step S203, raising the temperature of the material tank to 73 ℃, sequentially adding cetyl alcohol, behenyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate into the material tank, and stirring to uniformly mix and dissolve the materials;
step S204, raising the temperature of the material tank to 81 ℃ again, adding simethicone, jojoba oil and aminopropyl polydimethylsiloxane into the material tank, uniformly mixing the materials, homogenizing and keeping the temperature after uniform stirring, wherein the homogenizing speed is 3500r/min, and the homogenizing time is 2.5 min;
step S205, cooling the material tank to 50 ℃, adding the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution prepared in the step S1 into the material tank, and uniformly stirring;
step S206, cooling the material tank to 45 ℃ again, adding diaminopyrimidine oxide, 1, 2-ethylene glycol and essence while stirring, then stirring and uniformly mixing the materials, and cooling to 35 ℃;
and S207, discharging, sampling and inspecting, filling and packaging the qualified intermediate product, and warehousing the qualified finished product.
Example 1 to example 4 were processed by the method of example 5, thereby obtaining a hair tonic product.
Experiment of
Randomly screening 50 women with hair health of 25-45 years old and length of more than 20cm for test, averagely dividing into 5 groups, wherein each group contains 10 people, respectively named as experiment group 1, experiment group 2, experiment group 3, experiment group 4 and control group 1, and respectively carrying out glossiness, toughness and softness test. The experimental results of this experiment are specifically shown in table 1 below.
And (3) testing the glossiness:
experiment groups 1 to 4 were performed by using the products prepared in examples 1 to 4, respectively, and volunteers in experiment groups 1 to 4 applied with the products of examples 1 to 4 for 5min after preliminary hair washing. The hair conditioner of the application is not smeared after the hair is preliminarily washed in the control group, and the hair conditioner is naturally dried. Combing the cleaned hair, flatly arranging a mirror at a position which is right aligned to the hair direction and is accurate to the position where the user can clear and see the top of the head, irradiating the light from the top of the head, wherein the brighter the round halo on the hair, the better the glossiness of the hair; the persons in experimental groups 1-4 had lighter crown blush indicating good gloss, while the persons in the control group had smaller and less blush.
And (3) testing the toughness:
before the volunteers in the experimental group 1-the experimental group 4 and the control group wash the hair, a bundle of hair with the length of about one inch is cut off and put into water, so that the hair with poor hair quality is easy to absorb water, and then sinks quickly; experimental group 1-experimental group 4 volunteers of each group applied the product of the present invention in examples 1-4 for 5min after washing their hair, and it was found that the hair of the test group personnel applied the product was significantly slow to sink after washing their hair and applying the hair conditioner of the product. The sinking speed of the hair of the control group personnel before and after hair washing is not different, so that the toughness test of the test group is better than that of the control group.

The formula of the anti-hair loss hair conditioner product is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 40.7 to 44.7 percent of water agent; 29-31% of traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution; 5.7 to 7.9 percent of humectant; 5.8 to 8.2 percent of thickening agent; 8.7 to 10.3 percent of conditioner; 1.8 to 2.2 percent of emulsifier; 0.05 to 0.15 percent of complexing agent; 0.4-0.6% of hair-strengthening agent; 0.4 to 0.6 percent of antioxidant; 0.9 to 1.1 percent of flavoring agent.

The anti-alopecia hair conditioner product formula according to claim 1, wherein: the Chinese medicinal components in the Chinese medicinal extractive solution comprise folium Platycladi, folium Turpiniae, fructus Cannabis, semen Nelumbinis, Ginseng radix, rhizoma anemarrhenae, rhizoma Zingiberis recens, radix Angelicae sinensis and Polygoni Multiflori radix.

