Experiment 1
Test object(s): the experiment consisted of 36 adult volunteers with spots on their cheeks, divided into 12 groups, averaging 3 persons in each group, corresponding to the samples tested in application examples 1-7 and in application comparative examples 1-5.
The test method comprises the following steps: after cleaning the face in the morning and evening every day, 1ml of the test sample prepared in each application example is smeared on the left cheek, the right cheek is not smeared as a blank control, the blank control is continuously used for 30 days, and the skin melanin content MI values of the left cheek and the right cheek of each group of volunteers are detected by using an MX18 melanin determinator of Germany CK company on the 15 th day and the 30 th day, wherein the higher the measurement value is, the higher the melanin content of the skin is. The difference between the MI values of the right cheek minus the left cheek indicates that the whitening effect of the test sample is more significant if the difference between the MI values is larger.
Experiment 2
The adult volunteers of experiment 1 were used as test subjects, and the skin firmness of the left cheek and the right cheek was measured by MPA580 skin elastometer of CK company, germany, on the 15 th day and the 30 th day, respectively, and the lower the measurement value, the firmer the skin was. The difference in skin firmness measurements for the right cheek minus the left cheek indicates that the greater the difference in skin firmness measurements, the more pronounced the effect of the test sample on improving skin firmness.
Experiment 3
The adult volunteers of experiment 1 were used as test subjects, and skin wrinkles of the left cheek and the right cheek were detected on day 15 and day 30, respectively, using the skin rapid three-dimensional imaging system PRIMOS, and the lower the measurement value, the less wrinkles of the skin were indicated. The greater the difference in skin wrinkle measurements for the right cheek minus the left cheek indicates the more pronounced the skin wrinkle reduction effect of the test sample.
The results of the tests 1-3 are detailed in Table 7.
The differences in MI, skin firmness, and skin wrinkles measurements for experiments 1-3 are detailed in Table 8.

According to the results of table 7 and table 8, after 30 days from the application of the test samples, the differences of the melanin contents in the skin of the left and right cheeks of the volunteers in the application example 1-3 and the melanin content of the volunteers in the application example 2 were significantly greater than those of the volunteers in the application example 1-3, and it was proved that the combination of the tricholoma matsutake extract, the poria cocos extract and the nona-peptide-1 can produce a better synergistic effect and a better balance in the aspect of inhibiting the production of melanin, so that the melanin content in the skin can be rapidly reduced and the skin can better achieve the whitening effect. In addition, as can be seen from the experimental data of application example 2, after day 30, a significant difference is generated between the skin firmness and the skin wrinkle measurement values of the left and right cheeks of the volunteer, and as can be seen from the experimental data of application comparative examples 1 to 3, after day 30, the difference between the skin firmness and the skin wrinkle measurement values of the left and right cheeks of the volunteer is not significant, which proves that the tricholoma matsutake extract, the poria cocos extract and the nonapeptide-1 are combined in a certain proportion to generate a good anti-aging effect.
According to the volunteers of application examples 4-5 and application example 2 in tables 7 and 8, after 30 days from the application of the test samples, the difference in melanin content in the skin of the left and right cheeks of the volunteers was obtained, the difference in melanin content in the volunteers of application example 2 was significantly greater than that of the volunteers of application examples 4-5, and the ratios between the tricholoma matsutake extract, the poria cocos extract and nonapeptide-1 in application examples 4-5 and 2 were different, so it was seen that only after the tricholoma matsutake extract, the poria cocos extract and nonapeptide-1 were combined in a specific ratio, the melanin content in the skin was significantly reduced, the skin firmness and the test values of skin wrinkles were also significantly reduced, and the whitening and anti-aging effects of the skin were better.
As can be seen from comparison of the experimental data of application examples 4 to 5 and application example 2 in tables 7 and 8, the measured values of skin firmness and skin wrinkles of the left cheek of the subject were somewhat reduced and the whitening degree of the cheek was not much changed by adding soy isoflavone in combination with matsutake mushroom extract, poria cocos extract and nonapeptide-1, demonstrating that soy isoflavone was added to well help the skin to have anti-aging effect.
As can be seen from comparison of the data of application examples 6 to 7 with application example 2 in tables 7 and 8, by adding glycyrrhiza glabra extract to matsutake mushroom extract, poria cocos extract, nonapeptide-1 and soybean extract, the melanin content of the left cheek of the subject was reduced, and the skin firmness and skin wrinkle measurements were further reduced, demonstrating that glycyrrhiza glabra exhibits better whitening effect and better anti-aging effect on the skin.
