Third, sensory evaluation
The lotions prepared in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were used as samples, and each sample was divided into 30 female volunteers of 20 to 40 years old who had a late sleeping habit (the late sleeping habit means falling asleep after 11 o' clock every night or having a sleeping time of less than 6 hours per day), who used the same lotion having only moisturizing components every day in addition to the lotion. The test period is 4 weeks, the skin of the volunteers is tested by a skin test instrument before and after the test every week, the test time is the same for each time, the test items are the moisture content of the skin of the volunteers, the oil secretion of the skin, the elasticity of the skin, fine lines, the roughness of the skin, the whiteness of the skin and the allergy phenomenon, the average time to fall asleep every week of the volunteers is tested, and the average value of the test results is shown in table 2.

The data in table 2 show that the toning lotion prepared by the invention can obviously improve the skin state of volunteers after being continuously used for one month, has the effects of moisturizing, whitening, improving the elasticity and the fineness of the skin, reducing the generation of fine wrinkles, relieving and resisting allergy, is suitable for most people, has the effects of calming and soothing nerves, can shorten the night-out time of people, and is beneficial to promoting the sleep of people; has effects of mildly removing cutin, improving skin color, whitening skin, resisting aging, and preventing dark yellow and dim skin.
The raw materials of the comparative example 1 do not contain compound fruit acid extract, ginseng root extract and chlorella extract; compared with the embodiment 1, the skin improvement state of the volunteer using the lotion in the comparative example 1 is slightly lower, which shows that the skin has good whitening, moisturizing and anti-allergy effects on the skin by adding the composite tartaric acid extract, the ginseng root extract and the chlorella extract and matching with other components.
The raw material of comparative example 2 did not contain complex tartaric acid extract, olive fruit oil, and yeast lysate extract; compared with example 1, the skin improvement effect of the volunteer using the lotion in comparative example 2 is slightly poor, which shows that the addition of the composite tartaric acid extract, the olive fruit oil and the yeast lysate extract, in combination with other components, is beneficial to improving the moisture retention, water locking, whitening and fineness of the skin.
Comparative example 3: the difference between the comparative example and example 1 is that the raw materials do not contain chlorella extract, grape seed extract, macadamia nut pulp extract; compared with example 1, the skin improvement effect of the volunteer using the toning lotion in the comparative example 3 is slightly poor, which shows that the addition of the chlorella extract, the grape seed extract and the Adansonia dubia pulp extract, together with other components, is beneficial to improving the skin elasticity and reducing the generation of fine wrinkles.
The starting material of comparative example 4 contained no carnosine solution, palmitoyl hexapeptide-12 solution, and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 solution; compared with example 1, the skin improvement effect of the volunteer using the lotion in comparative example 4 is slightly poor, which shows that the addition of carnosine liquid, palmitoyl hexapeptide-12 liquid and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 liquid, in combination with other components, can reduce the generation of fine wrinkles and has good anti-aging effect.
Comparative example 5 does not contain Adiantum hybridus flesh extract, soothing and anti-allergy solution, neroli essential oil and caffeine; compared with example 1, the skin improvement effect of the volunteers using the astringent in comparative example 5 is slightly poor, the number of allergic people is increased, and the time to go to sleep is shortened, which shows that the addition of the Adansonia dubia pulp extract, the soothing and anti-allergy liquid, the neroli essential oil and the caffeine not only can improve the skin state, but also has the effects of soothing, anti-allergy and calming the nerves, can reduce the allergic phenomenon of users, and is helpful for promoting sleep.
