Background

There is also a patent containing glycogen (an essence containing phytoglycogen and a preparation method thereof: CN 109984977A) in the market, but the glycogen plays a role in compacting mainly from the film-forming property and the long-acting wrinkle-removing property.

The main component of the scorpion toxin is arginine/lysine polypeptide, and the action mechanism of the scorpion toxin is different from that of botulinum neurotoxin: only by participating in competition of SNAP-25 at the site of the vesicular complex, the formation of the complex is influenced, and when the vesicular complex is slightly unstable, the vesicles cannot effectively release neurotransmitters, so that the muscle contraction is weakened, and the cortical nerve conduction is influenced, thereby achieving the effects of smoothing dynamic lines, static lines and fine lines and improving the skin state. The original functional components of the human body cannot be damaged like BOTOX.

However, no product capable of tightening skin and removing wrinkles for a long time exists at present.

Preferably, the instant tightening essence further comprises 0.01-0.05% of EDTA-2 Na.

Preferably, the instant firming essence further comprises 0.01-3.00% of beta-glucan, 0.01-3.00% of Italian Dendranthema extract, 0.50-1.50% of acetyl hexapeptide-80.01-3.00% and panthenol.

Preferably, the instant tightening essence comprises the following components in percentage by mass: carbomer 0.22%, hydrolyzed Sclerotinia sclerotiorum 0.10%, collagen 0.05%, Butyrospermum orbiculatum toxin 2.00%, glycogen 0.10%, panthenol 1.00%, butanediol 7.00%, beta-glucan 0.01%, flos Dendranthematis italicum extract 0.01%, acetyl hexapeptide-80.01% and the balance of water.

Preferably, the instant firming essence further comprises one or more of a preservative, an anti-sensitivity agent and a fragrance.

Preferably, the preservative is selected from one or more of phenoxyethanol, pentanediol, caprylyl glycol, hexanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, caprylyl hydroxamic acid, benzoic acid, benzoate, salicylic acid, salicylate, sorbic acid, sorbate, methyl paraben and propyl paraben.

Preferably, the anti-sensitivity agent is selected from one or more of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, bisabolol, purslane extract, allantoin, tetrandrine, polygonum hydropiper extract, cynanchum atratum extract and folium artemisiae argyi extract.

Detailed Description

In the invention, the instant firming essence comprises 0.11-0.33% of carbomer by mass, preferably 0.20-0.25%, and more preferably 0.22%. The source and specification of the carbomer are not particularly limited, and the carbomer can be prepared from the conventional commercial products in the field. In the present invention, the carbomer functions to regulate skin feel and formulation stability.

In the invention, the instant firming essence comprises 0.05-0.15% of hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum by mass, preferably 0.08-0.12%, and more preferably 0.1%. The source and specification of the hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum are not particularly limited, and the hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum can be prepared from conventional commercial products in the field. In the invention, the hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum has the effects of regulating skin feel and enhancing firming feel.

In the invention, the instant tightening essence comprises 0.01-0.10% by mass of collagen, preferably 0.03-0.08%, and more preferably 0.05%. The source and specification of the collagen are not particularly limited in the present invention, and commercially available products that are conventional in the art may be used. In the present invention, the collagen has an effect of enhancing immediate skin tightening.

In the invention, the instant tightening essence comprises 1.50-2.50% by mass of scorpion toxin, more preferably 1.8-2.2%, and more preferably 2.0%. The source and specification of the red scorpion toxin are not particularly limited, and the red scorpion toxin can be obtained by adopting the conventional commercial products in the field. In the invention, the scorpion toxin has the function of removing wrinkles for a long time.

In the invention, the instant tightening essence comprises 0.05-0.15% of glycogen by mass, more preferably 0.08-0.12% of glycogen by mass, and even more preferably 0.10% of glycogen by mass. The glycogen of the present invention is not particularly limited in its source and specification, and any commercially available product that is conventional in the art may be used. In the present invention, the glycogen has an effect of enhancing immediate skin firmness; the synergistic effect of the glycogen and the hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum can obviously improve the skin tightening effect of the instant tightening essence.

