the composite polypeptide comprises acetyl tetrapeptide-3, octapeptide-2, oligopeptide-1, oligopeptide-3, oligopeptide-5, myristoyl pentapeptide-17 and copper peptide; the protein is collagen and/or placenta extract; the hair growth promoter comprises pyrrolidinyl diaminopyrimidine oxide, adenosine and panthenol.
2. The hair loss prevention and hair growth promotion composition of claim 1 wherein the complex polypeptide further comprises decapeptide-18 and oligopeptide-54.
3. The composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the hair growth promoting adjuvant further comprises acetyl tyrosine, azelaic acid, vanillyl butyl ether.

The anti-hair loss and hair growth composition according to claim 3, wherein the lyoprotectant is selected from the group consisting of mannitol, glycerol, and phosphate; the solubilizer is selected from ethanol and butanediol; the preservative is phenoxyethanol; the pH regulator is sodium hydroxide.
5. The hair loss prevention and hair growth promotion composition according to claim 4,
the freeze-dried powder comprises the following raw material components: 862-937 parts of water, 50-80 parts of mannitol, 3-5 parts of glycerol, 1-2 parts of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, 4-6 parts of disodium hydrogen phosphate, 1-10 parts of copper peptide, 30.5-5 parts of acetyl tetrapeptide, 20.5-5 parts of octapeptide, 180.5-5 parts of decapeptide, 540.5-5 parts of oligopeptide, 170.5-5 parts of myristoyl pentapeptide, 10.5-5 parts of oligopeptide, 30.5-5 parts of oligopeptide, 50.5-5 parts of oligopeptide, 0.5-5 parts of collagen and 0.5-5 parts of placenta extract;
