the skin-tightening skin-care essence comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 parts of water, 5 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 2 parts of 1, 2-pentanediol, 2 parts of tranexamic acid, 5 parts of betaine, 4 parts of preservative, 3 parts of 1, 2-hexanediol, 4 parts of panthenol, 2 parts of acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, 2 parts of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 2 parts of acetylated sodium hyaluronate, 2 parts of sodium hyaluronate cross-linked polymer, 5 parts of ganoderma lucidum stem extract, 2 parts of butanediol, 4 parts of glycerol, 2 parts of 1, 3-propanediol, 0.5 part of chelating agent, 1 part of sodium hydroxide, 2 parts of lecithin, 3 parts of polyglycerol-3 palmitate, 5 parts of meadowfoam seed oil, 5 parts of malva sylvestris fruit extract, 3 parts of caprylyl glycol, 4 parts of hexanediol and 2 parts of ethylhexyl glycerol. The chelating agent is EDTA disodium, and the preservative is p-hydroxyacetophenone. The preparation method is the same as example 1.
EXAMPLES evaluation comparison of efficacy
1. Test method
Volunteers uniformly wash test parts with warm water and standard facial cleanser (laboratory formula), and after waiting for 30min in a room meeting the specification, collect basic data of cheek parts and canthus parts, wherein the test indexes are skin cuticle water content, skin elasticity (R2), wrinkle depth and wrinkle volume respectively.
After the test of each index is completed, the samples of the examples are randomly distributed to volunteers, 12 volunteers are used for each sample of the examples according to the product instruction, and the volunteers use the samples once a day in the morning and at night with the use period of 4 weeks. The return visit test is carried out at the same time point after the product is used for two weeks and four weeks, and each test flow is consistent with the basic data acquisition.
2. Testing instrument
The skin tester MPA580, the skin moisture content test probe Corneometer CM825 and the skin elasticity test probe Cutomer are all Courage + khazaka electronic GmbH (CK) of Germany. Spectral imaging blood flow analyzer TiVi700, wheells bridge, sweden.
3. Volunteers
3.1 volunteer basic information
48 volunteers, all female volunteers, were recruited according to the volunteer grouping condition, and the volunteers were divided into 4 groups to test 4 samples of the examples.
3.2 volunteer enrollment Condition
(1) Age between 30 and 55 years, with no restriction (except pregnant or lactating women);
(2) The comprehensible test process can match with the requirements of researchers, voluntarily participate in the experiment and sign a written informed consent;
(3) The moisture content of the skin stratum corneum of cheek part is 20-45 (c.u.);
(4) Patients without severe systemic disease, immunodeficiency or autoimmune disease, the subject site has not received skin treatment, cosmetic and other tests that may affect outcome;
(5) Those without active allergic diseases, those without constitutional hypersensitivity;
(6) Hormone drugs and immunosuppressants have not been used in the last month;
(7) The test sites were not enrolled in other clinical trials now or in the last three months.
4. Test results

In combination with examples 1-4 and Table 1, it can be seen that the addition of acetyl hexapeptide-1, hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, ganoderma LUCIDUM (Ganoderma LUCIDUM) stem extract, and Abelmoschus esculentus fruit extract can improve the moisturizing effect of the product.

In combination with examples 1-4 and Table 2, it can be seen that the addition of acetyl hexapeptide-1, hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, ganoderma LUCIDUM (Ganoderma LUCIDUM) stem extract, and Coffea arabica fruit extract can improve the skin elasticity-increasing effect of the product.