The anti-alopecia hair conditioner product formula according to claim 2, wherein: the Chinese medicinal components in the Chinese medicinal extractive solution comprise folium Platycladi, folium Tung, fructus Cannabis, semen Nelumbinis, Ginseng radix, rhizoma anemarrhenae, rhizoma Zingiberis recens, radix Angelicae sinensis and Polygoni Multiflori radix at a ratio of 15: 8: 3.2: 1: 2.
4. The anti-alopecia hair conditioner product formulation according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein:
the water agent is deionized water;
the humectant comprises glycerol, panthenol, and 1, 2-ethylene glycol;
the thickener comprises hydroxyethyl cellulose;
the conditioner comprises behenyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, dimethicone, jojoba oil, and aminopropyl polydimethylsiloxane;
the emulsifier comprises polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate;
the complexing agent is EDTA-disodium;
the hair setting agent comprises diaminopyrimidine oxide;
the antioxidant comprises p-hydroxyacetophenone;
the flavoring agent comprises essence.
5. The hair loss prevention and hair nourishing product formula according to claim 4, wherein the formula comprises the following components: the thickening agent also comprises cetyl alcohol or stearyl alcohol.
6. The hair loss preventing hair conditioner product formula according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a method for preparing a hair conditioner by using the hair loss preventing hair conditioner product formula, wherein the method specifically comprises the following steps:
step S1, preparing a traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution by adopting cacumen biotae, tung tree leaves, hemp seeds, lotus seeds, ginseng, rhizoma anemarrhenae, ginger, angelica and polygonum multiflorum;
and step S2, mixing the traditional Chinese medicine extract with a water aqua, a humectant, a thickening agent, a conditioning agent, an emulsifier, a complexing agent, a hair-strengthening agent, an antioxidant and a flavoring agent to obtain a finished product.
7. The method for preparing the formula of the hair loss prevention and hair nourishing product according to claim 6, wherein the method for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution in the step S1 specifically comprises the following steps:
step S101, crushing the hempseed and the lotus seeds, and uniformly mixing the crushed hempseed and the lotus seeds with the cacumen biotae, the tung tree leaves, the ginseng, the rhizoma anemarrhenae, the ginger, the angelica and the polygonum multiflorum to obtain a mixed material;
step S102, decocting the mixed material obtained in the step S101 and 4000-;
step S103, adding 3000-4000ml of water into the mixing residue obtained in the step S102, decocting for 2-3h again, and then carrying out secondary filtration;
and step S104, combining the filtrates in the steps S102 and S103, concentrating under reduced pressure to 3100ml 2900-.
8. The method for preparing the formula of the hair tonic product of claim 6, wherein the step S2 comprises the following steps:
step S201, adding hydroxyethyl cellulose into deionized water, heating to 40-51 ℃, and uniformly stirring to obtain a hydroxyethyl cellulose solution;
step S202, adding glycerol, ethanol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, EDTA-disodium and the hydroxyethyl cellulose solution obtained in the step S201 into a material tank at one time, stirring and heating to completely mix and dissolve the materials uniformly;
step S203, raising the temperature of the material tank to 70-75 ℃, sequentially adding cetyl alcohol, behenyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate into the material tank, and stirring to uniformly mix and dissolve the materials;
step S204, raising the temperature of the material tank to 80-82 ℃ again, adding simethicone, jojoba oil and aminopropyl polydimethylsiloxane into the material tank, uniformly mixing the materials, homogenizing after uniform stirring, and keeping the temperature;
step S205, cooling the material tank to 49-51 ℃, adding the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution prepared in the step S1 into the material tank, and uniformly stirring;
step S206, cooling the material tank to 44-46 ℃ again, adding diaminopyrimidine oxide, 1, 2-glycol and essence while stirring, then stirring and uniformly mixing the materials, and cooling to 34-36 ℃;
and S207, discharging, sampling and inspecting, filling and packaging the qualified intermediate product, and warehousing the qualified finished product.
9. The method for preparing hair conditioner according to claim 7, wherein the pressure of the reduced pressure concentration in step S104 is-0.07 MPa and the temperature is 60 ℃ in the method for preparing the chinese herbal medicine extract.
10. The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein the step S204 comprises a homogenizing speed of 3000-4000r/min and a homogenizing time of 2-5 min.
