From the data analysis of examples 1-3 and examples 4-5, it can be seen that the whitening effect of the preferred ratio of the instant lightening composition containing tetrahydrocurcumin, coenzyme Q10 and hyaluronic acid substances is superior to the non-preferred ratio in the present consideration; from the data analysis of examples 1 and 6 to 8, it is found that in the skin color-lightening composition containing tetrahydrocurcumin, coenzyme Q10 and hyaluronic acid-based substance, the molecular weight of the hyaluronic acid-based substance is 0.5 × 10 6 Da-0.7×10 6 Da is optimal from the cost point of view (generally, the smaller the molecular weight, the higher the cost is), and the skin feel in the molecular weight range is also better; from the data analysis of example 1 and examples 9 to 10, it is known that the variety of hyaluronic acid-based substances has little influence on the whitening effect in the instant skin lightening composition containing tetrahydrocurcumin, coenzyme Q10 and hyaluronic acid-based substances.
The data analysis of the example 1 and the comparative examples 1 to 6 shows that the tetrahydrocurcumin, the coenzyme Q10 and the hyaluronic acid substances have obvious synergistic effect on the whitening effect; as can be seen from the data analysis of example 1 and comparative examples 7 to 9, in the instant skin color-improving composition containing tetrahydrocurcumin, coenzyme Q10 and hyaluronic acid substances, when the contents of the tetrahydrocurcumin, coenzyme Q10 and hyaluronic acid substances are all greatly increased, the improvement effect of the composition on the skin whitening effect is not obvious, but the cost is obviously increased; as can be seen from the comparative analysis between example 1 and comparative examples 10 and 11, in the instant skin color brightening composition containing tetrahydrocurcumin, coenzyme Q10 and hyaluronic acid substances, if the tetrahydrocurcumin and coenzyme Q10 are replaced by glabridin and carnosine which are commonly used as raw materials in the market at the same concentration, the effect is obviously deteriorated, and the whitening synergistic effect of the composition is better under the same content.
Experimental example 2 skin color and gloss experiment
Experimental samples: the first aid cream prepared in example 2 was applied overnight containing the compositions of the different examples and comparative examples.
Control sample: the same formula as the first aid cream of application example 2 except that the composition of any of the examples and comparative examples is not contained therein, can also be called blank first aid cream.
The instrument equipment comprises: VISIA CR (usa).
The experimental method comprises the following steps: the half-face control mode was used, the right face was treated with the overnight first aid cream containing the composition of example or comparative example, the left face was treated with the blank overnight first aid cream containing no composition of example or comparative example, the cream was applied once before sleep, and the left and right sides of the face were photographed by VISIA CR before use (about 5 am on the next day) and after use for 9h (about 9 am on the next day) and 16h (about 4 pm on the next day), and the change in skin color and gloss of the whole face was analyzed.
Subject: 20 late-sleeping overnight-staying nights with a sleeping time of about 24 o' clock or later are selected, the ages are 25-35 years old, and all women are women. The subjects were not pox-free and also had no visible redness of the skin.
Because of the limited selection of human subjects and the difficulty of experimental development, 4 samples representative of example 2 were selected for testing, respectively, as the overnight first aid cream containing example 1, the overnight first aid cream containing comparative example 8, the overnight first aid cream containing comparative example 10, and the overnight first aid cream containing comparative example 11. At the time of the experiment, each subject was asked to sleep at the earliest 23 nights, with 5 subjects using the overnight first aid cream of example 1, 5 subjects using the overnight first aid cream of comparative example 8, 5 subjects using the overnight first aid cream of comparative example 10, and 5 subjects using the overnight first aid cream of comparative example 11, the experimental procedures being as described previously.
After the experiment was completed, the relative values of the skin color Lab value and the gloss measurement value of each subject were calculated, and then the average relative value of the relative values of the same group of the testers was calculated. Wherein, the higher average relative value of the skin color L value represents the whitening of the skin color, the higher average relative value of the a value represents the reddish skin color, and the higher average relative value of the b value represents the yellowish skin color. Higher average relative value of gloss represents increased gloss.
Relative values are measured n hours after use/before use (n is 9, 16).
Average relative value is the sum of relative values of the same group/5.
The experimental results are shown in tables 4 and 5 below. In tables 4 and 5, T0 represents the average relative value before use, T1 represents the average relative value after 9h, and T2 represents the average relative value after 16 h.

