Detailed Description
Examples
Example 1
Example 1 provides a hair loss preventing and hair growth promoting composition, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 3.1 percent of traditional Chinese medicine, 1.9 percent of growth promoting agent, 20 percent of humectant and the balance of water.
The Chinese medicinal components comprise rhizoma Zingiberis recens extract, scutellariae radix extract, radix Saposhnikoviae extract, fructus Vitics Simplicifoliae extract, polygoni Multiflori radix extract, radix Paeoniae extract, radix Angelicae sinensis extract, fructus Gleditsiae Abnormalis extract, and folium Platycladi extract.
The weight ratio of the ginger root extract, the scutellaria root extract, the saposhnikovia divaricata root extract, the vitex rotundifolia fruit extract, the polygonum multiflorum root extract, the paeonia lactiflora root extract, the angelica root extract, the gleditsia sinensis root extract, the biota orientalis leaf extract is 6.
The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine components comprises the following steps: decocting the raw materials, and filtering to obtain filtrate.
The co-frying method comprises the following specific steps: s1, crushing and sieving the raw materials according to a ratio to obtain plant powder; s2, extracting the plant powder with water, wherein the weight ratio of the plant powder to the water is 1.
The growth promoter is adenosine and pyrimidine compounds.
The weight ratio of the adenosine to the pyrimidine compounds is 5:14.
the pyrimidine compounds are selected from pyrrolidinyl diaminopyrimidine oxide and diaminopyrimidine oxide.
The weight ratio of pyrrolidinyl diaminopyrimidine oxide to diaminopyrimidine oxide is 1:6.
The humectant is butanediol.
The preparation method of the anti-hair loss and hair-nourishing composition comprises the following steps: mixing the Chinese medicinal materials, growth promoter, water and humectant, stirring, and filtering.
The invention provides an application of the hair loss preventing and hair growing composition, which can be applied to essence with the addition of 5%.
Example 2
Example 2 provides a composition for preventing hair loss and growing hair, which is the same as example 1 except that: the invention provides application of the hair loss preventing and hair growing composition, which can be applied to essence with the addition of 10%.
Example 3
Example 3 is a serum without the anti-alopecia hair-growing composition prepared in the present application.
Performance test method
Animal experiments
The essence prepared in the examples 1-3 is applied to the backs of three groups of plucked mice, a layer of pasty carbomer matrix is coated on the backs of the mice in advance, the essence is coated in the morning and evening every day, the hair follicle growth condition on the backs of the mice is observed by using a hair follicle detector every two days, skin tissues on the backs of one mouse in each group are taken every three days, and the skin tissues are stained and observed by using H & E (hydrogen & E). The images of the mouse back, hair follicle detector and H & E staining results are shown in FIGS. 1-3, respectively.
As can be seen from fig. 1 to 3, the essence prepared in examples 1 and 2 has an effect of promoting the hair growth of army, new hair is obviously generated in about 10 to 13 days, and the effect of promoting the hair growth of the sample two is more obvious, which indicates that the sample one and the sample two have the effect of promoting the hair growth.
Claims (10)
1. The anti-hair loss and hair-nourishing composition is characterized by comprising the following preparation raw materials in percentage by weight: 0.5-8% of traditional Chinese medicine components, 0.01-10% of growth promoting agent, 10-30% of humectant and the balance of water supplement.
2. The hair loss prevention and hair growth promotion composition according to claim 1, wherein the herbal ingredients are selected from one or more of ginger root extract, scutellaria root extract, saposhnikovia divaricata root extract, viticis fructus extract, polygonum multiflorum root extract, paeonia lactiflora root extract, angelica sinensis root extract, gleditsia sinensis root extract, and biota orientalis leaf extract.
3. The composition for preventing hair loss and growing hair according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine components comprises the following steps: decocting the raw materials, and filtering to obtain filtrate.

The hair loss prevention and hair growth promotion composition according to claim 3, wherein the co-frying comprises the following specific steps: s1, crushing and sieving the raw materials according to a ratio to obtain plant powder; s2, extracting the plant powder with water, wherein the weight ratio of the plant powder to the water is 1 (15-40), soaking for 1-8h, heating to 75-100 ℃, and decocting for 5-15h.
5. The hair loss preventing and hair growing composition according to claim 1, wherein the growth promoting agent is one or more selected from adenosine, pyrimidine compounds, imidazole compounds and myristoyl pentapeptide-4.
6. The composition for preventing hair loss and growing hair according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the weight ratio of the traditional Chinese medicine components to the growth promoter is 1-2:1-2.
7. The hair loss prevention and hair growth promotion composition of claim 6 wherein the humectant is one or more of glycerin, butylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, hexylene glycol, propylene glycol, sorbitol, urea, trehalose.
8. The hair loss preventing and hair restoring composition according to claim 7, which is prepared by the following steps: mixing the Chinese medicinal materials, growth promoter, water and humectant, stirring, and filtering.
9. The use of the composition for preventing hair loss and restoring hair according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the composition can be applied to shampoo, hair conditioner, shampoo and essence.
10. The use of the hair loss prevention and hair growth promoting composition according to claim 9, wherein the hair loss prevention and hair growth promoting composition is added in a shampoo, a hair conditioner, a shampoo cream or an essence in an amount of 1-15%.
