Description

Whitening and freckle removing cream and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a whitening and freckle-removing cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Whitening is always sought by asian women, and with the improvement of the living standard and aesthetic standard of people, smooth, fair, and even skin with little speckles or pigment deposition is more and more advocated. The skin color becomes dark due to a plurality of factors such as natural aging and the like, and people can achieve the effect by applying whitening products such as whitening milk, whitening cream, whitening essence and the like. Wherein the whitening agent generally comprises ascorbic acid and its derivatives, arbutin, glabridin, etc. The whitening effect is achieved mainly by inhibiting the enzymatic activity related to the synthesis of eumelanin such as tyrosinase, inhibiting the transfer of melanin from the basal layer to the epidermal layer, and promoting the production of melatonin to inhibit the production of eumelanin.
At present, in order to lighten stains, wrinkles and skin color, the skin can be whitened only by cosmetics and concealer products, but the skin is only covered, and the surface is good but not treated. In addition, the existing whitening and freckle-removing cream can only focus on solving a certain problem, but cannot give consideration to various effects, for example, comprehensive problems in various aspects such as moisturizing, moistening, whitening, freckle removing, anti-allergy, repairing and the like are also given consideration to, and even if the existing commercially available product is declared to be capable of solving the problems in various aspects, the advertised effect is difficult to achieve really and practically. The skin care products sold on the market are various, but the existing whitening products are added with too many synthetic chemical reagents and are easy to damage the skin. Particularly, a great amount of mercury and hydroquinone-containing preparations are added into part of whitening and freckle-removing cosmetics, which can rapidly achieve the effects of whitening and removing freckles, but the accumulation of toxic substances can cause facial skin necrosis of consumers, and incurable green spots or white spots are left. At present, hydroquinone has good whitening effect but has toxicity and carcinogenicity to a human body, so the hydroquinone is forbidden to be used in a resident product; arbutin has good whitening effect, but is easy to generate hydroquinone under certain conditions; ascorbic acid is unstable, easily oxidized in neutral or alkaline solutions, unstable under light and heat conditions, and easily yellowed after storage for a certain period of time, so many ascorbic acid derivatives such as ascorbic acid phosphate, ascorbic acid glucoside, and ascorbic acid ethyl ether appear.
Therefore, a whitening and freckle-removing cream with substantial moisturizing, moistening, whitening, freckle removing and anti-allergy functions is needed, has high tolerance to functional substances in the cream, is stable in formula, can achieve whitening, skin tendering, anti-allergy and other effects, keeps the facial skin young, and does not damage the skin after long-term use.

6. And (3) safety evaluation: the irritation of the whitening and spot-removing cream described in example 3 was measured by the chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane vascular test (CAMVA), and after the chick embryo was incubated up to 4d (incubation temperature: 37 ℃ C., humidity: 60%), 2-3mL of serum was taken out from the bottom by a syringe and sealed with wax, and a window was opened (about 1 cm) above the chick embryo2) Reuse bookSealing with a membrane, opening the window at 14d, placing into a resin ring, dripping 40 μ L of the whitening and freckle-removing cream described in example 3, and placing into an incubator to incubate for 30min to observe bleeding and change. The samples are diluted by water to 70% and 100%, no positive reaction is found at 70%, 1 positive reaction appears in 3 chick embryos of 100% samples, so that 100% is adopted in subsequent formal experiments, 1 positive reaction appears in 10 chick embryos, RC50 (the concentration of the sample when half of chick embryos are positive) is calculated to be more than 100%, and the whitening and freckle-removing cream is non-irritant according to the judgment standard.
