and C phase: 1.3-1.7% of skin conditioner and 0.8-1.2% of skin activating agent;

Examples 1-3 also disclose a preparation method of the repair anti-wrinkle essence:
s1, mixing water and the phase A raw material, putting the mixture into an emulsifying pot, heating to 80-85 ℃, homogenizing for 3min under the condition that the rotating speed is 1000r/min until no particles are completely dissolved, and starting cooling;

Test 1, wrinkle resistance test:
1-1. According to the comparison of the performance data of the examples 1-3 and the comparative example in the table 2, the essence prepared in the examples 1-3 can smooth fishtail lines and fade stature lines in a shorter time compared with the essence sold in the comparative example, and the anti-wrinkle effect of the essence is nearly 3 times that of the essence sold in the market; the essence prepared in the embodiments 1 to 3 also has the effects of long-acting moisture retention and water locking, can restore the skin elasticity, and particularly has a good relieving effect on the problems of facial inflammation, redness and the like, while the relieving effect of the commercially available essence on the problem of facial sensitive irritation is not obvious.
Allantoin is also added into the essence prepared in the examples 4 and 5, and the addition of the allantoin is helpful for keeping the moisture of the skin and maintaining the physiological balance in the moisture of the skin; the purslane extract, betaine and other components can be matched to relieve the stimulation of active substances to skin, promote the growth of cell tissues and accelerate the rapid renewal of epidermis, and realize the accelerated repair of skin barriers, so that the anti-wrinkle effect of the essence prepared in the embodiments 4 and 5 is enhanced, and the moisturizing, skin-tendering and sensitivity-relieving effects are further improved compared with those of the essence prepared in the embodiments 1 to 3.
In comparative example 1, biosaccharide gum-1 in the skin conditioner was replaced with an equal amount of agarose; comparative example 2 the hydrolyzed royal jelly protein in the skin-activating agent was replaced with the same amount of hydrolyzed amygdalin; compared with the essence prepared in example 3, the essences prepared in comparative examples 1 and 2 have similar moisturizing and skin-tendering effects, but the anti-wrinkle effect is obviously reduced; the acetylated sodium hyaluronate was replaced with an equal amount of sodium hyaluronate in comparative example 3, the purslane extract was replaced with an equal amount of water in comparative example 4, and the (animal) umbilical cord extract was replaced with an equal amount of water in comparative example 5; the essences prepared in comparative examples 3-5 had inferior wrinkle resistance, low moisturizing performance, and small decrease in other properties, compared to the essence prepared in example 3.
The inventor analyzes that: the essence prepared by the embodiment of the application contains various components such as a skin conditioner, a skin activating agent, a moisturizing agent, sodium hyaluronate acetylated, a purslane extract and an (animal) umbilical cord extract, each component can better exert the self effect and can be mutually matched with each other, the synergistic effect between the components is further promoted and amplified, the essence can fully permeate into skin cells, the activation of the skin cells is realized in a short time, collagen lost by the skin is supplemented, and the efficient wrinkle-removing repairing effect is embodied. The components in the essence system are mutually matched and closely associated, so that after a certain component is replaced or removed, the components in the system are difficult to form a synergistic effect of mutual promotion, and the repairing and wrinkle-resisting performance of the essence is further influenced.

2. The repair anti-wrinkle essence according to claim 1, wherein: the skin conditioner consists of tetrahydromethylpyrimidine carboxylic acid 18-22% wt, bioglycan 0.3-0.5% wt and solvent balance.
3. The repair anti-wrinkle essence according to claim 2, wherein: the biological sugar gum is one of biological sugar gum-1 and biological sugar gum-4.
4. The repair anti-wrinkle essence according to claim 1, wherein: the skin-activating agent consists of 2.15-2.35% by weight of hydrolyzed royal jelly protein and the balance of solvent.
5. The repair anti-wrinkle essence according to claim 1, wherein: the humectant consists of 9.02-9.06 wt% of betaine, 0.52-0.56 wt% of sodium hyaluronate and the balance of butanediol.

7. The repair anti-wrinkle essence according to claim 1, wherein: allantoin accounting for 0.08-0.10% of the total mass percent is also added into the phase A raw material.