In the invention, the instant tightening essence comprises 2.00-12.00% by mass of butanediol, more preferably 5.00-10.00% by mass of butanediol, and even more preferably 7.00% by mass of butanediol. The source and specification of the butanediol are not particularly limited in the present invention, and a commercially available product which is conventional in the art may be used. In the present invention, the butylene glycol has a moisturizing effect and a formulation stability effect.

In the invention, the instant tightening essence comprises 0.01-0.25% of aminomethyl propanol by mass percent, more preferably 0.10-0.15% of aminomethyl propanol by mass percent, and even more preferably 0.11-0.13% of aminomethyl propanol by mass percent. The source and specification of the aminomethyl propanol are not particularly limited in the present invention, and commercially available products that are conventional in the art may be used. In the present invention, the aminomethyl propanol has a function of adjusting pH.

In the invention, the instant tightening essence also comprises the balance of water, and the water is not particularly limited in the invention and meets the industrial standard of water for cosmetics. In the present invention, the water acts as a solvent to dissolve each active ingredient.

In the invention, the instant tightening essence also comprises 0.01-0.05% of EDTA-2Na, preferably 0.03%; the EDTA-2Na has the functions of chelation and skin feeling regulation.

In the invention, the instant firming essence preferably further comprises 0.01-3.00% of beta-glucan, 0.01-3.00% of Italian Dendranthema extract, 0.50-1.50% of acetyl hexapeptide-80.01-3.00% and panthenol; more preferably comprises beta-glucan 0.01%, Italian Dendranthema extract 0.01%, acetyl hexapeptide-80.01% and panthenol 1.0%. The sources and specifications of the beta-glucan, acetyl hexapeptide-8 and panthenol are not particularly limited in the present invention, and any commercially available product that is conventional in the art may be used. In the invention, the Italian Helichrysum extract is obtained by distilling and extracting Helichrysum italicum, and has the functions of resisting inflammation and relieving; the acetyl hexapeptide-8 has whitening and anti-aging effects, and the panthenol has moisturizing and anti-inflammatory effects.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the instant tightening essence preferably comprises the following components in percentage by mass: carbomer 0.22%, hydrolyzed Sclerotinia sclerotiorum 0.10%, collagen 0.05%, Butyrospermum orbiculatum toxin 2.00%, glycogen 0.10%, panthenol 1.00%, butanediol 7.00%, beta-glucan 0.01%, flos Dendranthematis italicum extract 0.01%, acetyl hexapeptide-80.01% and the balance of water.

In the present invention, the instant firming essence preferably further comprises one or more of a preservative, an anti-sensate, and a fragrance. In the present invention, the preservative is preferably selected from one or more of phenoxyethanol, pentanediol, caprylyl glycol, hexanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, caprylyl hydroxamic acid, benzoic acid, benzoate, salicylic acid, salicylate, sorbic acid, sorbate, methylparaben, and propylparaben; the anti-sensitivity agent is preferably selected from one or more of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, bisabolol, purslane extract, allantoin, tetrandrine, polygonum hydropiper extract, cynanchum atratum extract and folium artemisiae argyi extract. The source and specification of the preservative, the anti-sensitivity agent and the aromatic agent are not particularly limited in the present invention, and any commercially available product that is conventional in the art may be used.

The invention provides a preparation method of the instant firming essence, which is obtained by mixing the raw materials. The specific steps and methods for mixing the raw materials are not particularly limited in the present invention, and conventional steps and methods in the art may be adopted.

The invention provides application of the instant firming essence in preparing a skin care product for firming skin, restoring skin elasticity and reducing false wrinkles. In the present invention, the kind of the skin care product preferably includes an emulsion, a cream, a mask, a skin base solution, and the like; the percentage content of the instant tightening essence in the skin care product is not particularly limited, and the content of the instant tightening essence can be determined according to the needs.

