding nicotinamide, glabridin and tranexamic acid, and stirring uniformly to obtain the composition for improving skin color.
10. Use of the composition for improving skin color according to any one of claims 1 to 8 for preparing a cosmetic for improving skin color.
