Effect verification
Test example 1 stability test
The multi-effect essence liquids of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 7 are transparent fluid liquids, and pH values measured by pH measurement (1:10 water diluted solution) are 5.2, 5.8, 5.3, 6.0, 5.6, 5.9, 4.7, 6.4, 5.8, 5.9, 4.8, 6.0, and 6.1, respectively.
The multi-effect essence liquids of the examples 1 to 6 and the comparative examples 1 to 7 are subjected to physicochemical property tests of heat resistance (48 +/-2 ℃, 3 months, and room temperature recovery), cold resistance (-15 +/-2 ℃, 3 months, and room temperature recovery) and cold-heat circulation (24 hours and 3 cycles at the normal temperature and the normal temperature of-15 ℃), and the results show that no abnormalities such as layering and air bubbles occur, and the multi-effect essence liquids of the examples 1 to 6 and the comparative examples 1 to 7 have good physicochemical stability and good weather-proof quality guarantee effect.
Test example 2 test for efficacy in use
The multi-effect essence of example 2 and comparative example 1 was subjected to a patch test to verify whether it was irritating to the human body, so as to perform an efficacy test for safe direct use.
(1) Patch test
Test samples: the multi-effect essence of example 2 and the multi-effect essence of comparative example 1.
The test population: 60 people, 20-35 years old, 30 women and 30 men, and has healthy skin and no allergic history of skin diseases. Randomly divided into 2 groups, each group was 30 people, and the proportion of male and female in each group was 1:1, the multi-effect essence of the test example 2 and the comparative example 1 were respectively corresponding in units of groups.
The test method comprises the following steps: the multi-effect essence of example 2 and comparative example 1 was subjected to spot test according to the human skin spot test method of technical safety standards for cosmetics (2015 edition), and the results were recorded according to the skin reaction grading standard. Wherein, the skin reaction grading standard is as follows: negative reaction, grade 0. +/-., suspicious reaction, only weak erythema, grade 1. Positive reaction (erythema reaction), erythema, infiltration, edema, and pimple, grade 2. + + strong positive reaction (herpetic response), erythema, infiltration, edema, papules, herpes, response beyond the test area, grade 3. + + + +, very strong positive reaction (confluent herpes reaction), obvious erythema, severe infiltration, edema, confluent herpes, reaction beyond the test area, grade 4.
And (3) testing results: all the reactions are negative, and no adverse reaction cases occur. The multi-effect essence of example 2 and the multi-effect essence of comparative example 1 both showed no irritation to the human body and could be safely and directly used. Based on the results, the multi-effect essences of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 7 were subjected to direct use tests.
(2) Improvement of skin conditions
According to the patch test results, the multi-effect essence of the embodiments 1 to 6 and the comparative examples 1 to 7 is subjected to an efficacy test for direct use.
Test samples: the multiple-effect essence of examples 1-6 and the multiple-effect essence of comparative examples 1-7.
The test population: 39 people, female staff aged 25-35 years old, healthy skin and no allergic history of skin diseases. The multiple-effect essence of examples 1 to 6 and the multiple-effect essence of comparative examples 1 to 7 were used in groups of 3 persons each at random.
The test method comprises the following steps: after the face of the subject is washed by clean water, the corresponding test sample is smeared on the face for skin care and maintenance, and the skin care and maintenance are respectively carried out 1 time in the morning and at the evening every day and are continuously used for 1 month. In order to verify the efficacy of the multi-effect essence, the subject does not use other skin care products after using the multi-effect essence in the test period.
The facial skin condition of the subject before and after use was measured, including the measurement of skin moisture content, skin elasticity, skin wrinkles and skin glossiness, and the measurement results are shown in tables 4 to 8.

The facial skin Moisture was measured with a skin Moisture meter, and the Measurement results are represented by set Moisture Measurement values (MMV/%), and are shown in table 4.

(2-2) improvement of facial skin elasticity
The skin elasticity was measured using a skin elasticity tester (current meter dual MPA580), and the ratio Uv/Ue of the plastic part to the elastic part of the skin was taken as a value, and the smaller the ratio, the better the skin elasticity was, and the measurement results are shown in table 5.

(2-3) improvement of wrinkles on facial skin
Skin wrinkle was measured using a Skin image analysis system (Skin visualizer SV600), and the measurement results are shown in Table 6.

(2-4) improvement of facial skin gloss
The skin glossiness was measured using a skin glossiness measuring instrument, and the lifting rate was calculated, and the results are shown in table 7.

From the results, the multi-effect essence liquids of the embodiments 1 to 6 have various effects of moisturizing, anti-wrinkle, whitening, soothing, repairing and the like, so that the skin is moisturized, the elasticity of the skin is improved, the wrinkles of the skin are reduced, the glossiness of the skin is improved, the skin is moist, beautiful and active, and the health of the skin is effectively protected.
(3) Evaluation of Using results
For the skin improvement use test described above, the evaluation of the use experience of each subject was counted, and the use experience was scored by each subject (full score of 10, average within group), and the evaluation results are shown in table 8.