Example 1

An instant firming essence comprises the following components (in percentage w/w of the essence by mass):

0.22% of carbomer, 0.10% of hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum, 0.05% of collagen, 2.00% of scorpion toxin, 1.00% of panthenol, 7.00% of butanediol, 0.01% of beta-glucan, 0.01% of Italian cerinus flower extract, 0. 80.01% of acetyl hexapeptide, 0.03% of EDTA disodium, 0.13% of aminomethyl propanol and the balance of water.

Example 2

Example 4

The test method comprises the following steps: 2g of A, B samples are taken respectively, A, B samples are evenly coated on the skin area below the left canthus and the right canthus respectively, and the skin area is massaged until the skin area is absorbed; A. after the test of sample B was completed (4 hours or more from the next test), 2g of each of C, D samples was applied, C, D samples were applied evenly to the area of skin under the left and right canthus, massaged until absorption, and the firmness of each sample was compared and recorded, with the results listed in Table 1. The test was continued for 7 days and the rate of smoothing of the canthus wrinkles was analyzed using a VISA facial tester and the results are listed in table 2.

As can be seen from Table 1, the tightening effect of sample A is not significant, the tightening effect of sample B, C, D is not very different, and the tightening effect of C is the best, indicating that glycogen and hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum significantly enhance the immediate tightening effect. As can be seen in table 2, after one week of continuous use, samples a and B had a small effect on wrinkle improvement, and samples C and D had significant improvement on wrinkles, which indicates that scorpion toxin had an effect on wrinkle improvement, but the effect was relatively poor when used alone, and example 3 had the effect of glycogen in addition to scorpion toxin, which immediately improved the tension of the skin, which had a certain effect on wrinkle smoothing, and C and D were not very different, indicating that non-essential ingredients had little effect on the formula of the essence.

From the results of the above examples, it can be determined that the instant firming essence provided by the invention has the effects of instant firming and long-acting wrinkle removal.

The instant tightening essence according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: carbomer 0.22%, hydrolyzed Sclerotinia sclerotiorum 0.10%, collagen 0.05%, Butyrosporum orbiculatum toxin 2.00%, glycogen 0.10%, butanediol 7.00%, aminomethyl propanol 0.13% and balance of water.

3. The instant tightening essence of claim 1, further comprising 0.01-0.05% of EDTA-2 Na.

4. The instant tightening essence according to claim 1, further comprising 0.01-3.00% of beta-glucan, 0.01-3.00% of a chrysanthemums extract, 0.78-3.00% of acetyl hexapeptide-80.01-3.00% and 0.50-1.50% of panthenol.

The instant tightening essence according to claim 3 or 4, characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: carbomer 0.22%, hydrolyzed Sclerotinia sclerotiorum 0.10%, collagen 0.05%, Butyrospermum orbiculatum toxin 2.00%, glycogen 0.10%, panthenol 1.00%, butanediol 7.00%, beta-glucan 0.01%, flos Dendranthematis italicum extract 0.01%, acetyl hexapeptide-80.01% and the balance of water.

The instant tightening serum of claim 6, wherein the preservatives are selected from one or more of phenoxyethanol, pentylene glycol, caprylyl glycol, hexylene glycol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, caprylhydroxamic acid, benzoic acid, benzoate, salicylic acid, salicylate, sorbic acid, sorbate, methylparaben, and propylparaben.

8. The instant tightening essence of claim 6, wherein the anti-sensate is selected from one or more of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, bisabolol, purslane extract, allantoin, tetrandrine, polygonum hydropiper extract, cynanchum atratum extract and artemisia argyi extract.

9. The preparation method of the instant tightening essence according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by mixing the raw materials.

10. Use of the instant firming essence of any one of claims 1 to 8 for preparing a skin care product for firming skin, restoring skin elasticity and reducing false wrinkles.