In combination with examples 1 to 4, and tables 3 and 4, it can be seen that the anti-wrinkle effect of the product can be improved by adding acetyl hexapeptide-1, hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol, ganoderma LUCIDUM (Ganoderma LUCIDUM) stem extract, and Coffea arabica seed extract.
5. Conclusion of the experiment
With reference to examples 1 to 4 and tables 1 to 4, it can be seen that the addition of acetyl hexapeptide-1, hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyran triol, ganoderma LUCIDUM (Ganoderma LUCIDUM) stem extract, and Abelmoschus esculentus fruit extract can improve the moisturizing effect, skin elasticity increasing effect, and wrinkle resisting effect of the product, thereby achieving the effect of tightening the skin.
Claims (3)
1. The skin-care essence for tightening skin is characterized in that: the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 to 80 parts of water, 1 to 5 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 0.5 to 2 parts of 1, 2-pentanediol, 0.5 to 2 parts of tranexamic acid, 1 to 5 parts of betaine, 0.5 to 4 parts of preservative, 1 to 5 parts of 1, 2-hexanediol, 1 to 4 parts of panthenol, 0.1 to 2 parts of acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, 11 to 5 parts of acetyl hexapeptide, 0.1 to 2 parts of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 0.1 to 2 parts of acetylated sodium hyaluronate, 0.1 to 2 parts of sodium hyaluronate cross-linked polymer, 1 to 10 parts of ganoderma lucidum stem extract, 2 to 4 parts of butanediol, 4 to 6 parts of glycerol, 2 to 5 parts of 1, 3-propanediol, 0.1 to 2 parts of chelating agent, 0.1 to 1 part of sodium hydroxide, 1 to 5 parts of lecithin, 0.5 to 3 parts of polyglycerol-3 palmitate, 0.5 to 5 parts of meadowfoam seed oil, 1 to 10 parts of coffee yellow fruit extract, 1 to 5 parts of caprylyl glycol, 1 to 10 parts of caprylyl glycol and 1 to 10 parts of tetrahydroxypropyl glycerol.
2. The skin-tightening skin care essence according to claim 1, wherein the skin-tightening skin care essence comprises: the chelating agent is EDTA disodium, and the preservative is p-hydroxyacetophenone.
3. The method for preparing the skin-tightening essence according to claim 1, wherein the skin-tightening essence comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
s1. Preparation of water phase raw material
Putting water into a water phase pot, heating the water phase pot to 80-85 ℃, then slowly pouring methyl propylene glycol, 1, 2-pentanediol, tranexamic acid, betaine, a preservative, 1, 2-hexanediol, panthenol, acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, butanediol, glycerol, 1, 3-propanediol, a chelating agent, lecithin, caprylyl glycol, hexanediol and ethylhexylglycerin into the water phase pot in sequence, stirring the water phase pot at the rotating speed of 25-50 r/min, keeping the temperature constant, stirring for 20-30 min, and taking out the water phase raw material in the water phase pot for later use;
s2. Oil phase raw material preparation
Adding the white chinaroot flower seed oil and the polyglycerol-3 palmitate into an oil phase pot, heating the oil phase pot to 85-90 ℃, stirring the oil phase pot at the rotating speed of 15-30 r/min, keeping the temperature and stirring for 10-20 min, and keeping the temperature of the oil phase pot and stirring for later use;
s3, final preparation
Firstly, adding the water phase raw material prepared in the step S1 into an emulsifying pot, heating to 80-85 ℃, then adding the oil phase raw material prepared in the step S2 into the emulsifying pot, vacuumizing the emulsifying pot to 0.05-0.1 Mpa by using a vacuum pump, homogenizing at the rotating speed of 500-1000 r/min for 3-6 min, stirring at the rotating speed of 25-50 r/min, continuously heating and stirring for 5-10 min, stopping stirring, heating the emulsifying pot to 40-50 ℃, sequentially adding acetyl hexapeptide-1, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, sodium hyaluronate cross-linked polymer, red ganoderma stem extract, coffee mallow fruit extract, hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrane triol and sodium hydroxide into the emulsifying pot, stirring at the rotating speed of 15-30 r/min after adding, continuously keeping the temperature and stirring for 5-10 min, and then stirring and cooling to 30-35 ℃ to prepare the skin care essence;
s4, filling
And (4) transferring the skin care essence prepared in the step (S3) from the emulsifying pot into a storage tank, filling the skin care essence into a container and storing the skin care essence in a sealed manner after all indexes are detected to be qualified.
