The whitening and spot-removing compositions prepared in examples 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, and 21 and comparative examples 1 to 7 were used in the whitening and spot-removing compositions of examples 29 to 42, respectively.
The preparation method of the face cream comprises the following specific steps:
step 1), adding glycerol, squalane, polyglycerol-3-methyl glucose distearate, EDTA disodium, cetearyl alcohol, hydrogenated lecithin, p-hydroxyacetophenone and water into a stirring kettle together, continuously stirring for 25min at a speed of 60r/min, uniformly stirring, heating to 80 ℃, standing and preserving heat for 20min to obtain a cream premix;
and 2) cooling to 50 ℃, adding the whitening and freckle-removing composition, stirring for 5min at 60r/min, stirring uniformly, then adding hyaluronic acid and carbomer at 60r/min, stirring for 10min, and stirring uniformly to obtain the face cream.
Experiment 1
Human skin irritation test
The test method comprises the following steps: the patch test method adopts 48h closed patch test, and 140 healthy volunteers without allergy history are selected and randomly and evenly divided into 28 groups. After cleaning the back of a subject, a spot tester added with the whitening and freckle removing composition prepared in each embodiment and comparative example is pasted on the back by using a non-irritating adhesive tape, the adhesive tape is lightly pressed by fingers after being pasted, so that the adhesive tape is uniformly pasted on the skin for 48 hours, the subject is ordered to keep the spot pasting part dry within 48 hours, violent exercise, scratching of the spot pasting part, long-time sunlight irradiation and the like are avoided, the spot pasting part is removed after 48 hours and dried, the pasting marks disappear after 30 minutes and the like, judgment is carried out under sufficient light, and revisit observation is carried out at 72 hours and 96 hours respectively.

Melanin content detection
The test method comprises the following steps: 168 adult volunteers aged 20-50 years were selected, randomly and evenly divided into 84 groups of 2 individuals with blotchy faces, and tested using the melanin and heme test probe (Mexameter MX18) of the multifunctional skin tester MPA9 from CK corporation, Germany.
After cleaning the face in the morning and evening every day, the test sample of the experimental group is smeared on the left cheek, and the test sample of the control group is smeared on the right cheek, 1ml of the test sample is used each time, and the test sample is continuously used for 30 days. The skin melanin content MI values of the left cheek and the right cheek of each group of volunteers are detected on the 0 th day, the 15 th day and the 30 th day respectively, the higher the measured value of the MI value is, the higher the melanin content is, and the melanin content value of the 30 th day minus the melanin content of the 0 th day is used for representing the melanin content reduction value of the essence milk, the smoothing toner and the cream prepared in each experimental example after being used for 30 days.
In experiment 2, the detection data of the essence milk is shown in table 11, the detection data of the smoothing toner is shown in table 12, and the detection data of the cream is shown in table 13.

As can be seen from comparison of data in experimental example 10 and experimental example 8 in table 11, the content of melanin in the skin is reduced to some extent by adding the mulberry root extract, which proves that the mulberry leaf extract has certain whitening and freckle removing effects, and similarly, the data in experimental example 24, experimental example 22, experimental example 38 and experimental example 36 in table 12 and table 13 prove that the mulberry root extract is added to the smoothing toner and the cream in a similar manner, so that the effect of the mulberry root extract added to the skin care product is similar to that of the mulberry root extract added to the essence cream.
According to the comparison of the data of experimental example 11 and experimental example 8 in table 11, the content of melanin in the skin is not changed greatly by adding the yeast/soy protein fermentation product, which proves that the effect of removing melanin is not obvious, and similarly, the data of experimental example 25, experimental example 22, experimental example 39 and experimental example 36 in tables 12 and 13 prove that the effect of adding the yeast/soy protein fermentation product into smoothing toner and cream is not obvious, so that the effect of adding the yeast/soy protein fermentation product into the skin care product is similar to the effect of adding the yeast/soy protein fermentation product into essence milk.
According to the comparison of the data of the experimental example 12 and the experimental example 10 in table 11, the content of melanin in the skin is further reduced by adding the yeast/soybean protein fermentation product and the mulberry root extract, so that the skin whitening effect is further improved, and the yeast/soybean protein fermentation product is beneficial to further helping the skin to improve the melanin deposition, so that the whitening and freckle removing capability of the skin is improved, and similarly, the data of the experimental example 26 and the experimental example 24 in tables 12 and 13, and the data of the experimental example 40 and the experimental example 38 prove that the yeast/soybean protein fermentation product and the mulberry root extract are added to the skin softening lotion and the cream in a matching way, so that the effect of the yeast/soybean protein fermentation product and the mulberry root extract added to the skin care product is similar to the effect of the yeast/soybean protein fermentation product and the mulberry root.
As can be seen from comparison of data in experimental example 13 and experimental example 9 in table 11, the content of melanin in the skin is further increased by adding the yeast/soy protein fermentation product and the yeast lysate extract, so that the skin whitening effect is better, and similarly, the data in experimental example 27, experimental example 23, experimental example 41, and experimental example 37 in table 12 and table 13 demonstrate that the effect of adding the yeast/soy protein fermentation product and the yeast lysate extract to the skin softening water and the cream is similar, and therefore, the effect of adding the yeast/soy protein fermentation product and the yeast lysate extract to the skin care product is similar to the effect of adding the yeast/soy protein fermentation product and the yeast lysate extract to the essence milk.
As can be seen from comparison of the data of Experimental example 14 with those of Experimental examples 9 and 10 in Table 11, by adding yeast lysate extract in combination with mulberry root extract, the reduction degree of the melanin content in the skin is reduced, which proves that the reduction of the melanin is slowed down to a certain degree after the yeast lysate extract and the mulberry root extract are used together, therefore, the whitening effect of the yeast lysate extract and the mulberry root extract is reduced after the yeast lysate extract and the mulberry root extract are used together, so that the whitening and freckle removing effects of the skin are reduced, and similarly, the data of the experimental example 28 and the experimental example 23, the experimental example 24, the experimental example 42, the experimental example 37 and the experimental example 38 in the tables 12 and 13 prove that the effect of the yeast lysate extract and the mulberry root extract which are added into the smoothing toner and the facial cream is similar, therefore, the effect of the yeast lysate extract and the mulberry root extract added to the skin care product is similar to the effect of the yeast lysate extract and the mulberry root extract added to the essence milk.

As can be seen from comparison of the data of Experimental example 3 and Experimental example 1 in Table 11, by adding acetyl tetrapeptide-3 in combination with yeast lysate extract, mulberry root extract and yeast/soy protein fermentation product, the melanin content in the skin is further reduced, the whitening and freckle removing effects of the product are further improved, and similarly, the data of experimental example 17 and experimental example 15, and experimental example 31 and experimental example 29 in tables 12 and 13 prove that the acetyl tetrapeptide-3, the yeast lysate extract, the mulberry root extract and the yeast/soybean protein fermentation product are matched and added into the smoothing toner and the face cream together to achieve similar effects, therefore, the effect of the acetyl tetrapeptide-3, the yeast lysate extract, the mulberry root extract and the yeast/soy protein fermentation product which are added into the skin care product together is similar to the effect of the acetyl tetrapeptide-3 added into the essence milk.
