Table 3 results of the skin patch test of the essential milks of examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 7 on human body
Figure BDA0002252696890000132
Figure BDA0002252696890000141
As shown in the data in table 3, after the essential milks prepared in examples 1 to 7 were applied to the side of the arm, the skin of 20 subjects showed all negative reactions, and the grade was 0, and the essential milks prepared in examples 1 to 7 did not cause any adverse reaction on the skin of the human body according to the judgment standard of the skin patch test for human body in the cosmetic hygiene code (2007 edition).
In comparative example 2, because the hydroxyethylpiperazine ethanesulfonic acid is not added, 1 subject has a grade 1 reaction after the essence milk prepared in comparative example 2 is smeared, and because the essence milk without the hydroxyethylpiperazine ethanesulfonic acid is easily unbalanced in acid and alkali, the essence milk is harmful to human skin.
Second, wrinkle-removing and anti-aging efficacy test
The test method comprises the following steps: 280 female volunteers aged 40-55 years and often staying up all night are selected and divided into 14 groups of 20 persons, and the essence milks of examples 1-7 and comparative examples 1-7 are respectively eaten by the volunteers of each group, and the using method is as follows: after the face is cleaned with clear water in the morning and evening every day, the face is smeared once and is lightly pressed until the face is absorbed, the face wrinkles are observed after the face is continuously used for 30 days, the skin becomes obviously compact, the wrinkles are obviously reduced to be obvious, the face skin becomes obviously compact, the wrinkles are effectively reduced, the face skin is not improved to be ineffective, the wrinkle removing effect is shown in a table 4, and any other product is not used in the testing period.
Table 4 essential milk wrinkle-removing and anti-aging effects test prepared in examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 7
Figure BDA0002252696890000142
As can be seen from the data in Table 4, the essence creams prepared in the examples 1 to 7 have more effective people and good wrinkle-removing and anti-aging effects and can make the facial skin firmer after being used for 30 consecutive days.
When the carnosine liquid, the hydroxyethyl piperazine ethanesulfonic acid, the squalane, the compound fruit acid extract, the yerba mate tea extract, the ginseng root extract and the yeast lysate extract are not added into the essence milk, the wrinkle-removing effect of the essence milk is obviously reduced, which indicates that the anti-wrinkle effect of the essence milk can be obviously improved by adding the carnosine liquid, the hydroxyethyl piperazine ethanesulfonic acid, the squalane, the compound fruit acid extract, the yerba mate tea extract, the ginseng root extract and the yeast lysate extract into the essence milk.
Third, detection of effect of improving elasticity and moisture value
1. The test method comprises the following steps: selecting 240 female volunteers with poor skin elasticity and poor tightness, randomly dividing the female volunteers into 14 groups, coating the female volunteers with clear water to clean faces in the morning and evening every day, lightly pressing the female volunteers to absorb the essence milk prepared in the examples 1-7 and the comparative examples 1-7, continuously using the female volunteers for 4 weeks without using any product, performing batch elasticity analysis on the female volunteers every week, and recording results of 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 4 weeks after use before use;
2. and (3) testing environment: the volunteers were cleaned and washed before testing, and the test was performed after waiting 30min in an environment with a temperature of 25 + -4 ℃ and a relative humidity of 48 + -5% RH, using a skin elasticity tester MPA580 (German CK) to detect the elasticity index R2 of the fixed area, using a German DJM skin tester to detect the moisture value of the skin, averaging the detected values of the elasticity value and the moisture value of each group of volunteers, and the detection results were recorded in Table 5.