The statistical results in table 6 show that the multi-effect essence of examples 1 to 6 has good use experience.
3. Anti-allergy relief effect test
The test substance: the multi-effect essence of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 7.
Subject: 65 volunteers participating in the experiment are female employees of 25-35 years old. 65 volunteers were randomly divided into 13 groups of 5 persons each, and the multiple-effect essence of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 7 was tried on each group of volunteers.
The test method comprises the following steps: each subject stimulates the skin on the inner side of the left arm with 6 wt% of capsaicin, so that the skin is allergic and produces burning sensation, 1ml of corresponding test object is smeared on the part stimulated by the capsaicin according to grouping conditions, the feedback conditions of the subjects are respectively recorded at 10min, 30min and 60min after the test object is smeared, the recovery degree of the skin in different periods is judged according to the burning sensation fed back by the subjects on the tested part, and the test results are shown in table 9.

Note: the degree of recovery was divided into 4 grades, "I" indicating complete disappearance of the burning sensation, "II" indicating mild burning sensation, "III" indicating moderate burning sensation, and "IV" indicating severe burning sensation.
The table shows that the multi-effect essence liquids of examples 1 to 6 have a faster and more efficient soothing effect and can quickly eliminate the stimulation compared with the multi-effect essence liquids of comparative examples 1 to 7.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. The composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 0.01-0.18 part of hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum, 0.1-1.5 parts of hydroxyethyl piperazine ethane sulfonic acid, 0.15-1.5 parts of acetyl chitosamine, 0.3-2 parts of nicotinamide, 0.3-3 parts of rose water, 0.001-0.009 part of dimethyl silanol hyaluronate, 0.001-0.009 part of phenoxyethanol, 0.0005-0.0045 part of ethylhexyl glycerol, 0.13-0.675 part of glycerol, 0.02-0.075 part of diglucosylgallic acid and 0.5-5.0 parts of saccharomycete polypeptide.
2. The composition of claim 1, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 0.1 part of hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum, 0.5 part of hydroxyethyl piperazine ethane sulfonic acid, 0.5 part of acetyl chitosamine, 1 part of nicotinamide, 2 parts of rose water, 0.005 part of dimethyl silanol hyaluronic acid ester, 0.005 part of phenoxyethanol, 0.001 part of ethylhexyl glycerol, 0.425 part of glycerol, 0.075 part of diglucosylgallic acid and 2 parts of saccharomycete polypeptide.
3. Use of a composition according to claim 1 or 2 in cosmetics.
4. A multipurpose essence comprising the composition of claim 1 or 2.
5. The multi-effect essence of claim 4, further comprising the following components in parts by weight: 0.01-0.1 part of EDTA disodium, 0.1-0.5 part of acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, 0.1-0.35 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.02-0.18 part of allantoin, 0.15-0.6 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.1-0.5 part of triethanolamine, 0.2-1.5 parts of PEG/PPG/polybutylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerol, 1.0-5.0 parts of butanediol, 0.1-0.4 part of propylene glycol, 0.05-0.2 part of glyceryl caprylate and 0.05-0.2 part of caprylyl hydroximic acid.
6. The multi-effect essence of claim 5, further comprising the following components in parts by weight: 0.02 part of EDTA disodium, 0.3 part of acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, 0.2 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.1 part of allantoin, 0.3 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.3 part of triethanolamine, 1 part of PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerol, 2 parts of butanediol, 0.1 part of propylene glycol, 0.05 part of glyceryl caprylate and 0.08 part of caprylyl hydroximic acid.
7. The method for preparing the multi-effect essence of claim 5 or 6, comprising the steps of:
(1) sequentially adding EDTA disodium, acrylic acid (acrylate)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum, sodium hyaluronate, allantoin and p-hydroxyacetophenone into water, continuously stirring and heating, and uniformly dissolving to obtain transparent liquid;
(2) uniformly stirring triethanolamine and water, adding the triethanolamine and the water into the transparent liquid obtained in the step (1), and preserving heat to obtain a mixed liquid A;
(3) uniformly stirring dimethiconol hyaluronic acid ester, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerol and water to obtain a mixed solution B; uniformly stirring glycerol, diglucosylgallic acid and water to obtain a mixed solution C;
(4) cooling the mixed solution A obtained in the step (2), sequentially adding hydroxyethyl piperazine ethanesulfonic acid, acetyl chitosamine, nicotinamide, PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerin, rose water, the mixed solution B obtained in the step (3), the mixed solution C obtained in the step (3) and the yeast polypeptide after cooling, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution D;
(5) cooling the mixed solution D obtained in the step (4), adding a mixed solution of butanediol, propylene glycol, glyceryl caprylate and caprylyl hydroximic acid after cooling, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution E;
(6) and (5) cooling the mixed liquor E obtained in the step (5), filtering and discharging to obtain the multi-effect essence.
8. The method for preparing multi-effect essence according to claim 7, wherein in the step (1), the heating temperature is 80-82 ℃; in the step (2), the weight ratio of triethanolamine to water is as follows: triethanolamine: 1:3-5 of water, and keeping the temperature for 10-15 min; in the step (3), the weight ratio of the mixed solution of the dimethiconol hyaluronic acid ester, the phenoxyethanol and the ethylhexyl glycerin to the water is as follows: mixing liquid: water 1: 35-45; the weight ratio of the mixed solution of the glycerol and the diglucosylgallic acid to the water is as follows: mixing liquid: 4-6: 2-4.
9. The method for preparing multi-effect essence according to claim 7, wherein in the step (4), the temperature is reduced to below 48 ℃; in the step (5), the temperature is reduced to be below 40 ℃; premixing butanediol, propylene glycol, glyceryl caprylate and caprylyl hydroximic acid, and adding; in the step (6), the temperature is reduced to below 38 ℃.
