From table 2 above, it can be seen that: according to the whitening and moisturizing essence disclosed by the invention, the kakadu plum extract and a small amount of almond extract are compounded, the whitening and moisturizing effects are obviously superior to those of a single extract, the whitening and moisturizing essence disclosed by the invention has better oxidation resistance, the promotion effect of free radicals on melanin formation is inhibited, the comprehensive cost and the whitening effect are considered, and the formula of the embodiment 2 is optimal.

1. A whitening and moisturizing composition, comprising kakakadu plum extract and almond extract; the weight ratio of the kakadu plum extract to the almond extract is 4: 1-7: 1.
2. The whitening and moisturizing composition of claim 1, wherein the kakakadu plum extract and the almond extract are present in a weight ratio of 7: 1.
6. the whitening and moisturizing essence according to claim 3, wherein the thickener comprises xanthan gum and macromolecular hyaluronic acid, and the weight ratio of the xanthan gum to the macromolecular hyaluronic acid is 1: 5-5: 1.
7. The whitening and moisturizing essence according to claim 6, wherein the weight ratio of xanthan gum to macromolecular hyaluronic acid is 1: 1.

The whitening and moisturizing essence according to claim 3, wherein the preservative comprises perilla leaf extract, forsythia suspensa extract and betaine, and the weight ratio of the perilla leaf extract to the forsythia suspensa extract to the betaine is as follows: and (3) fructus forsythiae extract: betaine is 0.1-2: 0.1-2: 0.1 to 2.
9. The whitening and moisturizing essence according to claim 8, wherein the weight ratio of the perilla leaf extract to the forsythia suspensa extract to the betaine is as follows: and (3) fructus forsythiae extract: betaine ═ 1: 1: 1.
10. a method for preparing the kakadu plum extract-containing whitening and moisturizing essence as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 9, comprising the steps of:
(1) mixing water and glycerol, adding 1, 3-butanediol and sodium hyaluronate under stirring at 80-90 deg.C, and stirring to mix well; cooling to 45-60 ℃, adding the thickening agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture A;
(2) adding the whitening and moisturizing composition as defined in any one of claims 1-2 into the mixture A, and stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain a mixture B;
(3) and when the mixture B is cooled to the normal temperature, sequentially adding essence and preservative, and uniformly mixing to obtain the whitening and moisturizing essence.