From the data analysis in Table 4, it can be seen that the average relative L value of the skin color of the subjects increased with the compositions of example 1 and comparative example 8, the average relative L value of the composition of comparative example 8 was higher than that of example 1, and the average relative L value of the subjects decreased with the compositions of comparative examples 10 and 11. The average relative values of the a-value and the b-value using the compositions of example 1 and comparative example 8 were both reduced to a greater extent than using the compositions of comparative examples 10 and 11. From the consideration of use effect and cost, the composition of the embodiment 1 has better instant brightening effect and lower cost, and is suitable for industrial application.
From the data analysis of table 5, it can be seen that the skin color has an improvement effect using the compositions of example 1, comparative example 8, comparative example 10 and comparative example 11, and the composition of comparative example 8 has the best improvement effect, and secondly, the composition of example 1, and the composition of example 1 is more suitable for industrial application in view of cost and effect.
Claims (16)
1. The composition for instantly brightening the skin color is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 0.01-0.2 part of tetrahydrocurcumin, 100.01-0.1 part of coenzyme Q and 0.01-0.2 part of hyaluronic acid substances; the hyaluronic acid substance is at least one of hyaluronate and hyaluronate derivative, and has a weight average molecular weight of 0.1 × 10 6 Da-1.0×10 6 Da。
2. The composition according to claim 1, which is characterized by consisting of the following components in parts by weight: 0.01-0.15 part of tetrahydrocurcumin, 100.01-0.05 part of coenzyme Q and 0.05-0.15 part of hyaluronic acid substances.
3. The composition according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the hyaluronic acid substance is at least one of hyaluronic acid, a hyaluronic acid salt, a hyaluronic acid derivative and a hyaluronic acid salt derivative.

The composition as set forth in claim 3, wherein: the hyaluronic acid derivative comprises acetylated hyaluronic acid or thiolated hyaluronic acid; the hyaluronate derivative comprises acetylated hyaluronate or thiolated hyaluronate; the hyaluronate comprises sodium salt, potassium salt, calcium salt, zinc salt or magnesium salt of hyaluronic acid; the hyaluronate in the hyaluronate derivative comprises sodium salt, potassium salt, calcium salt, zinc salt or magnesium salt of hyaluronic acid.
5. The composition as set forth in claim 4, wherein: the hyaluronate is sodium salt of hyaluronic acid, and the hyaluronate in the hyaluronate derivatives is sodium salt of hyaluronic acid.
6. The composition as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the hyaluronic acid substance has a weight average molecular weight of 0.5 × 10 6 Da-0.7×10 6 Da。
7. A cosmetic characterized by: an instant skin lightening composition comprising any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. The cosmetic as set forth in claim 7, wherein: the cosmetic is first-aid cosmetic.
9. The cosmetic as set forth in claim 7, wherein: the content of tetrahydrocurcumin in cosmetic is 0.01-0.2wt%, the content of coenzyme Q10 in cosmetic is 0.01-0.1wt%, and the content of hyaluronic acid substances in cosmetic is 0.01-0.2 wt%.
10. The cosmetic as set forth in claim 7, wherein: the content of tetrahydrocurcumin in cosmetic is 0.01-0.15wt%, the content of coenzyme Q10 in cosmetic is 0.01-0.05wt%, and the content of hyaluronic acid substances in cosmetic is 0.05-0.15 wt%.
11. The cosmetic as set forth in claim 7, wherein: the total content of the composition for instantly lightening skin color in the cosmetic is 0.03-0.5 wt%.
12. The cosmetic as set forth in claim 11, wherein: the total content of the composition for instantly lightening the skin color in the cosmetics is 0.07-0.35 wt%.
13. The cosmetic according to any one of claims 7 to 12, wherein: the cosmetic is a skin care product or a color cosmetic, the skin care product comprises essence, emulsion, cream or a facial mask, and the color cosmetic comprises foundation with skin care effect, honey powder, sunscreen cream, blush or makeup fixing spray.
14. The cosmetic as set forth in claim 13, wherein: the color cosmetics are pressed powder, loose powder or makeup base.
15. The cosmetic as set forth in claim 13, wherein: the color cosmetic is BB cream.
16. The cosmetic as set forth in claim 13, wherein: the color cosmetic is concealer.
