3. The small molecule polypeptide youth essence of claim 1, wherein the glucan is β -1, 3-glucan.

The small molecule polypeptide serum of claim 2, wherein the gel thickening agent is selected from carbomers 940 or 941; the sterilizing preservative is methyl p-hydroxybenzoate; the pH regulator is disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate; the base oil is selected from white oil, silicone oil, and glycerol.
5. The small molecule polypeptide youth essence according to claim 2, wherein the emulsifier is selected from organic olive oil emulsified wax, glyceryl stearate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and white beeswax.
6. The essence of small molecule polypeptide youth according to claim 2, which comprises the following components by weight percent:
